Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of doses of potassium nitrate and magnesium sulfate on the production of Siamese orange (Citrus Nobilis Var. Microcarpa L.) and their interactions, which was carried out in Bayung Gede Village, Kintamani District, Bangli Regency from December 2021 to July 2022. This study used a Randomized Block Design (RAK) with 2 factors arranged in a factorial manner. The first factor that was tried was the dose of potassium nitrate (K) fertilizer which consisted of 4 levels, namely: K0 (0 g/tree), K1 (250 g/tree), K2 (500 g/tree) and K3 (750 g/tree). . . While the second factor was the dose of magnesium sulfate (M) fertilizer which consisted of 4 levels, namely: M0 (0 g/tree), M1 (5 g/tree), M2 (10 g/tree) and M3 (15 g/tree). Thus, there were 16 treatment combinations, each given 3 times, so 48 citrus trees were needed. The results showed that the interaction of potassium nitrate fertilizer dose with magnesium sulfate (KxM) fertilizer did not significantly affect all observed variables. The highest fruit weight per tree was obtained at a dose of potassium nitrate fertilizer of 750 g/tree, which was 11.53 kg, an increase of 96.75% when compared to without potassium nitrate fertilizer which was only 5.86 kg. While the magnesium sulfate fertilizer treatment obtained the highest harvested fruit weight per tree at a dose of 15 g/tree, namely 10.17 kg, an increase of 30.05% when compared to magnesium sulfate fertilizer which was only 7.82 kg.

Abstract

Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk MKP, pupuk organik padat kelinci serta interaksi pupuk MKP dengan pupuk organik padat kelinci terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman cabai rawit. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Subak Rapuan, Desa Mas, Kecamatan Ubud, Kabupaten Gianyar dengan ketinggian tempat 400 mdpl. Percobaan berlangsung selama 4 bulan yaitu pada bulan Mei sampai dengan bulan Juli 2022. Percobaan ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 2 faktor yang disusun secara faktorial. Faktor pertama adalah menggunakan pupuk MKP dengan 4 taraf, yaitu M0: 0 g l-1 air, M1: 2 g l-1 air, M2: 4 g l-1 air, M3: 6 g l-1 air dan faktor kedua adalah menggunakan pupuk organik padat kelinci yang terdiri dari 3 taraf, yaitu P1: 10 ton ha-1, P2: 20 ton ha-1 dan P3: 30 ton ha-1 . Pengamatan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah bunga, dan jumlah buah akan dimulai 3 minggu setelah tanam, sedangkan berat segar dan berat kering buah dan brangkasan akan diukur saat akhir panen. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan pemberian pupuk MKP pada tanaman cabai rawit berpengaruh sangat nyata pada variabel jumlah daun maksimum, jumlah, jumlah bunga, jumlah buah total dan berat segar buah serta berpengaruh tidak nyata pada tinggi tanaman maksimum, berat kering oven buah, berat segar brangkasan dan berat kering oven brangkasan. Perlakuan pemberian pupuk organik kelinci menunjukkan pengaruh nyata hingga sangat nyata terhadap seluruh variabel yang diamati kecuali pada variabel jumlah daun maksimum dan berat kering oven buah yang menunjukkan pengaruh tidak nyata. Interaksi antara perlakuan pengaruh pupuk MKP dengan pupuk organik kelinci berpengaruh sangat nyata pada tinggi tanaman maksimum, berpengaruh nyata pada jumlah daun maksimum, jumlah bunga, jumlah buah total, berat segar buah, berat kering oven buah dan berat kering oven brangkasan.

Abstract

Super free-range chicken is currently a very promising new business opportunity due to very high consumer demand. To support the demand for super free-range chicken meat, it is necessary to develop super free-range chicken farms in order to meet the increasing demand from year to year. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving rations containing taro tuber flour on the carcass percentage of super free range chickens aged 10 weeks. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 3 replications. Each replication consisted of 5 chickens so that the number of chickens used was 75. The treatments were R0 control rations without taro tuber flour, R1 rations containing 5% taro tuber, R2 rations containing 10% taro tuber, R3 rations containing 15% taro tuber and R4 rations containing 20% ​​taro tuber. The results showed that the ingredients of taro tuber flour in the ration had a significant effect (P<0.05) on the slaughter weight and carcass weight of super free-range chicken, but did not have a significant effect (P>0.05) on the percentage of carcass and non-carcass percentage. . Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the marketing strategy that has been implemented so far and the factors that have become obstacles to the Cianjur grilled fish restaurant, the Denpasar branch of the Makassar branch. Sampling in this study was carried out using informant techniques, namely managers who conceptually know and understand the ins and outs of the strategy used and how to market their products, the head of the finance department who handles incoming and outgoing finances, the head of HR (personnel) who knows the quality of work of both employees sales, delivery and cashiers, and took 10 consumers to find out their responses or responses to the Denpasar Branch of the Ikan Bakar Cianjur Restaurant. Data analysis used the SWOT analysis method which includes IFAS and EFAS analysis. The results of the IFAS analysis a value of 2.8 was obtained. This indicates that it has been able to take advantage of its strengths and has been able to overcome internal weaknesses. EFAS obtained a value of 2.7. This indicates that the Denpasar branch of the Cianjur grilled fish house restaurant with respect to the external environment is quite good. From the results of the IE matrix, the strategy applied is a strategy of concentration through horizontal/stability integration. And the strategy that needs to be recommended to the Denpasar Branch of Ikan Bakar Cianjur Restaurant is to use the existing opportunities and strengths, including maintaining a restaurant business culture that has an open and spacious place.

Abstract

Sugarcane (Saccharum Officinarum L.) is the basic ingredient for making sugar. In Indonesia, in the last 5 years, sugar productivity only reached 5.2 tons/ha, very different from the productivity in 1935-1940, which averaged 17 tons/ha. This is because this Aat variety has not yet reached the desired productivity rate. The purpose of this study was to determine the diversity of growth of sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum L.) in clone SB01, clone SB03, clone SB04, clone SB11, clone SB12, clone SB19, clone SB20, variety PS862 and variety Bululawang. This research was carried out in the Djengkol garden, Ploso Klaten, Kediri. The tools used are sickle, cloth, tape measure, caliper, camera and stationery. The materials used are clone SB01, clone SB03, SB11, SB12, SB19, SB20, PS862 variety, Bululawang variety. Observations included growth variables (stem height, number of stems, number of leaves, stem diameter). Data analysis used ANOVA with a 5% F test. If there is a significant difference, proceed with the 5% DMRT test, correlation test, genetic diversity, heritability, genetic progress. Clone SB12 had an advantage in variable stem height of 395.83 (cm), number of stems 5.67 (stem), number of leaves 9.44 (strands), while clone SB01 had an advantage in stem diameter with the highest value of 31.99 (mm). Correlation relationship on sugarcane plant growth variables. The diversity of 7 clones and 2 varieties is heavily influenced by genetics and slightly influenced by the environment as shown by the KKG values in the medium-high category, the KF values in the low-high category, the Heritability (H2) medium-high category and the genetic progress (KG) category. rather high.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas terbaik antara tiga jenis rumput yaitu rumput Pakchong, rumput Zanzibar, dan rumput Biograss Agrinak pada interval pemotongan yang berbeda-beda yakni pada umur pemotongan 50 hari (U1), 60 hari (U2), dan 70 hari (U3). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola Faktorial dengan dua faktor. Percobaan dilakukan dengan ulangan 3 kali sehingga didapatkan 9 kombinasi. Adapun variabel pada penelitian ini yaitu Bulk dencity, Daya Serap (Water Regain capacity), Daya Larut (Water Sulobility), Energi Bruto (Gross Energy), Total Degestible Nutrien (TDN). Rumput Pakchong berbeda nyata (P<0,05) paling tinggi pada bulk dencity, daya larut air (Water solubility), energi bruto (Gross energy), dan TDN (Total Digestible Nutrient) dibandingkan rumput Zanzibar dan rumput Biograss Agrinak. Umur pemotongan berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap kualitas fisik (Bulk density) dan berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap Energi Bruto (Gross energy), pada pemotongan umur 60 hari paling tinggi. Interaksi antara jenis rumput dan umur pemotongan hanya terjadi pada variabel pengamatan daya larut air (Water solubility) tertinggi pada kombinasi perlakuan rumput Pakchong dengan umur pemotongan 70 hari (R1U3), dan variabel TDN tertinggi pada kombinasi perlakuan rumput Zanzibar dengan umur pemotongan 50 hari (R2U1).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving fermented rice bran in the ration on the performance of male quail aged 2-7 weeks and to determine the level of fermented rice bran could produce the average initial body weight, body weight gain, final body weight, feed consumption and FCR ratio. The study was conducted using a completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 3 replications. Each replication consisted of 3 male quails so that the number of male quails used was 45. As for the treatment as follows, the ration without the content of fermented rice bran as a control and the ration of fermented rice bran 5%, 10%, 15% and 20%. Parameters observed were initial body weight, weight gain, final body weight, feed consumption, and FCR (Feed Conversion Ratio). The data obtained were analyzed for variance. From the results of this study, the provision of fermented rice bran in commercial rations of male quail feed in the grower-finisher phase showed significantly different results (P<0.05) on final body weight, body weight gain, feed consumption, and FCR. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended that male quail breeders use fermented rice bran at a level of 20% in the ration because this level shows good results compared to the performance of male quail at a treatment level of 0% without fermented rice bran.

Abstract

This study aims to identify pathogenic bacteria in domesticated Rasbora lateristriata fish. Sampling was carried out 1 time with the point of collection in the upstream, middle and downstream parts of the Medium river, District. Abiansemal, Badung Regency. Sampling was carried out in March 2022, using nets and nets. The data processing method is descriptive and data presentation is in the form of graphs. The domestication method aims to identify bacteria that attack Rasbora, Sp, and survive domestication. Sample examination was carried out at the Domestic Laboratory at the Denpasar Veterinary Center once. The results showed that the Nyalian Fish (Rasbora Lateristriata) which was domesticated from 5 samples found that Proteus sp. In addition, the water quality in the original habitat of Rasbora lateristriata fish with the water quality where it is adapted is different, especially the temperature, pH and DO values, but the water quality is still within the tolerance of Rasbora lateristriata fish to live.

Abstract

Abstract The livestock sector plays a real role in national food security through the supply of animal protein, one of which is super village chickens. In increasing the productivity of livestock the most important is rations. Feed materials that need to be used as alternative feed materials include agricultural waste, one of which is sweet potato brangkasan (Ipomoea batatas). The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of giving sweet potato brangkasan flour to the variable physical composition of chicken villages until the age of 10 weeks. The experimental design used is a Complete RandomIzed Design (RAL) consisting of 5 treatments, namely: R0 (Ration without sweet potato brangkasan flour as a control), R1 (Ration contains 3% sweet potato brangkasan flour without fermentation), R2 (Rations contains 3% fermented sweet potato brangkasan flour), R3 (Ransum contains 6% fermented sweet potato brangkasan flour), R4 (Ration contains 9% fermented sweet potato brangkasan flour). Each treatment is repeated three times. The results showed that the addition of fermented and non-fermented sweet potato brangkasan flour did not have a noticeable effect (P>0.05) on the physical composition of the thigh carcass and the physical composition of the meat as well as on the skin and subcutaneous fat of the chicken breast super village, but a real effect (P<0.05) on the physical composition of the breastbone. The provision of 3% fermented sweet potato flour (R2) tends to be able to give the results of the physical composition of the chest and thigh carcass higher. Abstract

Green beans have advantages over other food crops in terms of agronomy and economy, such as: (1) shorter-lived between (55-65 days) can be harvested, (2) more drought-resistant with relatively small water requirements for green bean growth, namely 700-900 mm / year. In rainfalls that are lower than that, it can still grow because it is deeply rooted, (3) it can be planted on less fertile land and fertilize the soil because it is symbiose with rhizobium and produces as much biomass (11-12 t/h), (4) easy cultivation methods are sufficiently minimal tillage and seeds are sown, (5) pest attacks are less diseased and (6) the selling price is high and stable. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of planting distance and application of rabbit manure on the growth and yield of green bean plants (Vigna radiata L). The experimental design used was with a randomized design of the group and the analysis of the F test (analysis of variance) on the. This research was carried out in Subak Rapuan, Mas Village, Ubud District, Gianyar Regency with an altitude of 400 meters above sea level. The implementation of the study starts from March - June 2022. The highest fresh weight of seeds at the spacing treatment (J3) can be caused by wide planting distances and optimal fertilizer application. The wider planting distance provides space for access to sunlight, air temperature, and air humidity that can contribute to the growth and development of plants. The wider planting distance will reduce the competition higher so that with the J3 planting distance, it reduces the occurrence of nutrient competition so that the nutrients given through K3 fertilization will be used properly by plants. This shows that a dose of rabbit manure of 15 tons/ha-1 has the best effect on the growth of green beans so that it gives high yields compared to doses of 5 tons/ha-1 and 10 tons/ha-1. The fresh weight of seeds per plant is strongly supported by the presence of correlations in the number of pods (r = 0.889**) the length of the pods (r = 0.828*) and the number of seeds (r = 0.921**).
