Abstract

This study aims to analyze the description of training, work motivation, employee performance and work ability at the Office of Manpower and Transmigration of East Tanjung Jabung Regency and analyze the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance which is mediated by work ability at the Office of Manpower and Transmigration of Tanjung Jabung Regency East. The method used in this research is descriptive verification and quantitative methods. The data collection method in this study was a questionnaire. Questionnaire (questionnaire) is a list of written questions that have been formulated previously to be answered, usually in clearly defined alternatives. The population in this study were all employees with civil servant status at the Office of Manpower and Transmigration of East Tanjung Jabung Regency during the period this study took place, namely as many as 60 people. In this study using saturation or census techniques because all the population, namely as many as 60 people were used as research samples. The analysis tool used is PLS analysis. Based on the description of training, work motivation, employee performance and work ability at the Office of Manpower and Transmigration of East Tanjung Jabung Regency, job training shows the trained category, work motivation shows the very high category, work ability shows the very high category and employee performance shows the very good category . The results showed that training had no significant effect on employee performance, work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work ability had no significant effect on employee performance, training had a significant effect on work ability, work motivation had a significant and positive effect on work ability, training had no effect significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has no significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the determinants of tax avoidance such as liquidity, profitability, leverage and sales growth. This study utilizes information taken from the financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using a purposive sampling test method that meets the research criteria. The research period was taken for 6 years with a total of 330 data from 55 entities in the manufacturing sector. This study utilizes multiple linear analysis methods with secondary data types. The results of the study show that there is a simultaneous influence between liquidity, profitability, debt policy and sales growth on tax avoidance, there is no relationship between liquidity and tax avoidance, there is a negative relationship between profitability and tax avoidance, there is a positive relationship between debt policy and tax avoidance. positive sales growth on tax avoidance.

Abstract

The increasingly advanced era makes the needs of each individual increase. In addition, the development of the times also greatly impacts the technology that changes very quickly from time to time. Now technology is born to make it easier for people to carry out their daily lives where we know that today's society wants everything to be instant. From this, companies must be able to understand how consumers make decisions to buy a product. This study aims to determine whether there is a significant influence of viral marketing, celebrity endorsers, and brand awareness on purchasing decisions at Geprek Bensu Karawang. The sampling technique uses Non Probability Sampling, namely the Incidental Sampling technique with a total of 30 respondents. The results of the study show that Viral Marketing, Celebrity Endorser, and Brand Awareness simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Geprek Bensu Karawang, Viral Marketing partially has no significant effect on purchasing decisions at Geprek Bensu Karawang, Celebrity Endorser partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Geprek Bensu Karawang, Brand Awareness partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions on Geprek Bensu Karawang.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of individual characteristics, workload, and work experience on the career development of employees at the Simpang Rusa Health Center, Belitung Regency. Integrated into its working area, the Puskesmas is an organizational unit related to health that fosters and provides services to the community as a whole. Puskesmas, like other organizations, need resources to achieve their goals. Human resources are one of the most important resources in the company. The key to the company's success in doing something is these resources. this analysis. using quantitative description method. used multiple linear statistical correlations to examine the relationship between the independent and dependent variables of the study. The results of this study indicate that, although work experience and workload have no effect on employee career development, characteristics have a positive impact on career development, partially and simultaneously. Individual characteristics, workload, and work experience all simultaneously have a positive impact on the career development of Belitung district health center employees. Conclusion: The findings of this study indicate that individual characteristics, workload, and work experience all simultaneously have a positive impact on employee career development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze Brand image as Moderating Purchase Decision and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty of Pertamini Users in Jambi City. This study has a population of all people in Jambi City who have purchased motor vehicle fuel at least once at Pertamini. The analysis tool used in this research is SMART PLS. This study provides the following conclusions: The projected increase in purchasing decisions by product, price and location will increase customer loyalty which is reflected through recommendations, repetition and purchases between lines. Customer satisfaction is projected by service quality, emotional factors can increase customer loyalty which is reflected by recommendations, repetition and purchases between lines. Brand image which is described through recognition, reputation, user image and product image is not able to strengthen or weaken the influence of purchasing decisions projected by product, price and location instead of customer loyalty which is reflected by recommendations, repetition and inter-line purchases. Brand image which is described through recognition, reputation, user image and product image is able to weaken the influence of customer satisfaction which is projected by service quality and emotional factors so as to increase customer loyalty which is reflected through recommendations, repeat purchases and between lines.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the environment, food, and way of life at Panda Hotpot and Grill affect the happiness of its customers. The study sample size was 115 people, all of whom were randomly selected. Questionnaires were sent to collect information. Furthermore, SPSS version 25 is used to perform statistical analysis such as hypothesis testing, correlation analysis, multiple regression, and examination of classical assumptions and data quality. The test results represent that the atmosphere of the restaurant will certainly have a positive significance on customer satisfaction, with a t value of 2.615. Product quality will certainly have a positive significance on customer satisfaction, with the result t count 5,883. Lifestyle will certainly have a positive significance on customer satisfaction, with the result t count 2.469. Then simultaneously the atmosphere of the restaurant, product quality and lifestyle will certainly be able to have an influence on Panda Hotpot and Grill customer satisfaction by 62.5% according to the coefficient of determination data (R2). Based on these test results it can be concluded that the restaurant atmosphere will certainly be able to give a positive and significant impact, product quality will have a positive and significant impact and lifestyle will certainly be able to provide a positive and significant impact and simultaneously the restaurant atmosphere, product quality and lifestyle will certainly be able to give a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction Panda Hotpot and Grill

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine Brand Trust through customer satisfaction in influencing customer loyalty at Bank XX Jakarta. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The analysis technique used is quantitative verification analysis, through structured interviews using questionnaires. The population in this study is Bank XX customers in South Jakarta whose number is unknown and can be said to be in the infinite category. The type of sample used in this study is Lemeshow. Data analysis in this study used the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of this study are all variables have a positive and significant effect. In this study, there are eight related variables, namely X1 (interest rate), X2 (customer service communication strategy), X3 (customer experience), X4 (service quality), X5 (digital banking) ,X6 (customer satisfaction), X7 (brand trust), X8 (loyalty) have a positive and significant effect. The conclusion of this study is that all variables have a positive and significant effect so that XX Bank always maintains and improves customer satisfaction and loyalty by maximizing service quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a positive and significant effect between compensation and work discipline on work productivity partially or simultaneously at PT Idea Solusi Indonesia, Tangerang. This study uses an associative quantitative method where the data is in the form of a questionnaire distributed to 68 people and the data is processed using SPSS Version 22. The results of this study are the regression equation Y = 4.748 + 0.877 X1 the correlation coefficient (R) is 0.728 which means the coefficient between variable X1 to Y is strong The tcount value of the Compensation variable is 4.658 which is greater than the ttable value of 1.99656 with a significant level of 0.0 less than 0.05, it can be interpreted that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, so it can be concluded partially Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Productivity . the regression equation Y = 12.758 + 0.704X2 the correlation coefficient (R) is 0.721, which means the coefficient between X2 and Y is strong. The t-count value of the Work Discipline variable is 4.463, which is greater than the t-table of 1.99656 with a significant level of 0 being less than 0.05, which means that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. So it can be partially concluded that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, the regression equation Y = 1.419 + 0.543 X1 + 0.422X2 the correlation coefficient (R) is 0.714, which means the coefficient between the variables of Compensation and Work Discipline on Very Strong Work Productivity is known. the value of the coefficient of determination (KD) = (R2) x 100% is obtained from R, namely KD = 0.640 x 100% = 64% The output is known Fcount is 57.780 and the significance value is 0 while the Ftable value is at a significance level of 0.05 with df 1 (the number of variable -1) 3-1 = 2, and df 2 (n-k-1) or = 68-2-1 = 65 obtained F table value of 3.14 So it can be concluded that Fcount > Ftable (57.780 > 3.14) and significance < 0, 05 (0 < 0.05), then Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that Compensation and Work Discipline together affect Work Productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze tax knowledge, taxpayer awareness, taxpayer attitudes, tax sanctions and tax socialization towards taxpayer compliance. The population of this study is land and building taxpayers in Kendal District. Determination of the sample with the Roscoe margin of error formula so that a sample of 100 respondents was determined. Primary data uses questionnaires shared via google forms and directly dating respondents. This research has theories and practical implications. This study used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis the results showed: 1.) Tax knowledge has no significant effect on taxpayer compliance. 2.) Taxpayer awareness has a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance. 3.) The attitude of the taxpayer has no significant effect on the compliance of the taxpayer. 4.) Tax sanctions have a positive effect on taxpayer compliance. 5.) Socialization of taxation has a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze how much motivation students have towards entrepreneurship and find out what factors are related to and influence motivation towards entrepreneurship among students. The method used in this study is a quantitative analysis method using primary data. The primary data was obtained from data collection by distributing questionnaires with a total sample of 120 students. Data analysis techniques in this study used instrument and classic assumption test, descriptive analysis, factor analysis, and multivariate analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the empirical mean value is greater than the theoretical mean value for each variable (50.60 > 39), so descriptive analysis can interpret that the entrepreneurial motivation of Suherman Medika University students tends to be good. Furthermore, the results of the factor analysis in this study obtained a Kaiser Meyer Olkin Measure of Sampling Adequacy (KMO MSA) value of 0.661 > 0.50 and Bartlett's Test of Sphericity value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that the variables referred to in this study did not correlate with one another in the population. In addition, based on factor analysis found that self-efficacy, attitudes and social support are factors that influence entrepreneurial motivation. Then, the results of the multivariate test show that the significance value for Pillai's trace, Wilk's lambda, Hotelling trace, and Rpy's largest root is less than 0, which means that there is a partial effect on self-efficacy, attitudes, and social support on entrepreneurial motivation. Based on multivariate testing, it shows that the value of the self-efficacy determination coefficient is 0.740, Attitude determination coefficient value of 0.811, and the value of the Social Support determination coefficient is 0.536. Based on the results of this study, it is hoped that later both institutions, student organizations and the campus environment will be able to facilitate student needs better.
