Abstract: The purpose of this study was to find information about the needs of elementary school teachers in ESD-based learning and the availability of mobile learning applications for ESD-based learning videos as learning references. The descriptive method used is interviews with elementary school teachers, and literature study. The results show that teachers still have difficulty in obtaining ESD-based learning reference sources, both through mobile learning applications and learning implementation videos accompanied by complete learning tools. The availability of mobile learning applications for ESD-based learning videos in particular is not yet available either in schools or other sources commonly used by elementary school teachers to find reference sources for learning implementation. However, there has been the development of similar mobile learning applications but in different discussion and learning materials.

Abstract

A tracer study is a study conducted to determine the level of market absorption of graduates, the number of graduate unemployed, the suitability of subject matter to field needs, and the need for curriculum revision or renewal. The Primary School Teacher Education Program (PGSD) study program requires data for this purpose. Among them are graduates who work in the formal sector (teachers, lecturers, administrative staff, employees in business and industry, etc.) and in the informal sector. The purpose of this study was to (1) determine the extent of the absorption rate of PGSD S1 alumni in the job market. (2) Knowing the percentage of alumni waiting period before getting a job. (3) Obtaining data about the suitability of the ongoing curriculum with field needs. The results of this tracing study indicate that the absorption rate of PGSD S1 graduates in the job market is 87.92%. The waiting period for PGSD undergraduate graduates to get a job is 42.10% getting a job before graduating and on average it takes 3 months to get a job. The conformity between the subject matter and the field needs of elementary school teachers was 67.16% alumni. Among them are working as civil servants (government agencies) as teachers, as teachers in private schools. The alumni assessment is seen from several aspects, including: ethics, expertise in the field of science, foreign language skills, communication skills, teamwork, ability to develop themselves and the ability to use information technology. From all aspects the average rating given is good. The highest level of competence mastered by alumni at graduation (85.1%) is the ability to continue learning all the time and the lowest (69.25%) is the ability to speak English. One suggestion that can be put forward is about improving English language skills.

Abstract

Applying science and technology in the lecture process can be done by applying blended learning, namely offline and online. Technology adaptation must be immediately familiarized for students and lecturers to optimize the effectiveness of lectures. This study describes the development of blended learning in number lectures and data processing and the feasibility of developing and knowing student responses after attending lectures. Development research using the ADDIE model, which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Design of lecture meetings with seven online and eight face-to-face meetings. Data were obtained from material and media validation instruments and student response questionnaires. The research subjects were 39 students of class D Class 2018. The percentage of the score analyzed the data obtained divided by the maximum score multiplied by 100%. The development of blended learning is arranged at LMS Unesa. Expert lecturers validate the materials and media in the LMS with the available position of lector and in charge of mathematics courses in the PGSD major. The results of the media validation test were 84%, and the material validation was 96%, with a very valid category. The student's questionnaire response was 95% in the very good category. The results of this development research were declared feasible with a few revisions and were effective for student lectures.
