Abstract

This research aims to determine the relevance of the Sikaf Wara' Seeking Knowledge in the Book of Ta'lim Muta'alim According to Az Zarnuji with the Attitudes of Millennial Generation Students. Islamic education has an important role in shaping students' attitudes and behavior based on Islamic values. This research explores the relevance of the wara' attitude in studying as described by Az-Zarnuji in his book Ta'lim Muta'alim, with the attitudes of today's students. The wara' attitude which includes being careful in distinguishing between halal and haram is considered an important principle that must be applied in the learning process to gain useful knowledge and blessings. In this research the author used the method. The method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach, studying classical texts and conducting a survey of current student attitudes. library research or (library research). Namely research that originates from the results of library data collection because the object of study is Sheikh Az-Zarnuji's thoughts about being wara' when studying in his work Ta'limul Muta'allim. Therefore, the data needed is textual data, namely books about students' attitudes in books and books. The data collection technique in this research is by digging up information from library sources, data sources that have been collected, both primary and secondary. The data analysis technique used in this research is content analysis. The research results show that there is still a gap in wara' attitudes among millennial generation students, and educational strategies are needed that integrate these traditional values ​​with contemporary educational contexts.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to enhance students' mathematical problem-solving abilities in class VII of SMP Negeri 2 Mardingding by using a problem-based learning model in the spatial geometry curriculum on the data side. Thirty-two students from SMP Negeri 2 Mardingding's VII-1 class participated in this study. Six of the thirty-two students, averaging fifty-two, completed the initial ability test and satisfied the learning objectives. According to the guidelines for using the learning model, cycle I students' average ability was 64.15, and 13 out of 32 students, or 40.62%, finished the course. In cycle II, 28 students, or 87.5%, finished with an average score of 80.2 out of 32. Based on learning management data, the average ability of educators in cycle I varied from 3.16 to 3.44 in cycle II, with a very excellent category, according to the researcher. It may be said that this research was effective as the Problem Based Learning learning model has succeeded in reaching the classical learning completion objective, as evidenced by the fact that 87.5% of students in this class attained a learning outcome percentage of ≥ 85%.

Abstract

One of the components of speaking is pronunciation. The ability to speak is a key that someone could use the language successfully. Pronunciation is also one of the subjects in the English curriculum, especially in the English Education Study Programme Universitas Nias. However, the students still found pronouns inaccurately. The students are unable to pronounce words that have the same form in writing and do not care about how to pronounce the words accurately. They also do not know how important the accuracy of pronunciation in English is. To conduct the research, the researcher used a descriptive quantitative method by collected by giving the test to the students the using statistical method. In collecting the data researcher prepared some tongue-twister phrases to pronounce. The researcher asks the students to pronounce the phrases one by one and then record them with the recorder. the researcher concluded that most of the students in the second semester of the English Education Study Programme academic year 2023/2024 Universitas Nias are unable to pronounce tongue-twister phrases accurately. They didn’t care about pronunciation, tended to speak in a hurry, and hesitated to speak as if they were scared to make mistakes.

Abstract

Composing an article or a thesis is a must for the final semester students in the university. Unfortunately, not all of them could make it easily. Some of them are still having difficulties to find ideas and replace it to the written form based on the right grammar of Indonesian language. Therefore, this study has been done by knowing the linguistic’s profile of the students. Someone that has good linguistic profile should comply some criterion. This study uses qualitative method with purposive sampling. Then, the data obtained will be validated by informan review. There are 5 informans of this study and the result shows that one (1) student has high level of linguistic intelligence, 3 students are in the middle level and another one with the lowest level.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to assess the efficacy of the ELSA talk application in facilitating pronunciation instruction. The study focused on a tenth-grade student enrolled at SMA Islam Darul Mujahidin NWDI Majidi during the 2024 academic year, which had a total of 18 pupils. This study utilized a pre-experimental research design, specifically a one-group pre-test and post-test design. The researcher employed pre-test and post-test instruments to get the data. The data in this study was analyzed using SPSS 22 for Windows. The researcher conducted the treatment over the course of four meetings. The analysis revealed that the average score after the exam was higher than the average score before the test (77.22>50.83), and the hypothesis was confirmed (t(z) = -3.756 at p = 0.000). It was reported that the treatment effectively enhanced students' pronunciation skills. The study determined that the utilization of the "ELSA speak application" for teaching pronunciation can enhance the English pronunciation skills of students.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the implementation of puzzle media to increase students' interest in learning in science and science subjects at SDN Mlatiharjo 02 Semarang. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects in this research were 26 VB class students. The method used in this research is by collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that the implementation of puzzle media to increase students' interest in learning in science and science subjects at SDN Mlatiharjo 02 Semarang showed results of 88 percent classified as very high interest in learning criteria

Abstract

This study intends to enhance student learning activities in mathematics classes V at SDN Mlatiharjo 02 Semarang by implementing the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model with assistance from Quizizz media. Data from student activity observation sheets were used in two cycles of this Classroom Action Research (CAR). According to the researcher's findings, there was a significant increase in student learning activities from pre-cycle to cycle II. In the pre-cycle, the average student activity percentage was 56.60%; in cycle I, it increased to 69.10%, and in cycle II, it reached 77.63%. This growth demonstrates how well the PBL model works with Quizizz to enhance student learning activities and increase their level of engagement, critical thinking, and activity participation.

Abstract

The independent curriculum is a learning curriculum that focuses on diverse intracurricular activities, with the hope that students can be more optimal and have enough time to strengthen competencies and deepen scientific concepts. At SMP Negeri 5 Tulungagung there are still teachers who experience difficulties in planning lessons in preparing administration such as analyzing learning outcomes and carrying out assessments. The researcher's aim in conducting this research was to determine the difficulties of class VII teachers in implementing the independent curriculum at SMP Negeri 5 Tulungagung. The type of research used was descriptive qualitative research with research informants, the principal, deputy head of curriculum, and 12 class VII subject teachers at SMP Negeri 5 Tulungagung. The techniques and instruments for collecting data for this research were carried out by means of interviews, observation and documentation. This research uses data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. Based on the research results, it shows that there are several teachers experiencing difficulties in implementing the independent curriculum. The following are some of the difficulties faced by teachers, namely: teachers are not optimal in participating in independent curriculum training, teachers still experience administrative difficulties in analyzing learning outcomes and developing teaching modules that are adapted to school conditions and students, lack of complete IT-based learning media, such as LCD projectors which is not yet available in every class, there are some teachers who find it difficult to implement technology-based learning, and when it comes to entering grades into E-Reports, some teachers tend to have different understandings in determining minimum grades because there are no Minimum Completion Criteria.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Kegiatan Menjahit Terhadap Kemampuan Motorik Halus Anak Usia Dini Kelompok B di RA Plus Al-Uswah Palembang. Adapun permasalahan penelitian ini ialah adakah pengaruh kegiatan menjahit terhadap kemampuan anak usia dini kelompok B di RA Plus Al-Uswah Palembang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisa apakah ada pengaruh kegiatan menjahit terhadap kemampuan motorik halus anak usia dini di RA Plus Al-Uswah Palembang. Jenis dalam penelitian ini adalah Pre-Eksperimental dengan desain berbentuk One-Group Pretest-Posttest (satu kelompok subjek). Dengan jumlah sampel anak didik berjumlah 23 anak. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan observasi awal, sebelum diberi perlakuan dengan kegiatan menjahit, observasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data pada saat treatment, dokumentasi berupa gambar, dan foto-foto kegiatan yang dilakukan anak, dan tes yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah memberikan tes praktek langsung kegiatan menjahit anak memasukkan tali ke dalam kertas yang telah diberi lubang, dan dokumentasi yaitu hasil karya anak, penilaian portofolio dan saat proses pembelajaran dan berbagai hal lain yang bersangkutan dengan penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dilihat dari rata-rata pretest dan posttest yaitu 14,74 dan 31,70 dari kedua data tersebut sudah diketahui besar rata-rata posttest. Kemudian nilai signifikan (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05 menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara variabel awal dengan variabel akhir. Kesimpulannya terdapat pengaruh yang bermakna terhadap perbedaan perlakuan yang diberikan pada masing-masing variabel, dengan hipotesis Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak artinya terdapat pengaruh kegiatan menjahit terhadap kemampuan motorik halus anak usia dini kelompok B di RA Plus Al-Uswah Palembang.

Abstract

Rendahnya kemampuan menyimak anak menjadi satu tujuan peneliti mengangkat penelitian yang berjudul “Pengaruh Permainan bisik berantai terhadap kemampuan menyimak anak kelompok B TK Anggrek Palembang”. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh dari metode permainan bisik berantai terhadap kemampuan menyimak pada anak. jenis penelitian ini adalah Pre-Eksperimental dengan menggunakan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik prposive sampling, Jumlah sampel adalah 15 orang anak yang terdiri dari 7 anak laki-laki dan 8 anak perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, dan tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis uji t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang didapat bahwa ada perbedaan antara nilai pretest dan posttest, dimana nilai pretest dengan rata-rata 60,73 dan nilai posttest dengan nilai rata-rata 77,73. Hasil hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diperoleh nilai thitung = 9,846 dan ttabel = 2,145 untuk taraf signifikan 5% sebesar 2,145 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa thitung > ttabel ( 9,846 > 2,145) maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya terdapat perbedaan signifikan dari hasil data tersebut. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode permainan bisik berantai berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan menyimak anak kelompok B TK Anggrek Palembang.
