<![CDATA[Teacher competency improvement can be realized through increased work motivation.Motivation of teacher work is an encouragement that is possessed by a teacher to always workhard and face all problems in the hope of achieving the best results. Muhammadiyah 2 BatuMiddle School has problems in increasing the work motivation of teachers and education staff.The service activities carried out aim as an effort to foster the motivation of work of teachers andeducation staff in optimizing staff management. The method implemented in this activity is theprocurement of seminars. There are three techniques used in the delivery of material, namely 1)lecture, 2) question and answer, and 3) giving a questionnaire. The results of the materialdelivery activities aim to change the views of teachers and education personnel regarding theirduties and obligations in accordance with the government regulation number 19 of 2017. In thequestion and answer activities active participants ask regarding the consistency of workmotivation and the implementation of good learning. The questionnaire which aims to evaluateitself, produces 94% of teachers and education staff have work motivation and motivation toadvance the school.]]>

<![CDATA[Rendahnya produktivitas kambing perah di peternakan rakyat disebabkan karena tata kelola peternakan yang masih minim,dan belum masuknya teknologi dalam manajemen seperti teknologi pakan, reproduksi, dan teknologi hasil ternak. Desa Sukamanah memiliki potensi untuk pengembangan kambing perah karena didukung oleh luas lahan dan cuaca yang cocok untuk budidaya ternak perah dan ketersediaan tenaga kerja. Namun peternak di desa ini masih belum memahami bagaimana manajemen yang baik. Pelatihan dalam bentuk penyuluhan dan praktik langsung mengenai manajemen budidaya kambing perah dan perbaikan kandang kambing perah telah dilakukan di desa Sukamanah. Petani peternak antusias mengikuti kegiatan penyuluhan. Materi penyuluhan sebagian besar dapat dipahami karena mereka sudah terbiasa memelihara kambing perah dan memiliki keinginan untuk mengembangkan dan meningkatkan ketrampilan. ]]>

<![CDATA[Perkembangan masyarakat pada saat ini semakin maju dan semakin kompleks, yang berkaitan dengan perkawinan, pada saat ini tersiar di berbagai media yaitu dengan munculnya istilah kawin kontrak atau dalam istilah fiqih disebut dengan nikah mut’ah. Nikah mut’ah adalah bayar, bisa berupa uang ataupun barang dilengkapi dengan jangka waktu tertentu serta ketentuan-ketentuan lain.yang diatur dalam suatu kontrak atau kesepakatan tertentu. Hal tersebut tentunya sangat merugikan kaum perempuan dan keturunannya karena Dalam kawin kontrak si wanita yang menjadi istri juga tidak mempunyai hak kewarisan jika si suami meninggal..Solusi yang akan lakukan untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi mitra yaitu: Penyuluhan kepada masyarakat mengenai pemahaman perkawinan di Indonesia. 2. Membentuk komunitas “paham hukum Perkawinan dengan warga. 3. Pembinaan warga sekitar agar dapat mensosialisasikan kembali gerakan paham hukum perkawinan kepada masyarakat sekitarnya. 4. Pembinaan keterampilan dalam penerapan pemahaman perkawinan yang baik menurut agama dan menurut peraturan perundang-undangan di Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[Belajar merupakan kegiatan yang berlangsung dalam interaksi aktif dengan lingkungan, yang menghasilkan perubahan-perubahan dalam hal pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap. Mengenali proses belajar dapat dikenali ketika adanya perubahan perilaku dari seseorang setelah ia berinteraksi dengan lingkungannya. Belajar yang dimaksud ialah menuntut ilmu sejak di kandungan ibu hingga sampai ke liang lahat, yaitu masa kehidupan yang tidak terlepas dari kegiatan belajar, sejak mulai lahir sampai hidup ini berakhir.Kata kunci: lingkungan masyarakat, pembelajaran, pendidikan masyarakat. <![CDATA[Micro and Small Enterprises (MSE) engaged in agriculture, especially breeding / breeding of fruit trees in the City and District of Bogor, especially in the Nagrog Village, South Bogor District and Karacak Village, Leuwiliang District, are still relatively small. Breeding / nursery activities are generally carried out in groups and from generation to generation, with traditional management and simple seed breeding techniques. There are several obstacles faced by farmers, including; limited capital, lack of production facilities and infrastructure and not understanding Accounting, especially never registering and not knowing how to prepare financial statements. This activity aims to increase economic capacity through the preparation of simple financial reports for fruit nursery farmer groups. The method used is in the form of counseling, training, mentoring and strengthening with techniques for recording transactions into journals, calculating the cost of goods, income statement and statement of financial position / balance sheet. The results of the activity indicate a change in mindset and knowledge in accounting. The farmer group has been orderly recording and can calculate the profit or loss of fruit plant nursery business.]]>

<![CDATA[Real Working Lecture (KKN) is subject intrakurikuler held by all colleges require students tointeract with the community and the surrounding environment directly with the aim ofincreasing the capability and knowledge of students as a preparation to live in thecommunity after graduation. KKN also a form of real devotion to the community collegestudents, after getting the lecture material that can be useful in society itself. KKNimplementation is expected to help the environment and improve human resources topeople and students in the use and management of available resources. Independent KKNstudents to empower the villagers and village Mekarjaya Kabandungan by directing anddriving force to always do the activities of Islamic economics in terms of both worship andmu'amalah. Development of Shariah-based economic activity is also seen the potential ofavailable resources both human and natural resources. Human resources mobilized anddirected to be more motivated to do things, which is based on sharia and natural resourcesprocessed and developed in order to provide benefit in the form of an increase in economicterms. Thus, the activities undertaken by the community will always be targeted and basedon sharia in terms of both physical and non-physical.]]>

<![CDATA[Program Sosialisasi Pendidikan merupakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam rangka membantu pemerintah Kabupaten Bogor untuk meningkatkan Angka Harapan Lama Sekolah (HLS) anak-anak terhadap pendidikan formal. Kegiatan ini berbentuk serangkaian kegiatan yang terdiri dari sosialisasi minat belajar di PAUD, sosialisasi wajib belajar 12 tahun, pengadaan taman baca, dan kegiatan bimbingan belajar. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini antara lain (1) meningkatkan minat masyarakat terhadap PAUD; (2) meningkatkan minat masyarakat terhadap pendidikan formal; (3) meningkatkan literasi pengetahuan dengan membaca; dan (4) meningkatkan aktivitas peserta didik di bidang pendidikan. Ada beberapa langkah yang dilakukan untuk melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian ini, yaitu (1) analisis situasi, adalah kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan data hasil observasi serta melakukan pemetaan permasalahan; (2) perancangan kegiatan, dilakukan setelah permasalahan diketahui dan dipetakan kemudian merumuskan solusi tepat yang akan diterapkan; dan (3) pengimplementasian kegiatan, dilakukan sesuai dengan rencana yang telah disusun. Sosialisasi ini memberikan dampak kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk motivasi pendidikan dan aktivitas pemberdayaan masyarakat. ]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to improve the character of Independence Elementary School Students usinglearning models T-CAR (Think, Choose, Action, Reflect). This study was conducted in SD AmaliahCiawi. This model shows the stages of how to build the character of students independence thatconstituted with the application on the pattern of thought (think). The application of this mindsetinfluence the decision of the election (choose). So when the child has decided on his choice, he woulddo (action) what he chose. That would form a conclusion that something that he did have his ownimpact both positive and negative (reflect). This research used experimental research trialsconducted by 2 stages of testing and evaluation. The results of this trial demonstrate a significantdifference through T-test analysis techniques with the results of T count is greater than the T-table by4,85>2,06. From these results it can be concluded that the use of the model T-CAR can improve thecharacter of elementary school students independence. Therefore, the model T-CAR can be used asone of the strategies in teaching in schools to develop students' independence.]]>

<![CDATA[Seeing the potential of natural resources, human resources as well as the functional of cocoa that can be processed into chocolate. The upstream and downstream industries development is needed. The downstream industry needs policies to encourage the growth of SMEs processing cocoa production. One of the constraints of SMEs growth among the society is the lack of knowledge about chocolate including cocoa processing. Whereas processed cocoa products could actually be produced in a household scale. Therefore it is necessary for training and mentoring program to develop the chocolate business groups in the community. Through the science and technology program, a development program was conducted to two housewives group (PKK) consist of 10 people in RW 07 Kedung Badak, tanah Sareal Bogor. The training provided are production of processed chocolate, exclusive packaging, hampers/parcel packaging, entrepreneurial motivation, on line marketing, basic finance and administration. The achievement of targets and outcomes of the program reach almost 100 percent. The groups of women have started businesses with their own brand chocolate products, receiving orders, assist in the marketing of chocolate stores and souvenir shops, held bazaars and fairs and even some members had participated as a training assistant of processed chocolate. Some constraints are the PKK group still has not registered PIRT and halal certificate with their own brands, they still cooperate with an SMEs partner. This is due to the waiting time on procedures for obtaining the certificate. Another obstacle is the problem of capital source for expansion, including semi-automatic packaging equipment.]]>

<![CDATA[Panti Asuhan Perempuan ‘Aisyiyah Dau Jetis Malang adalah yayasan amal untuk merawat anak-anak perempuan yang merupakan yatim piatu dan miskin. Panti asuhan ini memiliki dua puluh empat siswa. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan dan wawancara dengan kepala panti asuhan, terdapat empat siswa yang berada di tingkat sekolah menengah pertama dan sembilan siswa yang berada di tingkat sekolah menengah atas yang akan mengikuti Ujian Nasional pada bulan April 2019. Persiapan diperlukan untuk para siswa ini menghadapi Ujian Nasional. Sehingga, kegiatan pendampingan ini berupa tutoring, dan pembuatan UN's Corner. Luaran dari kegiatan pendampingan ini adalah UN's Corner, kumpulan soal Matematika, poster kegiatan pendampingan dan analisis hasil pendampingan.]]>
