Abstract

Online shopping is becoming a trend in today's modern era, one of which is the Lazada marketplace. Lazada is one of the leading marketplaces in Indonesia. However, in recent years Lazada has been displaced by its competitors. This study had a puurpose to determine the that security and online customer reviews affected the customers of Lazada Marketplace purchasing decisions. Sampling technique used is non-probability sampling using smartPLS as an analytical tool. Data obtained from questionnaires distributed via google form with a total sample of 96 respondents. The results of this study indicate that security and online customer reviews affects purchasing decisions on the Lazada marketplace.

Abstract

This study aims to determine product quality, brand image and price perception on the purchase decision of MS skincare products. GLOW in the Semarang area. The population in this study are consumers who will buy MS products. GLOW in the Semarang area. The sampling technique used by the researcher is purposive sampling technique, by distributing questionnaires to users who have used MS products. GLOW in the Semarang area. The criteria used as samples for this study are male and female, at least 17-50 years old and have made a purchase at least 1 time on MS products. GLOW in the Semarang area. The sampling technique used is based on Roscoe's (1975) theory, the researchers set a minimum number of samples in this study of 92 respondents obtained from the number of variables x the number of indicators. Simultaneous test results using the F test indicate that the multiple linear regression model is feasible as a research model. Furthermore, using the t test shows that product quality, brand image and price perception have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the internal and external factors that affect the company, confirm the company's position and design alternative strategies for the company. This research uses the object of PT. Nusantara Logistics Sejahtera which is engaged in container expeditions. The sample was conducted using the method of observation and in-depth interviews with the company. To answer the existing problems, PESTEL analysis is carried out, identification of internal and external factors with SWOT analysis and formulating alternative business development strategies and the IE Matrix (Internal-External) to determine the company's position and obtain alternative strategy themes in making the SWOT matrix.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financing restructuring policies through regulation No. 11/ POJK.03/2020 on Islamic banking stability in Indonesia. This study uses panel data from the 6 largest Islamic banking in Indonesia for the period September 2018 to December 2020. This study uses the REM model as the best estimation model. The results showed that the financing restructuring policy had a negative and significant effect on the stability of Islamic banking ini Indonesia. Meanwhile, Non-Performing Financing (NPF) and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) as control variables have a possitive significant effect on Islamic banking stability. Meanwhile, inflation has a negative and significant effect on the stability of Islamic banking. This study did not find the effect of bank size on the stability of Islamic banking in Indonesia.

Abstract

In this study, the variables used were work ability, work discipline, job training, motivation and work performance for employees of PT Kealyn Mandiri Sejahtera. The purpose of this study is to provide input to PT Kealyn Mandiri Sejahtera and increase knowledge for readers. The research method used is by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Kealyn Mandiri Sejahtera, in answering the questionnaire respondents simply mark the column containing the Likert's Scale (1 - 5) above it. The results obtained from this study, partially work ability on motivation has an insignificant negative effect, while work discipline has a positive and significant effect on motivation and job training on motivation has an insignificant negative effect, as well as the work ability variable on work performance has an insignificant negative effect, while work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work performance and job training on work performance has an insignificant negative effect, and the motivation variable on work performance partially has a positive and significant effect. Meanwhile, simultaneously work ability, work discipline and job training through motivation on work performance have a positive influence

Abstract

This research has a purpose to determine the extent of training, organizational culture, intrinsic motivation on the work performance of employees of PT. United Tractors Site Sungai Danau South Kalimantan. In this study using quantitative research methods. The data used in this study is a saturated sample which means that all employees are sampled with a total of 70 respondents, with the help of the SPSS 26 program. The tests used are validity and reliability tests to measure data quality, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing. The results of this study can be seen that training does not have a positive effect on employee performance, organizational culture does not have a positive effect on employee performance, intrinsic motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, and training, organizational culture, intrinsic motivation together have a significant positive effect on work performance. employees of PT. United Tractors Site Sungai Danau South Kalimantan. Conclusion From the t test shows that training does not have a positive effect on employee work performance, from the t test results organizational culture does not have a positive effect on employee performance, from the t test above, intrinsic motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, training, organizational culture, motivation Intrinsic to Employee Performance has a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of firm size, asset growth, and profitability on the capital structure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019 – 2021. The research method used is a quantitative method. The type of data used in this research is secondary data or indirect data. Data sources were obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) for 2019-2021 and through the www.idx.co.id website which lists the company's financial statements. This study uses secondary data in the form of published financial statements of manufacturing companies for 2019 - 2021. The data was obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In this study, the data analysis used is quantitative analysis, which is a form of data analysis in the form of numbers and by using statistical calculations to analyze hypotheses. The results show that company size has no significant effect on the capital structure of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2021. Asset growth has a significant positive effect on the capital structure of Manufacturing Companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2021. Profitability has a significant positive effect on the capital structure of Manufacturing Companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2021. Company size, asset growth, and profitability simultaneously have a significant effect on the capital structure of Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019-2021.

Abstract

In an era that is growing and increasingly sophisticated and the development of internet technology is increasingly rapidly resulting in a higher number of internet users. The internet is commonly used as a communication tool and a tool for finding information, online shopping, entertainment and a place to do business. The purposse for the studying wass to determiine and analyze the effect for Service Qualiity, Product Price for Consumer Satisfactiion at Shopee. Thee population in this study were people who used the website Shopee with a samplee of 385 resspondents who were seleected usiing the Purposiive Sampliing techniq. Primary data collection using a questionaire. The analysis data method used this studyis quantiitative analysis and uses descriptive statistical test, classical assumptiion tests, multiplee linear regression test, and hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination (R2) testing. The result of the study prove the quality of service, product and price can have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with shopee users.

Abstract

The government through E-Procurement started the process of procurement of goods/services with the issuance of Presidential Decree Number 80 of 2003 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Government Goods/Services Procurement. Electronic facilities began to be used in the innovation of procurement of goods/services which was later referred to as E-Procurement. This study aims to find out how  the application of the sistem procurement of goods and services using a web-based application implemented in the city of Palangkaraya in creating clean and good governance. The method used is a qualitative method. E-Procurement is expected to be able to facilitate transparent and accountable procurement activities, and provide real-time and integrated data. During the implementation of E-Procurement in the city of Palangkaraya, the obstacles found can still be handled properly. With the implementation of electronic procurement of goods/services, all of which are handled by the system and can be supervised by anyone who accesses the LPSE page in Palangkaraya city, thus reducing the opportunity to cheat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide input to the Batanghari Regency JnT Office and add knowledge to readers. The research method used is by distributing questionnaires to the employees of the JnT Office in Batanghari Regency, in answering the questionnaire respondents simply mark the column that has a Likert's Scale (1 - 5) above it. The results obtained from this study, partially the work environment on training has a positive and significant effect, while work experience has a negative and insignificant effect on job training. The work environment variable has a positive and significant effect on performance, but the work experience variable has a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of the Batanghari Regency JnT Office employees. The job training variable has a positive and significant influence on the performance of the employees of the JnT Office in Batanghari Regency. Meanwhile, simultaneously, the work environment, work experience through job training has an effect and is significant.
