Abstract

Berbicara soal kepemimpinan adalah sebuah isu yang menarik untuk diperbincangkan, oleh karena kepemimpinan sangat dibutuhkan dalam setiap generasi. Itu artinya, dalam sebuah kepemimpinan butuh seorang pemimpin yang berkarakter yang mampu memimpin, mampu memahami perubahan dan perkembangan setiap jaman. Seiring perkembangan zaman, banyak pemimpin muncul akibat tuntutan dan kondisi lingkungan pada saat itu. Pemimpin pada generasi masyarakat milenial saat ini, menjadi satu tantangan yang kritis. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan karakter kepemimpinan ideal pada era generasi milenial. Bertujuan mengulas tentang teori kepemimpinan dan tipe kepemimpinan, karakter Generasi Milenial, serta karakter kepemimpinan ideal pada era Generasi Milenial. Penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan dalam bentuk pengumpulan data melalui referensi teoritis yang relevan dengan karakter kepemimpinan ideal pada era generasi milenial. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan pada era milenial memiliki pendekatan yang khas karena digitalisasi yang merambah dunia kerja tidak memungkinkan bagi pemimpin untuk bertindak secara konvensional. Pemimpin pada era melenial perlu mengaplikasikan karakter kepemimpinan yang ideal pada era generasi milenial, yaitu pemimpin berkemampuan digital yang handal, pembangun hubungan harmoni dan ideal, demikian juga sebagai pemimpin yang selalu memberi tantangan, serta pendorong kolaborasi untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan kepuasan. Menyesuaikan dengan pola dan gaya hidup generasi milenial yang suka serba cepat dan instan serta cepat mengadaptasikan diri, maka seorang pemimpin ideal pada era milenial adalah pemimpin yang lincah dan cepat beradaptasi.

Abstract

Holding SOE, including SOE holding in the insurance and guarantee sector, is a form of corporate restructuring to improve company performance through the consolidation of several SOE. The holding in the insurance and guarantee sector was formed based on Government Regulation Number 20 of 2020 concerning the Addition of State Equity Participation into the Share Capital of the Company PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia which stipulates PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia as the holding company. The problems in this research are how the legal arrangements for SOEs holding in the insurance and guarantee sector in the national legal system in Indonesia and how the responsibility of the SOEs holding company in the insurance and guarantee sector is for its subsidiaries. Based on the results of the research, it can be seen that the background to the establishment of a SOEs holding company in the insurance and guarantee sector is based on juridical factors, namely in Law Number 19 of 2003 concerning State-Owned Enterprises, Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies, and Government Regulation Number 20 of 2020 concerning the Addition of State Equity Participation into the Share Capital of the Limited Liability Company PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia.

Abstract

The problem raised in this study is the Psychological Foundation of the Curriculum. In this study, the authors used the library research method, namely in writing articles, the authors used books as a source of data. Library research which is commonly called library research is carried out by examining written sources. The nature of this research is descriptive-analytic, discussed clearly, sequentially, and directed. The research subject in this article is from secondary data. Secondary sources, namely data obtained not from main books but from these books contain supporting data. Usually these books are the result of a review of the main book. The secondary sources used in this article come from books that discuss matters related to the curriculum development process. This paper focuses on the discussion of psychological aspects as a basis for developing the curriculum. Psychological foundation as part of the basic foundation in curriculum development has a strategic place in learning. However, curriculum development must be based on assumptions originating from psychology which include the study of what and how students develop, and how students learn.

Abstract

The success or failure of an educational process is strongly influenced by the ongoing learning. The learning process is composed of a number of components or elements that are interrelated. These elements are teachers (educators), students (students), materials/materials, methods/methods, teaching curricula, learning facilities, study time, and learning facilities and the role of people. old. This research is entitled The Relationship between Parental Attention and Student Learning Outcomes in Class VI of SD Negeri 040530 Bunuraya for the 2021/2022 Academic Year. The purpose of this study was to see the relationship between parental attention and student learning outcomes. The results showed that parents' attention to class VI children at SDN 040530 Bunuraya Tigapanah District for the 2021/2022 academic year obtained an average score of 67.4. The score was in the Less category. There is a significant relationship between parental attention and student learning outcomes in class VI at SDN 040530 Bunuraya Tigapanah district for the 2021/2022 academic year. it can be concluded that tcount> from ttable (8.461 > 2.080) means, According to the table, namely the results of U t (partial) indicate that the significance value of the relationship between parental attention (X) to student learning outcomes (Y) is 0.201 > than 0.05 and t value is 8.461 > at 2.080 then HO is accepted and Ha is rejected. This means that there is a significant influence of parental attention on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the TGT type learning model in increasing student activity and learning achievement on the subject matter of trigonometry in class X MIPA-3 SMAN 3 Selong. with 36 students. This type of research is Classroom Action Research which consists of planning, implementing, observing, evaluating and reflecting. The results showed that students were more active in the teaching and learning process and there was an increase in mathematics learning achievement of class X MIPA-3 students of SMAN 3 Selong by applying a TGT-type cooperative model to learning the subject mattertrigonometry. This increase in achievement is seen from the increase in the percentage of student learning completion classically in cycle I with classical completeness of 65.71%, cycle II with classical completeness of 76.47% and in cycle III with classical completeness of 90.09%. In addition, after implementing with the TGT-type cooperative model, student learning activities increase each cycle with active, active, and very active criteria. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the application of the TGT type cooperative model to the learning of trigonometric subject matter can increase the activity and learning achievement of class X MIPA-3 students of SMAN 3 Selong.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the value of local wisdom of Sarapatangunake in the implementation of government, especially in the ethics of public servants.how the impact caused by implementing these values. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are Observation, Interview, Documentation and Literature Studies. Techniques Data analysis in research is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results obtained in the research are to have a positive impact with the value of Sarapatanguna Wisdom (Pomaamasiaka; PopiapiaraPomaemaeya and Poangka-angkataka) are philosophical values embedded in cultural values that are full of meanings in the life of the Buton people that teach the importance of moral values that are applied to the implementation of government mainly in public servicescan foster mental attitudes, good morals so that the implementation of Government Ethics can improve the achievement of organizational performance is reflected in the attitude of government officials, especially in good and correct behavior in accordance with the values of primacy related to the nature, dignity, and dignity, problems of decency and decency reflected in the behavior of officials.

Abstract

The development of existing technology increases competitiveness in various aspects, including in the field of education. This makes an educator required to be able to continue to innovate in the learning process, one of which is by implementing learning that includes creative, critical thinking and collaboration. One of them is by applying the STEM approach in the implementation of learning. This STEM approach is suitable to be applied to chemistry subjects because this approach includes science, namely learning activities carried out through direct experimental evidence. This research was conducted on 20 students of class XI at MA Matlaul Anwar, who were taken by purposive sampling. With the results of 95% of students can understand the material well and very well.

Abstract

Ethnicity and culture are individual characteristics that affect the behavior of each individual. It consists of norms, beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors that incorporate into a person's self-concept. Self-efficacy and self-esteem are the behavioral aspects of how people assess their ability and consider valuable or not valuable in the family or social life. The purpose of this study was to find out, the influence of ethnicity on students' self-efficacy and self-esteem at Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Dumai. The research was a correlational study conducted at the institution. The participant of this study was 277 students who were selected randomly from 1,054 students. This study used a set of questionnaires. The Multi Group Ethnic Identity Measure (MEIM) by Phinney, J. (1992) was adopted to measure the student's ethnicity. The General Self-efficacy Scale by Schwarzer, R., and Jerusalem, M. (1995) was adopted to measure the students' self-efficacy, and Rosenberg Self-esteem Scale by Rosenberg (1965) was adopted to measure the students' self-esteem. The finding of this study indicated that ethnicity gave a significant influence on students' self-efficacy and self-esteem at Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Dumai.

Abstract

This research aims to preserve the culture of "pukol sago", the Moluccas, so that it is not crushed by the changes in time, and it is already an obligation, when as the children and grandchildren of the Moluccas, this culture is reintroduced to the Millennium generation. This study used a survey method with field observations, where surveys and observations were carried out in several villages on Ambon Island, where sago farmers carry out sago processing, such as: Tulehu Village, Waai Village and Waipatili Hamlet, Hitu Village. Then took data on sago processing activities carried out by sago farmers, using interview techniques based on prepared questionnaires, as well as taking documentation related to the research. Apart from that, in this study, secondary data was also collected, in the form of the results of previous research or previous scientific work that had been carried out at the research site in question and also in the form of literature that had relevance to this research. Research results from the three research sites, namely Tulehu Village, Waai Village and Waipatili Hamlet, Hitu Village, show that generally a person's level of education will affect the way and pattern of life, this also occurs in sago farming communities, where the level of education is below on average it has an impact on the way they carry out sago management work "pukol sago", where generally the sago management techniques that are carried out are still traditional to semi-mechanical. As for the processing resistance of sago or "pukol sago", these include: logging, cutting/splitting of sago stems, destruction of pith/contents of sago stems, extraction of sago starch, storage and deposition of starch, packaging of wet sago starch and drying of sago starch.
