Abstract

Wardah is a beauty brand that cares and understands every woman's desire to always feel calm and comfortable with her appearance. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is a close relationship between brand image and product quality in determining the level of buyers' purchasing decisions in order to survive in a competitive market, especially in the Deli Serdang district, Tanjung Morawa subdistrict. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. This type of research is associative, where research aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. This research took place in Medan City, Deli Serdang Regency, Tanjung Morawa District, the objects studied were female consumers at the Wardah Irian Tanjung Morawa supermarket store. The population in this research was all consumers of Wardah cosmetic products in Tanjung Morawa District, totaling + 3000 purchases. in every month. sample size of 69 respondents. Data collection in this study was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. To fill in the questionnaire, respondents were asked to give an opinion about a series of statements related to the object under study. The test tool used was the SPSS program application 29. The results of this research are that there is an indirect influence of brand image on product quality. Consumer satisfaction on purchasing decisions has a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Wardah at the Irian Tanjung Morawa Store. Brand Image has a direct and significant influence on Consumer Satisfaction at Wardah at the Irian Store. Tanjung Morawa, Product Quality has a direct and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction with Wardah at the Irian Tanjung Morawa Store. Buyer decisions have a direct and significant effect on consumer satisfaction with Wardah at the Irian Tanjung Morawa Store. Directly, brand image and product quality on consumer satisfaction through buyer decisions have a significant influence on consumer decisions on Wardah Cosmetics at the Irian Tanjung Morawa Store.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the influence of the use of learning media, especially image and video media, on student learning outcomes in class X SMAN 12 Pontianak in Indonesian language subjects with the intrinsic elements of poetry. By using experimental methods and data analysis using SPSS. The results showed that there was no significant difference in learning outcomes between the group that used image media and the group that used video. These results have important implications in the development of learning media in the context of language education, showing that this media has an equivalent impact in increasing students' understanding of the intrinsic elements of poetry. These findings provide valuable guidance for the development of more effective and engaging learning strategies in the era of digital education.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the Original Income of the Deli Serdang Regency for the last 10 years, only able to achieve the target in 2017. This type of research is Associative research. The population in this study is the Recapitulation Report of the Regional Budget of Deli Serdang Regency for the 2013-2022 Period which is accessed through the Djpk.kemenkeu.go.id website. The sample in this study used census sampling. The data used are secondary data with literature study techniques and documentation studies. This study used quantitative analysis methods. Data analysis techniques are Descriptive Statistical Analysis Test, Classical Assumption Test and Hypothesis Test. The results and discussion of this study show that Regional Taxes and Other Legal Local Original Revenues have a significant and positive partial effect, while Regional Levies do not have a partial effect that is not significant and positive and The results of the management of the separated regional wealth do not have a partial effect that is not significant and negative on the original income of the Deli Serdang District. However, Regional Taxes, Regional Levies, Results of Segregated Regional Wealth Management and Other Legal Local Original Revenues have a simultaneous effect on the Local Original Revenue of Deli Serdang District.

Abstract

School library management is basically the process of optimizing human, material and budget contributions to achieve library goals. The organizational structure of the national library published through the National Library Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4 of 2020 concerning the Organization and Work Procedures of the National Library. Article 5 explains in general that the national library consists of the Head, Main Secretariat, Deputy for the Development of Library Materials and Information Services; Deputy for Library Resources Development; Data and information Center; Librarian Development Center, Education and Training Center, Inspectorate, Bung Karno Proclaimer Library Technical Implementation Unit; and the Proclaimer Bung Hatta Library Technical Implementation Unit. Information technology in school libraries is technology used to create, store, change and use information in all its forms for the purposes of school library management and services. Each library must make a budget plan and submit it to its parent institution, or other institution that is obliged to provide a budget to the librar School library management is the process of influencing all personnel who support the implementation of school library operations in order to achieve the goals of organizing libraries in schools.

Abstract

The Association of Business Administration Students (HMJ AB) at Polnep is an independent organization with autonomy within the scope of the Business Administration Department. In accordance with the HMJ AB Articles of Association, the functions of this student organization are, first, to serve as a platform for students in the Business Administration department to express their aspirations, interests, talents, and abilities. The second function is to develop the academic and practical works of students in the Business Administration department, share knowledge, shape mentality, and foster organizational attitudes and behaviours both within and outside the organization. Recognizing the importance of one of HMJ AB's functions in the aspect of knowledge sharing, this research is conducted because HMJ AB is an intra-campus organization, and Polnep has an interest in helping optimize this function to enhance the quality of graduates in line with the institution's vision and mission. This research is conducted at the State Polytechnic of Pontianak on HMJ AB, focusing on the practice of knowledge sharing (KS) from the perspective of the student organization. The objectives of this research are to know the practice of knowledge sharing in HMJ AB, identify the types of information commonly shared, explore the challenges in the practice of knowledge sharing in HMJ AB and solutions to overcome these challenges. This is a qualitative research study using a descriptive method. The data sources for this research are students affiliated with HMJ AB, the organization's executives, and HMJ advisors during the term of HMJ AB for the 2022-2023 period. Data collection is conducted through interviews and documentary studies. The research results indicate that knowledge sharing is already implemented, but the execution is not yet optimal, considering the number of KS activities conducted during the HMJ period, materials that are not tailored to the members' needs, and low attendance of members. The shared knowledge relates to government seminars, entrepreneurship seminars, coffee barista training, and social activities during Ramadan. Challenges include low member motivation, lacking soft skills, insufficient communication skills, and a lack of involvement from the department and lecturers in supporting KS activities. Proposed solutions from the respondents include discussions where members are involved in determining priority KS information to be shared, providing rewards, and enhancing communication between HMJ and internal or external parties.

Abstract

The principal has the obligation to manage the running of the school and can also collaborate and relate closely with the community, raising the enthusiasm of the staff of teachers and school employees to work better. The function of monitoring or supervision in education is not just control to see whether all activities have been carried out in accordance with the plans and programs that have been outlined, but more than that. A school principal has the authority to develop and improve teacher supervision in teaching with professional competence. This research aims to determine the relationship between principals' academic supervision and teacher supervision in teaching with the professional competence of teachers in elementary schools. This can be seen from the calculations in the description above, it can be seen that the sig (2-tailed) value of variable X for variables Y1 and Y2 is 0.408 and 0.171. Where these two values ​​have exceeded the 5% (0.05) significance level that has been set, so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the academic supervision variable (X) and the teacher supervision variable in teaching (Y1) and teacher professionalism (Y2). . From the explanation above, it is stated that there is a positive and significant relationship between academic supervision, teacher supervision in teaching and teacher professionalism at SD Negri 15 Tumbang Titi.

Abstract

Indonesia has enormous natural wealth that must be managed properly and based on the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1945 controlled by the state and used to the greatest extent for the prosperity of the people. The management of natural wealth in the oil and gas sector is carried out by business entities, both state-owned enterprises, regional-owned enterprises, private businesses, both foreign private and national self-reliance. To produce oil and gas requires a very large investment both for research, exploration, and exploitation as well as equipment. The equipment used by the Cooperation Contract Contractor (KKKS) for upstream oil and gas activities in accordance with Government Regulation no. 35 of 2004 is State Wealth/State Property (BMN). The determination of BMN is stated in the cooperation contract signed between the government and KKKS. Thus, the equipment is a BMN based on a contractual agreement in accordance with Government Regulation number 27 of 2014 as updated by Government Regulation no 28 of 2020, and reported in the Central Government Financial Statements (LKPP).

Abstract

This research aims to study more deeply how culture can influence the semantic naming of objects, in this case Karinding, Lodong Gejlig, and Tarawangsa. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique used is the document study technique. The data in this research are three traditional Tasikmalaya musical instruments, namely Karinding, Lodong Gejlig, and Tawarangsa. This research concludes that each object has various names depending on the culture or region where the object was created. Naming in all three includes imitation of sounds, mention of distinctive characteristics, mention of parts, materials, shortening, and new naming (Arbitrary). Not only that, the semantic naming that occurs in these three also cannot be separated from the role of culture and society where the musical instruments were created.

Abstract

Technology has brought significant changes to the world of education. The 21st century, commonly referred to as the information, globalization or digital age, has witnessed tremendous changes in education due to rapid advances in media, technology and communication. The application of technology in the context of learning has opened the door to wider access to information, increased student participation, and presented innovative teaching methods. The use of software such as online learning platforms, education-related mobile applications, and various e-learning platforms have enabled distance learning and supported self-directed learning approaches. However, there are challenges that need to be addressed including unequal access to technology, the abundance of online materials that can confuse children, and privacy and data security concerns. To optimize the educational benefits of technology, communities and education stakeholders must collaborate, along with consideration of its social and ethical impacts.

Abstract

In this study the important thing that was studied was about punctuation errors. Punctuation that serves to show the structure and order of words of a writing, and serves to regulate intonation, as well as pauses when reading. This study aims to: (1) describe the error of punctuation (.) On the news in the article Bangka.pos. (2) find out the punctuation error (,) on the news in the Bangka.pos article. (3) find out the punctuation error (-) on the news in the Bangka.pos article. the subject in this study was taken from data, namely news in the article Bangka. post. the objects in this study are a number of sentences that contain punctuation errors. In this particular research project, a documentation approach was used to obtain data for the research. The referential equivalent method is the approach taken to accomplish what needs to be done for this investigation.
