Abstract

This study aims to develop and evaluate a music learning model based on the traditional Tongkek musical instrument for elementary school students. This study uses a qualitative approach with an educational ethnography design to reveal the implementation process, effectiveness, and meanings that emerge in learning. The results show that the use of the Tongkek musical instrument significantly improves students' musical understanding, especially in the aspects of rhythm and tempo. Students show better kinesthetic and auditory responses, as well as higher active engagement and learning motivation compared to conventional learning methods. In addition, Tongkek-based learning also encourages the growth of cultural awareness and strengthens students' local identity. The conclusion of this study is that the use of the traditional Tongkek musical instrument in music learning in elementary schools has proven effective in improving students' understanding of musical concepts, especially rhythm and tempo, as well as strengthening collaboration skills and cultural awareness. Despite challenges such as limited teacher training, this learning method holistically improves students' musical motivation and identity. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the service marketing mix (7P) on revisit intention at the Indonesia Science Center. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously, the marketing mix variables (7P) have a significant effect on revisit intention. However, partially, only the Price, Place, and Process variables have a positive and significant effect. Meanwhile, the Product, Promotion, Physical Evidence, and Physical Evidence variables do not have a significant effect. This finding indicates that although the overall marketing strategy has an impact on revisit intention, there are still several dimensions that need to be improved to support the overall destination appeal. The conclusion of this study is that the management of the Indonesia Science Center needs to maintain and improve the Price, Place, and Process dimensions that have been proven to be effective in influencing revisit intention. Meanwhile, other dimensions such as Product, Promotion, Physical Evidence, and Physical Evidence require further evaluation and development to increase visitor appeal. Abstract

The waste solution that is the focus of this research is about the knowledge of the Tagaraja Village community about waste, laot and waste disposal sites so that they carry out such practices. This research uses qualitative research with an ethnographic approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, documentation and literature studies. The results of the study show that the Tagaraja Village community has knowledge about how to resolve waste that can be resolved either by burning, throwing it into the laot, throwing it into the paret or just left alone, then the understanding of laot that can transport, accommodate, and decompose waste quickly makes laot a priority to be applied by the community as a way to resolve waste. The conclusion of this study shows that the knowledge of people who live in an area with various phenomena that they continue to experience has the most important role for the community in behaving, and one of them is in resolving waste. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the management of Village Funds in improving the community's economy in South Amanuban District, South Central Timor Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection through interviews, observations, and document studies. The results of the study indicate that the management of Village Funds has been implemented in accordance with regulations, such as Permendagri No. 20 of 2018 and PMK No. 145 of 2023, but there are still obstacles in human resource capacity, transparency, and community participation. Village Fund allocations are used for infrastructure development, community empowerment, and Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES), but their utilization is not optimal due to budget and planning limitations. Community participation in monitoring and evaluation is still low, while village financial governance faces challenges in accountability and reporting. The research findings also reveal irregularities in the use of Village Funds, such as inappropriate development locations and abuse of authority by village officials. The conclusion of the study emphasizes the importance of increasing the capacity of village officials, transparency in management, and strengthening community participation to maximize the impact of Village Funds on local economic growth. Policy recommendations include village financial management training, stricter oversight, and a community-based approach to achieving sustainable development. Abstract

This study aims to examine the transformation process of batik-making methods in Buaran District, Pekalongan Village, and its economic impact on batik industry actors during the period 1975–1980. The research employs historical methods, which include heuristic steps, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The data used consists of primary sources such as statistical reports, newspapers including Berita Yudha and Harian Fajar, and is supported by oral historical sources. The findings indicate that the batik-making practice, which was originally dominated by the traditional canting method, began to shift gradually to the printing technique in the early 1975s. This shift was driven by the need for time and cost efficiency in production, enabling mass production at lower selling prices. The economic impact of this transition allowed batik printing entrepreneurs to dominate the market, while those who continued to use the canting technique were increasingly marginalized. The study concludes that the shift in batik-making methods between 1975 and 1980 marked the beginning of modern batik industry development in Pekalongan, leading to new market segmentation and consumer preferences for Pekalongan batik. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of student perceptions and BK infrastructure on interest in guidance and counseling services at SMA Negeri 9 Lubuklinggau. The method used is quantitative with a population of 256 students and a sample of 38 students through simple random sampling techniques, analyzed using multiple linear regression, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the simultaneous test show that student perceptions and BK infrastructure have a significant effect on interest in BK services (sig. F = 0.001 < 0.05) with R² = 97.9%. Thus, both independent variables together provide a strong contribution to interest in guidance and counseling services. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between student perceptions and BK infrastructure on interest in guidance and counseling services at SMA Negeri 9 Lubuklinggau. Abstract

This study aims to understand the perspectives of perpetrators in cases of drug abuse by farmers within the jurisdiction of the Rimba Melintang Police, Rokan Hilir Regency. This study uses a descriptive approach with qualitative methods, and data is obtained through interviews with perpetrators, police officers, and community leaders. The results show that drug abuse by perpetrators is driven by economic pressures, environmental influences, and minimal knowledge about the impact of narcotics. Rational Choice Theory is used to analyze the perpetrators' actions, which are based on rational calculations in decision-making. Perpetrators are aware of the legal and social risks they pose, but still choose to use drugs as a form of escape from the realities of life. The conclusions of this study emphasize the importance of community-based preventive interventions and education in agrarian environments as a strategy to prevent drug abuse. Abstract

This study aims to investigate the challenges and opportunities faced by entrepreneurs with disabilities in Indonesia in running their businesses. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study method to explore real-life contexts. Data were obtained through semi-structured interviews with 10 small and medium-sized entrepreneurs with disabilities and 15 non-disabled respondents. The results show that entrepreneurs with disabilities face significant barriers, including limited access to capital, infrastructure issues, and societal stigma. Despite this, they demonstrate resilience and adaptability. Internal factors include motivation, family support, and skills development, while external factors include market understanding, competitive awareness, and supplier relationships. Furthermore, strategic competencies such as continuous self-improvement, collaboration, and the ability to influence the social and regulatory environment have been shown to play a crucial role in their success. The study's conclusions emphasize the need for targeted support through inclusive entrepreneurship programs, increased access to technology, and the creation of a disability-friendly business environment to strengthen the sustainability of entrepreneurs with disabilities. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of local community perceptions on the development of the Tourism Village. This research method used a quantitative approach, with questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents living in the Kampung Silat Rawa Belong Tourism Village area as the research sample. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS. The results showed that local community perceptions, both cognitive, affective, and conative, had a positive and significant influence on the development of the Kampung Silat Rawa Belong Tourism Village. These three dimensions simultaneously explained 33.2% of the contribution to the development of the Tourism Village, while the remainder was influenced by external factors such as infrastructure and government policies. This study concluded that all dimensions of community perception—cognitive, affective, and conative—had a positive and significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, on the development of the Kampung Silat Rawa Belong Tourism Village. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of tourist experience and destination image on the decision to visit Rawa Belong Silat Village, known as an urban cultural tourism destination in West Jakarta. The study uses a quantitative approach with independent variables of tourist experience (X1) and destination image (X2), and the dependent variable of visiting decision (Y). Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 96 tourists who had visited the village, then analyzed using multiple linear regression with validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests using SPSS. The results showed that tourist experience significantly influenced the decision to visit (β = 0.441; sig. 0.000), with the emotional (involvement in culture) and intellectual (acquisition of new knowledge) dimensions as the dominant predictors. Destination image also had a significant influence (β = 0.365; sig. 0.000), mainly supported by the uniqueness of Betawi silat culture and cognitive image related to facilities. Simultaneously, both variables contributed 49.8% (R² = 0.498) to the decision to visit. The research conclusion confirms that tourist experience, particularly the emotional and intellectual aspects, as well as the image of cultural uniqueness, are key factors determining visit interest. The practical implications of these findings are the need for managers to: (1) develop interactive activities such as silat workshops and participatory cultural performances to strengthen the emotional-intellectual experience; (2) utilize digital marketing strategies that highlight the authentic identity of Betawi silat; and (3) improve the quality of supporting facilities to strengthen the cognitive image of the destination.
