Abstract

An Islamic financial institution such as BMT Amanah Ummah hopes for soundness in financing its customers, but the running of financing activities certainly emphasizes that technical rules must be implemented so that default problems will occur so that risk control is the main thing for BMT analysts. The purpose of this study is to determine the BMT risk control system in the occurrence of the risk of default on financing customers. While this research is a type of field research which then uses qualitative research as its approach. In order to get credible results, the researchers carried out data collection techniques, data analysis to the validity of the data. The results of his research are that an BMT Amanah Ummah analyst puts forward the precautionary principle as initial control because it is the main basic part that must be considered besides also having to review based on the character of the customer.

Abstract

The Qur'an Hadits is one of the subjects of Islamic Religious Education in schools. This study aims to find out what strategies teachers use and find out what factors are obstacles in implementing these learning strategies. This research uses a qualitative research approach. Qualitative research is systematic research that is used to study or examine an object in a natural setting without any manipulation in it and without any hypothesis test. The results showed that Problem Based Learning learning, educators only act as facilitators and as motivators. Educators motivate learners to actively engage in the search for problem-solving solutions. Educators help and guide learners to utilize relevant resources and help learners to be able to interact and collaborate in groups to provide the best alternative solutions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of madrasas in the national education system, madrasa problems, opportunities and challenges of madrasas. The method used in this study is a literature study by collecting secondary data from various references in the form of books and journals, then conducting a descriptive analysis of the data which is presented in detail. In essence, madrasas have a qualified position in nation building, but unfortunately currently education in madrasas is considered "second class" education. This is due to the many problems related to the implementation of madrasas, both large and small scale. As well as problems regarding management, the low quality of madrasa education, the gap between public and private, to the opportunities and challenges for madrasas in Indonesia at this time.

Abstract

School as an educational organization produce competent human resources in the era of globalization in all areas of life. Poor academic performance can be seen from the application of cultural content school environmental design, for example poor student numbers or innovative strengths and less teacher creativity. A good school community organizational culture is absolutely necessary form and lead, especially in the application of standards, values and work ethics Attitudes and daily behavior to achieve school goals, produce quality graduates succeed nationally and internationally and face competition. The purpose of the study is to find out: (1) The effectiveness of organizational culture according to norms, values and work ethic in improving school performance at MIS Nurus Salam; (2) Barriers facing the rationalization of organizational culture to increase school success at MIS Nurus Salam; (3) Efforts to rationalize organizational culture to improve school performance at MIS Nurus Salam. The research method used in The preparation of this work is descriptive qualitative. Namely data collection techniques with interviews, observations and documentary studies. The research results show that: (1) About organizational culture Aspects of standards, values and work ethic in improving school performance at MIS Nurus Salam good. This can be seen from the application of norms, values and work ethic that have become behavior and the daily habits of all school members; (2) Obstacles encountered The rationalization of organizational culture can come from within or outside the individual; (3) To improve the organizational culture, investment is made in teacher training and staff and facilities and infrastructure that must be filled.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the impact of learning social sciences on educational change where this change is an increase in quality which will later be useful for future students. Education has a very important role in the development of the Indonesian human being as a whole. Therefore education really needs to be developed from various sciences, because quality education can increase the intelligence of a nation. Education is an important part of the national development process which contributes to increasing a country's economic growth. Education is also an investment in the development of human resources where increasing skills and abilities is believed to be a supporting factor for human efforts in navigating life. The purpose of education based on the principles of Pancasila has the aim of increasing piety to God Almighty, intelligence, skills, enhancing character, strengthening personality so that they can develop themselves and are jointly responsible for the development of the nation. The quality of education needs to be considered to achieve educational goals, while the quality itself can be seen from the success achieved by a student while participating in teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

This article discusses the effectiveness of Islamic da'wah through radio and television media. Radio and television as one of the audiovisual media are very influential and effective in spreading Islamic da'wah in modern society like today. Effective because it can reach the public at large, messages through radio and television that are presented audio-visually provide information faster than other media and the cultural effects of radio and television are greater than the effects produced by other types of media. Therefore, it can facilitate the delivery of the message of his da'wah. Radio and television media as media builders, develop ideas, and shape people's behavior if the radio and television programs are more moral, radio and television programs must be designed in such a way so as not to go out of the corridors of Islam so that Muslims make radio and television as a medium of da'wah.

Abstract

In the educational process, students are active subjects and objects. They are said to be subjects because they play an active role as the main actors in the learning process, while they are said to be objects because they are the targets of students to be developed by educators. 3 If students are used as targets, then they must act as active subjects in learning facilitated by the school, namely one of them is by implementing student management that can stimulate all the potential that exists within them. Growing student motivation is one of the techniques in developing the ability and willingness to learn. One logical way to motivate students in learning is to relate learning experiences to student motivation. Increasing student learning motivation is based on the belief that student learning motivation has implications, not only on the learning outcomes obtained, but also on the benefits of the entire learning process. Slavin argues that motivated students will be easily directed, given assignments, tend to have great curiosity, are active in seeking information about the material explained by the teacher and use higher cognitive processes to learn and absorb the lessons given (Sharif, ).

Abstract

The success of global companies in the Indonesian market is due to their ability to package global marketing strategies that are adapted to the Indonesian market, both politically, economically, socio-culturally, geographically and economically. The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of the existence of a global marketing environment has on the economy in Indonesia. This study uses a descriptive analysis method, which is a method that describes the results of problem analysis in order to answer research problems. In this case, analyzing global marketing issues for Indonesian companies to compete in the global market. The results obtained from this study are global marketing strategies for Indonesian national companies. Obtaining data is done through library research methods (library research). Global marketing can bring positive and negative influences, it all depends on how domestic marketing deals with it. With all its policies, the government's role is inevitably very important in advancing the Indonesian economy in facing the global market.

Abstract

The purpose of this research and development is to produce a learning design product that can be used as an alternative for students, which can be used for independent learning, so that it can increase student learning motivation in class, namely E-modules. This research and development was carried out at SDN Karang Anyar 03 Pagi, Central Jakarta. This research and development uses the ADDIE model which consists of 5 stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Learning Mathematics with a Realistic Mathematics Education approach that places a problem in Mathematics Learning in the daily life of students, so that it can make it easier for students to receive material and provide direct experience with individual student experiences. The eligibility of design experts is 83% in the feasible category, the eligibility of linguists is 96% in the feasible category, the eligibility of material experts is 95% in the feasible category, and the effectiveness of the pretest with a score Based on the overall results by the validator and students declared feasible to be implemented in the learning process students independently.
