<![CDATA[This study aims to increase learning activities and writing poetry by using a contextual approach to class VIIIA students of SMP Negeri 23 OKU. The method used is the descriptive quantitative method. Data in the form of poetry writing tests are classified as quantitative data and data in the form of observations are classified as qualitative data. Based on the results of data analysis of student learning outcomes applied in writing poetry using a contextual approach, it was found that the increase in student learning activities in cycle I was 65.45%, cycle II was 81.21%, and cycle III was 96.36%. The activities of implementing contextual learning in cycle I am effective categories, cycle II are effective categories, and cycle III are very effective categories. The learning activities carried out by the teacher were based on observer observations, namely cycle I was 75.65%, cycle II was 80% and cycle III was 96.25%. The improvement also occurred in the results of writing poetry that had been done by students through the test, namely the pre-cycle average score of 60.45; cycle I average value of 67.73; cycle II the average value of 73.73; and cycle III with an average value of 80.09. The number of students and the percentage of completeness is in the pre-cycle a number of 8 students with a percentage of 24.24%; cycle I a number of 21 students with a percentage of 63.64%; cycle II a total of 26 students with a percentage of 78.79%; and the third cycle of 33 students with a percentage of 100%. Thus, the use of a contextual approach to learning to write poetry can increase the activity and learning outcomes of class VIIIA students of SMP Negeri 23 OKU.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to identify and describe: 1). academic supervision of teacher professionalism; 2) the influence of the principal's leadership on teacher professionalism, 3) the influence of academic supervision and the leadership of the principal on teacher professionalism. This research uses the descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study were 47 teachers at SMP Negeri Sinar Peninjauan District. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression formulas and multiple linear regression. The results showed that: 1) There was a significant effect of academic supervision on professionalism; 2) There is a significant influence of principal leadership on teacher professionalism; 3) There is a significant effect of academic supervision and principal leadership on teacher professionalism. The magnitude of the influence of academic supervision and principal leadership together on teacher professionalism is 73.2% and the remaining 26.9% is influenced by other factors.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to find out moral values in “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows” novel. The data of this research were obtained from words, phrases, sentences, and utterances. This research was using a qualitative descriptive method. There were three kinds of collecting the data, they were documentation, interview, and book review from another reader. Five major phases were used for the data analysis: they were data managing, reading, noting, classifying, interpreting, and representing. The results of data analysis shows that moral values in “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows” novel are commitment to something greater than oneself; self respect, but with humbleness or respect to others, self-discipline, and acceptance of personal responsibility; respect and caring for others; and caring for other living things and environment.]]>

<![CDATA[The goal of this research is to see the impact of teacher competence and student motivation on the results of student learning. The unsatisfactory outcomes of student learning at SD Negeri 14 Kayuagung inspired this. An explanatory approach with data survey techniques by questionnaires is the analysis method used. The study sample was 246 Kayuagung grade 2 to 6 SDN 14 students. The instrument was tested using a scale from Likert. Path analysis is the data analysis methodology used. Random sampling was used in the sampling method. The results of the study show that: (1) In general, the definition of teacher competence, which is pedagogical competence, affects learning outcomes in the low category of teacher competence perceived by students. (2) The motivation of students to learn is still in the low range, not ideal for excitement and ability to learn. (3) Some students also have scores below KKM and need care from the teacher and the growth of the school's academic potential.]]>

<![CDATA[The aims of the study are to determine the effect of principal academic supervision and work commitment together on the quality of learning. The location of this research was carried out in all public elementary schools in Sekayu District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. This type of research is a quantitative study with a determination design using an ex post facto research design. The sample in this study was the total of all teachers of public elementary schools in Sekayu District, Musi Banyuasin Regency, consisting of 143 teachers. Data collection techniques were questionnaires, documentation and observation. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis techniques and multiple regressions. <![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat keterampilan menulis narasi berdasarkan proses metamorfosis siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Paok Lombok Tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Penelitian ini bertempat di SD Negeri 1 Paok Lombok. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanya 20 siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskripsi kuantitatif. Adapun desain yang digunakan adalah One Grup Pre-Test Post- Test Design. Di dalam desain ini pengukuran dilakukan sebanyak dua kali yaitu pratindakan (pre-test) dan sesudah tindakan (post-test). Intrumen yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan tes untuk mengukur kemampuan menulis narasi siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh nilai rata-rata pre-test sebesar 52,5 dan nilai post-test sebesar 73,25. Dari hasil tersebut terlihat bahwa perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai tes pratindakan dan nilai tes menulis narasi berdasarkan proses metamorfosis. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa menulis narasi berdasarkan proses metamorfosis berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan menulis narasi siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Paok Lombok Tahun pelajaran 2021/2022.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Model Cooperative Integrated Reading And Composition (CIRC) Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Pembelajaran Tematik Interaktif Kelas II SDN Peresak Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian jenis eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest-posttest design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas II SD Negeri Peresak. eknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas instrumen dan uji hipotesis. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus product moment dan uji-t dua pihak t-test sampel related. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang diperoleh hasil r hitung 0,626624 dengan perbandingan signifikan nilai r tabel 5% = 0,468 (). Sedangkan hasil hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa t hitung 0,0007064 tidak berada pada nilai -1,6909243 dan 1,6909243 yang berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan model CIRC terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran tematik interaktif kelas II SD Negeri Peresak.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode field trip dalam keterammpilan menulis karangan deskripsi pada siswa kelas V MI Nurul Islam Ganti. Penelitian ini mengunakan jenis penelitian eksperimen dan desian penelitian One Grup Preettest Posttest. Sampel penelitian ini siswa kelas V yang berjumblah 20 siswa. Penelitian ini mengunakan teknik pengumpula data berupa tes. Seblum data di analisis, instumen diuji validitas dan reabilitas. Kemudian dilakukan analisis hasil preetest dan posttest. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh oleh peneliti dalam penelitian. Hasil data preetest memperoleh nilai rata-rata 65. Sedangkan pada data posttest memperoleh nilai rata-rata menjadi 78 dengan. Untuk uji normalitas data menggunakan chi-kuadrat, sedangkan uji hipotesis mengunakan analisis uji t-tes untuk hasil uji hipotesisi diperoleh thitung > ttabel yaitu 14,376 > 1,729. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adanya penerapan metode field trip memiliki pengaruh terhadap keterapilan menulis karangan deskripsi pada siswa.]]>
