Hospitals have a very strategic role in the effort to accelerate the improvement of human health status. Health problems have become a basic need for the community, several empirical studies on people's satisfaction and physical evidence give inconsistent results where some studies show that people and physical evidence have no significant effect on satisfaction, but on the other hand there are also studies that show different things. Based on this explanation, the researcher is interested in submitting the research title "the influence of people and physical evidence on the satisfaction of inpatients at the Ahmad Ripin Hospital, Kab. Muaro Jambi. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of people and physical evidence on inpatient satisfaction at Ahmad Ripin Hospital, Muaro Jambi Regency. The object of this study was hospitalized patients, while the variables studied were related to the community and physical evidence of patient satisfaction. The population in this study were inpatients at RSUD Ahmad Ripin Kab. Muaro Jambi with a total sample of 89 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing.The results showed that people did not have a significant positive effect on satisfaction at Ahmad Ripin Hospital, Muaro Jambi Regency, while physical evidence had a significant positive effect on satisfaction at Ahmad Ripin Hospital, Muaro Jambi Regency.

Islamic banks in Indonesia are currently experiencing quite rapid development. This happens because of regulatory changes that make it easier to establish and operate Islamic banks. In addition, it is possible that the Indonesian people, who are mostly Muslim, have great potential for the development of Islamic banks, one of which is in the East Tanjung Jabung Regency area which has strong Islamic traditions. This study aims to look at the potential, preferences and behavior of the people of West Tanjung Jabung Regency towards Islamic banks. The results of the study show that the people of West Tanjung Jabung Regency have considerable potential for the development of Islamic banking which can be explained through demographic and economic factors. Preferences show that the people of West Tanjung Jabung Regency have an attitude of accepting Sharia principles and products, while the behavior of the people of West Tanjung Jabung Regency shows that they are interested in saving and obtaining financing from Islamic banks.

The purpose of this research is to learn how PT Haleyora Powerindo Palembang's employees' perceptions of their non-physical work environment and their level of job satisfaction affect their likelihood of leaving the company. Distributing surveys with Google Form is a quantitative research method. Saturated sampling was used, in which all 43 respondents were included in the sample. Primary data was collected by a purposeful sampling strategy, while secondary data was gathered from other sources. The t test indicates that the effect size of Non-Physical Work Environment (X1) on Employee Turnover Intention (Y) is 0.000 0.05 (tcount = 4.974 > 5) and the sig value is Non-Physical Work Environment (X1) on Employee Turnover Intention (Y) is 0.01. This is table 2.021. Since the tcount value for Job Satisfaction (X2) on Employee Turnover Intention (Y) is 2.508 > 0.05 and the sig value for Job Satisfaction (X2) on Employee Turnover Intention (Y) is 0.048 < 0, 05, we may infer that Ho is false and Ha is true. This is table 2.021. Because of this positive or substantial influence of Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention, we may rule out Ho and embrace Ha. Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, indicating that the non-physical work environment (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) have a combined influence on employee turnover intention, as shown by the F test analysis, which reveals an Fcount of 16.889 and a Ftable value of 3.23. (Y).

This study aims to determine how much influence the level of workload, work discipline, and work stress on employee performance at PT Hindoli (A Cargill Company). This study uses quantitative methods and analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Testing this research using SPSS version 24 with a total sample of 93 respondents. The results of the first regression analysis prove that workload (X1) has no effect on employee performance, which means that H1 is rejected. The level of tasks given by the company is in accordance with the abilities of employees, and the majority of employees are men who have stronger immune systems so that the workload does not affect employee performance. The results of the second regression analysis prove that work discipline (X2) has an effect on employee performance, which means that H2 is accepted. The higher the level of work discipline, the better the employee's performance. The results of the third regression analysis prove that work stress (X3) affects employee performance, which means H3 is accepted. The stress experienced by employees is low stress that employees can still overcome and it does not become an obstacle to employee performance. Taken together, the variables of workload (X1), work discipline (X2) and work stress (X3) affect employee performance.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of workload and compensation on employee performance at PT Pinang Witmas Sejati KLK. The type of research used is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires through the Google Form. Sampling using saturated sampling technique using the entire population of 68 respondents. Sources of data in this study were primary data and secondary data using a purposive sampling technique. The results of the t test analysis show that workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Pinang Witmas Sejati KLK, with significant value 0.000 <0.05 and tcount > ttable (-2,066 > 1.669) then H0 is rejected H1 is accepted. Compensation also partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Pinang Witmas Sejati KLK, with significant value 0.016 <0.05 and tcount > ttable (2.470 > 1.669) then H0 is rejected H1 is accepted. Then the results of the F test analysis (simultaneous) show that workload and compensation together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Pinang Witmas Sejati KLK, with significant value 0.000 < 0.05 and Fcount > Ftable (33.366 > 3.99). From the test results the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.507. This shows that the magnitude of the contribution between the Workload variable and the Compensation variable on Employee Performance is 50.7%.

The purpose of this research is to examine how PT Kereta Api Indonesia Divre III Palembang's work culture and workers' levels of job satisfaction affect productivity. The research is quantitative, including techniques like multiple linear regression. A total of 133 participants were included in the analysis, which was conducted in SPSS version 24. Probability sampling's simplest form, known as "simple random sampling," was used to choose the samples. Work culture (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) were shown to have no influence and were not partly significant on employee performance, as determined by the t test. The f test results in this study also show that neither the work culture variable (X1) nor the job satisfaction variable (X2) had any influence on employee performance. This provides evidence against the hypothesis being tested. The subsequent R2 value of 0.024, or 2.4%, explains that neither the work culture variable (X1) nor the job satisfaction variable (X2) have a substantial impact on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of the Work Environment and Occupational Health and Safety on the work Performance Employees of PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk Palembang. This type of research is descriptive quantitative by distributing questionnaires through the Google Form, observations, and documents. Sample of the present study was filled with 124 respondents. The Sources of information for this study are secondary data and primary data using purposive sampling method. Based on the t-test resuts, it shows that work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk Palembang with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and tcount > ttable (2.472 > 1.9797), thus rejecting H0,, H1 is accepted. Occupational Health and safety has positive and significant jmpact on the employee’s performance in PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk Palembang with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and t-count > ttable (4.562 > 1.9797) then H0 is rejected H1 is accepted. Then score F test analysis (simultaneous) show that the Work Environment and Occupational Health and Safety positive and important impact the Performance of employees of PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk Palembang. With a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and the Fcount value is greater than Ftable (49,311 > 0.392). It cauld be said that the higher the Work Environment and Occupational Health and Safety the better the Performance of the staff. The results of the determination is (R2) 0.449. it shows the effet of the environment and work safety and health variabel on Employee Performance while (44.9%) this value shows that the worker Performance variabel can be explained by Work Environment And work Health while and the remaining 55.1% by other variables that not included in this study.

CV Artha Mandiri Group is a company (Persero) engaged in equipment leasing and contracting. This study aims to describe job satisfaction, work environment, CV Artha Mandiri Group Merangin Regency, to find out and analyze the increase in job satisfaction and work environment. To answer the research objectives, the authors used theoretical studies related to research variables, namely job satisfaction, work environment. In addition, the authors also look for relevant previous research in the form of previous articles/journals and theses to support this research. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were employees of CV Artha Mandiri GroupThe results of a simple linear regression analysis are obtained by the equation Y = 1.773 +0.032 Meanwhile, from the hypothesis testing carried out. The results obtained show that job satisfaction and work environment have increased significantly Merangin Regency, totaling 98 employees. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion in this study, it can be it can be concluded that CV Artha Mandiri Group Merangin Regency has high job satisfaction, unfavorable work environment. For this reason, it is hoped that in the future we can focus more on improving a more conducive work environment so that employee performance is higher than before.

The purpose of this study was to find out whether motivation, experience, and the workplace environment have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT Asabri (Persero) palembang branch office. The population studied were employees at the palembang branch office of PT Asabri (Persero). The sampling technique used was saturated sampling with a total of 39 respondents. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research and hypotheses show that motivation, experince, and environment partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance at the Palembang Keramasan Health Center. This research was conducted by Palembang Keramasan Health Center officers, totaling 52 people. The type of research used is quantitative research by distributing questions in the Google Form. Sampling using saturated sampling technique that uses the entire population of 52 respondents. As the basis for the data in this study using primary and secondary data. According to the results of the t test indicate that the workplaces of agencies are not the same. tcount 2.019 > ttable 2.009 with a significance level less than 0.05, namely 0.049, which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that partially the Non-Physical Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance and Work Discipline with the acquisition of a positive coefficient value tcount 2.148 > ttable 2.009 with a significant level less than 0.05, namely 0.037, which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Then the results of the F test analysis (Simultaneous) obtained an Fcount value of 49.043 > Ftable 3.18 with a significance level of less than 0.05, namely 0.000. So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the non-physical work environment (X1) and work discipline (X2) simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance (Y). The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained a coefficient value of R Square (R2) of 0.667 or 66.7%. It can be concluded that the percentage of non-physical work environment (X1) and work discipline (X2) on employee performance (Y) is 0.667 or 66.7%.
