Abstract

The creative industry has become one of the driving forces of the economy in Indonesia. Impala Network is a company engaged in the creative industry and has a positioning as an aggregator that connects one sector to another. Based on the results of the Impala Network mapping, strategies need to be improved so that people can become more widely acquainted. This study aims to examine Impala Network's media relations strategy in building brand awareness using media relations theory and brand awareness theory. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, supported by data collection using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the Impala Network has several media relations strategies, namely; 1) Regularly holding quality events to build and establish relationships with several media partners, 2) Using social media platforms such as Instagram & Tiktok to see market trends, 3) Implementing the word of mouth method, 4) Impala Network has a positioning as a creative ecosystem builder (creative aggregator/agency) and one of the Top of mind companies in the creative industry within the coverage area of Semarang City and Central Java Province. Impala Network is currently undergoing a transitional stage from brand recognition to brand recall in order to continue to compete in the national creative industry ecosystem.

Abstract

He relationship between the personal qualities of the guidance and counseling teacher greatly influences student satisfaction in following classical guidance because each student has different causes and levels of satisfaction. This study aims to determine the relationship between the personal qualities of counseling teachers and student satisfaction in following classical guidance. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The population in this study were all 11th grade students in Klaten district, totaling 919 students. The sampling technique used in this study was using a proportional random sampling technique with a total of 251 students. The measuring instrument used in this study uses two scales, namely the scale of student satisfaction in participating in classical guidance services and the personal quality scale of the counseling teacher. The data analysis technique used in testing this hypothesis is by using product moment correlation analysis. In this study, the results showed that the results of the product moment correlation analysis showed (r_xy = 0.720 Sig = 0.000) which means that there is a positive and significant relationship between the personal quality variables of guidance counselors and student satisfaction in following classical guidance. This means that the personal quality of the counseling teacher is good, so student satisfaction will also increase and vice versa.

Abstract

Student learning outcomes cannot be said to be optimally successful for slow learning children. Online learning is not a good solution. This is supported by not all parents and teachers play an optimal role. This problem is one of the reasons for conducting research which aims to examine the role of teachers and parents in overcoming learning difficulties for slow learners during the Covid-19 pandemic. The type of research used by researchers is qualitative, with a descriptive research design. There were 3 subjects used by the researcher, namely one subject teacher. Mathematics, one parent of a student with special needs, and one school principal. Use online interviews and observation methods to collect data. The data analysis technique used is data simplification, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the teacher's role is the existence of special treatment in the classroom. The teacher monitors the assignments of slow learners and the existence of mathematics learning videos sent by the teacher via WhatsApp. The role of parents is to be educators for students, parents are protectors of children, parents are priority students, and parents know the condition of students at home. The principal's role is to guide the teacher in the learning process, and there is an evaluation for the teacher. This study concluded that teachers, parents, and principals are very influential in overcoming the learning difficulties of slow learners.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the urgency of understanding student concepts in problem solving in post-graduate real analysis learning in the mathematics education study program at Nias University for the 2022/2023 academic year. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were students of the Mathematics Education Study Program at Nias University for the 2022/2023 academic year. The data collection method used in this study was a survey method, with the instrument used, namely a questionnaire, which was distributed to 40 students of the Mathematics Education Study Program at Nias University for the 2022/2023 academic year. The results of this study indicate the urgency of understanding concepts in overcoming difficulties experienced by students in solving problems in real analysis learning: (1) Difficulties in procedural understanding; (2) difficulties in logical reasoning; (3) difficulty in abstraction; (4) difficulties in formal evidence to solve real problems. Factors that cause students to experience difficulties, namely not understanding the basic concepts of real analysis, students are still confused about abstractions and their relevance in formal evidence to solve real problems.

Abstract

Agriculture is the activity of raising crops and livestock on a plot of land, without causing the land to be damaged for further production. Besides that, agriculture cannot be separated from plants grown by humans, but growth cannot be separated from the intervention of Allah SWT. Because the Qur'an is a book of guidance for humans in all matters, whose authenticity is guaranteed. Indeed, the Qur'an is not a scientific book, but a religious book. Even so, it cannot be denied that it contains many natural cues. The Qur'an contains verses that discuss science, including agriculture, which are very numerous. Therefore, in this study, the author tries to reveal interpretations related to these verses. The results of this study show that by studying the Koran we are able to explain verses about agriculture in a comprehensive manner, even explaining different things about agriculture in one verse or a combination of verses. Besides that, we can also know about different soil conditions, therefore by studying Agriculture it is necessary to understand agriculture in the context of the Qur'an as a guide for mankind in the world and in the hereafter. Thus, these blessings will bring good agricultural results. overflow.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of trust, security, and service quality in transactions on purchasing decisions for the Tokopedia application. Descriptive research is the method we use. Using a Likert scale, a survey method was used for sampling. We use multiple linear regression to test this hypothesis. The findings show that the variables of security, trust, and service quality have a significant effect on Tokopedia purchasing decisions, while the variables of reliability and security also have a significant effect.

Abstract

Indonesia's low education can be seen from the low student learning outcomes in various subjects. One of the subjects that students always have the lowest grades on and is most afraid of is physics. Various efforts have been made by the teacher in overcoming the problems mentioned above, such as conducting discussions and questions and answers in class and helping students who have difficulties in learning physics. One of the learning methods that can be used by the teacher is to apply the mind map method. Mind maps are a creative note-taking method that make it easier to remember large amounts of information. This study aims to determine the effect of the mind map learning method on the physics learning outcomes of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 6 Pematangsiantar year 2022. This type of research is a quasi-experimental. The population in the study were all 260 grade VIII students. Sampling was carried out by means of cluster random sampling, namely the experimental class VIII1 consisted of 35 people and the control class VIII2 consisted of 35 people. The instrument used is a learning test. Data processing uses an independent sample t-test. From the research results, the average post-test score for the experimental class was 75.43 with a standard deviation of 10.31 and the average post-test score for the control class was 64.43 with a standard deviation of 10.20. The results of the t test obtained a significance value in the experimental class = 0.894 > 0.05, then H0 was accepted, meaning that there was an influence of the Mind Mapping learning method on physics learning outcomes for class VIII students of SMP Negeri 6 Pematagsiantar.

Abstract

To carry out its duties and responsibilities, a teacher is required to have several abilities and skills, which are shown in the form of a teacher's performance. It's just that not all teachers have good performance qualities, so it is necessary to make various kinds of efforts to improve the performance of these teachers. The purpose of this research is to find out efforts to improve teacher performance through the supervision of the principal. This research is a type of action research, which is carried out in 2 research cycles, namely, cycle I and cycle II. In each cycle, there are stages of planning, action, observation and evaluation, and reflection. The subjects involved in this study were 10 people, consisting of 12 teachers and 1 administrative employee. Data collection in the study was carried out using observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The research data were then analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques, namely by looking for the average teacher performance improvement which was then converted into a fivescale PAP to determine the teacher's high performance after supervision by the principal. The results showed that there was an increase in teacher performance in each cycle where at the pre-cycle stage the average performance appraisal only reached 75%, then increased in the first cycle to 90%, and increased again in the second cycle to 100%, where all teachers have had a good performance. the good one. So based on these results it can be concluded that the principal's supervision can significantly improve teacher performance.

Abstract

This paper discusses local and global challenges to Islamic education political policies in Indonesia. This research method uses literature research or library research to be analyzed and concluded. In collecting data, the author uses literature study, namely research conducted by using data relating to the nature and objectives of education from journals, the internet and other relevant sources. The results of this study are: Globalization has a very large influence on the life of society, nation and state, in all aspects of life, be it social, political, cultural, religious or educational. The conclusion of this paper is that education must be designed in such a way as to enable students to develop the potential naturally and creatively in an atmosphere full of freedom, togetherness, and responsibility.

Abstract

This study is to identify policy issues in Islamic education. In this study, the authors used a qualitative research method with a meta-analysis approach, analyzing data from several previous studies. The results of this analysis indicate that there are several Islamic education policy issues, namely as follows: (1) application of the student-centered approach in Islamic education, (2) Islamic education curriculum, (3) improving the quality of educators, (4) student management, (5) budgeting , (6) Equity distribution and arrangement of the number of teachers in Indonesia and (7) quality of education.
