Abstract

This study describes the implementation of character education in English language learning, including planning, implementation, and assessment. This research is observational studies research with a qualitative approach. The results obtained in this study are that character education in learning English at SMP Negeri 1 Limpung has been carried out both in planning, implementing, and assessing learning. At the learning planning stage, the teacher has entered the character values that will be applied in learning in the syllabus and lesson plans. The implementation character education through “Profil Pelajar Pancasila” which are noble character, global diversity, independence, mutual cooperation, critical reasoning, and creativity were implemented in the learning process. Assessment of english learning includes effective assessment.

Abstract

Extracurricular activities provide opportunities for students to develop and express their abilities according to their interests when school time is over. Mahogany et. Al. (2005) argue that extracurricular activities are defined as organized activities, adult supervision, emphasizing skill development, and promoting positive student development. Meanwhile, Nelson et. Al. (2002) assumed in their study that extracurricular activities are experiences outside the classroom. Extracurricular activities include non-formal curriculum, volunteer work, and student groups, as well as student clubs and initiatives outside of school. This can occur inside and outside school buildings, as well as after and during school hours (Bîrzéa et al., 2004). In the end, extracurricular activities are non-formal curriculum activities held outside school hours which aim to support and develop students' abilities in certain fields and to build their self-confidence.

Abstract

Recently, there have been several cases of default that have caused unrest in the community, one of which is that the Investment Company, the State and OJK have an important role in supervising and protecting the law and its various regulations. In view of this default, it is important to avoid and to prevent the same case and also to provide special protection to investors. This study aims to analyze the responsibilities of investment companies and examine and examine more deeply how the legal protection for investors. The research method used in this research is normative juridical and analytical descriptive research, namely by solving the problem being investigated by describing the current state of the research object based on visible facts, which is then analyzed through applicable regulations. The results of the study show that investment companies in the event of default (default) Investor protection is needed in the form of information disclosure, and also the existence of collateral (collateral) accompanied by the existence of reserve funds or known as sinking funds. Apart from that, preventive and repressive legal protection as well as the application of sanctions that are up to date are deemed necessary to be presented from the Laws and Regulations of the Financial Services Authority (POJK). because it is an institution that has the authority to protect investors' legal rights, so that in the future there will not be a similar case in case of default, because investors get rights and legal protection.

Abstract

Kekerasan merupakan suatu fenomena yang menempatkan seseorang dan mengakibatkan timbulnya kesengsaraan atau penderitaan secara fisik, seksual, psikologi, dan/atau penelantaran rumah tangga termasuk ancaman perbuatan, pemaksaan atau perampasan kemerdekaan secara melawan hukum. Berbagai kekerasan seringkali muncul dengan mengatasnamakan agama. Hal inilah yang melatarbelakangi peneliti untuk menulis jurnal berjudul “kekerasan atas nama agama: perspektif politik” yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui berbagai jenis kekerasan atas nama agama berdasarkan perspektif politik. Sehingga dapat mengurangi ataupun membantu seseorang yang mendapatkan kekerasan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengambilan data dilakukan melalui studi literatur dengan mencari referensi jurnal yang relevan terkait materi yang dianalisa menggunakan database jurnal. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kekerasan atas nama agama dalam perspektif politik dilandasi kurangnya pemahaman terhadap Pancasila sebagai dasar untuk berkehidupan kebangsaan yang berpolitik di Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengeksplorasi upaya guru dalam menyeimbangkan antara kebutuhan dan kemampuan pembelajaran saat ini menggunakan model pembelajaran yang efektif dalam kondisi pembelajaran campuran (blended learning). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di MAN Curup. Hasil penelitian bahwa upaya guru PAI dalam mewujudkan pembelajaran efektif dengan model blended learning di MAN Curup menjadi suatu keharusan yang dibutuhkan dalam pembelajaran abad-21. Guru perlu mengembangkan berbagai metode dan media yang dapat menunjang pembelajaran agar pelaksanaan pembelajaran bisa berjalan dengan baik dalam keadaan dan kondisi yang berubah seperti saat pandemi atau pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas. Tentunya dukungan dari teman sebaya sebagai tutor, dan dorongan motivasi instrinsik dari dalam diri guru tersebut menjadi hal yang sangat penting karena meskipun fasilitas memadai, tutor sebaya mendukung, apabila kemauan dalam diri tidak ada maka pengembangan diri untuk mencapai pembelajaran yang ideal akan terhambat dan tidak akan bisa berkembang dan sudah tentu akan berimbas kepada peserta didik. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menyarankan terutama bagi guru, siswa dan peneliti selanjutnya. Bagi guru diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja siswa karena pengembalian yang berkualitas berasal dari input yang berkualitas. Ketika mengajar seorang guru, guru harus terlebih dahulu menguasai mata pelajaran, keterampilan, dan keterampilan untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang efektif.

Abstract

Technological advances have encouraged teachers to improve learning media to suit the new period so that students’ creativity can be further honed. This is because creativity is an indispensable skill for students to face an increasingly complex world. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate that video projects are a suitable medium for enhancing students' creativity. Therefore, this work relies on earlier research to get the necessary data.. The data used are accurate because they are obtained from journal articles, books, thesis, and seminar proceedings. In analyzing it, the authors then make a meta-analysis matrix from the data that has been collected. This paper shows the results that video project has proven to be able to enhance students’ ability to think creatively. They are encouraged to find creative ideas related to the theme of the video to be made. Their creativity will also be improved during the editing process to get interesting video results appropriate to their objective. Abstract

The study aimed to describe: (1) the intensity of the supervision of the principal at SDN 32 Balang Caddi Pangkep, (2) the pedagogical competence of teachers at SDN 32 Balang Caddi and (3) the effect of the intensity of the principal's supervision on the pedagogical competence of teachers at SDN 32 Balang Caddi. Pangkep. The type of research used was a descriptive quantitative research. The populations in the study were all teachers at SDN 32 Balang Caddi Pangkep. The sampling technique in the study was a saturated sampling, so the total samples as a whole were 11 teachers. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire as primary data, and documentation as supporting data. Techniques of data analysis was carried out by analyzing the results of respondents' answers to the questionnaire quantitatively using descriptive analysis in the form of percentages and inferential analysis using analyst prerequisite testing the hypothesis test and test of the coefficient of determination. The results showed thats: (1) the description of the intensity of the supervision of the principal at SDN 32 Balang Caddi Pangkep as a whole was in the high criteria, where the highest score of 90.2% was on the indicator of the intensity of supervision planning, while the lowest value of 67.4% was on the indicator of the intensity of follow-up supervision, (2) the description of the pedagogical competence of teachers at SDN 32 Balang Caddi Pangkep as a whole was in the high criteria, where the highest score of 88.6% was on the indicator of understanding of students, while the lowest score of 65.9%, was on the learning evaluation indicators, and (3) there was a significant effect of the intensity of the principal's supervision on the pedagogic competence of teachers at SDN 32 Balang Caddi Pangkep, where the probability value was 0.03 < 0.05 significant value and the t value was 1.934 > t table 1.833.

Abstract

ASI Eklusif merupakan makanan utama bagi bayi sangat penting untuk kesehatan bayi, didapatkan data jumlah ibu yang memberikan ASI eksklusif tahun 2011 sebanyak 44,51%, tahun 2012 menurun menjadi 24,82%, dan tahun 2013 meningkat lagi menjadi 38,34%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap pemberian ASI eksklusif pada bayi usia enam sampai 12 bulan di Wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kecamatan Batauga Kabupaten Buton Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain crosssectional dengan responden ibu yang mempunyai bayi usia enam sampai 12 bulan sejumlah 98 responden pada bulan agustus 2015. Hasil penelitian didapatkan presentase pemberian ASI eksklusif pada bayi usia enam sampai 12 bulan masih rendah yaitu 51%. Faktor predisposisi yang berhubungan bermakna dengan perilaku pemberian ASI eksklusif pada bayi usa enam sampai 12 bulan adalah tradisi dan kepercayaan (p= 0,00) dan faktor pendorong yang berhubungan berrmakna adalah dukungan keluarga (p=0,037). Hasil analisis multivariate menunjukkan bahwa keterpaparan informasi merupakan faktor yang paling dominan dalam hubungannya dengan perilaku pemberian ASI eksklusif pada bayi usia enam sampai 12 bulan (p=0,001, Exp(B)= 0,188). Saran adanya pengawasan dan pelaksanaan dalam menerapkan 10 langkah keberhasilan menyusui agar selalu memberi penjelasan kepada ibu hamil dan menyusui, suami ibu hamil dan menyusui, keluarga ibu hamil dan menyusui tentang pentingnya dan manfaat pemberian ASI eksklusif.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of the social studies learning process on the character building of students at SMAN 16 Pangkep, (2) the influence of family climate on the character building of students at SMAN 16 Pangkep, (3) the influence of the social studies learning process and family climate simultaneously to the character building of students at SMAN 16 Pangkep. This type of research descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were all students at SMAN 16 Pangkep amounts to which amounting 107 pearsons. The sampling technique in this research was using the technique of cluster random sampling, then taken samples of two classes were class 10 as many as 35 and class 11 as many as 28 pearsons. The technique collection of data used was the distributions of questionnaires and engineering documentation. The technique data analysis had been done by analyzing the results of the answers of respondents to the questionnaire using analysis descriptive in the form of percentage and analysis inferentially by using test requirements analysis and test hypotheses . The results of the study had demonstrated that: (1) there was a significant influence to the social studies learning process against the character building of students in class 10, while in class 11, there was no a significant influence to the social studies learning process against the character building of students at SMAN 16 pangkep, (2) there was a significant influence to the the climate family against the character building of students in class 10, while in class 11, there was no a significant influence to the the climate family against the character building of students at SMAN 6 Pangkep, (3) there was a significant influence to the social studies learning process and climate family were simultaneous against the character building of students in class 10, while in class 11, there was no a significant influence to the social studies learning process and climate family were simultaneous against the character building of students at SMAN 16 Pangkep .

Abstract

This study aims to investigate whether there is a role of academic self-efficacy on academic burnout in high school students during the transition from online learning to offline learning. The method used in this study was a quantitative correlational survey with a cross sectional research design. The characteristics of the respondents included the high school students who experienced the transition from online learning to offline learning. The sampling technique was thenon-probability sampling with the purposive sampling type. Data were collected through offline and online questionnaires via google form. The measurement instruments consisted of the Morgan-Jinks Student Efficacy Scale (MJSES) and the School Burnout Inventory (SBI) which had gone through the adaptation process according to the stages of Beaton et al. (2000). The respondents in this study were (n=243) from three different high schools in Banjarmasin. The result of hypothesis testing using the simple linear regression analysis showed a significance level of 0.000 (p<0.001) and a regression coefficient b = -0.341. It can be assumed that there is a significant negative role between academic self-efficacy and academic burnout in high school students during the transition from online learning to offline learning. The academic self-efficacy variable had a contribution of 11.6% to academic burnout, and the rest was influenced by other factors.
