Abstract

Pandemi di Indonesia membuat masyarakat tidak dapat mudik atau pulang kampung selepas Ramadan. Di Indonesia, perayaan Ramadhan dan Idul Fitri yang identik dengan mudik menjadi perhatian dari pemerintah dengan keluarnya peraturan larangan mudik untuk mengurangi tingkat penyebaran COVID-19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan keluarga, tradisi sungkeman dan silaturahmi dalam iklan Ramadhan IM3 Ooredoo 'Bulan Yang Baik' bagi masyarakat Indonesia, dan untuk mengetahui makna kreatif dari iklan 'Bulan Yang Baik'. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif dan analisis isi (content analysis). Kesimpulan dari analisis iklan IM3 Ooredo ini yaitu sejauh apapun jarak tak menjadi halangan untuk tetap terhubung dengan orang yang terkasih dengan menggunakan IM3 Ooredoo.

Abstract

The use of innovation from a technical standpoint is a step toward starting a business. The task management process, including task recording, assignment, and reporting, has not been integrated at CV. Balinet Intermedia, making it difficult to monitor the performance of the many company divisions. The goal of this research is to develop a task management system design document for CV. Balinet Intermedia using Model-View-Controller (MVC) approach to define the three key components of a system that alter data, show information to users, and operate the system. Data gathering methodologies include observation, interviews, and literature reviews. The system design makes use of Use Case Diagrams, Context Diagrams, and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), while the model make use of Class Diagram Models and controller designs make use of Data Flow Diagrams. Additionally, this task management system has tools for managing user information, clients, teams, tasks, notes, login logs, task submission, task verification, and task report printing. The average score obtained from the design suitability evaluation questionnaire with the user was 89 points. The study's conclusions serve as a documentation that is in line with user needs in order to act as a guide for system implementation in the future. Keywords: CV. Abstract

Pandemi telah berdampak pada banyak UMKM, menyebabkan masyarakat kehilangan sumber pendapatan dan banyak usaha harus menutup karena tidak dapat bertahan di situasi ini. Dengan mengadopsi strategi pemasaran digital, diharapkan UMKM dapat meningkatkan penjualan dan keterlibatan online untuk mengembangkan bisnis mereka di tengah pandemi Covid-19. Salah satu contoh UMKM yang telah menerapkan digitalisasi pemasaran adalah Hits Burger Antasari di Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh citra merek, e-WOM (word-of-mouth elektronik), dan kepercayaan merek terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan minat beli sebagai mediator di Hits Burger Antasari. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 konsumen. Metode kuantitatif dengan bantuan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) digunakan, dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra merek, e-WOM, dan kepercayaan merek masing-masing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli dan keputusan pembelian. Selain itu, minat beli juga berfungsi sebagai mediator yang signifikan antara citra merek, e-WOM, dan kepercayaan merek dengan keputusan pembelian oleh pelanggan di Resto Hits Burger Antasari Jakarta.

Abstract

Teknologi Media Promosi Baligho telah berhasil meningkatkan kualitas kemampuan membaca Al Qur'an di SMPIT Al Marjan. Dalam proses belajar mengajar Al Qur'an, seringkali pengucapan huruf hijaiyyah tidak sesuai dengan makhraj dan sifat huruf yang telah dirumuskan oleh ulama tajwid. Metode Baligho digunakan sebagai solusi untuk mengatasi kesalahan ini yang kerap terjadi pada para siswa Yayasan Sekolah Al Marjan maupun masyarakat umum di sekitar daerah tersebut. Tesis ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki kualitas kemampuan membaca Al Qur'an di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Islam Terpadu Al Marjan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode desk research yang kualitatif, dengan melakukan pengamatan, wawancara, serta analisis terhadap data yang terkumpul. Metode Baligho ini fokus pada guru dan siswa yang menerima koreksi (talaqi musyafahah) dalam proses pembelajaran. Selain itu, materi yang diajarkan menggunakan kitab Baligho yang terdiri dari 5 jilid, meliputi ilmu tajwid dan musykilat gharib. Dari hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode Baligho di SMPIT Al Marjan pada hari Senin, Selasa, Kamis, dan Jumat antara tahun 2018-2021 berhasil mencapai angka 50-57% dalam meningkatkan kemampuan siswa membaca Al Qur'an.

Abstract

This Ilham Green Shop has just started an online business by selling types of plants which are a growing business area now, but this Ilham Green Shop only has a few buyers, this is because the Ilham Green Shop has not been seen or heard among the public, so it is necessary a sales information system with a recommendation feature built using the PHP and MySQL programming languages and tested by the blackbox - testing method. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and literature study. For processing sales transaction data using the Apriori Algorithm to get more accuracy in the process of processing data on the plant sales information system to find data on the best-selling plant products and see the buying pattern of a buyer by calculating the minimum support value and minimum confidence value to determine the association rules for a combination of itemset. . The results of the Apriori Algorithm calculation in this sales information system with sales transaction data from 03 December 2021 – 30 May 2022 obtained from Ilham Green Shop obtained the lift test value of 1.55 using the minimum support value = 10%, the minimum confidence value = 40% who form association rules with a confidence value of 93.55%. From these results it can be concluded, by processing plant product data with the Apriori Algorithm, it is able to provide good plant recommendations, so Ilham Green Shop can determine a strategy by multiplying the best-selling plant nurseries to get a lot of profit and recommending them to attract buyers' interest.

Abstract

In the face of market competition, in order to increase sales of products sold, related parties must think about strategies for product marketing to increase sales productivity. One of them is by predicting and analyzing sales transaction data on the Point of sales system used. The unavailability of calculation analysis of the formation of a pattern of product associations that are most often purchased by consumers in product sales transaction data. By applying data mining techniques to the association rule method using the a priori algorithm, it can be used as a method to predict and analyze data from sales transactions, this method aims to display information about the data results in the form of a product association pattern that is most often purchased by consumers. With the resulting product association pattern, it will be used to support decision making in making business solutions.

Abstract

An information technology solution company, PQR, runs project-based businesses managed by Program Management Office (PMO) department. PQR project completion implementation hasn't met 95% timeliness target, PMO noted 12 out of 14 projects in 2019-2021 were finished late. To minimize potential business losses, companies need to improve project management implementation, starting with PMO project management maturity analysis. Based on its maturity, recommendations for project management implementation improvement can be formulated in directed manner. This study measures the project management maturity level using Kerzner Project Management Maturity Model (KPMMM), which refers to Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). Maturity analysis performed quantitatively using KPMMM questionnaire, and improvement recommendations were compiled qualitatively using maturity analysis result mapping to PMBOK theory. Result stated that PQR was at maturity level one, Common Language, out of five levels. Recommended improvement is applying principles of PMBOK process through each phase of project management related to KPMMM knowledge category. In addition, training is also recommended for PMO PQR project managers regarding achieving level one criteria that are below target. By implementing these recommendations, PQR hopes to improve the performance of its PMO and thus increase the maturity of its project management in the future.

Abstract

Adanya internet generasi muda sekarang sering kali terpengaruh oleh tren yang sedang populer. Namun, banyak dari mereka cenderung menggemari budaya Barat tanpa mempertimbangkan efek positif dan negatifnya. Akibatnya, nilai-nilai etika dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat dan bernegara menjadi tergeser, dan kesadaran akan pentingnya nilai-nilai yang sejalan dengan Pancasila menurun. Untuk mempersiapkan generasi penerus bangsa yang lebih baik, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi pendidikan karakter Pancasila di lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui tinjauan kepustakaan dengan analisis kritis dan komprehensif terhadap bahan pustaka yang relevan untuk menghasilkan deskripsi yang mendukung kesimpulan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pendidikan karakter di sekolah melibatkan penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila melalui contoh keteladanan dan pembiasaan dalam aktivitas sehari-hari siswa.

Abstract

The development of technology and information in the current era of globalization provides many benefits for all sectors, including the world of education. One of them is creating a new innovation by creating a mobile device-based application. Researchers designed a mobile-based journal search application. The purpose of designing this application is to facilitate the academic community in searching for journal references. The location of the research was conducted at Paramadina University with respondents from the entire academic community, namely lecturers and students. The method used in the development of research software is the Waterfall method. Based on the results of the questionnaire given to 50 respondents, it shows that 66% of research reference sources come from general journal articles such as Google Scholar, DOAJ, and Research gate. Thus, an online-based platform that is widely used by respondents to be able to find research reference sources. To be able to provide this solution, the author designed a mobile-based journal search application with an Android base. This is done in order to provide convenience for the academic community in finding sources of journal references. The mobile-based journal article search application can help users find journal articles by using several search options such as keywords, and year of publication.

Abstract

Gamelan is an orchestra consisting of instruments made of stone, wood, bamboo, iron, bronze, leather, strings and others using pelog and slendro barrels, and has 7 pepatutan or pathet namely; (1) pathet selisir, (2) pathet panji, (3) pathet tembung (4) pathet sunaren, (5) pathet baro, (6) pathet pengenter, dan (7) pathet malat, each pepatutan or pathet has special characteristics with the rules for how to play it in each Balinese Gamelan group. Along with the development of the era, there is a transition in the way of teaching in the past and now that is different, so that today's children only know the order in which the gamelan blades are struck, not the barrel of the gamelan sound. Therefore, the author wants to build a system that can classify sound tunings into 7 pepatuans or pathets contained in the Balinese Gamelan. This system will be designed and built based on the appropriate grouping or pathet obtained using the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm and Support Vector Machine. Based on the test results, the KNN algorithm gives more effective results in grouping sound barrels with a percentage accuracy rate of 100%, while the SVM algorithm gives an accuracy percentage of 74.29%. Testing of the time required in the classification process also shows that KNN provides a faster processing time of 0.14388 seconds compared to SVM, which is 0.17642 seconds. KNN gives better results because, in principle, K-NN chooses the nearest neighbor which uses the distance parameter, namely the Euclidean distance, which is very suitable for use in determining the shortest distance between two data.
