Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to examine the effect of service, price, process on trust and behavior of community reuse at Advocate in Jember Regency. Type of research with quantitative approach, sample 114 clients who need assistance 5 services advocate registered in PERADI Jember District. The analysis tool is data analysis model with Assumption Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Test. Result of research, that is: (1) service, price, and process have significant influence to public trust in Advokat in Jember Regency; (2) services, prices, and processes have a significant effect on the behavior of community reuse at Advocate in Jember District. Abstract

Abstract : The aim of this study was to identify and analyze the effect of motivation, leadership, and work environment to work performance of employee at Pakusari District Jember Regency. Thirty employees used as samples independent variables of this study were motivation, leadership, and work environment. While work performance was the dependent variable. Abstract

Abstract: Generally the purpose of this study was to determine the influence of viral marketing, celebrity endorser and brand image against consumer buying decisions in Distro RMBL. The population in this research was the whole followers of Distro RMBL’s instagram account and the total sample of this research was 110 respondents. The independent variables were viral marketing, celebrity endorser and brand image whereas the dependent variable in this research was consumer buying decisions and this research measured by using multiple linear regression analysis. This research’s result indicated that viral marketing, celebrity endorser and brand image influent positively and significantly to consumer buying decisions simultantly. Partially, viral marketing influent consumer buying decisions positively and significantly, celebrity endorser influent consumer buying decisions positively and significantly and also brand image influent consumer buying decisions positively and significantly.Keywords: Viral Marketing, Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image

Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to analyze the influence of the competencies of human resources that consisted of knowledge, skill, and attitude on the perceived quality of the financial statements generated by the administrators of Regional Work Unit (SKPD) of the Government of Bondowoso. The study was conducted in 58 (fifty eight) SKPDs in Bondowoso Regency Government.The sample consisted of 102 (one hundred and two) civil servants working in finance and planning department that responsible for completing the financial statements of SKPD. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Results showed that knowledge and attitude have significant effects on the perceived quality of financial statements while skill has no significant effect on the perceived quality of the financial statements. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of Internal Control System (SPI) on the reliability of financial statements, with fixed assets administration as the intervening variable, in the Government of Bondowoso Regency. Data were analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results shows that Internal Control System has a significant positive effect on the reliability of financial statements and fixed assets administration, fixed assets administration has a significant positive effect on the reliability of financial statements, and the fixed assets administration has a significant role in mediating the effect of Internal Control System on the reliability of financial statements. Abstract

Abstract: Good corporate governance is a barometer of for a company accountability. A poor corporate governance implementation is presumed as one of the causes of various corporate financial business scandals. Banking companies deal directly with the provision of goods and services to meet the wants and needs of the community. In this case, the community is the customer that must be served well in order to meet their satisfaction by applying a good organizational management mindset to improve the customer (community) satisfaction. Applying the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) approach, banks will be able to explain their mission to the community, identify the indicators of public satisfaction more transparently, objective, and measurable, and identify the work processes and the quality of human resources needed to achieve their mission and vision. In the implementation process, the banking activities will produce a community-oriented strategic management system. Keywords: Corporate Governance, Bank, BSC.

Abstract

Abstract: Honda official workshop (AHASS) is a maintenance and repair service company for motorcycle products of Honda. To fulfill customers demand, the company management tries to improve employee performance in order to make their consumers satisfied with the offered service. The objectives of this research are to significantly examine the direct influence of quality of work life and work satisfaction on employee performance and the indirect influence of quality of work life and work satisfaction on employee performance through organizational commitment. This is an explanatory research with the sample consists of 50 (fifty) employees of Honda official workshops in Sumbersari District, Jember. Data were analyzed using path analysis with SPSS 19. The results show that quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and organizational commitment; work satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and organizational commitment; and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Today’s consumers are very critical in making choices for the shoes products by considering the intrinsic and extrinsic factors of the products which one of them is the country of origin of the product brand. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of country of origin on the purchase intention through brand image of the shoes products for the consumers in Bandung City. The population of this research is the shoes consumers in Bandung City. The sample consists of 125 respondents taken by purposive sampling approach. The method of analysis used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results indicate that country of origin influences brand image, brand image influences purchase intention, but there is no direct influence of country of origin on purchase intention of the shoes product in Bandung City. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work stress, organizational climate, and employee engagement on work satisfaction and turnover intention of the staffs of Education Department of Probolinggo Regency. The research sample consists of 83 respondents. Data were analyzed using path analysis. Results of the research show that work stress, organizational climate, and employee engagement have direct effect and indirect effect through work satisfaction on turnover intention of the staffs of Education Department of Probolinggo Regency. Abstract

Abstract:The purposes of this research are to analyze: (a) the effect of financial leverage that measured as debt to assets, long-term debt to equity, and debt to equity on earnings (Return on Equity); (b) the effect of financial leverage that proxied by debt to assets, long-term debt to equity, and debt to equity on earnings (Earning per Share or EPS); and (c) the dominant effect of financial leverage on ROE and EPS in the telecommunications sector companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research examines 5 companies. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis.Results show that financial leverage affects profitability (both ROE and EPS). Results also show that debt to assets ratio is the dominant variable affecting ROE and EPS. Keywords: Financial Leverage, ROE, and EPS
