This article is about how the role of the family in providing education and child development aims to determine the impact of family roles for children. The method used in this study is the study of litiatur. The family is one of the smallest environments and most affects the education and development of children. The role of parents is very important in the education and development of children. Education is an important basic need for children to support their lives, therefore it needs optimal child development in order to fulfill good education. Therefore, the family plays an important role in shaping the personality, knowledge, morals, and positive attitudes of children.

This study aims to determine the relationship of Self-control with the intensity of playing online games in SMP PGRI Ngoro students. The intensity of playing online games is the duration and frequency used to play online games. In reality, online game users are not a few students who are excessive in playing online games, this should be balanced with Self-control in each student to be able to restrain, regulate impulses, and behavior in order to avoid negative consequences due to excessive intensity of playing online games. This study used quantitative methods, with participants as many as 105 students who played online games at SMP PGRI Ngoro with an age range of 11-14 years. The hypothesis test shows that there is a significant and negative relationship between the Self-control variable and the intensity variable of playing online games. This means that the higher the Self-control, the lower the intensity of playing online games. Vice versa, the lower the Self-control, the higher the intensity of playing online games.

The issue of the emergency of family divorces has become an increasingly pressing concern in Indonesia. In facing this challenge, the effort to build harmonious families has become highly important. This article aims to analyze the significant role of traditional and religious values in fostering family harmony. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study of families in Negeri Hukurila, recognized as a community that upholds cultural values and social solidarity. The research methodology involves qualitative data analysis through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis. The research findings reveal that families in Negeri Hukurila play a central role in preserving and transmitting cultural values and social solidarity within the community. Traditional values embedded in family traditions provide a strong foundation for family harmony and stability. Additionally, religion also plays a crucial role in fostering harmony within families. The approaches of pre-marital education and religious instruction have proven to significantly contribute to shaping thought patterns, behaviours, and family member interactions. Pre-marital education equips prospective couples with the necessary skills to navigate the challenges of marriage, while religious education provides a value framework that strengthens familial bonds. The results of this study underscore that the integration of traditional and religious values forms a robust foundation for fostering family harmony. This article provides insights into how the amalgamation of traditional and religious values can address the issue of the emergency of family divorces. It highlights the importance of integrating cultural and religious values to mitigate the challenges of family dissolution.

This study aims to determine the counseling teacher's strategy in providing counseling services to children's speaking habits at SDN Lae Simolap. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The data sources in this study were 2 counseling teachers who provided counseling services and several students at SDN Lae Simolap. Data collection techniques with direct observation and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the counseling teacher's strategy in providing counseling services to children's speaking habits is by individual counseling services through practicing the habit of speaking politely to teachers, friends and the surrounding environment for a certain period of time, consulting with certain parties to help and monitor and direct students to develop good behavior, and conduct home visits when absolutely necessary. The results obtained in the implementation of this counseling have been going well and have been able to reduce the behavior of speaking rudely to students at SDN Lae Simolap.

This article contains the role of guidance and counseling teachers in overcoming student learning problems. In this article the author explains starting from the meaning of learning, understanding learning problems and forms of learning problems, what factors cause children to experience learning problems and also what is the role of guidance and counseling teachers in overcoming them. This article was created using the library study method, namely where the reference sources for this article come from reading sources such as articles and books related to the title that has been taken. The role of guidance and counseling teachers is very necessary in overcoming student learning problems, but it is not only guidance and counseling teachers but it is also the responsibility of teachers and school leaders.

Quarter of life crisis is a transitional period for individuals who experience emotional crisis when starting to engage with the real world. Research measures the correlation between self-acceptance and quarter life crisis in college students. The approach used was quantitiative correlational with total sample of 377 students. Data collection uses a self-acceptance scale with a reliability of 0.766 and a quarter life crisis scale with a reliability of 0862. Data analysis used in this study using Pearson's product moment correlation test. This study shows that the results of hypothesis testing obtained with the correlation coefficient r = -0.304 with a significance value of <.001. This shows that there is a significant negative relationship between self-acceptance and quarter life crisis. So, it can be said that when self-acceptance in students is high, the quarter life crisis of students is low, and when self-acceptance in students is low, the quarter life crisis in students is high

When student’s confidence increases in expressing opinions, the learning process at school will become more effective. To get a positive identity, one of the things you must have is self-confidence. Self-confidence is an individual's positive attitude to develop a positive assessment of themselves or the environment/situation they face. This article is research that uses a quantitative approach. This research aims to find out how to increase students' self-confidence in learning and train that self-confidence through Group Tutoring services. Through Group Guidance services using the positive Reinforcement method is one method that can be used by Guidance and Counseling teachers in group guidance services. The results of the research show that students who are not confident in expressing opinions in the learning process are not only because the students do not know the answers to the questions, but because they do not have good self-confidence.

This study is motivated by the phenomenon of parental self-efficacy. Many school children have maladaptive behavior so parents must have the ability to care for their children. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between emotion regulation and parental self-efficacy of preschool mothers of KB-TK 'Aisyiyah in Sidoarjo. This study used a correlational quantitative method. The population was 205, namely mothers who have preschool children aged 3-6 years old at KB-TK 'Aisyiyah in Sidoarjo. Determination of the sample using saturated sample technique where the entire population is used as a research sample. The data collection technique in this study used a psychological scale in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is product moment correlation using JASP 0.16.20. The results showed that the correlation coefficient = 0.213 with a significance of 0.003 <0.05. These results mean that there is a positive relationship between emotion regulation and parental self-efficacy. Thus, the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted, the higher the emotion regulation, the higher the parental self-efficacy owned, on the contrary, the lower the emotion regulation, the lower the parental self-efficacy owned.

Peran pola asuh sangat signifikan dalam proses merawat dan membimbing anak, mencakup beragam model dan sistem pengasuhan. Dalam situasi pola asuh otoriter, orang tua cenderung menerapkan hukuman fisik sebagai konsekuensi dari pelanggaran aturan anak. Dampaknya mencakup kesulitan adaptasi, perilaku agresif, kurangnya kreativitas, dan pembatasan dalam keterampilan sosial. Pola asuh otoriter juga dapat mempengaruhi tingkat ketidakbahagiaan, ketakutan, kesulitan memulai aktivitas, dan komunikasi yang kurang efektif, terutama pada anak perempuan. Oleh karena itu, pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai dampak pola asuh otoriter memiliki relevansi yang penting untuk merancang strategi pendidikan dan pengasuhan yang lebih efektif demi perkembangan optimal anak.

Confidence is the main key for students to be able to find themselves when they are in the school environment and in a social environment, with self-confidence students are also able to develop their talents, interests and potential. Students who have low self-confidence will cause problems in themselves. One of the factors to increase student self-confidence is by being given goal setting training. This study aims to determine the effect of goal setting training to increase self-confidence in students. In this study students will be given treatment in the form of goal setting training given to the experimental group. The subjects to be studied were students of Yapalis Krian Vocational School, totaling 41 students for the experimental group and 41 students for the control group. The measuring tool used to measure the level of self-confidence is the self-confidence adaptation scale (Pertiwi & Ansyah, 2021). The research design used a Non-Randomized Control Trial Experiment, because the determination of subjects was not done randomly. Independent Sample T-test parametric statistical analysis was used to determine differences in group and control group self-confidence scores, while to see differences in pre-test and post-test scores using the Paired Sample T-test. The results showed that there were differences in the level of self-confidence of students in the experimental group and the control group before and after goal setting training
