Abstract

The Indonesian education system that has changed since the Covid-19 outbreak has caused changes in today's educational life. One of the problems that stand out is the inadequacy of distance learning which is currently being felt by the world of education in Indonesia. This distance learning teacher is required to prepare to learn as well and as creatively as possible in providing material. This distance learning process does not only involve teachers and students but also parents are required to be involved in this distance learning process.This study aims (1) to describe the pattern of distance learning towards Arabic lessons at SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Kebakkramat (2) to identify the obstacles found during the pattern being applied to distance learning at SMP Muhammadiyah 8 KebakkramatThis study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, the research subjects are Arabic Language Teacher, Deputy Head of Curriculum, and researchers also conducted research on several students in each class at SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Kebakkramat. The data collection method used in this research is the observation method, the interview method, and the documentation method. Data analysis in this study is qualitative data analysis.The results showed that (1) The pattern of distance learning in Arabic subjects at SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Kebakkramat was carried out remotely using an online learning model. Learning to use applications, namely social media Whatsapp (2) The obstacles that greatly affect the distance learning process at SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Kebakkramat for Arabic subjects are network difficulties and the absence of internet quota.

Abstract

Thoughts on the concept of Ulul Albab arose because of concerns that were born from a critical reading of the portrait of the reality of education, especially Islamic educationinIndonesia.TheUlulAlbabconceptgavebirthtoeducational innovation, namely the Sharia curriculum which can be seen from various perspectives. This research aims to describe the thoughts or concepts of Ulul Albab in the view of Prof. Mochamad Sholeh Y.A.I, Ph.D., and to describe how the development of the Ulul Albab concept Prof. Mochamad Sholeh Y.A.I, Ph.D. at the Muhammadiyah College of Kottabarat Surakarta. This research is a library qualitative research with a descriptive analysis method and uses a fhiloshopycal approach. This research is a type of library research with a descriptive type, which aims to describe reality or phenomena. In this study, the approach used is a historical and philosophical approach, which is used to examine the thoughts of a character and revealtheessenceofeverythingthatappears.Theresultsofthisstudyshow that the thoughts of Prof. Mochamad Sholeh Y.A.I, Ph.D. on (1) the concept of Islamic education Prof. Mochamad Sholeh Y.A.I, Ph.D. is the concept of Ulul Albab. Abstract

The research discusses the function of the Al-Falah Mosque (Masjid Al Falah) Sragen which has many program activities that support its role in developing non-formal Islamic education. This research is included in library research, by data collection using three techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The analytical method used three steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. Meanwhile, the validity of the data was tested using triangulation of techniques.The role of the Al Falah Mosque in Sragen in the development of non-formal Islamic education was carried out through a program of activities in the field of da'wah and education, namely TPA (Taman Pendidikan Al Qur'an), general studies, special studies for Muslim women, regular studies on Sunday mornings, youth studies, the study of the book of commentaries, Al Falah tutoring, converts to the center, the study of the book of Bulughul Maram, and so on. The driving factors for the Al Falah Great Mosque of Sragen in its role in developing Islamic education are the large quantity of Human Resources (HR), adequate infrastructure, and community enthusiasm and support.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the Direct Method is applied in learning Arabic at the Ta'mirul Islamic Islamic Boarding School in Surakarta and also the factors that support its success. There is a problem behind the researchers because the Ta'mirul Islam Islamic Boarding School has been designed to use Arabic and English as a language to communicate, practice speaking skills without using the mother tongue, and also the importance of using methods in learning, especially in the use of the Direct Method. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive type of research that is by observing a phenomenon to understand a symptom. This study uses the theory of Miles and Huberman, namely data analysis in 3 ways, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The data obtained by the researcher is by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research that have been obtained are the application of the Direct Method (Direct Method) in learning Arabic starting from the making of the syllabus, I'dadu tadris, the process of implementing learning, and also evaluating verbally and in writing at the end of learning. The supporting factors are Factors located in the cottage environment, Arabic language teaching teachers, the selection of learning methods and media, supporting facilities and infrastructure, interest in students and motivation given by teachers, additional extracurricular activities in the cottage.

Abstract

The five souls of the Islamic boarding school are the spirit of the boarding school that makes the foundation and guidelines for behavior. The five five souls of the boarding school are not just a slogan but also a guideline for students and are character education that is formed for students, the process of forming the character of students based on the five five souls of the cottage through activities carried out every day. The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of Panca Jiwa Pondok in the Character Building of the Santri of the Ta'mirul Islamic Boarding School in Sragen and describe the obstacles in the implementation of the Ta'mirul Islam Islamic Boarding School in shaping the character of the Santri of the Ta'mirul Islam Islamic Boarding School in Sragen. This type of research uses qualitative methods. In data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis in this study uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. While the validity of the data test using triangulation of sources and techniques. The research location is at the Ta'mirul Islam Masaran Islamic Boarding School Sragen with the research subjects namely, Deputy Leaders of Islamic Boarding Schools, Student Care, 5th grade students of KMI.The results of this study are: 1. Implementation of the Panca Jiwa Pondok in the Character Building of the Ta'mirul Islam Islamic Boarding School students through the management of Pondok activities. Activities designed by the leader of the boarding school along with their caregivers and ustadz to shape the character of the students referring to the five souls. 2. Constraints experienced in the Implementation of the Five Souls of Pondok in the Character Building of the Ta'mirul Islamic Boarding School Santri, namely from the students and from the ustadz. The role of both greatly influences the ustadz, emulated from all aspects by the students. Lack of istiqomah some ustadz in giving examples to students, less often around checking the activities and supervision of students, some students still lack of awareness in obeying the rules of the boarding school, some students also have not fully obeyed the rules and also sometimes invite their friends to violate the rules, and the role of guardians of students also affect.

Abstract

المدرسة العالية  محمدية الأولى فونوروكو هي المدرسة التي تنفذ بنظام المنهج المتكامل في موقع الطريق باطورو كاتونج في القرية نولوغاتين رقم 6في المنطقة فونوركو وفي المدينة فونوركو جاوى الشرقية .المدرسة العالية محمدية الأولى بفونوروكو هي مدرسة تنفذ المنهج المتكامل حيث تقوم مدرسة بفترة خمسة أيام وقت طوال اليوم  من الساعة 7.00 إلى الساعة 15.30 والتي لها يوم خاص للتطوير الذاتي هي يوم السبت، الذي فيه المنهج الإظافي و المهارة و للمدرس نفسه يعمل التدريب أو المعمل في ذلك اليوم ولكن في اليوم المعين.          مؤسسا على هذه المسألة، و الأهداف من هذا البحث لمفهوم المنهج المتكامل ، و نمط إدارة الطلبة بنظام المنهج المتكامل، و المشكلات التى تواجه في إدارة الطلبة في المدرسة العالية  محمدية الأولى بفونوروكو.           إن هذا البحث بحث ميداني باستخدام الطريقة الوصفية الكيفية. و لنيل البيانات استخدم الباحث منهج المقابلة ((interview method و منهج المشاهدة أو الملاحظة (observation method)و الوثائق المكتوبة (written record)، حتى حصل إلى التوضيح لمفهوم المنهج المتكامل، نمط إدارة الطلبة بتنظيم المنهج المتكامل، و المشكلات التى تواجه في إدارة الطلبة في المدرسة العالية  الأولى محمدية بفونوروكو. وأما في تحليل البيانات المجموعة حتى وصل الباحث إلى تمام الإستنباط، استخدام الباحث المنهج التخليلى الوصفي ميلس و هوبرمان (Miles Huberman) الذي يتكون من ثلاثة تحليلات و هي تخفيض البيانات وعرض البيانات ثم تحليلها وأخذ الاستنبات الراجع.           و نتيجة من هذا البحث: 1) معرفة كيفية ادارة مدرسة الطلاب في المدرسة العالية محمدية الأولى بفونوروكو 2) انماط إدارة مدرسة للطلاب بنظام المنهج المتكامل 3) المشكلات التى تواجه في إدارة الطلبة في المدرسة العالية محمدية الأولى بفونوروكو.          بناءً على نتائج هذا البحث، يشير الباحث إلى أن مدير المدرسة، وقسم الطلبة المزيد من الاهتمام لكيفية البحث عن نمط إدارة الطلبة ما في المدرسة العالية محمدية الأولى بفونوروكو كي يكون منتظم.

Abstract

This paper aims to find and describe the concept of teacher achievement in learning. This study uses a qualitative approach. The results showed that through constructive learning, students interpret and construct a reality based on their interactions and experiences with the environment.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in unusual changes, especially in the world of education, which initially used the face-to-face method when the learning process was changed to distance learning (PJJ). Distance learning is learning that is limited by space and time between teachers and students. So it takes a communication tool to connect the two. When distance learning (PJJ) takes place, there are many problems faced by students and teachers, especially in fiqh lessons, so efforts / solutions are needed to deal with these problems. This study aims to describe the process of implementing distance learning, the problems faced by teachers, and the teacher's efforts to overcome the problems of distance learning in the class X Fiqh subject at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta. This research is a type of qualitative research, so that in conducting data analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis methods. As for the data collection using interviews, documentation, and observation. The results of this study showed that 1) The process of implementing learning at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta was carried out by Distance Learning (PJJ) before starting learning the teacher did planning, namely preparing lesson plans, smartphones, books and other media that would be used. In the implementation process, the teacher delivers material or assigns assignments via Google Classroom or Zoom. And finally, the teacher evaluation process gave a post-test via google form which was sent via google classroom. 2) The problems of distance learning in class X fiqh subjects at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta Academic Year 2020/2021 are the teacher's lack of mastery of technology, not all students have smartphones, poor internet network, expensive quota fees, difficulty assessing student learning outcomes, students have difficulty understanding the material, learning motivation decreases and teachers find it difficult to control students during distance learning. 3) The teacher's efforts to overcome the problems of Distance Learning at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta are holding google classroom training, students contact the teacher if they miss material, the teacher gives more time in collecting assignments, providing monthly subsidies and getting a free quota from the government, students can contact the teacher if there is material that they do not understand, and the teacher can establish communication with good parents to find out the child's development.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the learning process, which requires learning to be done remotely. Likewise, the learning evaluation process is also carried out remotely. Evaluation is an important part of a learning process because with the evaluation of learning a teacher knows the weaknesses and strengths in the learning that has been done and can be used to monitor the progress of students. Moreover, Islamic religious education is something that is very much needed in social life, because being given Islamic religious education, can foster and guide students to be religious, moral, and dignified. The provision of Islamic religious education is also an effort to realize the goal of national education, namely having religious spiritual strength. This study aims to describe the pattern of evaluation of distance learning and the obstacles faced in evaluating distance learning in the subjects of Islamic Religious Education class VIII at SMP N 13 Surakarta and SMP N 1 Mojolaban. This research is a type of qualitative research, so that in conducting data analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis methods. As for the data collection using interviews, documentation, and observation.            The results of this study found that the pattern of implementing distance learning evaluations in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains had been carried out following the evaluation stages, namely planning, implementing, processing, and interpreting data, and reporting evaluation results. And for the obstacles faced during the evaluation of distance learning, namely in the cognitive realm, the test questions are only objective and there are no HOTS questions, so they are not effective in measuring children's understanding. Constraints in the affective domain cannot measure the value of attitudes in the social sphere. And for the psychomotor domain, the assessment is in the form of making practice videos, which makes students complain that there is no internet quota to send assignments because the average student system is in the middle to lower economy.

Abstract

The Tegalrejo Islamic Student Dormitory Boarding School, Magelang, Central Java, is an Islamic educational institution with an integrated implementation of religious education with the studies of the yellow book (turath) which synergizes with public school education, using curriculum 13. Apart from being Salafi, The API Islamic Boarding School understands that Ahlussunnah Wal Jamaah (Aswaja) strongly emphasizes the attitude of religious moderation. Education as a fundamental aspect includes Islamic boarding schools as a forum to galvanize the younger generation of Islam who are ready to accept the relay of struggle from previous leaders and scholars. Pesantren is a fortress to prevent the degradation of the nation's moral values. The purpose of this study is to find out the role of ustadz/ustadzah in giving their teachings to students in terms of moderation and eliminating intolerant behavior. The method used is qualitative by conducting observations, interviews, and collecting documentation, as well as distributing questionnaires as supporting data. The results of this study describe the application of the school curriculum at the APi Tegalrejo Islamic boarding school Magelang combined with the study of the yellow book (classic) as a reference in terms of religious knowledge. Thus giving birth to an attitude of religious moderation among students under the auspices of the pesantren. In this study, it was found as a form of contribution that the use of educational curriculum 13 which was integrated with the study of classical book studies, based on Salafi and Aswaja-oriented, was able to provide insight to santri students at the API Boarding School to become moderate students, this was shown by the students being able to follow the dynamics developmental life in society which involves issues of religion, social, culture, science, business skills and technology today.
