Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of the Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS) in implementing the moral characteristic values ​​of students at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadin Sidoharjo, Jati Agung, South Lampung. OSIS as a forum for student organizations has an important responsibility in developing students' character and morality. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, which involves interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that OSIS plays an active role in integrating moral values ​​through various activities, such as leadership training, social service programs, and seminars on ethics and religious values. In addition, OSIS also functions as a communication bridge between students and the school in supporting the implementation of positive character. These findings indicate that through OSIS activities, students not only learn about responsibility and leadership, but also internalize moral values ​​that can shape their personalities. This study recommends improving the OSIS program to be more diverse and focus on character development so that students can be more optimal in implementing moral values ​​in their daily lives.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of several female students who are not good in the values ​​of moral education is a conscious effort made by someone through coaching in the field of religion to instill moral values ​​in a person. The focus of the research studied includes: 1) How is the application of the Values ​​of Moral Education in the Maratusolihah Book, the moral aspect to both parents at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jati Agung South Lampung Islamic Boarding School?; 2) How is the Application of the Values ​​of Moral Education in the Maratusholihah Book, the moral aspect to the ustadz/ustadzah at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jati Agung South Lampung Islamic Boarding School?; This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive type. The data collection technique uses passive participant observation, semi-structured interviews and document studies. While the data analysis uses qualitative descriptive. With data analysis, namely, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data uses conclusions and sources. The results of this study are: 1) The application of the values ​​of moral education in the Maratusholihah book by female students towards their parents has been implemented well, such as being obedient and devoted to their orders, not being rude in their behavior. However, there are some students who have not implemented it towards their parents, there are some female students whose morals are not good. There are still students who still shout at their parents, although they do it unconsciously but it is not allowed; 2) The application of the values ​​of moral education in the Maratusholihah book towards the ustadz/ustadzah at the Islamic Boarding School has been implemented well enough, obedient and polite in their behavior. Of the many students, there are some of them who have not done it optimally, there are still some students who gossip about ustadzah behind their backs and behave impolitely towards teachers and ustadzah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of teachers in the implementation of mobile seamless learning for early childhood reading learning. The use of technology as a learning medium for early childhood is a necessity in order to obtain benefits in the form of more optimal learning outcomes, but on the other hand, efforts are also needed to minimize the negative impact of the use of technology. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method to obtain a comprehensive picture of the role of teachers in the application of mobile seamless learning for early childhood reading learning in early childhood learning in early childhood education institutions. The research participants were 25 PAUD/TK teachers in the Greater Jakarta area, aged 23-54 years and had been PAUD/TK teachers for 2-14 years. The results of the study showed that all participants stated the importance of mobile seamless learning in early childhood reading learning. The implementation of mobile seamless learning has been implemented in PAUD Institutions even though it has not been implemented consistently due to various factors such as limited data packages, signals that are not always good and limitations of supporting devices (infocus). The applications used include Canva, Youtube, Let's Read Digital Books, Paud Pedia, Arloopa and Quiver. All participants expressed the high enthusiasm of students when teachers implemented mobile seamless learning. The role of teachers in the implementation of mobile seamless learning for early childhood reading learning includes as teachers, directors, learning resources, facilitators, managers, role models (role models), supervisors, motivators and evaluators. The results of this study also show the urgency of providing a system that includes facilities and infrastructure to support the implementation of mobile seamless learning which needs to be accompanied by an increase in the digital competence of PAUD teachers related to the effectiveness of the use of digital media in the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of parental financial teaching on financial behavior which is mediated by financial attitudes, financial knowledge and self-esteem. The conceptual model of parental financial socialization and experiential learning theory (ELT) were used as theoretical frameworks and structured questionnaires were used to collect data. A total of 229 active students of UNS Economics Education were the samples in this research. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with the proportionate random sampling method. Data analysis uses the structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS) method. The research results show that: (1) parental financial teaching has a positive and significant effect on students' financial behavior. (2) parental financial teaching has a positive and significant effect on students' financial attitudes. (3) student financial attitudes have a positive effect on student financial behavior. (4) parents' financial teaching has a positive and significant effect on students' self-esteem. (5) parental financial teaching has a positive and significant effect on students' financial knowledge. (6) self-esteem has a positive and significant effect on students' financial attitudes. (7) financial knowledge has no significant effect on students' financial attitudes. (8) self-esteem has a positive and significant effect on student financial behavior. (9) financial knowledge has a positive but not significant effect on student financial behavior.

Abstract

This research objective was to test and analyze the influence of Non-Performing Financing (NPF), Operating Expense Operating Income (BOPO), and Third Party Funds (DPK) on profitability in sharia banking in 2019-2022. The method used is quantitative research and the sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling, where the population in this study consists of 64 banking data. Based on the sample criteria, the total research sample was 48 banking data. The data type in this research is secondary data which was tested using SPSS version 25 with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The research results show that NPF (X1) has no partial effect on profitability, BOPO (X2) has partial effect on profitability, DPK (X3) has a partial effect on profitability. It showed that NPF, BOPO , DPK have an effect on profitability simultaneously.

Abstract

Science learning should be accompanied by science process skills. However, factual conditions in the field show that science learning is not optimal in supporting the achievement of science process skills in the indicators of predicting, grouping, concluding, and communicating owned by students. In addition, research that discusses the effectiveness of the Predict Observe Explain (POE) model based on Multi Representation on Science Process Skills is very rare, so researchers apply the POE model based on Multi Representation to the material of the form of matter and its changes. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the POE model on the science process skills of phase B students. This study uses a quantitative approach with a One Group Pretest Posttest research design. The population in this study were phase B students in Bojongsoang District. The sample selection used a purposive sampling technique with the selected sample being class IVC SDN X Bojongsoang District, Bandung Regency, totaling 29 people. The instruments used were tests and observation sheets. Data analysis used was the normality test, the mean difference test with the Wilcoxon Test, and the N-Gain Test. Based on the data obtained, there was an increase between the pre-test average and the post-test average, from 46.75 to 77. Based on the mean difference test, a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 was obtained, which indicates that the POE model based on multi-representation is effective for the science process skills of phase B students.

Abstract

Pesantren is the oldest educational institution in Indonesia. The existence of pesantren as an Islamic educational institution in the country has a very large contribution to the formation of the character of the Indonesian nation. Furthermore, the existence of pesantren from time to time has made a concrete contribution in the course of the nation's history. Formulate this research problem, namely: 1). How is the planning for the formation of an independent attitude of students at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School? 2). How to organize the formation of an independent attitude of students at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School? 3). How is the implementation of the formation of an independent attitude of students at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School? 4). How is the supervision and evaluation of the formation of students' independence attitudes at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School? This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The data sources are the head of madrasah and their representatives, teachers, and students who were selected purposively and with snowball sampling. Data collection techniques used are observation, unstructured interviews and documentation. The conclusion of this study is that the formation of an independent attitude of students at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School, Jati Agung District is carried out in several stages including carrying out teaching and learning activities, organization, routine mandatory activities of Islamic boarding schools, individual daily student activities, supporting activities, and boarding school discipline. . The independence of students found in the field starts from simple daily life management behaviors, such as eating, washing, and so on. Even though it is simple, if it is done repeatedly and lived as it is, it will produce a steady behavior of independence. The minimum characteristic that will be formed is in simple matters, students do not rely on other people.

Abstract

Reviewing a work is one of the learning activities that trains students' writing skills. However, not all students have the skills to do a good review. The purpose of this study is to improve students' novel review writing learning outcomes using the mind mapping learning method. This study is a classroom action research carried out in two research cycles. Each research cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementing actions, observation, evaluation, and reflection. The subjects involved in this study were 35 students. Data collection in the study was carried out using observation, interview, questionnaire, and test methods. The research instruments were observation sheets and student writing ability test sheets. The data obtained in this study were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques using a percentage formula. The results obtained in this study indicate that in the pre-action, the average student obtained an average score of 9 out of a maximum score of 20 with a percentage of 44% for the book identity aspect, 51% for the authorship aspect, 44% for the excellence aspect and 44% for the book's weaknesses aspect. After being given the mind mapping method in cycle 1, there was an increase, namely obtaining an average value of 12 with a percentage of 61% for the book identity aspect, 74% for the authorship aspect, 63% for the book's strengths and 61% for the book's weaknesses. In cycle 2, the average value obtained by students was 16 with a percentage of 77% for the book's identity aspect, 80% for the authorship aspect, 85% for the book's strengths and 77% for the book's weaknesses. It can be concluded that using the mind mapping method in learning can improve students' understanding in writing reviews.

Abstract

Anemia is a world health problem, especially in developing countries. Anemia is a condition where there is a decrease in hemoglobin levels or a decrease in the number of red blood cells circulating in the body compared to normal values ​​based on age, gender and physiological conditions. Adolescent girls are a group that is more prone to suffering from anemia than adolescent boys. Because every month young women experience menstruation, apart from that, young women often maintain their appearance and want to be thin so they go on a diet and eat less. Knowledge of young women regarding anemia is still low, namely 64.3%, so this will have an impact on preventing anemia. Other research results show that young women's knowledge about anemia The risk of anemia is still low, namely around 61%. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of animated videos as educational media on increasing knowledge about anemia among female students at SMK Muhammadiyah Ambarawa. The research design uses a quasi-experimental research design with a two group pre-test post test design. The sampling technique used was a random sampling technique with a sample size of 40 respondents, which were divided into 2 groups, namely 20 respondents for leaflet educational media and 20 respondents for animated video media. Based on the results of research that has carried out data analysis using the Wilcoxon test, there is no significant influence between leaflet media on the level of knowledge, p-value 0.008. There is a significant influence between animated video media on the level of knowledge, p-value 0.001.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the role that religious moderation plays in shaping the wasathiyah generation of female students at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoharjo Jati Agung South Lampung in 2023–2024, as well as the factors that encourage and hinder this role. This study takes a qualitative approach to its methodology. Data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion-making are the first steps in the data collection processes that use observation, interviews, and documentation. The study's findings come to this conclusion: The Wasathiyah Generation of Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoharjo Jati Agung South Lampung pupils is the result of the application of religious moderation values. When using the principles of religious moderation The Wasathiyah Generation of students is formed by Madrasahs through the application of three values of religious moderation: the attitudes of Tawassuth (Central), Tasamuh (Tolerance), and Syuro (Deliberation). This realization of the Wasathiyah Generation is in line with the teachings of the Qur'an and the Prophet's Sunnah. Madrasas play a significant role in religious education and serve as a platform for instilling the values of religious moderation in the Wasathiyah generation, which is a supporting element for religious moderation. establishing an accepting and tranquil community. Lack of knowledge about religious moderation—many students have a limited, textual comprehension that concentrates on literal religious norms and prohibitions—is the impediment to religious moderation in shaping the Wasathiyah generation. Because of this, they may be more susceptible to radical and extreme religious interpretations. Collaboration between the Ministry of Religion, Madrasas, Teachers, Parents, and the Community is needed to address these obstacles
