Abstract

this research are: 1), What is the role of TPQ in Improving the Quality of Reading and Writing Ability of the Qur'an in Children in Muara Bangkahulu District, Bengkulu City?, 2), What are the Supporting Factors faced by TPQ in an effort to Improve the Quality of Ability to Read and Write Alqur 'an on Children in Muara Bangkahulu District, Bengkulu city? 3) What are the inhibiting factors faced by TPQ in an effort to improve the quality of the ability to read and write the Koran in children in the Muara Bangkahulu sub-district, Bengkulu city? The results of the study refer to the main processes in the TPQ namely facilitating complete learning of the All-Qur'an, controlling and monitoring periodically the development of All-Qur'an education, carrying out overall overall development and continuity to certain units. Malkal based on the results of the TPQ research in the Balengalhulu Mualral Subdistrict, Kotal Bengkulu, has fulfilled these requirements. Supporting and inhibiting factors that arise in the learning process at TPQ come from three aspects, namely from the child, the child's parents, and the teacher/educator at TPQ.

Abstract

The type of research used in this research is guidance and counseling action research using two cycles. The subjects of this study were 6 counselees at the Harapan Binjai Healthy Home Foundation. Where the 6 counselees are counselees who are being hospitalized. This study aims to provide focus group discussion (FGD) technical group guidance services with a religious character value approach in the rehabilitation of drug addicts at the Rumah Sehat Harapan Binjai Foundation. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study was carried out on the results of observations, data analysis in this study was a qualitative description of counselees between the initial conditions (pre-cycle) and cycle I and cycle II (post-cycle). The results of the research are that the researcher conducted participant observation and conducted interviews with foundations and counselees, besides that it was supported by documentary data related to this research. Efforts to approach the value of religious character through the FGD technique group guidance services carried out in cycle I and Cycle II at the Rumah Sehat Harapan Binjai Foundation's Drug Rehabilitation Center to assist counselees in recovery have proven successful, as can be seen from the results of changes in religious character in counselees. Changes in religious character can be seen from the punctuality of the counselee taking water for ablution, carrying out congregational prayers, reading the Qur'an in his spare time, being tolerant of fellow friends, being responsible, caring for the environment, and caring for friends.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the impact of the Broken Home family on student learning activities at SMK N 1 KUDUS. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods. The data collection technique used by researchers in this study was on four students at SMKN 1 Kudus who experienced a Broken Home family through observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the research findings and the results of the analysis presented in the special coding table for the four informants, it is related to how the impact of a broken home has on the learning activities of students at SMK N Kudus. From the four research informants, it shows that students' learning activities are classified as low. In addition, the findings in this study also resulted in that the aspects of asking questions and expressing opinions were most owned by students who experienced broken home problems. The lowest aspect that is most rarely raised in learning activities is giving ideas or ideas, proposing different thoughts and working independently. Based on the conclusions from research on the impact of a broken home on student learning activities at SMKN 1 Kudus, it shows that student learning activity is quite low. Students who experience these problems are unable to control their emotions while at school. Basically every student has the same ability in learning, but there are things that make them different, one of which is a broken home family. If there are problems in the family and the parents are not with the child, the child will lack attention and support in learning, this will make the child tend to think about family problems and not focus during the learning process.

Abstract

Research was conducted out in August-October 2022, with the title: Need Analysis of English to Improve English Skills of Micro Smll Medium Enterprises at Kampung Bandar- Pekanbaru City. This study aimed to find out thet need of English to improve English skills of micro small and medium enterprises at Kampung Bandar- Pekanbaru City. This study used a qualitative descriptive method to obtain primary and secondary data where data collection was done by distributed questionnaires and interviews. The results obtained from this study revealed that the micro small and medium enterprises at Kampung Bandar-Pekanbaru City, still really need the English language to support their work. From the self-assessment/self-evaluation, it is known that the majority of local guides learn English from school. In terms of English proficiency, the local guide states that basic are 60% of respondents. Furthermore, there are several points that Micro Small and Medium Enterprises must master in welcoming foreign tourists, especially in the fields of greeting, welcoming the tourist, and saying goodbye.

Abstract

This research is motivated by problems in thematic learning theme 2, sub-theme 1 learning 1 and 2. The teacher does not yet have the right learning media for this thematic learning. This research is an ADDIE model development research with 5 stages consisting of (1) Analysis, (2) Design (Design), (3) Development (Development), (4) Implementation (Implementation), (5) Evaluation (Evaluation). Which aims to produce learning media in the form of animated cartoon videos in thematic learning. The results of this study are in the form of cartoon animation video media in thematic learning specifically on theme 2 sub-themes 1 class V Elementary School learning 1 and 2. In the first lesson there are Indonesian and Natural Sciences subjects regarding respiratory organs and systems in animals, while in the second lesson there are science, Indonesian, and SBdP subjects regarding respiratory organs and systems in humans. Validation results are also collected based on validation by material experts, design experts, and linguists. In the material expert aspect, 90.30% is in the very valid category, the design expert aspect is 80.29% in the quite valid category, and the linguist aspect is 98.17% in the very valid category. Overall the validity of cartoon animation video media in learning theme 2 sub-themes 1 class V of Elementary School obtained an average of 93% with a very valid category. Learning media developed through animated cartoon videos are very effective for students in thematic learning in elementary schools

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative approach and descriptive research type. Methods of data collection were carried out including using observation, interview, and documentation methods. The collected data is then selected and analyzed through; Data reduction; Presentation of Data and then Draw Conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: The standard implementation of the learning process for Islamic religious education at SMP Negeri 6 Seluma has been well implemented, which is based on the curriculum, syllabus and lesson plans. PAI teachers have carried out the planning of the learning process by carrying out preliminary activities, core activities and closing activities and the form of implementation is in the form of implementing the curriculum and learning process of Islamic Religious Education. The learning process for SMP Negeri 6 Seluma is always supervised by the school principal and the Seluma Education Office and PAI teachers who always give awards to students who excel. The impact of the standard implementation of the PAI learning process is that for students learning PAI is not boring, students are very happy to take part in PAI learning and students' interest in active learning is very high, this is evident from the fact that many students are happy to ask questions, always do homework and every explanation of the PAI teacher is always heard by students. The inhibiting factors in implementing the standard learning process for Islamic religious education at SMP Negeri 6 Seluma are the learning process which is very limited, the breadth and depth of the material to be delivered to students, the lack of experience of PAI teachers in teaching in class, the many differences in student characteristics, it is difficult to find methods appropriate in learning and still lacking educational infrastructure such as learning media in schools.

Abstract

Surfactants are surface active ingredients that function to reduce the surface tension of a liquid. In general, surfactants are synthesized from petroleum and natural gas derivatives, but they can cause environmental pollution and are not renewable, so an alternative raw material is needed, namely palm oil. One type of surfactant that can be produced from palm oil is methyl ester sulfonate (MES). This study aims to obtain the optimum process conditions and the characteristics of the MES surfactant produced from palm oil methyl ester with the sulfonating agent Na2S2O5. The preparation of methyl esters was carried out in two stages of esterification and transesterification reactions using methanol as a source of alcohol with H2SO4 as an acid catalyst and NaOH as a base catalyst. Sulfonation was carried out at temperatures of 80, 90 and 100 0C, the ratio of methyl ester to Na2S2O5 was 1:0.5; 1:0.75; 1:1 and 5 hours reaction time. The optimum process was obtained by treating the temperature of 90 0C with a mole ratio of Na2S2O5 to methyl ester 1:1 with a reaction time of 5 hours. The MES characteristics resulting from these conditions had a pH of 1.45, an acid number of 10.6 mgKOH/g, a density of 0.886 g/cm3 and a sulfonate absorbance value of 0.290.

Abstract

This study aims to examine empirically the influence of motivation, work environment and organizational citizenship behavior on job satisfaction of PT Pentel Siporio employees in Makassar. The population used is employees of PT. Pentel Siporio in Makassar, who have worked for three consecutive years, namely in 2019, 2020 and 2021. With a total population of 105 people, samples were drawn based on the solving formula, finally 51 people were obtained. employees who were used as respondents. This research is a quantitative and qualitative research using primary data. The hypothesis test used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Data is processed through the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Program. The results of this study indicate that Motivation, Work Environment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior are based on the results of a Simultaneous test or testing simultaneously with the three variables Motivation (x1), Work Environment (X2) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (x3), so the results have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction Employees of PT. Pentel Siporio in Makassar.

Abstract

This research aimed to modify the learning model of Think Pairs Share (TPS) to enhance the communication skill. This research was R & D design that modified the element of TPS with oral communication aspects and writing skills. The modification procedure used Borg & Gall: 1) observing and gathering the information, 2) planning and developing the first draft of product, 3) expert validation, and 4) try-out of the product. The data analysis that was used was qualitative and quantitative research. The result of TPS modification were; 1) the expert judgment showed 82,5% of prototype model as the researchers hoped, 87,0% fulfilled the model content, and 98,7% can be applied in the teaching and learning process. The result of the expert judgment showed that the modification model was suitably valued by the students; 2) the result of the students’ assessment showed the average of 84,2% and it can be applied in teaching and learning process; 4) the modification model called as Think Pairs Share Using Concept Map (TPS UCM).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the values ​​of Pancasila in increasing nationalism in elementary schools. The method used in this research is a library research method or approach, by examining several books, journals, proceedings, research reports, and other sources relevant to the research. Pancasila values ​​are very influential in life in Indonesia. Pancasila values ​​are divided into five precepts which are universal and objective. Pancasila is the Indonesian ideology that must be upheld properly. Good values ​​in Pancasila are the implementation of the existing culture. The implementation carried out is also in accordance with the personality of the Indonesian nation seen from customs, culture, religion, and outlook on life in the future. For this reason, knowledge of Pancasila is needed from an early age so that they can live in a society in accordance with the ideology of the Indonesian nation.
