Abstract

This study aims to provide a legitimate, useful, and efficient Problem Based Learning learning paradigm for Moodle-based e-learning. This study is a development study carried out in accordance with the ADDIE development model, in which the five stages of implementation are analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. 1) Based on the validity results of the format, language, content, and graphics of the learning media, Moodle-based E-Learning with Problem Based Learning (PBL) is valid, according to the study's findings. 2) The Problem Based Learning (PBL)-based Moodle-based E-Learning Media is useful and implements learning at a high standard, scoring 3.93 and receiving favorable feedback from students. 3) By meeting the four efficacy indicators in trial II, the created Moodle-based E-Learning media with Problem Based Learning (PBL) is successful in enhancing students' mathematical problem-solving abilities. These indications are: a) The classical completeness score of 88.88% satisfied the completeness requirements, meaning that 85% of pupils attained KKM, b) The average score for the completion of learning objectives was 79.99%, satisfying the requirement that at least 65% of students have completed at least 75% of each learning objective. In Trial I, it is evident that students' aptitude for solving mathematical problems grew, with a n gain value of 0.6 falling into the moderate range. Moreover, the n gain realized rose in Trial II. In trial II, the n gain value fell into the high range at 0.72.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the numeracy abilities of high school students in solving mathematics problems on matrix material in terms of learning motivation. The research method used is a mixed method carried out collaboratively. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 9 Semarang with research subjects totaling 36 class XI-4 students. The data in this research was collected through the use of motivational questionnaires, interviews and observations. Data collection was analyzed quantitatively descriptively, with data analysis techniques divided into quantitative and qualitative analysis. The subjects in this research were two class XI-4 students, each of whom represented high and medium levels of learning motivation. Based on the results of this research, it was concluded that students with moderate levels of learning motivation can fulfill all indicators, namely being able to utilize various numbers and symbols related to basic mathematics, analyze the information presented, and interpret the results of the analysis to predict and make decisions. Meanwhile, students with moderate levels of learning motivation can only fulfill two indicators, namely they can only utilize various numbers and symbols related to basic mathematics, analyze the information presented.

Abstract

This study examines educational planning at Madrasah Aliyah Swasta (MAS) Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung as a strategy for improving educational quality. Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation study. The results show that educational planning at MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung focuses on four main aspects: integrated curriculum development, teacher competency improvement, infrastructure provision, and student character strengthening. This planning is based on the madrasah's vision and mission as well as SWOT analysis. Curriculum development aims to integrate general knowledge with Islamic values. Teacher competency improvement programs are conducted through training and further studies. Infrastructure provision includes the procurement of laboratories, libraries, and information technology. Student character strengthening is planned through extracurricular activities and religious programs. This study concludes that educational planning at MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung represents a comprehensive effort to improve educational quality and realize the madrasah's vision and mission.

Abstract

Research on the development of digital comic media assisted by make beliefs comix is motivated by the less than optimal use of learning media, because teachers only use student books to support the learning process. Media is made to provide solutions to the lack of variety of learning media. Digital comic media assisted by make beliefs comix material rules in school in digital form and more focused on learning Pancasila Education material rules at school. The research used the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation (ADDIE) development model. The validity of this media development is determined from the validation results of media experts, material experts, and linguists. The results of the feasibility trial of digital comic media assisted by make belief comix media experts get a percentage score of 86% with the category "very valid". The material expert assessment obtained a percentage score of 92% in the "very valid" category. The linguist's assessment obtained a percentage score of 88% in the "very valid" category. The assessment of the grade II teacher's response obtained a percentage score of 90% in the "very valid" category. Limited trials on 8 students obtained a percentage score of 89.5% and field trials on 25 students obtained a percentage score of 89.68% in the "very valid" category. The media is categorized as very valid to use if the media is in accordance with the learning needs and can support the content of the learning material.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the types of student errors and the factors causing these errors in solving addition and subtraction problems based on Polya's theory. The research employs a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method, involving 10 students and the first-grade teacher from an elementary school as subjects. Data collection techniques include student interviews, teacher interviews, written tests, and documentation. Data analysis techniques involve data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results indicate that the types of student errors based on Polya's theory are: 1) misunderstanding the problem with a percentage of 14%, 2) planning errors with a percentage of 7%, 3) executing the plan errors with a percentage of 7%, and 4) reviewing errors with a percentage of 60%. The factors causing these errors include: 1) students not being accustomed to writing down what is known and what is asked, 2) not understanding the steps to be used, 3) lack of accuracy in calculations and rushing, and 4) not knowing the concept of conclusions and a lack of carefulness in solving problems.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the unequal economic growth in West Pasaman Regency in its respective regions. This analysis can be seen from, 1) economic growth, 2) physical growth, 3) spatial patterns of regional growth. This research is a quantitative descriptive research type, the population in this research is the number of service facilities. The sample for this research is all sub-districts in West Pasaman Regency with the sampling technique in this research being total sampling. To see economic growth there are 2 indicators, namely GRDP and Per Capita Income, to see physical growth there are 4 indicators, namely data analysis used, namely, scalogram analysis, determining the function weight of service facilities, determining regional centrality and hierarchy index, serviceability ratio of service facilities. To see the spatial pattern of regional growth, there are 2 indicators, namely point coordinates and nearest neighbor analysis.The results of this research are 1) Economic growth in West Pasaman Regency experienced fluctuations in 2014-2023 with per capita income of Rp. 43 428.06 billion rupiah, 2) Physical Growth of the West Pasaman Regency Region is located in Pasaman District with Hierarchy Category I where this area has complete facilities, namely educational facilities, health facilities, economic facilities and public facilities, 3) Spatial pattern of growth of the Regency Area West Pasaman is Dispersed or scattered.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation and improvement of the results of the science learning for Grade 4 students using cooperative learning model Think Pair and Share varying media reality energy material and its use of energy. The type of research is the Classroom Action Research. PTK'S step consisting of: planning, performing, observation, and reflection. The Subjects were students in grade 4B SDN Gudang Tengah Sungai Tabuk Kabupaten Banjar academic year 2013/2014 in the second semester. This observational Result is activity teacher to utilize TPS'S learning model varies realita's media experience step-up of I. cycle 66,25% and cycles II. 85%, student activity increases of I. cycle 63,26% as 85,43% on cycle II., meanwhile student studying result also experience step-up which is of I. cycle 59% as 80,11% on cycle II.

Abstract

PGSD students must be ready to establish their profession as teachers, for this they must be supported by knowledge and proven theories. This further strengthens the parties' trust in the teaching profession. One of the scientific methods for testing the truth of knowledge, theories or concepts in teacher training, especially those related to learning such as tests (experiments) which are expected so that they can implement existing learning in elementary schools. Schools can implement and design learning models related to teaching skills to elementary school students. One of the factors determining the success of learning is students' mental participation in learning through the opportunity to experience certain conditions or situations as they really are (experiential learning). This participation makes learning interesting and meaningful for students.

Abstract

Microteaching is an innovative method that focuses on developing teaching skills on a micro scale. Research shows that the use of microteaching has a significant positive impact on improving teacher communication skills. Microteaching helps teachers improve their ability to communicate well, clearly and effectively with students through a focused and measurable teaching approach. Research conducted shows that micro teaching courses play an important role in developing teacher communication skills in the classroom. Microteaching provides teachers with the opportunity to train and improve their communication style so they can better communicate subject matter in a way that students can understand. Additionally, research shows that when teachers use microteaching to add variety to their lessons, students' active learning can increase. This confirms that microteaching can not only influence teachers' communication skills, but also create a more interactive and interesting learning environment for students. It can be concluded that microteaching has a significant positive impact on improving teacher communication skills. Through a focused and measurable approach, microteaching helps teachers improve their communication styles, increase interactions with students, and create a more effective learning environment.

Abstract

Scientific literacy is scientific knowledge that is used to identify various questions and draw conclusions based on facts. Based on the interview results, students' scientific literacy abilities were not optimal, this research was conducted with the aim of finding out the effect of the inquiry training model assisted by Assembler media on students' scientific literacy abilities. This research is quantitative research using quasi-experimental research and a nonequivalent control group design. The sampling technique chosen was a total sampling of 48 students, namely 24 students in class XI-IPA 1 as the control class and 24 students in class XI-IPA 2 as the experimental class. The instruments used in this research used non-test instruments in the form of interviews and test instruments in the form of pretest and posttest questions in the form of essays totaling 10 questions. Meanwhile, data analysis uses prerequisite tests which include normality, homogeneity and hypothesis testing. The research results showed that the average scientific literacy pretest score for the experimental class, namely class XI-IPA 2, was 35.21 with a posttest score of 76.46, while the control class, namely class the results of the statistical hypothesis test obtained a Sig value. (2-tailed) of 0.000 with a significance level of 0.05. It can be concluded that there is an influence of the inquiry training model assisted by assembler media on students' scientific literacy abilities.
