Abstract

This research aims to identify the morals of students at MIN 1 Dairi and the role of morals teachers in improving the morals of students at MIN 1 Dairi. The research approach chosen is a qualitative method. Using data collection instruments consisting of direct observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects or informants in the research consisted of students at MIN 1 Dairi and Aqidah Akhlak teachers. This research was carried out using a descriptive-qualitative data analysis approach and to ensure the validity of the data, researchers used triangulation techniques. There are two research findings, namely: first, the morals of students at MIN 1 Dairi, where after the learning process, morals while at school is behavior that is continuously monitored by teachers and other school staff. Second, the role of teachers in improving the morals of students at MIN 1 Dairi must be increased in order to achieve better morals and there will be policies taken by the school to improve the morals of these students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the make a match model assisted by logarithmic ladder media on the learning outcomes of students in class X of Electrical Vocational School N 5 Waingapu. This study is aquantitative research with a type of experiment using a nonequivalent control group design. The population in this study is all students of class X of SMK N 5 Waingapu with the research subjects being X electricity 1 as the control class and X electricity 2 as the experimental class. The data collection techniques used in this study are pretest and posttest with a total of 10 questions. The data analysis used in this study is a descriptive analysis. The data was processed using SPSS version 21 to analyze descriptive tests, normality, homogeneity and hypothesis. The average pretest of the control class was 27.50, the posttest of the control class was 50.63 and the average of the experimental pretest was 29, 66 and 74.83. The results of this study show that there is a significant influence on student learning outcomes by using a make a match model assisted by logarithmic ladder media. Based on the hypothesis test, it shows that the significant value (2-tailed) is 0.000<0.05 so that Hₒ is rejected and Hl is accepted. It can be concluded that the media-assisted make a match model has a positive effect on the learning outcomes of class X students of SMK N 5 Waingapu Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Make A Match, Logarithmic Ladder

Abstract

Lingkungan bisnis saat ini semakin dipengaruhi oleh kompetisi yang ketat, terutama dengan adanya globalisasi pasar bebas. Untuk bertahan, perusahaan harus mempertahankan kualitas produk yang baik, karena produk berkualitas dapat menarik pelanggan, baik dengan harga terjangkau maupun harga premium. Kualitas yang buruk, sebaliknya, dapat menyebabkan ketidakpuasan pelanggan.Perusahaan bertujuan untuk menghasilkan barang atau jasa yang memenuhi permintaan pasar sambil memaksimalkan keuntungan dan berkontribusi pada masyarakat. Untuk tetap kompetitif, perusahaan harus tidak hanya fokus pada volume penjualan, tetapi juga pada kepuasan pelanggan yang berhubungan dengan kualitas produk.Meningkatkan kualitas produk sangat penting, dan salah satu cara untuk menilai kualitas adalah dengan menghitung biaya kualitas, yang meliputi biaya pencegahan, penilaian, kegagalan internal, dan kegagalan eksternal. Biaya ini digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi, mengoreksi, dan mencegah cacat produk, yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan penjualan dan keberhasilan produk di pasar. PT KDI, analisis biaya kualitas diterapkan untuk meningkatkan produk, meskipun ada tantangan dalam memprediksi perbaikan kualitas dan pengurangan cacat. Oleh karena itu, analisis biaya kualitas penting untuk memastikan efektivitas dalam meningkatkan kualitas produk.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of school principals' leadership styles on the work motivation of elementary school teachers in Sekadau Hilir District. Using a quantitative correlational design, data were collected through surveys distributed to all teachers in public elementary schools within the district. The findings reveal a weak but positive relationship between the principal's leadership style and teacher motivation. Transformational leadership styles exhibited a stronger impact compared to other styles, emphasizing the role of inspiration and support. Additionally, the influence of leadership was moderated by local work culture, suggesting that cultural factors significantly shape the effectiveness of leadership in fostering teacher motivation. These results underline the need for adaptive leadership that aligns with cultural dynamics to enhance teacher motivation and overall educational quality.

Abstract

This thesis discusses the application of the Small Group Discussion Method for Hajj and Umrah in improving student learning outcomes at MTs Campalagian Islamic College, Polewali Mandar Regency. This research aims to find out whether the application of Small Group Discussion can improve student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subjects. Researchers prepare action plans/solutions for problem solving; implementation, namely the researcher carries out the actions that have been formulated in the RPP; observation, namely researchers observing student behavior in participating in learning activities; reflection, namely the researcher records the results of observations and evaluates the results of the observations. The main problem solving process in this research is to improve the learning process by using Small Group Discussions. The results of this research are: (1) The implementation of Small Group Discussion according to the results of observations increases in each cycle, the graph of the increase shows a very good category assessment; (2) Student learning outcomes through the implementation of Small Group Discussions increased from a completion percentage of 26.32% to a completion percentage of 89.47%; (3) the application of the Small Group Discussion method can improve student learning outcomes in the Islamic Religious Education subjects Hajj and Umrah.

Abstract

Geospatial intelligence all activities involved in planning, collecting, processing, analyzing, exploiting, and disseminating spatial information obtained to gain intelligence about the national security or operational environment, and providing visual representation this knowledge. Geospatial intelligence plays important role in disaster monitoring by providing critical insight information that supports disaster risk reduction and management. Addition to monitoring disasters geospatial intelligence indispensable for monitoring natural resources and potential of each geographic area to optimize all natural resources. Last also plays role in law enforcement, for example the sea where sea is monitored and found violations can harm many parties so that the importance of geospatial intelligence is very helpful to various parties of course also for defense, state security. This research is a systematic literature review that explains the role of geospatial intelligence dealing with military and non-military threats, namely Geospatial Information Systems combined with NASA MERRA-2 hourly global wind speed data and DTU Global Wind Atlas that spatially resolved to characterize the potential for onshore wind energy globally in order to optimally obtain the potential for geography in non-military threats, the concept of military operations aims to secure a country's sea by involving various technologies and intelligence to protect rights and resources

Abstract

Yogya Paes Ageng Jangan Menir Bridal make-up is a type of make-up that requires its own technique in the manufacturing process, so students must be careful and follow the stages in completing it. The aim of this research is to develop a suitable learning media module, equipped with a video of the stages in the form of a QR barcode, which can be practically used by students or learners, as an independent learning media. The stages of the process of using cosmetics are in accordance with the times and the "proportional fit according to the shape of the face" technique. The research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with a 4D development model, namely Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate. The data collection technique for this research is a questionnaire as a validation test assessment by material and media experts, as well as a practicality test by 5 small group students and 20 field group students. The results of this research show that the results of the 1st stage material expert validation test were 84% and 91% for the 2nd stage, the 1st stage media expert validation test was 82% and the 2nd stage was 91.1% with the category “very valid”. The results of the practicality test in the small group of 3 students were 91.6% and in the field test by 20 students it was 93.5% in the "very practical" category. The product assessment results of this learning module are feasible and practical for use as a learning medium.

Abstract

21st century education requires educators to improve the quality of learning tools so that students have 4C skills. 21st century learning emphasizes learning using critical thinking skills. Development of an encyclopedia to train students' critical thinking skills. This research aims to describe the validity of the encyclopedia. This research is included in the development research (EDR) category and uses Tessmer formative evaluation research design. The expert subjects were 3 lecturers from the biology education study program at Lambung Mangkurat University. Data from the results of the encyclopedia's content validity, the instrument used is the content validation assessment sheet. The research results showed that the arecaceae family encyclopedia was declared valid

Abstract

This study explores the role of professional teacher education in enhancing teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Belitang, Sekadau District. The research emphasizes the importance of professional teacher education in improving pedagogical competence, professional skills, and overall teacher effectiveness. Using a mixed-method approach, this study examines the impact of teacher education programs on teacher performance, focusing on both qualitative and quantitative data. The results indicate that professional teacher education significantly influences teaching quality by increasing teachers' skills, knowledge, and motivation. Furthermore, the study identifies challenges such as inadequate training programs, limited resources, and a lack of support from educational institutions. Recommendations for enhancing teacher education programs include strengthening teacher training, providing ongoing professional development, and improving support systems within schools. The findings highlight the essential role of professional education in shaping the performance and quality of teachers, which ultimately contributes to better educational outcomes.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran diorama siklus hidrologi, serta mengetahui kevalidan dan kepraktisan media pembelajaran diorama siklus hidrologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D). Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan angket. Instrumen penilaian terdiri dari validasi oleh ahli media, ahli materi, serta angket respons siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Diorama Siklus Hidrologi yang dikembangkan memiliki validitas sangat baik, dengan persentase rata-rata 91% dari ahli materi dan 95% dari ahli media, serta dinilai "Sangat Layak" untuk digunakan. Respons siswa menunjukkan media ini "Sangat Praktis" dengan persentase 92,73% hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa media ini tidak hanya valid secara teori, tetapi juga efektif dalam praktik pembelajaran, memudahkan siswa dalam memahami dan mengaitkan teori dengan praktik nyata. Media diorama ini terbukti efektif diterapkan di SDN 2 Jungsemi dan direkomendasikan untuk kelas IV di sekolah dasar lainnya.
