Abstract

Minyak sulingan adalah produk utama yang dipasarkan oleh PT XYZ. Pelanggan dapat menghubungi Perusahaan Telemarketing Pusat Panggilan untuk berbagai layanan. Kesenangan pelanggan terhadap perusahaan, kualitas layanan yang diberikan kepada konsumen tersebut, dan keefektifan layanan tersebut dalam menangani pelanggan tersebut semuanya dapat diukur melalui survei kepuasan pelanggan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Indeks Kepuasan Pelanggan (CSI). Dalam survei yang dilakukan oleh layanan Call Center Telemarketing PT XYZ, 1.722 peserta menjawab 7 pertanyaan menggunakan formulir Microsoft. Berdasarkan tabel kriteria tingkat kepuasan, skor CSI yang diperhitungkan untuk layanan Telemarketing Call Center PT XYZ adalah 81%, yang menunjukkan bahwa konsumen sangat puas dengan kualitas layanan yang mereka terima dari Call Center PT XYZ.

Abstract

Solid waste produced by vegetable crops has the potential to cause environmental pollution because it has not been managed properly. Sampling is done by purposive sampling method and SNI provisions 19-3964-1994. Units of waste generation in weight and volume are consecutively 0.315 kg / m2/ harvest and 2,509 L/ m2/ harvest. The generation of waste in Tanah Datar Regency in units of weight and volume is consecutively 51.793,009 tons/year and 363.490,429 m3/ year. The composition of pre-harvest waste in the form of agricultural waste is 50%, dry waste is 27%, and hazardous and toxic substance waste 23%. Composition of post-harvest waste in the form of agricultural waste 100%. The average weight of waste type is 0.205 kg/ L, water content 35.479%, volatile levels 62.482%, ash levels 1.243%, fixed carbon 0.796%, C / N ratio 16,580, and biodegradability fraction 74.273%. The recycling potential of pre-harvest waste for LDPE plastic types is 2,437% and compostable organic waste is 50,116%. The post-harvest recycling potential is 100% in the form of compostable organic waste. Based on the results, the waste produced has the potential to be reused, recycled, and processed by third parties specifically for hazardous and toxic substance waste.

Abstract

Occupational safety and health is an important factor in the smooth running of production so that the program must be implemented in the company. Work accidents can occur due to unsafe working conditions or due to human error. The purpose of this research is to reduce work accidents by considering the human error that occurs in the company. To solve this problem, the SHERPA and HEART methods are used. The SHERPA method is used to predict errors and analyze potential solutions qualitatively, while the HEART method is used to calculate the probability level of a possibility of an error occurring in a structured manner. Based on the results of work accident data processing using the SHERPA method, it is known that 4 tasks have moderate probability ordinal analysis and 1 task has low probability ordinal analysis. Based on the HEART method, it is known that the largest human error probability with a value of 0.928 is located in task 1 and task 5. Proposed improvements to reduce work accidents by imposing penalties on workers who do not use personal protective equipment while working and providing socialization regarding the importance of work safety.

Abstract

Pada kegiatan setiap work station diusahakan agar waktu proses serta tenaga kerja tetap optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghitung jumlah work station yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan agar produksi Arm Rear Brake KWBF mendapat keseimbangan lini yang optimal, meningkatkan efisiensi lintasan kerja pada proses produksi serta menurunkan jumlah waktu menganggur (idle time) yang terjadi pada produksi Arm Rear Brake. Salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk menyesuaikan penyeimbangan work station yaitu metode Ranked Positional Weight (RPW). Penerapan konsep penyesuaian lini produksi  dengan memakai model RPW digunakan agar menghasilkan kenaikan efisiensi kerja dan menurunkan waktu menganggur. Pada kondisi awal dengan jumlah stasiun kerja sebanyak 8 mendapat efisiensi lintasan sebesar 58,69%, namun setelah menggunakan metode RPW mengalami perubahan menjadi 78,26% dengan jumlah stasiun kerja sebanyak 6. Smoothness Index yang dihasilkan sebesar 0,70 sedangkan dengan menggunakan metode rank positional weight memperoleh penurunan menjadi 0,42. Semakin kecil nilai dari Smoothness Index yang dihasilkan dari perhitungan Smoothness Index maka akan semakin mendekati nilai keseimbangan yang sempurna. Dengan menurunnya waktu menganggur juga akan meningkatkan outp ut yang dihasilkan.

Abstract

Pemodelan memiliki peran penting dalam prediksi kualitas air, khususnya dalam pemantauan lingkungan, kelestarian ekosistem dan akuakultur. Dalam studi ini mengusulkan metode artificial neural network (ANN) model multilayer perceptron dengan jenis algoritma backpropagation untuk memprediksi variabel kualitas air terhadap pembentukan fitoplankton di perairan Waduk Saguling menggunakan data dari PT Indonesia Power dari tahun 2007-2009.  Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang kuat antara variabel kualitas air khususnya nitrat (NO3-N) dan amonium terhadap pembentukan fitoplankton di Waduk Saguling. Namun, temperatur mempunyai pengaruh yang terbalik dengan variabel lainnya, dimana meningkatnya suhu pada musim kemarau membuat fitoplankton mengalami gangguan produktivitas sehingga membuatnya susah untuk tumbuh. Dari hasil prediksi tingkat pertumbuhan fitoplankton, data prediksi musim hujan menunjukkan performa yang lebih bagus dibandingkan dengan musim kemarau dengan nilai korelasi R2 = 0.99 dan tingkat error prediksinya sangat rendah yaitu MAE = 0.021, MSE= 0.0012, sedangkan data musim kemarau R2 = 0.97 dengan nilai errornya MAE = 0.025, MSE= 0.0015. Dari hasil analisa, model prediksi ANN yang dihasilkan menjadi salah satu alat penting untuk memahami pengaruh variabel kualitas air terhadap pembentukan fitoplankton di Waduk Saguling, sehingga model ANN ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai alat untuk menjaga kesehatan ekosistem Waduk Saguling.

Abstract

Abstract In addition to the production process, to be able to compete with competitors, companies must also pay attention to inventory and manage it. This is because inventory plays an important role in company activities. This research is aimed at increasing the efficiency of inventory management in the procurement of raw materials. The data used is in the form of historical data on the company's raw material consumption for 2021 from the results of company report documentation. The analysis is carried out using the Economic Order Quantity method to obtain a more economical ordering period for raw materials. The results obtained are that the company has not been efficient in its raw material inventory management. The EOQ results show that raw material orders were made 48 times from the previous 62 times. From these results there was also a decrease in storage costs from the previous Rp. 7,471,369 to Rp. 7,156,601. Then for the company's safety stock value, which is 23,024 kg, it was not taken into account before.Keywords: Raw materials, Inventory, Efficiency, Economical, EOQ AbstrakSelain proses produksi, untuk dapat bersaing dengan kompetitor perusahaan juga harus memperhatikan persediaan dan mengaturnya. Hal ini karena persediaan berperan penting dalam aktivitas perusahaan. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi manajemen persediaan dalam pengadaan bahan baku. Data yang digunakan berupa data historis konsumsi bahan baku perusahaan selama tahun 2021 dari hasil dokumentasi laporan perusahaan. Analisis yang dilakukan yaitu dengan metode Economic Order Quantity untuk mendapatkan periode pesan bahan baku yang lebih ekonomis. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu perusahaan belum efisien dalam manajemen persediaan bahan bakunya. Hasil EOQ menunjukkan pemesanan bahan baku dilakukan 48 kali dari sebelumnya 62 kali. Dari hasil itu juga terjadi penurunan biaya penyimpanan dari sebelumnya Rp. 7.471.369 menjadi Rp. 7.156.601. Kemudian untuk nilai safety stok perusahaan yaitu sebesar 23.024 kg, dari sebelumnya tidak diperhitungkan.Kata Kunci: Bahan baku, Persediaan, Efisiensi, Ekonomis, EOQ

Abstract

PLTP LMB 1 performs a First-Year Inspection after operating for one year to inspect and repair equipment after the operation. After these activities, a performance test needs to be carried out to determine the effectiveness and success of these activities. ASME PTC 46: 1996 is a widely-used standard for analyzing the performance test of thermal power plant systems, which includes plant heat rate, power output, specific mass consumption, and more. The purpose of the testing is to evaluate the results of system improvements. Calculation and comparative analysis are performed to determine the system's condition during warranty, commissioning, and testing, as well as after one year of operation and post-first year inspection. After testing, the thermal performance of PLTP LMB 1 was obtained as follows: The corrected net plant heat rate (NPRH) was 18923 kJ/kWh, the corrected net power output was 56,417 MW, and the net specific mass consumption (NSMC) was 6,881 tons/MW. Based on the data guarantee, the thermal performance value of PLTP LMB1 is still below the required value, so it can be concluded that the thermal performance value of PLTP LMB1 is in good condition. The isentropic turbine efficiency value decreased by 2.1% from its design value of 85% to 82.9%, which was caused by suboptimal heat energy absorption by the turbine above the design pressure of 5 bar.

Abstract

Banyaknya kriteria yang perlu dipertimbangkan dalam memilih supplier perusahaan memungkinkan adanya kesalahan dalam menentukan prioritas kriteria yang dipakai. Pemilihan supplier merupakan salah satu kegiatan penting dalam mengoperasikan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan prioritas kriteria pemilihan supplier, dan untuk memilih supplier terbaik di PT ABC menggunakan metode analytical hierarchy process (AHP). Kriteria-kriteria yang dipertimbangkan dalam proses pemilihan supplier di perusahaan tersebut, yaitu harga, kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, waktu pengiriman, dan tanggung jawab. Terdapat dua kandidat supplier di perusahaan tersebut, yaitu CV ARKA dan CV BJM. Data hasil kuesioner tentang penilaian supplier diolah mengikuti prosedur AHP menggunakan Expert Choice. Hasil analisis data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa bobot terbesar kriteria dalam pemilihan supplier di perusahaan tersebut adalah tanggung jawab, yaitu sebesar 0,318. Selanjutnya, diikuti kriteria kualitas produk, waktu pengiriman, kualitas pelayanan dan harga dengan masing-masing bobot sebesar 0,257; 0,192; 0,157 dan 0,077. Sedangkan, supplier terbaik yang dipilih oleh metode AHP tersebut adalah CV ARKA dengan bobot sebesar 0,570.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a local company engaging in the production of metal stamping parts, tools, and dies that serve product requests from domestic and international multinational companies as customers of this company. In its supply chain system, the company is still experiencing problems with the arrival of the brake rod joint part material that is not on time. This study aims to identify and analyze risks in the supply chain material part joint brake rod using the failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) method. The use of the FMEA method to determine the level of risk priority that has been identified based on the RPN value. The identification results obtained a total of 12 risks on the part of suppliers, storage of raw materials, and the production process. The highest priority risk is on the supplier side where there are delays from importers and loading shearing is overloaded as indicated by an RPN value of 90. In addition, inaccuracy in the shearing process is the second highest priority risk with an RPN value of 50. So, it is necessary to make improvements to the highest priority risk by evaluating supplier performance.

Abstract

The Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) is a regional business unit with the responsibility of distributing clean water to customers. For this reason, Palangka Raya PDAM needs to ensure that the quantity of clean water distributed can meet customer needs. This research is expected to be able to help Palangka Raya PDAM by projecting the number of customers until 2023 and determining the clean water needs that must be met within the projected timeframe. The projection of the number of customers is done using the geometric calculation method. From the results of the projected number of customers, the demand for clean water, both domestic and non-domestic, is calculated based on the Planning Criteria of the Directorate General of Cipta Karya PU (2000). Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the projected number of customers in 2032 was 42,386 people, so the peak hour clean water demand for that year was 83.712 l/s with the current clean water distribution capability of Palangka Raya PDAM of 191.32 l/s, it can be said that until 2032 Palangka Raya PDAM is still able to meet the quantity needs of customers' clean water.Keywords: PDAM, clean water, customers, projection, distribution
