Abstract

The book Taisȋrul Kholl aq Fȋ ‘Ilmil Akhlaq is a concise book of the science and morals sections. In this book, it is easy for someone to carry out morals and understand various morals. So that they know for sure the morals that must be carried out and the morals that must be abandoned. Therefore, the author conducted a study on the implementation of learning the book Taisȋrul Kholl aq Fȋ ‘Ilmil Akhlaq at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School. In this thesis, there are three things discussed, namely: (1) How is the learning of the book Taisȋrul Kholl aq Fȋ ‘Ilmil Akhlaq at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School? (2) How is the formation of morals through learning the book Taisȋrul Kholl aq Fȋ ‘Ilmil Akhlaq at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School? (3) What are the factors that influence the formation of students' morals at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School. This type of research uses a qualitative-phenomenological approach. To collect data using observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, the results of these techniques are selected according to the focus of the research. To see the validity of the data, data triangulation techniques are used and then continued with drawing conclusions. After conducting a comprehensive study on the implementation of learning the book Taisȋrul Kholl aq Fȋ 'Ilmil Akhlaq at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School, it can be concluded that: first, learning the book Taisȋrul Kholl aq Fȋ 'Ilmil Akhlaq is running well and effectively as seen from the implementation of effective learning indicators. Second, the formation of morals through learning activities of the Taisȋrul Kholl aq Fȋ ‘Ilmil Akhlaq book at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School includes: the role of teachers of the Taisȋrul Kholl aq Fȋ ‘Ilmil Akhlaq book in forming students' morals has played an active role, the methods used in forming students' morals are the method of examples, role models, giving advice, habituation, and punishment. Third, the factors that influence the formation of morals are the existence of driving factors and inhibiting factors. The driving factors in forming morals in students are the role models of teachers, parents of students.

Abstract

Peer tutor method, students are more actively involved in the learning process. Students are not only passive listeners, but also actively participate in discussions and learning activities. Collaboration between students helps create an interactive learning atmosphere, where they can ask questions, discuss, and teach each other. This improves their understanding because active learning is proven to be more effective than one-way learning. This study aims to analyze: (1) The effectiveness of the peer tutor method to improve the learning outcomes of class XI students in the subject of aqidah and akhlak at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoharjo Islamic High School. (2) What are the obstacles faced and solutions in the effectiveness of the peer tutor method to improve the learning outcomes of class XI students in the subject of aqidah and akhlak at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoharjo Islamic High School. This study uses a comparative research method that functions to compare two or more than one variable, event, activity or program. This study is descriptive quantitative, by providing pre-tests and post-tests to students. The results of this study indicate that the results of the hypothesis test that have been carried out in the trial class and the control class, the Sig. (ρvalue) = 0.000 <α = 0.05 is obtained. which means H0 is rejected H1 is accepted. Based on the results of these calculations, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of the peer tutor method on the learning outcomes of students in the subject of Akidah Akhlak class XI Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Jatiagung Lampung Selatan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between work culture, which is influenced by length of service, and coaching activities. Using a quantitative approach, this study involves statistical analysis with the help of JASP software to determine if there is a relationship between these variables. The variables studied include length of service and coaching (as independent variables), and work culture (as the dependent variable). The results of the analysis showed that the data on work culture, length of service, and coaching activities had a normal distribution and showed a linear pattern in the graph. However, together, these three variables did not have a significant effect with a significant value > 0.001. In addition, when analyzed individually, length of service and coaching also had no significant impact on work culture. These findings indicate that, although these variables play an important role in the school environment, they did not influence each other in the context of this study. Further research is needed to explore other factors that may influence the relationship.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of several female students who are lacking in the implementation of the 11 Student Mottos in Forming the Character of Female Students at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School. This study aims to determine how the Implementation, Supporting Factors and Inhibiting Factors of the 11 Student Mottos in Forming the Character of Female Students at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School, Sidoharjo Jati Agung, South Lampung. After the data is collected, the data will be tested for validity using the data triangulation technique, in this case the author uses the source triangulation technique, after that the data analysis technique will be carried out using 3 stages, namely data collection, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research is a Qualitative Research, the type of research is descriptive qualitative with research subjects of 1 caregiver, 1 female village head, 1 administrator and 2 female students. Data collection techniques in this study through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the Implementation of 11 Santri Mottos in Forming the Character of Female Santri is by getting used to applying them in everyday life, so that the implementation will run according to the habits that are carried out, for example, students are used to being patient living in Islamic boarding schools, including: students must be patient queuing, patient eating as needed. Supporting factors for the implementation of 11 santri mottos are a conducive Islamic boarding school situation, improving the quality of students in terms of morality and intellectuality, improving students from their daily behavior and attitudes in the Islamic boarding school environment and outside the Islamic boarding school later. While the inhibiting factors are the lack of self-awareness of students to apply it, and too much laziness in students, as well as the influence of friends.

Abstract

Looking at the phenomenon that is currently being widely discussed about the intolerant attitude of a group towards another group. This intolerance is not only intolerant of religion, ethnicity, or other differences, even some occur in the same religion only differing in terms of community organization membership. Therefore, the researcher wants to see the efforts carried out by MTs Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoarjo to improve the attitude of religious moderation for its students. Madrasah itself is a place to be used as a center for Islamic religious education, therefore, the researcher wants to know how an educational institution based on Islam provides learning about peace for human life. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. Where the results of this study will explain textually. The purpose of this study is to describe the efforts used by MTs Hidayatul Mubtadiin in improving the attitude of moderation for its students. From this study, the researcher obtained research results that the strategy used by MTs Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoarjo is like a strategy in general. Where in the strategy there is planning, implementation, and results. Not only that, researchers also found supporting and inhibiting factors of this program, where the supporting factors are, with few differences between students, it is easier for teachers to explain and also implement. Then the weakness is, the difficulty of teachers in providing real examples of cases of religious moderation.

Abstract

The independent curriculum is implemented at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin in the 2023/2024 academic year. This study aims to analyze: (1) the implementation of the independent learning curriculum in the subject of faith and morals in class X MIA Madarasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoharjo Jati Agung South Lampung. (2) What are the obstacles faced and solutions to the implementation of the independent curriculum in the subject of faith and morals in class X Mia Madarasah Aliyah Hidatul Mubtadiin Jati Agung South Lampung. This type of research is descriptive qualitative which was carried out at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jati Agung South Lampung. The subjects in this study were the subject teachers of Faith and Morals and students in class X. Data collection techniques used observation, interview, and documentation methods. The data validity technique used source triangulation. The data analysis technique uses interactive analysis through four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The implementation of the independent learning curriculum in the subject of faith and ethics in class X MIA Madrasah Aliyah has 3 stages, namely planning, implementation and evaluation. (2) Obstacles faced and solutions in the implementation of the independent learning curriculum in the subject of Faith and Ethics in class X Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin obstacles faced are the lack of teacher knowledge about the implementation of the independent curriculum, difficulty in determining learning strategies and methods, limited student books, teaching materials that are too broad, and limited internet. solutions to these obstacles, teachers write and explain the material on the board, students take notes, and teachers prepare student worksheets, and teachers look for information about the implementation of the independent curriculum.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the methods used by the Madrasah Head to enhance the infrastructure and facilities available for teaching and learning at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin. Mubtadiin Hidayatul. This study employs a qualitative, descriptive methodology, and data is gathered through documentation, non-participant observation, and guided interviews. The head of the madrasah, the administrative team, and one madrasah teacher are the sources of the data. The phases of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification are used in the data analysis technique. In the interim, member checks, triangulation, prolonged participation, and observation are used to verify the accuracy of the data. The study's findings demonstrate that: The madrasa head's first approach to providing infrastructure and facilities to enhance teaching and learning activities is planning. This approach consists of three programs: needs analysis, goal formulation, and learning material development. Second, the madrasah budget plan (RKAM) is used for purchase; additional funds are redirected to pay for infrastructure and facilities, like tools for instructional activities. Third, facility and infrastructure maintenance is always accompanied by assessments and enhancements. Fourth, the process of erasing infrastructure and facilities involves first removing the inventory data listing of these items, gathering damaged commodities in one location, and either selling or destroying them. The fact that each madrasa authority takes action to maintain the infrastructure and facilities that are already in place serves as a supportive component. The fact that certain teachers do not give a damn about the infrastructure and amenities this madrasah has is the impediment.

Abstract

This thesis discusses the efforts to learn the Fathul Qorib book and its role in strengthening the subject of the Fathul Qorib book for female students of Hidayatul Mubtadiin. The type of research approach is an empirical legal approach or field research. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentaries. Data analysis used in this study uses descriptive-qualitative. Researchers test and ensure the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that: (1) efforts to learn the Fathul Qorib book use the Balah method, the Lecture method, and the Question and Answer method. (2) the impact of implications, namely environmental factors, electronic goods factors, and friend factors. The results of this study indicate that learning the Fathul Qorib book in Islamic boarding schools is carried out on Mondays every week after the Isyak prayer. The learning method used is the Balah method. In its learning, the Fathul Qorib book itself is taught in an integrated manner both in terms of Javanese and Arabic and in terms of the science of Islamic jurisprudence itself. The efforts of ustadz/ustadzah to improve the understanding of female students of the Fathul Qorib book from the Thoharoh material to the hajj taught at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic boarding school are considered to be able to provide an influence in terms of the depth of knowledge and understanding of students, and this is done by looking at the material needs of students taught at the boarding school.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the application of the Amtsilati method in overcoming difficulties in reading yellow books in class C diniyah at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic boarding school, Sidoharjo village, Jati Agung district, South Lampung Regency in the 2023/2024 academic year and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in the application of the Amtsilati method in overcoming difficulties in reading yellow books in class 3 C diniyah at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic boarding school. This research is a Qualitative Research, the type of research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in this study through observation, interviews, and documentation. This research was conducted at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic boarding school with the data sources that I used in interviews with 4 informants, namely 1 Ustadz, 2 ustadzah and 1 female student in class 3 C diniyah Amtsilati class, Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School, Jati Agung. The results of this study indicate that the application of the Amtsilati method in overcoming the difficulty of reading the yellow book has been carried out well, and has brought about changes in studying the yellow book. By implementing the Amtsilati method in class 3 C diniyah, it makes it easier for students to read the yellow book. In the application of the Amtsilati method, there are 3 activity sessions, namely the Opening Stage, the ustadz and students read hadloroh together followed by reading Surah Alfatihah. The second is the delivery of material using classical techniques. And the third activity is the Closing Stage, namely praying together. The supporting factors for the Implementation of the Amtsilati method are the ustadz delivering the material with enthusiasm, there is no element of coercion and getting approval from the kyai to apply the Amtsilati method. The inhibiting factors for the Implementation of the Amtsilati Method are the lack of time allocation and the lack of concentration of students during learning.

Abstract

Optimizing the accuracy of reading the Qur'an is one of the important aspects in Islamic education, especially in Islamic boarding schools. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the application of the Yanbu'a method in improving the accuracy of reading the Qur'an among female students at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School, Sidoharjo, Jati Agung District. The Yanbu'a method was chosen because of its systematic and structured approach in teaching tajwid and makhraj letters. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Observations were conducted to assess the implementation of the Yanbu'a method in the classroom, while interviews with teachers and students provided insight into the experience and effectiveness of the method. Documentation studies were conducted to analyze the development of Qur'an reading skills before and after the application of the method. The results of the study showed that the Yanbu'a method significantly improved the accuracy of reading the Qur'an among female students. The use of this method helps students understand and apply the rules of tajwid better, as well as improve their makhraj letters. The evaluation also revealed that the Yanbu'a method facilitates more structured learning and provides the support needed by students in the learning process. In conclusion, the application of the Yanbu'a method at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School has proven effective in optimizing the accuracy of reading the Qur'an. This study recommends that the Yanbu'a method be applied more widely in other Islamic boarding schools as part of efforts to improve the quality of Qur'an education. In addition, it is important to continue to evaluate and adjust the method to suit the development of the needs of students.
