<![CDATA[This study aims to identify and describe: 1). influence principal's leadership on student learning motivation; 2) Effect of School Management on Student Motivation; 3) Effect of Principal Leadership and School Management on Student Motivation at SD Negeri Gugus 2, Semidang Aji District. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study were 64 teachers. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed using simple linear and multiple linear regression formulas. The results showed that: 1) there was a significant influence of the principal's leadership on student learning motivation; 2) there is a significant effect of school management on student learning motivation; 3) there is a significant influence of the principal's leadership and school management on student learning motivation at SD Negeri Gugus 2, Semidang Aji District. The magnitude of the influence of the principal's leadership and school management on student learning motivation at SD Negeri Gugus 2, Semidang Aji District is 48.4%, the remaining 51.6% is influenced by other factors that are not included in the variable variables in this study.]]>

<![CDATA[Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the ability to analyze the elements of short story builders through the Jigsaw cooperative learning model in student’s XI class of MIPA-1 Senior High School 1 at Tanjung Batu of Ogan Ilir Regency. In the action cycle 1, the value obtained was 2160 with an average of 67.50. Students who complete as many as 14 people with an average percentage of completeness of 43.75%. In cycle 2 there was an increase where the achievement of the results obtained a value of 2280 with an average of 71.25. Students who complete as many as 26 students with an average percentage of completeness of 81.25%. Then in the action cycle 3 has increased again where the results obtained are 2535 with an average of 79.22. Students who complete as many as 30 students with an average percentage of completeness of 93.75%.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the success of implementing constructivism-based and contextual learning systems in Indonesian language learning, in particular, the five-grade first semester at SD Negeri 44 OKU with on-line learning techniques in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used were participant observation, structured interviews, and documentation. The results showed several recommendations for distance learning designs by viewing teaching as a process of interaction between learning actors. Interactions that are mediated by this technology need to be carefully designed and implemented based on the needs of students. Apart from what has been shared here, the spaces for innovation are still very wide open in the design and implementation of distance learning, with learning spaces to continuously improve teaching. The vast space for innovation and learning is what frees educators to continue to observe, ask, try, find, and reflect on what forms of distance learning are most appropriate to the context of their students.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed to investigate: (1) the influence of principals’ managerial on the quality of education; (2) the influence of committee participation on the quality of education; and (3) the influence of the principals’ managerial and committee participation simultaneously on the quality of education. The data in this study were collected through distributing questionnaires to respondents. Them they were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis through t test, F test, and determination coefficient test. The population in this study were all teachers at Elementary Schools of Babat Supat District which consisted of 294 teachers. The sampling technique used in this study was probability sampling with a sample size of 75 people. The results of the study showed that: (1) principals’ managerial individually influences the quality of education at Elementary Schools of Babat Supat District; (2) participation of school committee individually influences the quality of education at Elementary Schools of Babat Supat District; (3) principals’ managerial and school committee participation simultaneously influence the quality of education at Elementary Schools of Babat Supat District.]]>

<![CDATA[Partisipasi orang tua merupakan peran serta dan keikutsertaan orang tua dalam mendukung keberlangsungan program layanan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini dengan berbagai macam bentuk partisipasi dimulai dari perancangan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan hingga evaluasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan waluran dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 44 yang merupakan orang tua yang memiliki anak usia dini namun tidak menyekolahkan anaknya ke lembaga Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara partisipasi orang tua terhadap program layanan PAUD serta faktor penghambat dan pendukungnya, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian survey dan teknik analisis data uji korelasi menghasilkan nilai hubungan positif dan melalui penghitungan koefisien determinasi dinyatakan partisipasi orang tua berpengaruh sebesar 46,6% terhadap program pelayanan PAUD di Kecamatan Waluran]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to identify and analyze: (1) school library management; (2) work motivation, and (3) library manager performance. This research is a quantitative study using a survey method. This research was conducted in Buay Pemaca District OKUS Regency with 30 library managers as respondents. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. Validity test using the SPSS program. Meanwhile, the reliability test used Cronbach's Alpha. The prerequisite test analysis used simple regression and multiple regression techniques. The results showed that: (1) there is a positive and significant relationship between school library management and work motivation on the performance of library managers with a correlation value of 0.018 with a percentage of the relationship of 97.8% while 2.2% is determined by other factors not mentioned in this research]]>

<![CDATA[One of the implementations of learning that requires discipline is academic supervision. The goal of academic supervision is creating conducive and better learning through coaching and enhancing the teaching profession so that there is an assumption that academic supervision affects teacher work discipline. The study aimed to determine and describe whether there was an effect of academic surveillance on teacher work discipline, especially in MTs Negeri in Musi Banyuasin . The hypothesis in this study was that there was an effect of academic supervision towards teachers' work discipline at MTs Negeri in Musi Banyuasin. The data collection method was obtained by using a questionnaire or questionnaire and documentation. The results of the questionnaire or questionnaire data analysis were strengthed by documents proving the effect of academic supervision on teacher work discipline at MTs Negeri in Musi Banyuasin.]]>

Research findings at SMP Negeri 34 Palembang showed that: UKS management began from: (a) preparation (b) execution, (c) control was not optimal. <![CDATA[The aim of this study is to describe the effect of teacher pedagogical competence and the motivation of teachers to work partially or collectively on the learning outcomes of SMA Negeri in the OKU Selatan District. This research is based on quantitative methods. The research population consisted of all State Senior High School teachers in South OKU Regency, with a total of 703 staff. The sample was collected using arandom sampling technique of 137 respondents. Data was analyzed using multiple linear regression, partial correlation and multiple correlation. This study led to the conclusion (1) that teaching competence has an effect on the student learning outcomes of SMA Negeri in OKU Selatan Regency. (2) The effect of teacher motivation on student learning outcomes of SMA Negeri in OKU Selatan Regency (3) is the effect of teacher pedagogical competence and motivation The work of teachers together on learning outcomes of SMA Negeri in OKU Selatan Regency means that learning outcomes SMA Negeri in OKU Selatan Regency can be improved by improving and increasing the quality of teaching competence and motivation of teaching staff.]]>
