Abstract

This research seeks to investigate and assess the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) transparency and ecological performance on the financial returns of healthcare firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) over the 2019–2022 timeframe. A quantitative methodology was adopted, applying multiple linear regression techniques. The study population encompasses all IDX-listed healthcare entities, with the sample chosen through purposive sampling based on specific benchmarks, such as availability of annual reports, CSR disclosures, and involvement in the PROPER initiative, yielding 37 firm-year data points. Profitability is indicated by Return on Assets (ROA), CSR is evaluated via the CSR Disclosure Index referencing the 2016 GRI guidelines, and environmental performance is determined through PROPER scores. Results demonstrate that CSR and ecological performance jointly exert a meaningful influence on profitability. Individually, CSR shows a notable negative correlation with ROA, whereas environmental performance has a positive yet statistically insignificant impact. The conclusion suggests that despite CSR efforts enhancing corporate reputation, the substantial costs of implementation amid challenging times can dampen short-term profitability.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of Work–Family Conflict (WFC) and Family–Work Conflict (FWC) on Job Embeddedness, with Emotional Exhaustion serving as a mediating variable. A quantitative research approach was employed, using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. Data were collected through a survey of 300 courier expedition employees in Indonesia using a convenience sampling technique. The findings reveal that both WFC and FWC negatively and significantly affect Job Embeddedness, while simultaneously exerting a positive and significant impact on Emotional Exhaustion. Emotional Exhaustion, in turn, has a negative and significant effect on Job Embeddedness. The mediation analysis further confirms that Emotional Exhaustion significantly mediates the relationship between role conflicts and Job Embeddedness. These results highlight the detrimental effect of work-family conflicts on employees’ emotional well-being and their organizational attachment. The study underscores the importance of organizational strategies that promote work-life balance to sustain employee engagement and reduce turnover.

Abstract

In this digital era, cyberloafing—using the internet for personal purposes amid working hours—is progressively prevalent within the working environment, including within government institutions. Civil servants, as the backbone of public service, are expected to preserve work efficiency; however, widespread internet access opens opportunities to abuse working hours for personal online activities. This study intends to explore the influence of workload and job boredom on cyberloafing behaviour and the moderating role of organizational commitment among civil servants in Central Jakarta. The research employed a quantitative method with data collected through surveys. The data was analysed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with AMOS 30. The results indicate that both workload and job boredom have a positive and significant effect on cyberloafing behaviour. Conversely, organizational commitment affects cyberloafing negatively and significantly. Furthermore, organizational commitment was found to weaken the positive influence of these variables. These findings highlight the importance of reinforcing organizational commitment to minimize cyberloafing behaviour among civil servants.

Abstract

This study investigates the factors influencing online purchasing decisions among university students, with a particular emphasis on the roles of information quality and ease of use. It further examines trust as a mediating variable in the relationship between these factors and purchasing decisions. The rapid growth of online booking applications has shifted consumer behavior, particularly among younger demographics, making it essential to understand how current behavior may predict future trends. An explanatory research design was employed, targeting university students in East Java who had used online booking applications during the 2023–2024 period. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed using purposive sampling, resulting in 380 valid responses. The analysis was conducted using path analysis with the support of SPSS version 25.The results indicate that both information quality and ease of use significantly influence students' purchasing decisions through the mediating role of trust. These findings highlight the importance of building user trust to enhance the effectiveness of online booking platforms. The implications, limitations, and recommendations for future research are discussed in detail.

This study aims to find the influence of E-WOM, price, social media marketing, and hotel attributes on intention to stay at hotels in Bali. This quantitative study uses primary data from a questionnaire distributed to 152 respondents using purposive sampling. The data were processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that E-WOM, price, and social media marketing influence the interest in staying both partially and simultaneously. Based on these findings, it is hoped that entrepreneurs in the accommodation business will continuously improve e-WOM, compete with appropriate prices, and pay attention to digital marketing through social media, which is now a primary reference for stay decisions in today's digital era.
