Abstract

This research aims to determine the learning difficulties experienced by a student from the perspective of the Koran. Learning difficulties can be influenced by various factors, ranging from learning styles, learning concentration problems, having unique learning preferences, different learning methods, health problems, lack of student motivation to learn, environmental problems, and emotional problems and interest in learning. Verses originating from the Koran are used as a basis for the analysis. If the learning methods used do not suit a person's learning style, they may have difficulty understanding and retaining information. Therefore, individuals must know their own learning styles to adopt appropriate learning strategies. As a basis for the analysis, verses originating from the Koran are used. This research is library-based with qualitative methods and data sources from journal articles, books, or observations of phenomena occurring in the world of education today.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education learning management can also be interpreted as a management process including planning, organizing, controlling and evaluating activities related to the learning process by including various factors in it to achieve goals. In accordance with the above process, the aim of this research is to describe and analyze teachers' abilities in planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating learning management in Islamic Religious Education at State Special Schools and Special Schools at the Surakarta Disabled Children's Education Foundation. Thus, this research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with a case study type design. Data collection techniques were carried out in three ways, namely: Observation, interviews and documentation. Then the data was analyzed in two stages, namely: individual case data analysis and cross-case data analysis. Meanwhile, the data sources in this research are: Principal, Deputy Principal, Teachers, employees and students. The results of this research show that first, the basis of religious behavior is developed in State Special Schools and Special Schools of the Surakarta Disabled Children's Education Foundation by practicing religious values that are believed and carried out in daily life, and utilizing additional hours in extracurricular activities. Second, the design of implementing Islamic Religious Education Learning management which is very unique, such as implementing religious behavior at the Surakarta State Special School, through 3.S behavior (smile, greet, say hello) and the behavior of greeting, excuse me, sorry and thank you, and read thoroughly. writing the Qur'an, midday prayers, spiritual prayers, noon prayer in congregation, and group prayers, commemoration of Islamic holidays, imtaq activities and reading the Qur'an, group prayers at the beginning and end of lessons, shaking hands between school members, wearing clothing Muslims. Third, the Surakarta Disabled Children's Education Foundation Special School, has religious activities for major Islamic commemorations, the art of reading the Koran, lectures on religion, reading the Koran, the practice of midday prayers in congregation, sacrifices during Idhul Adha, fast Islamic boarding schools in the month of Ramadhan and others. There is something that is quite unique in both schools, namely a consistent attitude in building a mindset, especially at the Surakarta Disabled Children's Education Foundation Special School. As soon as they enter this school, the students' mindset has been built towards behavior 5. S (smile, greet, greet, be polite and courteous).

Abstract

Public Relation management plays an important role in building a sustainable reading culture in Islamic educational institutions. A strong reading culture is essential to improving the quality of education as it helps learners develop deep understanding, improve critical thinking skills and broaden their horizons. But in the digital era, many learners tend to be more interested in social media and digital entertainment than reading books or printed sources. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of effective public relations management that can help campaign for the importance of reading culture to all stakeholders. The Qur'an and Sunnah provide the foundation and guidelines in seeking knowledge and deep understanding. The results showed that PR management can design effective communication campaigns to motivate school members to be actively involved in reading activities. Public relations management plays an important role in fostering a sustainable reading culture and improving the quality of education in Islamic educational institutions. To achieve this, schools must collaborate with stakeholders. A strong reading culture will influence learners' perceptions of learning, improve their critical thinking skills, and stimulate their interest in seeking knowledge. Thus, reading culture is one of the key elements in developing the quality of Islamic educational institutions

Abstract

The popularity and technological development of online gaming has significantly affected the sleep quality of elementary school children. Many elementary school children play online games, however, they do not realize the consequences of playing online games excessively will have a negative impact, one of which is disruptep sleep quality. Parents need to play an active role in supervising and controlling their children’s online gaming activities so that they get adequate and quality sleep.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine whether the use of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) can enhance English learning outcomes in the skill of speaking with simple descriptive oral material in an acceptable manner. The research method employed is classroom action research, consisting of 2 cycles. The research subjects are 32 students from class VII F at SMPN2 Jogonalan in the academic year 2023/2024. Data analysis utilizes comparative descriptive analysis techniques by comparing the initial conditions with the results achieved in each cycle. Additionally, qualitative descriptive analysis is used to analyze observation results by comparing observations and reflections in cycles 1 and 2. Based on the discussion of the data analysis presented, it is evident that the PBL model has been able to improve English learning outcomes in the skill of speaking with simple descriptive oral material in a satisfactory manner. The PBL learning model provided to students in class VII F has been successfully completed satisfactorily. The initial completion rate was only 60%. However, after implementing the PBL model, the completion rate increased to 86%, with a minimum passing grade of 7.4. Conclusively, based on the research findings, it can be inferred that the PBL model can enhance English learning outcomes in the skill of speaking with acceptable descriptive oral material for students in class VII F at SMPN2 Jogonalan in the first semester of the academic year 2023/2024. It is recommended for teachers to enhance the learning outcomes in speaking skills with simple descriptive oral material using the PBL teaching model.

Abstract

The curriculum is the main component of systematic and effective learning in formal education, because learning activities are done by teachers with the help of the curriculum. The curriculum contains learning competencies that serve as a path or trajectory that must be traveled by Indonesian students to achieve the ultimate goal of their education. Curriculum differentiation and diversification are two important concepts used in education to respond to the diversity of students' abilities, interests and learning styles. This article analyzes the results of studies on curriculum differentiation and diversification based on a literature review. The findings of this study found that curriculum differentiation and diversification have important roles, both of which can develop students' interests, motivation and potential in the development of local content in their respective regions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the drug inventory accounting information system at the UPT Puskesmas Ambarawa. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. While the analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. From the results of the studyi it can be concluded that the application of the drug inventory accounting information system at the Ambarawa Health Center has not been effective and efficient, because there are still errors in recording drug supplies. Inventory recording still uses micosoft excel has not used special software for recording drug inventory so that the use of the drug recording information system at UPT Puskesmas Ambarawa has not run effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the use of Instagram social media as a learning medium in civic education courses and to describe the factors that support and hinder the use of Instagram social media as learning media in citizenship education courses. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and interviews. Selection of informants based on purposive, namely the selection based on the purpose of this study. The research was carried out in a class of students of the Management Department of Sriwijaya University on the subject of democracy. The results of the research that have been carried out show that lectures through Instagram are very interesting and fun, students become more active because students feel more free to express their opinions so that almost all of them share their opinions in lectures. Distance learning using the internet network and several tools that must be owned by every educator and student there are supporting and inhibiting factors in the lecture process. Supporting factors include: a) The learning process becomes more relaxed. b) The available features vary, c) The learning materials are interesting, d) Easy to reach. In addition to the supporting factors, there are also inhibiting factors in the use of Instagram social media as a learning medium. The inhibiting factors for the use of social media as a distance learning medium are: a) unstable network, b) inadequate gadgets and c) explanations of material that are difficult to understand and d) some students do not use Instagram usernames using real names so it is difficult to recognize student name.

Abstract

Having human resources with the qualification of competent, independent and have high self-confidence is the hope of every nation. This condition makes The Government of Indonesia through Nawa Cita and Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program has a goal in developing the human resources of Indonesia to become human resources who are competent, moving forward, have high values and has a competitive advantage. This condition has not only applied for normal children but also for children who live in the orphanage house. The objective of this community engagement program is to develop psychological well-being of the children who live in the orphanage which located in East Jakarta, by exploring the concept with six dimensions namely: a) self acceptance; b) autonomy; c) positive relations with others; d) environmental mastery; e) goal setting; and f) personal growth. This training used the combination of lecturing, discussion, games, and exercises. The results of the evaluation showed that in general this training is beneficial (72.5% very useful and 27.5% useful). Moreover, participants stated that they love the environment of the training, which is enjoyable, with games. Meanwhile, they stated that they did not like the long duration of the whole day training.

Abstract

Penjasorkes is an educational process that utilizes physical activities that are planned sequentially to develop and improve individual physical fitness of students within the framework of the national education system. This study aims to determine the extent of the performance of Penjasorkes teachers in the teaching and learning process in Beutong District, Nagan Raya Regency in 2022. This type of research is classified as qualitative descriptive research. The population in this study was all 17 principals. Given the limited population, the entire population is used as a sample. The sampling technique with Total Sampling is that the entire population is sampled. Data collection techniques are carried out by filling out questionnaires. The results of the research obtained in this study are the performance of Penjasorkes teachers in planning, implementing, evaluating and disciplined tasks in learning in Beutong District in the good category. This can be seen in general (88.24%) of teaching teachers make learning plans to be given to students and compile curriculum content standards as a reference or guideline in learning, formulate learning objectives, make teaching materials used relevant to learning objectives. In general (100%) Penjasorkes teachers conduct post tests to students. In general (88.24%) teaching teachers carry out learning evaluations according to a predetermined schedule, explain the material again and assign additional tasks to students as improvements, carry out teaching in the form of providing learning materials and carry out regular evaluations and provide grades to students objectively. In general (88.24%) teaching teachers come to school on time, carry out all the rules set by the school and complete the tasks given by the principal on time.
