Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the work environment, transformational leadership style, professionalism and employee performance at Jambi District Court Class IA. Then to analyze the influence of the work environment and transformational leadership style on professionalism, analyze the work environment and transformational leadership style on employee performance, then analyze the influence of professionalism On employee performance, then analyze the influence of the work environment and transformational leadership style through professionalism on employee performance. This research is a research using descriptive and verifiative research methods, which is a method in examining a group of people, an object, situation and condition of a system of thought with a goal to make a description, a systematic picture according to the facts being investigated. The verification research aims to test hypotheses about the influence between variables of this study. This study involved employees at the Jambi District Court Class IA and for a sample of 84 people. Data was analyzed using SPSS.22. The results showed that the work environment is in good condition, transformational leadership style in high conditions, professionalism and employee performance are also high, that the work environment , and transformational leadership style are simulatively or partial has a positive and significant effect on professionalism, work environment and transformational leadership style simultaneously and partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and professionalism has a positive and significant effect on performance employee at Jambi District Court Class IA. To be able to improve the professionalism of its employees at work by providing rewards, promotions so that they can work better for the progress of the agency. In addition, it also provides sanctions to employees who do not carry out their duties and responsibilities properly. In addition, it also provides services in the field of law to people who seek justice for the legal problems they face

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of perceived value on repurchase intention mediated by e-word of mouth online shopping Tokopedia in Bandung City. This study involved 90 respondents who had shopped online at Tokopedia. Data was collected by distributing online questionnaires and the time horizon used was one shot study or cross sectional. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression, multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25 software, and the sobel test. Of the four research hypotheses proposed, three of them are supported by empirical data. The research findings show that perceived value has a positive impact on repurchase intention. Furthermore, e-WOM mediates the effect of perceived value on repurchase intention. Future research can propose new concepts that are thought to have a positive effect on repurchase intention. The results of this study are expected to provide benefits for future research and the managers of the object being assessed or similar e-commerce regarding the design of developing strategies that are in accordance with improving the quality of these attributes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of destination image, tourist facilities and experiental purchasing variables on customer satisfaction on Heha Sky View Gunungkidul tours, Yogyakarta. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. This research data is primary data taken through a questionnaire to 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique, which is then analyzed using multiple linear regression and hypothesis test through SPSS 23 software. The result obtained show that destination image has a positive significant effect on customer satisfaction, tourist facilities have a insignificant effect on customer satisfaction and experiental purchasing have a positive significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of influencer popularity on purchase intemtions for Scarlett Whitening through the influencer’s attitude. The data collection method for this research uses primary data. The population used in this research is the general public who intend to purchase Scarlett Whitening products. This research uses a purposive sampling technique and the sample size in the research is 150 respondents. This research model uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model as a test tool, namely Partial Least Square (PLS). the results of this research show that the popularity of influencers has a positive effect on purchase intentions. The influencer’s attitude has a positive effect on purchase intentions and the influencer’s popularity through the influencer’s attitude has a positive effect on purchase intentions.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of financial knowledge, financial attitudes, and locus of control as intervening variables on UMKM in the Purwokerto area. The method used in sampling was probability sampling and the number of samples in this study was 100 respondents. Data analysis in this research uses the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression (t test), coefficient of determination and path analysis. The research results show that financial knowledge and financial attitudes directly have a positive and significant effect on locus of control. Financial attitude has a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior, while financial knowledge and locus of control have no effect on financial management behavior. Locus of control is not able to mediate the influence of financial knowledge on financial management behavior and locus of control is able to mediate the influence of financial attitudes on financial management behavior.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the competence, compensation, motivation and performance of ASN of the Ministry of Religion of Muaro Jambi Regency and to analyze the partial and simultaneous direct and indirect influence of competence and compensation on ASN motivation and performance, as well as to analyze motivation on ASN performance. To answer the research objectives, this research is supported by theoretical studies related to research variables, namely competence, compensation, motivation and performance. Apart from that, the author also looks for relevant previous research in the form of articles/journals and previous theses to support this research. The population in this research is employees of the Ministry of Religion, Muaro Jambi Regency, totaling 76 employees with conditions in 2022. The data analysis technique used in this research is through path analysis followed by hypothesis testing via F (simultaneous) and t (partial) tests. From the path analysis tests carried out, it was found that competence and compensation have an influence on ASN motivation and performance, both directly and indirectly. This explains that if the organization has high competence and higher compensation, this will increase ASN motivation towards the organization and provide maximum work results. This research concludes that partial and simultaneous competency and compensation have a positive and significant influence on the motivation and performance of ASN at the Ministry of Religion, Muaro Jambi Regency. Likewise, motivation has a positive and significant influence on the performance of the ASN Ministry of Religion, Muaro Jambi Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of own capital, total assets, business volume, members and outside capital on the remaining business results in Savings and Loans Cooperatives. Sampling in this research used a purposive sampling method by analyzing 32 cooperatives from 83 Savings and Loans Cooperatives in Banyumas Regency from 2019-2022. Data analysis was carried out using the multiple linear regression method. The results of this research show that the variables of own capital, business volume, have a positive and significant effect on the remaining business results, while the variables total assets, members, external capital do not have a significant effect on the remaining business results. The research results showethat own capital is a variable that has a relatively large influence on the remaining business results, so it is best for savings and loan cooperatives to maintain the condition of their own capital structure, and try to develop their members so that members increase the amount of principal savings and mandatory savings, so that they can increase their own capital.

Abstract

Researchers examined a company operating in the forestry sector that sells forestry products to the international market. This research aims to analyze the company's marketing program using descriptive qualitative methods by collecting data through observation and in-depth interviews, secondary company data, and collecting documentation. This research produces an analysis of marketing strategies for forest products to international markets. This analysis is based on the theory of segmenting, targeting and positioning (STP) and mix marketing. It is hoped that the analysis that has been made by researchers can help companies to develop.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Organizational Health and Perceived Organizational Support on Work Engagement among 4-star hotel employees in Jakarta. Data was collected from 215 employees working at 4-star hotels in Jakarta. The data collection technique used in this study was non- probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. The technique used to analyze this research is an instrumental test in the form of validity, reliability and hypothesis testing using the Multiple Regression with SPSS software. The results of testing the hypothesis in this study indicate that there is a positive influence between Organizational Health on Work Engagement and there is a positive influence between Perceived Organizational Support on Work Engagement. Managerial implications can be given to continue to increase Perceived Organizational Health and Organizational Support so that employee Work Engagement increases.

Abstract

As time progresses, science and technology in every organization is required to have competent human resources. From the data obtained, there is a decline in employee performance. From several factors that affect employee performance, namely work stress and work motivation, the research objective is to determine the influence of work stress and work motivation on the performance of production department employees. The sample used consists of all production department employees, totaling 33 employees. This research employs a quantitative method with multiple regression data analysis using SPSS version 27. Data collection techniques involve interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that work stress has a negative partial effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive partial effect on employee performance. Work stress and work motivation simultaneously affect employee performance.
