Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of human capital, structure capital, and relational capital on the accreditation of Widyatama University. This is an exploratory research applying associative research method. The data used is primary data. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS statistical software package. The results of this study show that human capital is the most dominant factor affecting accreditation, which is 15.35%, even though statistically it has no significant influence. Overall, intellectual capital factor has no effect on accreditation. Relational and structural capitals have negative effects on accreditation and statistically have insignificant influence. Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to test the effect of event marketing, Visit Jember Month 2012 (Bulan Berkunjung ke Jember 2012 or BBJ 2012),on brand awareness of Jember Regency. The population in this study was the society who saw the BBJ 2012. Snowball sampling was used which resulted in a total of 70 respondents. Multiple linear regressionwas used to test the hypothesis. Results showed that sport and exhibition event marketing did not have a significant effect on the brand awareness of Jember Regency, while art and culture even marketing had a positive and significant effect on the brand awareness of Jember Regency. Abstract

Abstract: The aims of this research were to analyze: (1) the market segmentation of Mild cigarette based on its attributes; (2) the kind of Mild cigarette product for every segment; (3) the kind of Mild cigarette that preferred by the most consumers; (4) the kind of attributes as the market differentiation of Mild cigarettes. This study analyzed 105 respondents of Mild cigarette consumers. Data were analyzed using statistical cluster and discriminant analysis. Results showed that: (1) the Mild cigarette’s consumers were divided into two segments, the first (the less selective) was consumers who did not consider the product’s attributes and the second (the selective ones) was consumers who considered the product’s attribute; (2) LA Mild, GG Mild, and A Mild had a similar position in consumers’ mind;(3) LA Mild could be accepted at every segment; (4) the product attributes differentiating the cigarette segments in Jember were brands, packaging, price, taste, tar and nicotine, and aroma. Price was the most important attribute among the Mild cigarette consumer segments in Jember. Keywords: Brand, Packaging, Price, Taste, Aroma, Tar and Nicotine.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is a survey research with the objective of analyzing whether individual characteristic, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction influence employee performance inPT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Surabaya. The model used in this study was causality model. The hypothesis were tested using path analysis. The sample consisted of 102 respondents. Results showed that individual characteristics, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction had significant influence on employee performance. Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this study is to determine the effect of mutation, organizational culture, and transformational leadership on work motivation and employees performance in The Office of State Assets and Auction Service in East Java Province. The samples were consisted of 176 employees. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was employed as the method of analysis. The results showed that mutation has significant effect on work motivation, organizational culture has significant effect on work motivation, but transformational leadership does not have significant effect on work motivation. Mutation has significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has significant effect on employee performance, but transformational leadership does not have significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Abstract : This study aimed to analyze the significant influence of price, quality of service and quality of product to repeat purchases interest and customer satisfaction online shopping at University students Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo. This study uses a sample of consumers online shopping are students at the University Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo, sampling method used purposive sampling with the number of respondents is 184 people. Mechanical analysis using SEM. The results showed the quality of price and service quality significantly influence the buying interest, quality of service and product quality significantly influence customer satisfaction and product quality did not significantly affect the interest in the purchase, and the price does not significantly influence customer satisfaction online shopping. Abstract: The purpose of this research are to verify the influence of leadership style to effectivity work performance at KOPA TTN Jember, to verify the influence of internal communication to effectivity work performance at KOPA TTN Jember, to verify the influence of organizational culture to effectivity work performance at KOPA TTN Jember, to verify the influence of employes dicipline to effectivity work performance at KOPA TTN Jember, to verify the influence of the most dominant between the fourth variable to effectivity work performance at KOPA TTN Jember. The approach of this research is explanatory researc, the population which consist by Koperasi Agrobisnis Tarutama Nusantara (Kopa TTN) Jember employes as much sixty (60) sampel. F test is used to analyse the influence between the variable simultantly and to verify the causal relations parsially is using t test. Based of analyse result known that the leadership style have an positive effect ad significant to effectivity work, whereas internal communication have an positive effect ad significant to effectivity work, the organization culture have an positive effect ad significant to effectivity work, whereas employes dicipline have an positive effect ad significant to effectivity work, and the most dominant variable have an positive effect ad significant to effectivity work is employes dicipline.Keywords: Leadership Style, Internal Communication, Organizational Culture, Employes Dicipline and Effectivity Work.

Abstract: This study was done to analyze whether the motivation and incentives affect the performance of organizational commitment and performance, as well as the influence of commitment to employee performance media smile Stationary Jember. The research design used in this research is quantitative. The study population was all employees of Smile Media Stationary meaning of this research study respondents census with 76 employees. Methods of data analysis used in this study is the path linear regression analysis. The results of this research are formal education, work environment and work experience simultaneously significant effect on performance. In partial formal education and the work environment does not significantly influence performance. Meanwhile, work experience variable partially significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: employee performance, organizational commitment, incentives, dan motivation

Abstract: The purpose of this study were to determine the effect of intellectual and spiritual intelligence on the performance through motivation and job satisfaction at Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Jember. This study included explanatory research with quantitative method. The population in this study were all employees of the KPP Pratama Jember number 102 employeesThe variables of this research were the intellectual, spiritual intelligence, motivation, job satisfaction and performance. The results showed that the Intelligence intellectual had significant effect employee motivation KPP Pratama Jember. Intelligence spiritual had significant effect employee motivation KPP Pratama Jember. Intellectual had no significant effect on employee job satisfaction of employees KPP Pratama Jember. Intelligence spiritual had significant effect on employee satisfaction KPP Pratama Jember. Intellectual acumen has no significant effect on employee performance KPP Pratama Jember. Intelligence spiritual had significant effect employee performance KPP Jember. Motivation effect on employee satisfaction KPP Pratama Jember. Abstract

Abstract: Disproportionate budget absorption is a common issue in managing local government finances. This study aimed to identify factors that affect the absorption level of the budget managed by theworking units (SKPD) in Situbondo Regency Government. The sample was collected using purposive sampling method and consisted of 200 respondents, i.e., the Spending Treasurers, the Committing Officers, and the Financial Administration Officers. Data were analyzed using exploratory factor analysis. The results show that there are six factors that affect the budget absorption, namely: (1) planning factor that explains the variance of all items amounted to 24.31%; (2) goods/services procurement factor that explains the variance of all items amounted to 11.10%; (3) regulation factor that explains the variance of all items amounted to 8.57%; (4) internal factor that explains the variance of all items amounted to 7.03%; (5) administration factor that explains the variance of all items at 5.92%; and (6) human resources factor that explains the variance of all items by 5.56%. The six factors have the variance of 62.49% in affecting the budget absorption, while the remaining 37.51% is explained by the other factors.
