Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of compensation and work environment in increasing employee loyalty at PT. Citra Nusantara Catering. Qualitative descriptive methods with triangulation interviews and observation techniques were used to explore compensation conditions, work environment, and employee loyalty levels. The results of the research showed that the compensation provided by the company was below standard, with employee salary data indicating the need for adjustments to achieve higher compensation levels. adequate. The work environment also requires improvement, as indicated by workplace layout data. It is recommended to improve lighting, air circulation and layout arrangements to improve employee welfare and productivity. Employee attendance data is an additional factor that needs to be taken into account when analyzing loyalty levels. Research shows a correlation between compensation conditions, work environment, and employee absenteeism levels. With the results of this research, recommendations for reviewing compensation policies include salary adjustments, increasing incentives, and providing more comprehensive benefits. On the work environment side, improvements to lighting, air circulation and workplace layout are proposed to improve employee welfare and productivity. By implementing these steps, it is hoped that the company can increase employee loyalty, having a positive impact on overall company performance.

Abstract

The study aims to implement the CAPM (Capital Asset Pricing Model) method in undervalued and overvalued equity investment decisions in the banking sector in the EIB during the period 2018-2022. This research method uses descriptive quantitative methods. The data source used is secondary data of the closing price per month of the Bank listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange and the Financial Services Authority during the period June 2018 s/d December 2022. Sampling using purposive sampling technique of 5 National Private Public Bank (BUSN) Devisa. The results of this study showed that of the 5 shares of the company that were the sample of the research, 1 company shares became undervalue, namely the company of the Bank of Jewelry (BNLI) where the rate of return of individual shares is greater than the expected return, while 4 other companies were included in the overvalue shares: Bank Central Asia (BBCA), Bank Pan Indonesia (PNBN), Bank CIMB Niaga (BNGA), and Bank OCBC NISP (NISP) whose individual share return rate is smaller than its expected return.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the strategic positioning and alternative marketing strategy that can be carried out by Darul Ilmi wal Amal Islamic Boarding School. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data analysis used is SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) which is measured through internal factors (Internal Strategic Factor Analysis Summary/IFAS) and external factors (External Strategic Factor Analysis Summary/EFAS). The results obtained from IFAS and EFAS show that Darul Ilmi wal Amal Islamic Boarding School is in quadrant I, which is a position that shows a strong organization with great opportunities. The strategy that is in accordance with this position is a development strategy (progressive/aggressive/expansion) which includes preparation towards a muadalah-based boarding school; expansion of promotion by involving various related parties and using various effective methods; expansion of cooperation with various related parties, especially in admitting new students, education and training; determining affordable prices/fees, scholarship programs for students and organizing the learning process based on the different academic abilities of students in the form of study groups.

Abstract

In today's advanced era, many from various circles, especially among young people who are currently very concerned about their appearance to look neat, and attractive, especially for women whose lives are related to beauty and beauty in themselves. The business world in the beauty sector is experiencing a fairly rapid increase, as a result of the high number of purchases in the world of beauty, all companies in the beauty sector are competing to create attractive products and have the attractiveness to be able to encourage consumers to purchase these products.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the description of transformational leadership style, work discipline, motivation and employee performance, analyzing and testing the influence of transformational leadership style and work discipline on employee performance through employee motivation as a mediating variabel. This research uses the PLS analysis method. Based on the research results, transformational leadership style and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Transformational leadership style, work discipline and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through motivation, while work discipline does not have a significant effect on employee performance through work motivation at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Jambi Branch.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of perceived value, price and brand image on repurchase intention, mediated by customer satisfaction in the Tupperware product market in Cimahi City amidst developing consumer trends. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected through surveys from Tupperware consumers in Cimahi City. The results of statistical analysis show that there is a significant relationship between perceived value, price and brand image and repurchase intention. Customer satisfaction has also been proven to mediate the relationship between independent variables and repurchase intention. These findings provide in-depth insight into the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions in the context of Tupperware products. Managerial implications and future research directions are also discussed. This study is expected to help companies optimize marketing strategies and increase customer loyalty in the face of continuously developing market dynamics.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of current ratios, accounts receivable turnover, and debt to asset ratios on ROA in Food and Beverage Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018 to 2021. The population taken in this study was 72 companies. With a sample of 25 companies. The sampling technique is using purposive sampling technique. The place of research used is the Indonesia Stock Exchange on financial report data for food and beverage companies. The time for data collection is from 2018 to 2021. The results of the current ratio variable test have a significance value of 0.296 > 0.05 with a t value of 1.053 and a coefficient of 0.114. Receivables turnover variable has a significance value of 0.421 > 0.05 with a t value of 0.810 and a coefficient value of 0.073. The debt to asset ratio variable has a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 with a t value of -5.814 and a coefficient value of -0.661. Based on the research results, the following results are obtained: a. The current ratio variable has no effect on return on assets. b. Receivables turnover variable has no effect on return on assets. c. The debt ratio variable has an effect on return on assets..

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Hedonic Value and Utilitarian Value on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction of Richeese Factory customers in Bandung City. This research involved designing a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire with the participation of 120 Richeese Factory customer respondents in Bandung City. The sample used was convenience sampling which is included in the nonprobability sampling technique. The data collection time in this study was classified as cross-sectional or one shot study. In this research, the validity and reliability of the instruments used were tested. The data analysis procedures used are descriptive analysis and verification analysis including multiple regression analysis and Sobel test. Of the seven research hypotheses proposed, all hypotheses are supported by empirical data. The results obtained are, Hedonic Value has a positive and significant relationship with Customer Satisfaction, Utilitarian Value has a positive and significant relationship with Customer Satisfaction, Hedonic Value has a positive and significant relationship with Customer Loyalty, Utilitarian Value has a positive and significant relationship with Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction have a positive and significant relationship to Customer Loyalty, Hedonic Value to Customer Loyalty does not have a positive and significant relationship through Customer Satisfaction, Utilitarian Value to Customer Loyalty has a positive and significant relationship through Customer Satisfaction. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide benefits for further research and managers of the objects being assessed or similar fast food industries regarding designing strategies that are relevant to improving the quality of these attributes.

Abstract

From the data obtained there are several employees whose performance is still lacking in the production section of PT. XYZ Kabupaten Majalengka. . The factors that influence whether employee performance is good or bad are work motivation and discipline development. This research aims to determine the relationship between work motivation and discipline development on the performance of employees in the production department of PT. XYZ Kabupaten Majalengka. The method in this research uses a quantitative method,  sampling technique namely probability sampling with a simple random sampling type. Data collection techniques include distributing questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique uses descriptive methods and associative methods as well as data analysis, namely multiple regression analysis by interpreting the SPSS version 25 program output table. The research results show that work motivation partially influences employee performance, and discipline training not partially influences employee performance. Furthermore, work motivation and discipline development simultaneously influence the performance of production employees. PT. XYZ Kabupaten Majalengka.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the TFL performance, workload, compensation, and education in the Jambi Province Housing Provision Working Unit. It also seeks to ascertain and evaluate the impact of workload, compensation, and education on TFL performance in the Jambi Province Housing Provision Working Unit. Both quantitative and descriptive approaches of verification were employed in this study. A saturation or census sampling technique was used to determine the study's sample. The study's sample is the full TFL population in 2022, which is limited to 63 people. The path analysis method is used in this study. Employee education at the Jambi Province Housing Provision Work Unit is described as belonging to the "Appropriate" category, workload is in the "Very High" category, work environment is in the "good" category, employee compensation is in the "High" category, and performance is in the "Very High" category. The Jambi Province Housing Provision Work Unit's TFL is classified as "Good." The path analysis's findings, which show that education has a 21.8% impact on performance through compensation, and that the impact of education on workload and compensation is 9.7%, with a total effect of 31.5%. This chart illustrates how education through compensation increased the TFL Performance of the Housing Provision Work Unit in the Province of Jambi by 31.5%. Workload has a 25.3% impact on performance through compensation; it has a 9% impact on performance through education and compensation; the overall effect is 34.3%. Reducing the Workload via Compensation contributed 34.3% to the TFL Performance of the Housing Provision Work Unit in the Province of Jambi. The combined impact of education and workload through compensation has a direct effect on performance of 47.1%, an indirect effect of 186%, and a total effect of 65.8%. This figure illustrates how these factors affected the performance of Jambi Province Housing Provision Work Unit employees by 65.8%.
