Abstract

Abstract: The purpose ofthis study was to examine the effect of institutional image and service quality on satisfaction and loyalty of students of the Moch. Sroedji Jember University. A total of 144 students was used as the sample. The hypothesis were tested using Structural Equation Modelling. Results show that institutional image and service quality affect student satisfaction and loyalty significantly. Customer satisfaction affects customer loyalty significantly. Abstract

Abstract:This study explored the relationship effect between the types of psychological contract and innovative work behavior. It is focusedon the direct effect and indirect effect ofthe types of psychological contract and innovative work behavior mediated by work engagement. The subjectswere 81 employees from the low level management of Public Broadcasting Institutionschosen by using a proportionate random sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaire and to avoid bias in measuring the dependent variables, data were sourced from the employees and also their superiors. This research used Structural Equation Mpdelling–Partial Least Squareas the analysis technique. The results show that: (a) relational contract does not affect innovative work behavior, (b) transactional contract does not affect innovative work behaviour, (c) relational contract affects work engagement, (d) transactional contract does not affect work engagement, (e) work engagement affects innovative work behaviour, (f) work engagement does not mediate the positive relationship between relational contract and innovativebehavior, and (g) work engagement does not mediate the negative relationship between transactional contracts and innovative behavior Keywords: Psychological Contract, Relational Contract, Transactional Contract, Innovative Work Behaviour, Work Engagement

workers, should be started from the standardization of competence and understanding of language and culture, objective and transparent certifications, strong commitment to the welfare of workers and adequate health insurance. In addition there should be strict rules related to discipline and commitment as well as the workers agreed rules related to piracy of labor and industrial relations in this case, the government became supervisor and perform kontrol. Some industries that should be prioritized to be developed in order to absorb the lokal workforce large enough and creating differentiation, the first is Agro Industries for processing agricultural products are abundant in East Java, such as tobacco, coffee, chocolate, seafood and horticulture. Secondly, processing industries, both made of metal, bamboo, stone, wood and other lokal minerals. The growth of processing industries will create new business units that will encourage a lot of new entrepreneurs. Therefore, a priority skill that should be given to the lokal force or labor force is the skill in the field of aquaculture, and processing, as well as plant management. The technology required to support the accelerated development of the industry, according to respondents apart Appropriate Technology (TTG) for people who will be the supplier (second layer) of the company, also advanced technologies that will get support from the government, because according to respondents, the lokal government must have some sort enterprises (incorporated district), which acts as the marketer of the products produced by the community, especially for the export market. Abstract

Abstract : This research aims to understand the influence of workload and characteristic of individuals against the performance of the nurse throught burnout in PT. Nusantara Medika Utama Rumah Sakit Perkebunan (Jember Clinic). This research using primary data obtained from the answers of the respondents over kuisioner used in research . The method of analysis the data used in this research was analysis a track ( path analysis ). The method of sampling using census. Population in this research were nures permanent part in -patient service with 57 people. The result of this research is workload and characteristics of individual have positive significant effect on burnout and performance nurse and burnout have negative significant effect on performance of nurse PT. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study among others, to analyze the effect of the work-family conflict, social support and emotional intelegence on work stress and job performance among female nurses in RSD dr. Soebandi Jember. This study was a research explanation. The study population was 237 female nurses of RSD dr. Soebandi Jember. Sample was 120 people. Methods of data analysis used SEM. The result show that work-family conflict significantly influence work stress. Work-family conflict significantly influence job performance. Social support significantly influence work stress. Social support significantly influence job performance. Emotional intelegence significantly influence work stress. Emotional intelegence significantly influence job performance. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of performance allowance on motivation, discipline, and employee performance in the Watershed Management Center (BPDAS) in East Java Province. The sample consisted of 83 (eighty three) employees of BPDAS. Data were analyzed using path analysis. Results show that: (1) performance allowance has no significant influence on work motivation, (2) performance allowance has no significant influence on work discipline, (3) performance allowance has a significant negative influence on employee performance, (4) work motivation has no significant influence on employee performance, and (5) work discipline has no significant influence on employee performance. The fact that the existing performance allowance has no influence on motivation, discipline, and employee performance urges the system improvement. Abstract

Abstract: The availability of consumable water is a basic human right. The State Water Supply Company (PDAM) Surya Sembada is the only government institution in charge in providing and managing drinking water facilities and infrastructure in Surabaya. PDAM Surya Sembada provides free fountain drinking (KASM) as their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program that located in various strategic public places in the city including in Surabaya Zoo (KBS). However, there has never been any analysis on the product and service quality of the KASM in KBS. Therefore, the objective of this study is to analyze the effect of product and service quality of the KASM in KBS on user satisfaction and loyalty using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. Results of path coefficient analysis show that product quality affects user satisfaction, but it has no effect on user loyalty. Service quality affects user satisfaction and loyalty. User satisfaction affects user loyalty. It can be concluded that user satisfaction is affected by product and service quality, while user loyalty is affected by service quality and user satisfaction. Abstract

Abstract: Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are designed as the successor of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) as the MDGs’ goals have not been achieved by the end of 2015. The SDGs is an action plan for the humankind, the planet, and the prosperity that also aims to strengthen universal peace in a broad freedom. It exists to overcome extreme poverty as the greatest global challenge. The SDGs concept is needed as a new development framework that accommodates all the changes occur after the 2015-MDGs, especially related to the world's changes since 2000 regarding the issue of deflation of natural resources, environmental degradation, crucial climate change, social protection, food and energy security, and a more pro-poor development. MDGs aimed only for the developing countries, while SDGs have a more universal goal. The SDGs is present to replace the MDGs with better goals to face the world future challenge. It has 17 goals and 169 targets that will stimulate actions for the next 15 years, focusing on the significant areas for the humanity and the planet, i.e., the people, planet, prosperity, peace, and partnership. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of Accrual Finance and Planning Information System (SIRKA) on the regional development planning process of Situbondo Regency. The effectiveness of SIRKA is measured by Delone and McLane’s Information Systems Success Model (2003). The variables used to measure the success of SIRKA are system quality, information quality, service quality, user satisfaction, and net benefit. This is a quantitative research employing census sampling method with the population consists of all users of SIRKA planning. The primary data were sourced from the questionnaires distribution and analyzed using SmartPLS. The results of analysis prove that system quality and service quality affect SIRKA user satisfaction and net benefit. This means that the system quality measured by ease of use, reliability, response time, integrity, accessibility, and output quality supports the accomplishment of timely budget arrangement. SIRKA implementation also increases job performance. However, service quality has no effect on user satisfaction and net benefit. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of trust towards the leader, mutation, and organizational culture on work motivation and employee performance at Regional Revenue Board of Jember Regency. This is an explanatory research with the sample consists of 150 employees of Regional Revenue Board of Jember Regency. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Results show that trust towards the leader, mutation, and organizational culture have significant effects on work motivation; mutation and work motivation have significant effects on employee performance. However, trust towards the leader and organizational culture have no significant effects on the employee performance at Regional Revenue Board of Jember Regency.
