Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Electronic Word of Mouth variable and destination image on the interest of tourists visiting Senggigi beach. This type of research is an associative research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is archipelago tourists who have visited Senggigi beach with a total sample of 100 respondents. The analysis showed that the Electronic Word of Mouth variable (EWOM) influenced the interest of tourists visiting Senggigi Beach and the destination image variable influenced the interest of tourists visiting Senggigi Beach.Keywords:Electronic Word of Mouth (EWOM), Destination Image, Revisiting Interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the influence of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurship motivation ofmanagement student and (2) the influence of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial skills of management education student. This research is associative causal research with a quantitative approach. The variables of this research are in entrepreneurship education as independent variables, motivation and entrepreneurial skills as the dependent variable. The sample of population in this research is management education student respondents for about 213 students in East Java, Indonesia. Data collection techniques in this research using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis method used was Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square. This research finds that entrepreneurship education have a positive and significant effect towards entrepreneurship motivation and this research also finds that entrepreneurship education have a positive and significant effect towards entrepreneurship skill. From those findings, this research concludes that entrepreneurship education have a significant role in the disruptive age.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to know the effect of entrepreneurship education toward entrepreneurial interest and skills in the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universit y of Mataram. This study was causal research in which there were 100 students as respondents. Data were obtained by using a questionnaire and analyzed by simple linear regression through Partial Least Square (PLS). Abstract

The focus of this research is to determine stocks provide the highest profit (gain opportunity) for investors. Investors will compare opportunities in choosing investment in the banking sector by comparing the combination of long-term growth rates rather than bank fundamentals with stock valuations. The population in this study is banking stocks included in the LQ45 index. The method of data collection uses a sample survey with a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of banking stocks with the largest market capitalization and has a high level of liquidity in trading values, and has consistently been included in the LQ45 index for the last 10 years (2008 to 2017). The number of samples selected were 4 banks consisting of Bank Mandiri (BMRI), Bank BRI (BBRI), Bank BCA (BBCA), and Bank BNI (BBNI). Data collection techniques through documentation, as well as quantitative data sourced from secondary data. Data analysis techniques by comparing the growth of fundamental performance such as Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity (DER), Capital Addequacy Ratio (CAR), and Non Performing Loans (NPL). Whereas market performance through Share Price, Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Price to Earning Growth (PEG), and Dividend Yield by using compounded annual growth rate (CAGR). Then compare the value of the Margin Of Safety (MOS) Average in stock valuation analysis. The results of this study indicate that the financial performance of Bank BCA (BBCA) is superior to other banks according to DER, CAR and NPL. BRI is the best bank in generating profitability (ROA and ROE) compared to 3 other banks. Meanwhile, according to the stock market performance based on the order of the greatest opportunity level, Bank BNI has the best prospects because it has the largest EPS growth, the lowest stock price valuation, and sufficient MOS value, then ranked below it respectively are Bank Mandiri, Bank BRI, and Bank BCA .Keywords:Financial performance, market performance, and stock value

Abstract

Investasi di pasar modal Indonesia masih lebih rendah dibandingkan negara-negara lainnya, baik untuk kawasan Asia maupun dunia. Sedikitnya informasi perihal investasi di pasar modal dan kenyataan bahwa naik turunnya harga saham sangat sulit diprediksi, menjadikan berinvestasi di pasar modal sebagai sesuatu yang tidak dijadikan alternatif utama investasi. Penelitian ini memperkenalkan penggunaan aplikasi chartnexus® untuk memahami bagaimana secara implementatif prediksi harga saham dilakukan dengan berbagai metode, salah satunya adalah metode moving average. Perpaduan antara pemahaman teoritis dan aplikasi praktis diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi untuk meningkatkan kesadaran investasi secara luas, dalam hal ini baik untuk akademisi maupun profesional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola yang ditunjukkan oleh berbagai indeks di Indonesia sesuai dengan yang digambarkan dalam Eliot Wave Principle. Pada uji signifikansi, terdapat perbedaan antara prediksi moving average baik pada kelompok 20, 50,100, dan 200 pada berbagai indeks di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Dari uji pemeringkatan mean ditunjukkan bahwa indeks sektoral memiliki rata-rata yang lebih baik, oleh karena itu, disarankan untuk membentuk portofolio pada saham-saham dalam industri sektor tertentu seperti AGRI, CONSUMER, MINING, MISC-IND, dan MANUFACTURE. Selain itu pemahaman investor akan bisnis secara komprehensif tentu saja tetap diperlukan sebelum investor melakukan investasi

Abstract

This research was done to the citizen of Mataram City Province of West Nusa Tenggara and aimed to analyze the influencing of attitude toward social media advertising that is informativeness, entertainment, and irritation. This research hypothesis was anticipated by a independent variable influencing by significantly to attitude toward social media advertising. This research use the appliance of data taken (instrument) in the form of questionaire laying open about informativeness, entertainment, and irritation. So that data taken by good hence questionaire have to be up to standard of validity and reliability. Analysis technique used at this research was multiple linier regression analysis to know the accurate independent variable influencing toward dependent variable. As for multiple linier regression model have to be up to standard of public assumption of regression by conducting classical assumption test. Pursuant to result of multiple linier regression analysis proven by that independent variable in the form of informativeness (X1), entertainment (X2), and irritation (X3) have the influence which significant to dependent variable by that is attitude toward social media advertising. While based on result the t test proven by that independent variable by partially have an effect on by significant to dependent variable, so that hypothesis at this research was fully supported. Independent variable which is dominant influencing to the attitude toward social media advertising is entertainment.Keywords :Social Media Advertising, Informativeness, Entertainment, Irritation, Attitude.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of Entrepreneurial Marketing on Marketing Performance with the Moderating Variable of Technical Guidance and Equipment Assistance. To achieve this goal a quantitative approach was used with a population of UMKM owners / managers in the city of Mataram with a total sample of 120 respondents. Data analysis uses structural equation modeling (SEM analysis) Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with smartPLS applications. The results showed that Entrepreneurial Marketing had a positive and significant effect on the Marketing Performance of UMKM in the City of Mataram. For the moderating effect of Equipment Assistance, there is the role of Quasi Moderation in the influence of Entrepreneurial Marketing on Marketing Performance, while for Technical Guidance there is the role of Moderation Homologist in the influence of Entrepreneurial Marketing on Marketing Performance of UMKM in Mataram City.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan investigasi pengaruh Entrepreneurial Marketing terhadap Kinerja Pemasaran dengan Variabel Moderasi Bimbingan Teknis dan Bantuan Peralatan. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini digunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi pemilik / manager UMKM di Kota Mataram dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 120 responden. Analisis data menggunakan model persamaan struktural (analisis SEM) Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) dengan aplikasi smartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Entrepreneurial Marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pemasaran para pelaku UMKM di Kota Mataram. Untuk pengaruh moderasi Bantuan Peralatan, terdapat peran Quasi Moderasi dalam pengaruh Entrepreneurial Marketing terhadap Kinerja Pemasaran, sedangkan untuk Bimbingan Teknis terdapat peran Homologiser Moderasi dalam pengaruh Entrepreneurial Marketing terhadap Kinerja Pemasaran para pelaku UMKM di Kota Mataram.

Abstract

This study used an associative quantitative method that measured the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The purpose of this research was to determine the significance of the gadget reviews by YouTubers, word of mouth, and product features on the buyers’ interest in Samsung smartphone product. The method used in this study was non-probability sampling method which used the purposive sampling technique. The data were obtained through a questionnaire in the form of google form which was distributed to 100 people. The result showed that; the gadget reviews by YouTubers had no effect on the buyers’ interest where the significance level was 0,068, word of mouth had an effect on the buyers’ interest and it was significant where the significance level was 0,019, and product features also had a significant effect on the buyers’ interest where the significance level was 0,001.Keywords :Gadget Reviews by Youtubers, Word of Mouth, Product Features, Buying Interest

Abstract

Halal tourism development in Lombok has been increasing the number of visitor. Successfully applied in various sectors, one of them in halal tourism. Setanggor Tourism Village is a form of tourism development through the concept of halal tourism. The main purpose of this tourist village is a rich blend of interesting, traditional art of culture and religion, meaning is presented in the form of synergy between the feel of a quiet rural community with a distinctive local cultures. This tourist village a lot of progress since the establishment Pokdarwis in 2016, where development is most visible in terms of halal tourism quality of programs tourist attraction. Pokdarwis is in charge of organizing the thing of development of tourist attractions which are managed by the local community. The Pokdarwis role was seen in the process of design creation, and implementation, and management of halal tourism activities, including the people that the eventualities of some stakeholders is that further strengthens the existence of Setanggor Village to improve the identity of halal, tourism.Keywords:The Pokdarwis Role, Halal Tourism Development, Setanggor Village

Abstract

As the power of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, evaluating, and evaluating student teacher performance will be very supportive. One way to improve teacher performance is to pay attention to factors that can improve teacher performance. Paying attention to the factors that affect the teacher's performance delivered by Gibson, its relation to teacher performance at the Tarbiyatul Islam Foundation Nahdlatul Wathan Wanasaba as an object of research will be seen from three variables; (1) organizational variables related to leadership; (2) psychological variables include personality in the form of work ethic and (3) individual variables include the ability or competence of teachers.Based on the above circumstances, the purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the effect of transformational leadership, work ethics and competency in a pasial (separate) and simultaneously (together) manner on teacher performance at the Tarbiyatul Islam NW Wanasaba East Lombok Foundation. To meet these objectives, multiple linear regression analysis is carried out, namely t test and F test. Before conducting multiple linear regression analysis, first classical assumptions are tested of all variables that are valid and reliability. Finally, interpret the results and conclusions.After multiple linear regression analysis is done, the result that is spatially and simultaneous transformational leadership, work ethic and competence significantly affect the performance of teachers at the Islamic Foundation NW Wanasaba Tarbiyatul East Lombok.Keywords :independent variable, dependent variable, Partial, simultaneous
