Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of village service quality and complaint handling on the satisfaction of the people of Sei Suka Deras Village. This type of research is quantitative descriptive and obtains data by distributing questionnaires to respondents who were sampled in this study and then the data is processed using SPSS (Statistical Product). and Service Solutions) version 25.00. This study used a sample of 98 respondents from the Sei Suka Deras Village community. The test tools used are instrument test and classical assumption test. From this study it can be concluded that based on the results of the analysis of hypothesis 1 is accepted, meaning that the Service Quality Variable (X1) has an effect on the Community Satisfaction Variable (Y). hypothesis 2 is accepted, meaning that the Complaint Handling Variable (X2) has an effect on the Community Satisfaction Variable (Y). hypothesis 3 is accepted, meaning that the Service Quality Variable (X1), and the Complaint Handling Variable (X2) have a simultaneous (simultaneous) effect on the Community Satisfaction Variable (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product stock, location and store atmosphere on purchasing decisions at Indomaret SM Raja Jl. Deblod Sundoro, Tebing Tinggi City. The effect that we want to know is the direct or indirect effect. This type of research is a replication and development of similar previous studies but with different objects, variables, and periods. This study used a sample of 96 respondents. Sampling using the Cochran formula technique. The analytical tool used is multiple linear analysis using the SPSS 25 program. From the results of this test it can be concluded that there is a significant effect between Product Stock (X1) on Purchase Decision (Y), there is no significant effect between Location (X2) on Decision Purchasing (Y), there is a significant influence between Store Atmosphere (X3) on Purchase Decisions (Y).

Abstract

Jurgen Habermas, a prominent contemporary philosopher, has left an indelible mark on various aspects of human thought. Born in 1929 in Gummersbach, his diverse education laid the groundwork for his profound intellectual journey. Beyond his philosophy career, he explored fields like psychology and economics, showcasing a breadth of knowledge. His ideas influenced politics, religion, and more. This study focuses on Habermas's hermeneutical perspective, unveiling its evolution, impact, and relevance in contemporary discourse. Through descriptive research, we analyze his philosophical journey, emphasizing his views on hermeneutics. We gather data from philosophical literature, Habermas's writings, and expert interviews. Habermas's hermeneutics align with fundamental principles while transcending disciplinary boundaries. This research provides insights into how his thinking shapes interpretations of religious texts and societal contexts. Ultimately, this exploration showcases the nuanced interplay between philosophical thinking and real-world understanding.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the results of implementing puzzle stick media on the interest and initial reading skills of class II elementary school students. The research approach is quantitative, quasi-experimental methods with a nonequivalent control group design. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique which uses the entire population as the sample in the research. The data obtained came from questionnaires and tests. Questionnaire sheets are used to collect reading interest data and tests are used to collect data on initial reading skills. This research was analyzed using hypothesis testing, namely the sample t-test using the gain score. The results of data analysis were obtaining the mean of the experimental and control classes using the gain score. In terms of interest, the experimental class obtained an average gain score of 10.90 and 7.15 for the control class. The results of the average gain score for interest in reading show that the experimental class average is 3.75 greater than the control class. Meanwhile, in the initial reading skills data, the average gain score in the experimental class was 19.86 and 11.50 for the control class. The results of the average gain score for initial reading skills show that the experimental class average is 8.36 greater than the control class. For the independent sample t-test hypothesis test results, the gain score is used as follows: (1) The results of data analysis show significant results, as evidenced by the t test results obtained with a t value of 2.083 > t table 2.022 and a sig value of 0.044 < 0 .05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Which means, there is a significant increase in interest in reading by implementing the puzzle stick media. (2) The t test results obtained a t value of 4.641 > t table 2.022 and a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05, so Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. There is a significant increase in beginning reading skills by implementing the stick puzzle media.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of employment, open unemployment, and domestic investment on the economic growth of Lampung Province in Indonesia. The research sample consisted of data from Lampung Province in the first quarter of 2010 to the fourth quarter of 2022. The data source was obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics of Lampung. Regression analysis using EViews 10 was used to analyze secondary data and time series in this study. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach, which proved to be the most effective method. The results of the study show that the variables of labor, open unemployment, and domestic investment have a significant influence on economic growth. This research is a valuable reference and provides insight for further exploration, helping to understand the impact of employment, open unemployment, and domestic investment on economic growth in Lampung Province.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning behavior of 7th grade students of SMP Smaratungga Ampel. The research method used in this research is quantitative research method, while the research approach used is a causal approach. The subject of this research was Buddhist students in grade 7 of SMP Smaratungga Ampel, totaling 10 people, data collection techniques in the form of data obtained directly from the field (primary data) by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires to respondents. Primary data was obtained by researchers by distributing questionnaires to respondents totaling 10 people. The results of this study indicate that the results of data analysis with the simple linear regression formula obtained the amount of R square 0.814, thus meaning that 81.4% of Buddhist education learning behavior in 7th grade students of Smaratungga Ampel Junior High School is influenced by reading interest while the remaining 18.6% is influenced by other factors not included in the regression equation. Thus it can be concluded that interest in reading can improve the learning behavior of 7th grade Buddhist students of Smaratungga Ampel Junior High School.

Abstract

In learning English, the first thing that must be learned is vocabulary. This means that learning vocabulary is very important, especially for students in high school. Based on the researcher observations at the tenth grade, the technique used in learning is monotonous which makes students tend to get bored so that student participation in class is lacking. The vocabulary problem must be solved, because it can make it difficult for students to continue to the next level or class. Also students may have low motivation in learning English because they feel English is difficult. The objectives of the researcher is to improve students vocabulary mastery by using Fly Swatter Game. Based on the identification of the problems above, the researcher wants to overcome the problems of the students in English vocabulary mastery. In this research, the researcher use Classroom Action Research as a research design that was held in two cycles. The subject of the research was the students of X-IPS 1 which consist of 23 students. In this research, the instrument are evaluation sheet and observation sheet. From the result of each cycle, it shown that; in Cycle I, there was not students’ value which could be classified in “good level”, there were 3 students’ value (13,04%) in “good level”, there were 3 students’(13,04%) in “enough level”, there were 7 students’ value (30,43%)in “less level”, there was 10 students’ value (43,47%) in “fail level”. The average of the students’ value was 46,3. It showed that Cycle I was not successful, so this research has continued to the next cycle after revising the plan based on the weaknesses in cycle I. The result of Cycle II research showed that there was not students’ (0%) values classified in the “enough“, “less” and “fail level.” There were 8 students’ values (34,77%) in the “good level”, and 15 students’ values (65,21%) in the “very good level”. The average value of the students’ was 86,5. Based on the result above the researcher concludes that Fly Swatter Game could be done in teaching vocabulary and could improve the students’ ability in mastering vocabulary.
