Abstract

This research aims to provide a framework for PT. Indo-Rama Synthetics Tbk in making a decisive and confident supplier selection, based on the evaluation of supplier performance. Furthermore, the study seeks to identify the key criteria that form the foundation for supplier selection within the company. The research employs the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, with data analysis supported by Expert Choice software. The analysis reveals that the most prioritized criteria are flexibility and responsiveness (0.208), followed by compliance with POs/contracts (0.206), price (0.182), product quality (0.164), environmental friendliness and sustainability (0.162), and experience and expertise (0.077). According to the AHP results, the top supplier for the primary supply of plastic bags and rolls is Supplier PB2, which has the highest weight of 0.388. Supplier PB3 ranks second as an alternative, with a weight of 0.327, while Supplier PB1 is the third alternative, with a weight of 0.285. This research provides a clear framework for the company in selecting suppliers based on measurable performance and sustainability, which can contribute to stronger long-term relationships and improved supply quality.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of social media marketing on purchase intention and actual purchase behavior, with consumer engagement as a mediating factor for high involvement products in Indonesia. Using a quantitative research approach, a survey design was employed. The population for this study includes social media users who have made online purchases in Indonesia. The target sample size is 350 respondents, selected through purposive sampling. Data collection was conducted through online surveys using Google Forms. The research model was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through AMOS 24. Findings indicate that social media marketing has a significant positive impact on consumer engagement; social media marketing significantly influences purchase intention; consumer engagement significantly affects purchase intention; consumer engagement mediates the relationship between social media marketing and purchase intention; and purchase intention significantly impacts actual online buying behavior. This study offers theoretical implications by contributing to the understanding of social media marketing, purchase intention, consumer engagement, and actual purchase behavior for high involvement products in Indonesia, and provides managerial insights for businesses aiming to optimize their social media strategies to enhance consumer purchase intention and actual behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening pada Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang melibatkan 82 responden dari BPS Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui penyebaran kuesioner yaitu dengan mengedarkan daftar pernyataan yang ditujukan kepada pegawai untuk memperoleh data yang lebih baik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SEM (Structural Equation Model) yang dioperasikan melalui program SMARTPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, komitmen organisasi tidak mampu memediasi kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan komitmen organisasi mampu memediasi kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Sumatera Barat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the organizational climate in an effort to increase employee job satisfaction at the Gunungsitoli City Pamong Praja Police Unit Office. The focus of this research includes three main aspects: employee responsibility in carrying out duties, warm atmosphere between employees, and support from leaders. This research is motivated by the observation of the lack of responsibility, warm atmosphere, and leadership support that has the potential to affect the level of employee job satisfaction. The research method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to employees at the Gunungsitoli City Pamong Praja Police Unit Office. The results of the study show that the level of responsibility, warm atmosphere, and support from leaders in the office still needs to be improved to achieve optimal job satisfaction. This research is expected to contribute to the development of theories and practices regarding organizational climate, especially in the context of local government agencies. In addition, the results of this study are also expected to be a reference for further research and provide insight for the leaders of related agencies in increasing employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Economic growth in the G20 countries in the upper middle income group has increased or decreased. The aim is to analyze the influence of foreign direct investment, control of corruption, population growth and trade opportunities on economic growth in the G20 countries in the upper middle income group. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression using the E-views computer program and the data used is panel data. The results of this research explain that the variables of Foreign Direct Investment, Corruption Control, Population Growth and Trade Openness obtained an Fcount value of 2.649623 which is greater than the Ftable in this study of 2.086758 (2.649623 > 2.086758). The conclusion is that the variables of Foreign Direct Investment, Corruption Control, Population Growth and Trade Openness simultaneously have a significant effect on Economic Growth in 8 Upper Middle Income Group Countries.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of macroeconomic factors, including the Rupiah exchange rate, interest rates, inflation, and global oil prices, on the Jakarta Composite Index (IHSG), with the Fed's interest rate serving as a moderating variable. A quantitative method is employed using secondary data from the 2019-2023 period. The results indicate that domestic interest rates and global oil prices significantly affect the IHSG, while the Rupiah exchange rate and inflation do not. Moreover, the Fed's interest rate moderates the effects of domestic interest rates and global oil prices on the IHSG but does not moderate the influence of the Rupiah exchange rate and inflation. These findings suggest that the impact of macroeconomic factors on the IHSG in Indonesia does not always align with the predictions of Signaling Theory and the Mundell- Fleming Model.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of knowledge sharing in moderating the influence of competence and work-life balance on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)_ in BKD Central Java Province. The research population was 145 people, all of whom were BKD employees of Central Java Province. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling, based on the criteria of employees with a minimum education of Diploma III and work experience of at least (3) three years, a total of 106 employees. The SPSS version 22 program was used for data analysis in the form of multiple linear regression. The research results show that competence has a positive and significant effect on OCB, work-life balance has no effect on OCB, knowledge sharing is not a variable that moderates the effect of competence on OCB but acts as a moderating variable on the effect of work-life balance on OCB. Knowledge sharing strengthens the influence of work-life balance on OCB

Abstract

This research analyzes the implementation of digital marketing strategies using the 4C mix method (Customer, Cost, Convenience, Communication) at Aceh Kasab UMKM in Gampong Parom, Nagan Raya Regency. The study was prompted by a shift from the traditional 4P marketing method (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) to a more adaptive digital approach in the technological era. A qualitative approach was employed, and data were collected through triangulation of information sources. The findings indicate that while opportunities for digital marketing are promising, challenges remain, particularly regarding limited human resources skilled in technology and a lack of understanding of digital marketing. Additionally, the limited availability of delivery services in the area poses obstacles to goods distribution. However, the increasing presence of celebrities and influencers in Nagan Raya Regency presents opportunities to effectively market Acehnese products. The analysis suggests that Kasab Aceh UMKM products will continue to attract consumers, especially due to the local community's commitment to preserving traditions and culture. Stable production costs further strengthen the position of Kasab Aceh UMKM. To optimize digital marketing strategies, it is essential to address issues related to delivery convenience and communication with consumers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to use the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach for resource optimization in order to build a closed-loop system-based business model for a dairy farm in Sarangan, Magetan. The methodology of this study employs a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis, incorporating field research to understand the operational conditions of the farm and in depth interviews with relevant stakeholders to collect data. This work uses BMC to design a business model that promotes both environmental sustainability and livestock operating efficiency. The findings demonstrate that implementing a closed-loop system can maximize the utilization of organic waste as feed or fertilizer, minimize resource waste, and increase the efficiency of milk production. By implementing BMC, we have discovered a business model that integrates the principles of the circular economy, enhancing value for cattle and their surrounding communities, and fostering sustainability in the long term. Consequently, this study aids in the creation of a cattle business model that is more efficient and ecologically beneficial.

Abstract

This study aims to test network innovation. The proven network innovation model is the Kaplan & Winby model, namely associations, suppliers, customers and government. Based on references from several countries, none have discussed network innovation for MSMEs affected by the Covid pandemic. So this study will test the innovation of the role of networks for the revival of MSMEs after the pandemic. Data was taken based on a questionnaire on MSMEs in the Bandung City area. Then the data processing uses the SPSS software application. Based on the results of data processing, the results obtained that partially based on the coefficient values of the association coefficients, suppliers, customers and show a direct influence on the Economic Recovery of MSMEs. Meanwhile, based on t count by taking a significance level of 5%, it is proven that the test is not significant or there is an influence from suppliers on the Economic Recovery of MSMEs. Simultaneously, it was obtained that 57.76% of the Economic Recovery of MSMEs was influenced by the variables of suppliers, associations, consumers and government. So it can be concluded that there is a linear relationship between suppliers, associations, consumers and the government on the Economic Recovery of MSMEs (Y) with a coefficient of determination (R2) = 57.76% or 57.76, this can also be interpreted that the influence of variables outside the model is small, namely 1-R2 = 1-57.76% = 42.24% (error).
