Abstract

This research aims to help people know the procedures for resolving land grabbing disputes. Land grabbing is an unlawful act that can harm the land owner. Settlement of land grabbing disputes can be done through two channels, namely the non-litigation route and the litigation route. This research uses a legal method that combines doctrinal research (normative legal research) and socio-legal research (empirical legal research). The legal materials used in this research consist of primary legal materials and tertiary legal materials.

Abstract

This study aims to test empirically the influence of the variables consisting of: The Effect of Service Quality and Price on the Purchase Decision of CV Expedition Services. Star Trans Mandiri Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive type of research method. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive statistical tests, data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, descriptive analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination tests and hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study was 86 respondents with a random sampling technique on consumers of CV expedition services. Bintang Trans Mandiri Jakarta. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the results of Service Quality on Purchasing Decisions (Y) with the tcount value of Service Quality are higher than the ttable value or (3.909 > ttable 1.989) with a significance value of 0.000 which means that this value is less than the significance level (0.000 <0. 05). So it can be concluded that partially Service Quality has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. This means that Ha1 is accepted and Ho1 is rejected. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the results obtained are Price on Purchase Decision (Y) with a tcount value of Price higher than the ttable value or (5.660 > ttable 1.989) with a significance value of 0.000 which means that this value is less than the significance level (0.000 <0.05) . So it can be concluded that partially the price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. This means that Ha1 is accepted and Ho1 is rejected. Based on the Output table 4.29, the results of the Anova test above obtained a Fcount of 135.664 greater than Ftable 3.105 with a significant 0.000 less than 0.05 or (Fcount > Ftable) and (Fsignificant <0.05). So it can be concluded that simultaneously Service Quality and Price together have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Meanwhile, the remaining 23.4% is influenced by other factors outside the independent variables studied.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the user needs of the Language Service Unit (LSU) at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Tanjungpura. The survey method was employed, collecting data through questionnaires distributed to students and faculty members of FTTE. The findings indicate that a significant portion of respondents lacks detailed knowledge about the LSU, emphasizing the need for further awareness campaigns. User needs encompass service programs, human resource development, and training. Data analysis results reveal a high interest in language training, particularly TOEFL and HSK tests, as well as the translation services for scholarly works. The conclusion drawn from this research underscores the necessity for LSU to enhance awareness campaigns and design more targeted programs aligned with user needs. These findings provide profound insights into the challenges and opportunities for optimizing the role of LSU within FTTE, Universitas Tanjungpura. The practical implications entail the need for improved communication strategies and the development of responsive programs to meet user needs. Consequently, this research contributes to the advancement of language services in higher education environments.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the sentence processing of deaf students at Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri Gunungsitoli. Through qualitative methods with interviews and observations, the findings show that visualizations, such as pictures and physical objects, greatly help deaf students understand sentences. However, students have difficulty in understanding passive sentences and the concept of phrases. Teaching methods that emphasize visual aspects and individualization are recognized as important factors in improving students' comprehension. The results of this study contribute to the understanding of deaf students' barriers and needs in the learning process. Practical implications include the development of more adaptive teaching methods, while scientifically, this study supplements the knowledge of sentence processing strategies in deaf students. In conclusion, a better understanding of sentence processing by deaf students can contribute to the inclusive approaches in special education.

Abstract

Bullying among students has recently increased, particularly in primary and secondary schools. This shows a poor understanding of Pancasila. Therefore, further research and analysis is required to determine what measures should be taken if implemented in the future. Our analysis is descriptive and analytical in nature. The purpose of this study is to understand and explore the meaning, impact, prevalence, and ways to overcome bullying through a literature-based approach and theory of the consequences, prevalence, and elimination of bullying. Abstract

Understanding mathematical concepts is an important key in learning mathematics. However, students often have difficulty understanding mathematical concepts, especially social arithmetic material. Based on this, this research aims to develop information technology-based interactive learning media that can help improve understanding of mathematics concepts for class VII middle school students in social arithmetic material. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Kalinyamatan involving 34 class VII junior high school students. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE Model design. The results of data analysis show that interactive learning media is proven to be valid because it has a significant level of 0.00 < 0.05, feasible because all variables (statements) have a calculated r value > r table and is effective because it meets the individual due diligence and classical due diligence, so it can It is said that the development of interactive learning media based on information technology which was developed is effective in increasing understanding of mathematics concepts for class VII middle school students in social arithmetic material. The evaluation results show that students' understanding of mathematical concepts has increased significantly after using interactive learning media.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of products, service quality and trust on customer satisfaction and loyalty in using BRI Bank, at PT. BRI Bank Sidorame Unit. The population in this research is customers at PT. Bank BRI Sidorame Unit which uses Bank BRI Products. The final sample obtained was 100 respondents. The data analysis used is path analysis. The influence of products on satisfaction at PT. Bank BRI Sidorame unit has a t-count value of 4.299 > t-table 1.984, and a significant result of 0.001. Because the significant value is 0.001 < 0.05, it rejects Ho and accepts Ha. The influence of service quality on satisfaction at PT. BRI Bank Sidorame unit service quality variable has a calculated T value of 2,627 > T table 1.984, and a significant result of 0.010. because the value 0.010 < 0.05, so it rejects Ho and accepts Ha. The influence of trust on satisfaction at PT. BRI Bank sidorame unit trust variable has a calculated T value of 2.416 > T table 1.984, and a significant result of 0.018. because the value 0.018 < 0.05, so it rejects Ho and accepts Ha. The influence of products on loyalty at PT. The BRI Bank Sidorame unit product variable has a calculated T value of 2.881>T table 1.984, and a significant result of 0.005, so it rejects Ho and accepts Ha. The influence of service quality on loyalty at PT. Abstract

The widespread phenomenon of indefinite delays in inheritance distribution in North Hulu Sungai Regency, which runs counter to the idea of the Islamic inheritance system, serves as the inspiration for this study. The next issue is that ulama, who are knowledgeable about Islamic law, also continue this practice. Thus, this research aims to explore the reasons behind the practice of postponing inheritance among ulama families. Choosing the site in North Hulu Sungai Regency due to its reputation as the second Islamic residential school city in South Kalimantan Province, following Martapura, and the large number of ulama who were born and raised in this region. This research is included in the type of empirical research using a qualitative approach because all the data is presented in the form of descriptive information and statements. The data sources used are primary and secondary data, while the data collection technique uses direct interviews with respondents, observation, and documentation. Based on the research that has been carried out, the results obtained are of the ten ulama in North Hulu Sungai Regency who have been interviewed, as many as eight people implemented a delay in distributing inheritance, while the remaining two people immediately distributed inheritance to heirs after the death of the testator. The ulama provide a variety of explanations, including the fact that one parent is still alive, the inheritance consists of a house and property, the heirs are firmly established, and the heir regarded as the most meritorious in the family controls the inheritance.

Abstract

Taxes are dues that must be paid to the state in accordance with applicable regulations. These contributions are mandatory and can be imposed on individuals or entities that are determined as taxpayers. The purpose of this study is to determine the suitability of PPh 21 calculations at SMP Negeri 2 Cibinong with the net method and real calculations and to find out the calculation of PPh 21 on the performance of permanent employees at SMP Negeri 2 Cibinong, it is appropriate and in accordance with Law number 36 of 2008 and Director Regulations General of Taxes Number PER-16/PJ/2016.

Abstract

Mental health development is needed by every individual, but not everyone has the multi-skills to develop like mentally retarded children. The aim of this research is to find out whether there is a relationship between teachers' emotional attachment and the development of children's mental health. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques using interviews. The results of the research show that there is a relationship between the teacher's emotional attachment and the Mental Health Development of State Special School Children with Mental Health C. Mental Health Development can occur because of the teacher's emotional attachment which is shown by the teacher's personality, teacher acceptance, teacher's self-demeanor, closeness in building verbal communication, gentleness , authoritative, disciplined, responsible, accepting of strengths and weaknesses, full of attention and affection and educating wholeheartedly.
