Abstract

This research delves into how digital and entrepreneurial focus contribute to gaining an edge, for coffee shops in Bukittinggi and Payakumbuh areas.The study employs a survey approach by gathering information from 115 coffee shop proprietors or supervisors in these regions.The findings reveal a correlation between emphasis and competitive advantage suggestive of the significance of utilizing digital tools and tactics for business prosperity. Moreover the study indicates that while entrepreneurial orientation is positively influential it has an impact compared to the emphasis, on strategies. It implies that although having an entrepreneurial mindset is crucial, in the coffee shop industry todays landscape requires businesses to embrace transformation to stay ahead of the curve. The data was examined utilizing. The results underscore the significance of utilizing technology for long term development and establishment as a market leader.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of physical work environment, non-physical work environment, person job fit, and person organizational fit on employee performance at Perumda Air Minum Tirta Merapi Klaten Regency. This research is a quantitative study with a sampling method using probability sampling technique, which means that each member of the population has the same opportunity to be selected as a sample. Respondents in this study were 109 employees of Perumda Air Minum Tirta Merapi Klaten Regency. The data analysis technique used is the validity test method, reliability test, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, multiple linear analysis, and hypothesis testing (partial t test and simultaneous F test) using SPSS 26.00 software. The results showed that the physical work environment did not have an effect on employee performance, the non-physical work environment did not have an effect on employee performance, Person Job Fit had a significant effect on employee performance, Person Organizational Fit had no effect on employee performance. The results of hypothesis testing obtained a regression R-Square value of 0.135 which indicates that 13.5% of the four independent variables affect employee performance while 86.5% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Sharia banking in the ASEAN region is increasingly needed to run a country's economy. This research collected samples from Sharia banking in the ASEAN region. The data taken was obtained from each banking website used as a sample. The reason for choosing Sharia banking from various countries in ASEAN is that it allows them to represent the diversity of economic conditions, governance, and culture in the region. Therefore, the author wants to know whether there is a significant influence if the analysis is aimed at Sharia banking companies in the ASEAN region. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression using a quantitative approach. This research found that corruption and inflation had a significant positive effect on bank profitability, and economic growth significantly negatively affected bank profitability. Meanwhile, the variables of financial freedom and governance do not substantially impact bank profitability.

Abstract

The purposeof this study was to examine the effect of quick ratio, sales growth and total asset turn over to financial distress. The population in this study are textile and garment sub- sector companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange (IDX) in 2017-2021. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive statistical analysis method. Sampling in this study uses a purposive sampling method, which is a sampling technique based on certain criteria. So that the sample used was 15 textile and garment sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The type of data used in this study is secondary data from financial reports. The data was analyzed using panel data regression techniques assisted by the eviews 12. The results showed that the quick ratio partially did not have a significant effect on financial distress, sales growth partially had a nonsignificant effect on financial distress and total asset turn over partially had a significant effect on financial distress. As well as quick ratio, sales growth and total asset turn over simultaneously have a significant effect on financial distress.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence on Job Hopping among the millennial generation in Purwakarta Regency. In this research, the Employee Engagement and Work Life Balance variables are used as independent variables and the Job Hopping variable is the dependent variable. Primary data was collected using non-probability sampling techniques, namely sampling techniques that do not provide equal opportunities for each element or member of the population to be selected as a sample and the sample used in this research was 100 people. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 25 software. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, it shows that partially Employee Engagement and Work Life Balance have a negative and significant effect on Job Hopping. And the entire dependent variable has a simultaneous effect on Job Hopping with a calculated F value of 25,641 with a significance level of 0.00 < 0.05. And the R square value shows a result of 0.675, which means that the entire dependent variable has a simultaneous effect of 67.5%.

Abstract

Global warming is a phenomenon that has attracted world attention recently. Electric cars are an environmentally friendly form of future transportation. The government is committed to increasing the attractiveness of electric vehicles, accelerating the transition from fossil energy to electric energy by providing tax incentives for electric cars. This is also done in other ASEAN countries. The aim of this research is to analyze the electric car incentive policy implemented in Indonesia and analyze best practices in policy development which are then reviewed based on comparisons with ASEAN countries. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The types of data in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used is comparative descriptive analysis. Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia implement different policies to support the adoption of electric vehicles, adjusted to the conditions and priorities of the governments of each country. The electric car tax incentive has had an impact on the adoption of electric cars, even though currently Indonesia has not shown a significant reduction in carbon emissions. Tax incentive policies have the potential to be effective in the long term, especially if supported by infrastructure improvements and synergy between financial incentives and community readiness.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and business performance among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), and to examine how business strategy mediates the relationship. The population in this study were business actors in Bekasi Regency in the Food & Bevarege sector. The sampling technique in this study was based on purposive sampling technique, namely regional sampling based on criteria. The criteria for selecting an area is to have a minimum of 100 business actors. The data collected is primary data through questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis was carried out using Smart PLS. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurial orientation is positively related to MSME business performance, and that business strategy plays a mediating role in the relationship. The importance of developing entrepreneurial-compatible business strategies to improve MSME business performance is a significant implication of this finding

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze self-efficacy and share knowledge regarding lecturer involvement, which has implications for lecturer performance. This research method is descriptive verification by analyzing the direct and indirect influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable and can describe the condition of each variable. The sample used was 216 from a population of 326 permanent lecturers in the undergraduate management study program (Isaac & Michael's table technique). Data collection through interviews and questionnaires with descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis. The results of descriptive research show that self-efficacy in conditions is quite strong with the dimensions of magnitude, strength and generality. Knowledge sharing conditions are rare with the dimensions of Knowledge Donate and Knowledge Collecting. Meanwhile, lecturer involvement is quite strong with the dimensions of Dedication, Vigor and Absorption. And the performance of lecturers is in the quite good category with the dimensions of the tridharma of higher education. The results of verification research show that self-efficacy and knowledge sharing have a partial and simultaneous positive effect on lecturer involvement, and lecturer involvement has a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance. Abstract

This analysis examines the role of dividend policy as a mediator in the relationship between corporate governance and profitability on firm value. The population studied consisted of 47 public banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2019-2023, with 87 research samples obtained through the purposive sampling method. The analysis confirmed that profitability significantly positively affects dividend policy and corporate governance positively influences firm value. However, corporate governance and dividend policy do not affect firm value, and dividend policy does not mediate the relationship between corporate governance and firm value, as well as between profitability and firm value. These findings confirm the importance of profitability and corporate governance in enhancing firm value through effective dividend policy.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the direct influence of compensation, workload, job satisfaction on employee performance. Also analyzes the indirect effect of compensation and workload on employee performance through the mediation of job satisfaction. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with 176 respondents of Mobile Brigade Training Unit (Brimob) personnel. The analysis technique used is PLS-SEM. The results show that compensation had a positive affect on personel performance, compensation does not affect on job satisfaction, workload does not affect on personel performance, workload has a negative affect on job satisfaction, compensation has a positive affect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is able to mediate compensation on personel performance, but job satisfaction is not able to mediate workload on employee performance.
