Abstract

In the context of Industry 4.0, widespread internet penetration has significantly changed social and political dynamics and consumption behavior. This study analyzes the influence of social presence in e-commerce, perceived price fairness, and consumer trust on online purchase intentions in Indonesia, including these variables' direct and indirect impacts. This study also explores the role of political affiliation in the context of online image management by public figures, which is relevant for business continuity in Indonesia. The study adopted a quantitative approach, surveying 153 respondents in Indonesia. Data was collected and analyzed using Descriptive Statistical Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to validate the proposed hypotheses. The findings show that social presence in e-commerce partially influences perceived price fairness and trust. Similarly, perceived price fairness and trust have a partially significant impact on purchase intentions in online marketplaces. However, political affiliation signals have no significant influence on online purchase intentions. This research provides new insights into the dynamics of online purchasing in Indonesia, particularly concerning social and political factors. The findings are essential for e-commerce businesses to develop more effective marketing strategies, considering social aspects and perceived price fairness. In addition, this study suggests the importance of separating political image from online business activities for public figures and politicians to avoid negative impacts on consumer perceptions. Academics and practitioners can use these findings as a basis for further research examining the impact of socio-political variables on online consumer behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the factors that influence the purchase intention of social media users. The research examines the impact of social presence, psychological distance, trust, engagement, social media marketing, electronic word of mouth (EWOM), and brand equity on purchase intention. Engagement is identified as a mediator, and brand equity as a moderator in the relationship. Data was collected from 290 reSPondents through the distribution of questionnaires and analyzed using the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of the data analysis indicate a positive correlation between trust, engagement, EWOM, and brand equity with purchase intention. However, there is no significant effect of social presence, psychological distance, and social media marketing. Additionally, the results showed no mediating effect of engagement, and the moderating impact of brand equity was less than 5%.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of destination image, tourist engagement, and destination attributes on revisit intention through the memorable tourist experience of Taman Mini Indonesia Indah tourists. A total of 150 respondents who had experience visiting Taman Mini Indonesia Indah participated in this research. The cross-sectional or one shot method is used to obtain data. The research instrument has been declared to have passed the validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used is structural equation modeling (SEM) using Smart-PLS version 3.0. Of the ten proposed research hypotheses, nine of them have a positive influence. Destination image, tourist engagement, and destination attributes have a direct and indirect influence on revisit intention. The addition of destination attribute variables as a consequence of revisit intention is a development of the conceptual model in previous research.

Abstract

This research aims to find out, explain, identify and analyze the influence of factors that influence buying interest in skincare products in e-commerce. The independent variables used in the object of this research include the variables perceived quality, perceived risk, perceived benefits, perceived endorsement, subjective norms. The intervening variable used is attitude and the dependent variable used is purchase intention. This research applies quantitative research methods in data collection and the technique used by the research is purposive sampling technique, the sample used reached 279 respondents using skincare in Batam city. The research analysis method uses smart PLS. This research produces various results, namely that there is a significant positive relationship between the perceived benefits variable and the Attitude variable. There is a significant positive relationship between the attitude variable and the purchase intention variable. The perceived endorsement variable does not have a significant effect on the attitude variable. There is a significant positive relationship between the perceived quality variable and the attitude variable. The perceived risk variable has no significant positive effect on the attitude variable. The perceived risk variable has no significant positive effect on the purchase intention variable. There is a significant positive relationship between the Subjective Norms variable and the Attitude variable and the Purchase Intention variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how firm size, liquidity, conservatism, and earnings growth affect earnings quality as the firm grows. Property and real estate manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019-2021 are the subject of this study. Using purposive sampling method, a sample of 48 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange was selected. The data was tested with multiple linear regression. This study shows that company age has a positive effect on earnings quality as a control variable, liquidity has a positive effect on earnings quality, conservatism has a negative effect on earnings quality, and company size has a negative effect on earnings quality.

Abstract

The study aims to find out the impact of good corporate governance, which includes institutional ownership, board of commissioners size and board of directors size, on corporate value (PBV), with corporate social responsibility as an intervening variable, on energy sector companies listed in the IDX in 2019-2022. This research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling of as many as 13 samples of energy sector companies. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis, using path analysis using Eviews 12, and data has passed the classic assumption test. The results of the research showed that, in part, institutional ownership and the size of the board of commissioners had a positive and significant influence on the price to book value. in part, the size of the board of directors had a negative and significant impact on the price to book value. And the letter, corporate social responsibility, is unable to mediate the influence of institutional ownership, the board of commissioners, and the board of directors on price to book value.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe organizational culture, employee quality, employee motivation and employee performance at the Department of Industry and Trade of Jambi Province. Then analyzed the influence of organizational culture and the quality of human resources on motivation, analyzed the influence of organizational culture and the quality of human resources on employee performance, analyzed the influence of motivation on employee performance, and analyzed the influence of organizational culture and human resources. . quality on employee performance is analyzed. The organizational culture is then analyzed. and the quality of human resources that encourage employees to excel. This research is research that uses descriptive and control research methods, namely methods for studying a group of people, an object, a situation and a state of mind. a system whose aim is to create a picture, a systematic picture according to the facts being investigated. The aim of control research is to test hypotheses regarding the influence between variables in this research. The analytical tool used in this research is path analysis and the sample is a counting method of 96 employees. Data were analyzed using SPSS.22. The research results show that the organizational culture is in good condition, the quality of personnel is in good condition, motivation is high and personnel performance is also high, as are organizational culture and personnel quality. resources have a positive and significant effect simultaneously or partially. motivation, organizational culture and quality of human resources simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on an employee's performance and motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Jambi Province Department of Industry and Trade.

Abstract

This research intends to understand the dynamic integration of the Indonesian capital market with the ASEAN Capital Market before and after the implementation of the MEA (ASEAN Economic Community) or AEC. The sample used in this observation is a series of data collected in the period January 2011 to December 2015 before the MEA was implemented and January 2016 to December 2022 after the MEA was implemented, while the capital markets studied were the Indonesian Stock Exchange, Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange, Stock Exchange Singapore, Philippine Stock Exchange and Thai Stock Exchange. This research analyzes the dynamic integration of the Indonesian capital market towards ASEAN after the implementation of the MEA using the Orthogonal Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroscedasticity (OGARCH) method which can manifest the level of integration in a measurable way. The results of this research are that there is co-movement among the ASEAN capital markets studied, however, not all ASEAN capital markets are fully integrated. The results of this observation also found that the Indonesian Stock Exchange, Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange, Thailand Stock Exchange and Singapore Stock Exchange were integrated but the Philippine Stock Exchange was not. The Philippine Stock Exchange tends to be segmented rather than integrated.

Abstract

The motive of this observe is to expose the impact of labor subject, organizational lifestyle and motivation at the performance of instructors in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Rembang. the academics of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Rembang have been used on this observe. A sample of 50 instructors changed into used on this study. statistics analysis strategies the usage of multiple linear regression analysis. The results confirmed that work discipline and motivation had a substantial nice effect on instructor overall performance in Madrasah Aliyah Negerti 1 Rembang, and organizational lifestyle had a negative and insignificant impact on instructor overall performance in Madrasah Aliyah Negerti 1 Rembang. The adjusted R-squared value is 0.534. as a result, it may be interpreted that 53.4% of teaching and work results can be defined by means of 3 independent variables, which are work discipline, organizational subculture and motivation. The final 46.6% may be defined by using different variables not investigated on this observe.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the United States dollar exchange rate, inflation, and production on ornamental fish exports in East Java province. The researchers' strategy for this study is quantitative research, and they use statistical formulas to aid in the analysis of the data and information collected. The information used in this study is a subset of secondary data collected from organizations or organizations related to it and then reprocessed. The Central Bureau of Statistics of East Java and the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries are the organizations involved in this research. The Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of East Java and the Central Bureau of Statistics are the organizations involved in this research. Documentation, or finding information about a subject or variable in the form of notes, books, papers or articles, journals, etc., is a strategy used to collect data for the study. Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) conducted using SPSS software is an analytical technique used to assess the impact of the US dollar exchange rate, inflation, and production on ornamental fish exports in East Java Province. The results of this study show that the BLUE test conducted on export variables has no correlation, statistical analysis shows that simultaneously exchange rate variables, inflation, production affect ornamental fish exports, partial analysis reveals that exchange rates have little influence on ornamental fish exports, partial analysis shows that ornamental fish exports are significantly positively affected by inflation. Partial analysis on ornamental fish production has a significant impact on ornamental fish exports.
