Abstract

This research investigated the grammatical error of students’ translation Indonesian descriptive text into English is taught to eighth-grade pupils at Tri Dharma Palembang Junior High School. This study sample was conducted using descriptive qualitative research methods. The data were collected by using documentation and test as the instrument. There would be 10 participants of this research; they are the greatest students in English in the class according to the result of try out. The research finding showed that the 0% error for run-on sentence, 1% errors for omission, 1% errors for incomplete sentence, 1% errors for word form, 1% errors for punctuation, 2% errors for addition, 3% errors for spelling, 4% errors for word order, 7% errors for verb tense, 8% errors for article, 9% errors for word choice, 13% error for singular or plural, 22% errors for capitalization, and 28% errors for meaning not clear. Based on the result of students’ translation, it showed that student made the highest error in meaning not clear which needed to practice more how to use the right word based on the context from the source language and Grammar errors were created by students due to their lack of knowledge about English part of speech. made in translating descriptive text.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan dan efektivitas media ajar PAPINSA (Papan Pintar Siswa) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi siswa di SDN 02 Winongo. PAPINSA merupakan media ajar berbasis permainan ular tangga yang dilengkapi dengan kartu flashcard untuk pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, khususnya materi menulis pantun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan jelas subjektif dengan persepsi langsung dan penelitian sebagai instrumen pengumpulan informasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PAPINSA dapat meningkatkan minat dan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi pelajaran. Semua siswa mencapai penilaian di atas KKM setelah menggunakan PAPINSA, dan keterampilan menulis pantun mereka juga meningkat. Pendekatan interaktif dan berbasis permainan ini telah terbukti berhasil menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan dan mendorong siswa untuk lebih aktif dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dari keefektivitasan model pembelajaran Small Group Discussion pada pembelajaran matematika di tingkat sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu PTK (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas) yang berlandaskan teori Kemmis and McTaggart. Sempel penelitian terdiri dari satu kelas yaitu seluruh kelas tiga yang berjumlah 32 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, angket dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model small group discussion dapat menjadi alternatif yang efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran matematika. Siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan model small group discussion memiliki peningkatan yang lebih baik dalam merangsang pemikiran kreatif, mengembangkan keterampilan sosial, dan Kerjasama antar anggota kelompok. Pada hasil observasi dan wawancara ditemukan bahwa kesulitan dalam pembelajaran matematika terjadi karena kuranngnya keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran sehingga pembelajaran terlihat lebih bergantung kepada guru. Implikasi penelitian ini berharap dapat memberikan pandangan yang lebih jelas mengenai pentingnya metode pembelajaran yang kreatif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the comparison between the group investigation model and children learning in science on science learning for fourth grade students at SD Inpres Moncong-Moncong. This research uses a quantitative approach with the type of experimental research and research design, namely (nonequivalent control group design) with class IV A consisting of 20 students and IV B consisting of 21 students using simple random sampling, the research instruments used are observation sheets, questionnaires and tests learning outcomes, as well as data collection techniques consisting of observations, questionnaires and tests which are reviewed from students' science learning. After analyzing the data, researchers found differences in effectiveness between the group investigation model and children learning in science through three indicators of effective learning, namely for student activities in the group investigation model 3.8 (very good) while for the children learning in science model 3.7 ( very good), the student response for the group investigation model was 3.4 (good) while for the children learning in science model it was 2.8 (good) and the learning outcomes for the group investigation model were 3.6 (very good) while the children learning in science model was 3, 1 (good). So, through the results of the data analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the group investigation model has proven to be very effective in terms of science learning for students at SD Inpres Moncong-Moncong with a score of 3.5 (very effective) while the children learning in science model gets a score of 3.1 (quite effective). Abstract

Kurangnya keberagaman bahan ajar yang dimanfaatkan oleh pendidik sehingga menyebabkan siswa tidak mampu memecahkan masalah menjadi pendorong penelitian ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKPD) yang sah berdasarkan Model Creative Problem Solving (CPS). Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan 4-D, yang memiliki empat tahap: pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design), pengembangan (develop), dan penyebaran (disseminate). Namun, peneliti hanya melakukan penelitian pada tahap pengambangan (develop). Lembar validitas instrumen dan LKPD digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Analisis deskriptif digunakan dalam analisis data. Sebuah LKPD berbasis Creative Problem Solving (CPS) tercipta dari hasil kajian yang dilakukan. Skor rata-rata diperoleh sebesar 91,36% dari hasil validasi validator yang tergolong sangat valid ditinjau dari kriteria didaktik, persyaratan konstruksi, persyaratan teknologi, dan model CPS. Abstract

The subject of Akidah Akhlak is a very important subject to be taught to students. The values of the Akidah Akhlak subject are needed to be practiced in everyday life. Through the subject of Akidah Akhlak, students are taught about how to behave / have good morals based on Islamic teachings. This study aims to analyze the design of the Canva-based moral assessment model, the effectiveness of the Canva-based moral assessment model in Akidah Akhlak learning and the challenges and opportunities in implementing the Canva-based moral assessment model at SMPIT As-Syifa Wanareja Subang. This research is a type of research with a qualitative and quantitative approach (mix methods), using a sequential exploratory strategy, namely in the first stage collecting and analyzing qualitative data then the second stage collecting and analyzing quantitative data. The primary data used is data from the field or what is called field research. The secondary data comes from books and articles in scientific journals related to the discussion. The results of this study reveal that the Canva-based assessment model design is an alternative for teachers in choosing the right assessment, the Canva-based psychomotor assessment model in Akidah Akhlak learning at SMPIT Assyifa Boarding School Wanareja Subang is effective and has significant challenges and opportunities.

Abstract

Pembinaan karakter merupakan suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh SMP Kristen Sendang Tulungagung untuk mengantisipasi perilaku tidak disiplin siswa antara lain rendahnya inisiatif, manajemen waktu yang buruk, faktor keluarga, faktor guru, lingkungan yang mendukung, pengaruh teman sebaya, dan lain-lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja pembinaan karakter yang sudah diselenggarakan oleh SMP Kristen Sendang Tulungagung serta mengetahui pelaksanaan kegiatan mentoring dan kegiatan pembiasaan mempengaruhi karakter siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan ragam fenomenologis dengan menggunakan pedoman observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi sehingga menghasilkan data yang akurat dan dapat dipertanggung jawabkan. Melalui data yang telah dikumpulkan memberikan kesimpulan bahwasanya pembinaan karakter yang diselenggarakan oleh SMP Kristen Sendang Tulungagung dilaksanakan dengan terstruktur melalui program pembiasaan dan mentoring dimana kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan secara intensif dengan melibatkan seluruh warga sekolah dan menciptakan karakter siswa yang lebih terbuka, disiplin, memiliki kepedulian kepada sesama dan semakin percaya diri.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Kegiatan Melukis Menggunakan Teknik Brush Painting Terhadap Perkembangan Motorik Halus Kelompok B di TK Darussalam Kecamatan Belitang II Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Timur Provinsi Sumatera Selatan”. dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian exsperimental dengan one group pretest-posttest design (satu kelompok subjek). Jumlah sampel berjumlah 17 anak kelompok B1 TK Darussalam Kecamatan Belitang II Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Timur Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan observasi awal sebelum diberi perlakuan dengan pembelajaran dengan kegiatan melukis menggunakan teknik Brush Painting, observasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data pada saat treatment, tes berbentuk skor yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui hasil setelah diberi perlakuan dan dokumentasi berupa foto. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji hipotesis. Hasil hipotesis nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) = 0.000 < 0.05 menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara variabel awal dengan variabel akhir, ini menunjukkan hipotesis Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak artinya Kegiatan Melukis Menggunakan Teknik Brush Painting berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Perkembangan Motorik Halus Kelompok B di TK Darussalam Kecamatan Belitang II Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Timur Provinsi Sumatera Selatan.

Abstract

The aim of implementing teaching and learning is to achieve learning achievement, both in terms of process and in achieving results which are always influenced by various factors. In teaching students, teachers have the ability to organize and handle students in learning, so that when studying students can follow the lesson well. In this case, teachers really need basic teaching skills. The aim of this community service is to find out about the essence of basic teaching skills. Basic teaching skills have several aspects of skills including: 1) skills to open and close lessons, 2) skills to explain, 3) skills to ask questions, 4) skills to guide small group discussions, 5) skills to manage the class, 6) skills to provide reinforcement, 7) skills holding variations, 8) small group and individual teaching skills.

Abstract

This type of research is classroom action research which aims to determine the increase in students' mathematical problem solving abilities on exponential root form material through the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. This research was carried out in class Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and tests. The research was carried out in 2 cycles with data acquisition carried out by direct observation (peer assessment) by researchers and self-assessment by students during teaching and learning activities. Based on the data obtained, then carry out analysis using descriptive statistical analysis, namely that the parameter for the success of the research is the increase in the average student collaboration skills in each cycle. In accordance with what the researchers have done, the results of the analysis showed that the percentage increase in the average score of students' mathematical problem solving skills tests on root form material was 72.8% from cycle 1 to cycle 11 as well as a count of observations regarding the increase in the completeness of student learning outcomes from cycle 1 to cycle 2 is 55.17%.
