Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan strategi pengembangan usaha budidaya ikan lele di Kecamatan Tingkir, Kota Salatiga. Waktu pelaksanaan penelitian dimulai sejak 8 November hingga 8 Desember 2021 di Kecamatan Tingkir, Kota Salatiga. Analisis data untuk penentuan strategi pengembangan usaha budidaya lele di Kecamatan Tingkir, Kota Salatiga dengan menggunakan Analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, dan Threaths). Strategi dalam pengembangan budidaya ikan lele melalui kekuatan dan peluang yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk meminimalisir kelemahan dan ancaman sehingga dapat menjaga kontinuitas produksi. Adapun strategi pengembangan usaha budidaya lele yang perlu ditingkatkan meliputi peningkatan kualitas produksi melalui pelatihan pelaku usaha budidaya lele beserta tenaga kerja yang terlibat serta peningkatan promosi hasil produksi lele untuk memperluas pasar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of doses of potassium nitrate and magnesium sulfate on the production of Siamese orange (Citrus Nobilis Var. Microcarpa L.) and their interactions, which was carried out in Bayung Gede Village, Kintamani District, Bangli Regency from December 2021 to July 2022. This study used a Randomized Block Design (RAK) with 2 factors arranged in a factorial manner. The first factor that was tried was the dose of potassium nitrate (K) fertilizer which consisted of 4 levels, namely: K0 (0 g/tree), K1 (250 g/tree), K2 (500 g/tree) and K3 (750 g/tree). . . While the second factor was the dose of magnesium sulfate (M) fertilizer which consisted of 4 levels, namely: M0 (0 g/tree), M1 (5 g/tree), M2 (10 g/tree) and M3 (15 g/tree). Thus, there were 16 treatment combinations, each given 3 times, so 48 citrus trees were needed. The results showed that the interaction of potassium nitrate fertilizer dose with magnesium sulfate (KxM) fertilizer did not significantly affect all observed variables. The highest fruit weight per tree was obtained at a dose of potassium nitrate fertilizer of 750 g/tree, which was 11.53 kg, an increase of 96.75% when compared to without potassium nitrate fertilizer which was only 5.86 kg. While the magnesium sulfate fertilizer treatment obtained the highest harvested fruit weight per tree at a dose of 15 g/tree, namely 10.17 kg, an increase of 30.05% when compared to magnesium sulfate fertilizer which was only 7.82 kg.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of giving MKP fertilizer, rabbit solid organic fertilizer and the interaction of MKP fertilizer with rabbit solid organic fertilizer on the growth and yield of cayenne pepper plants. This research was conducted in Subak Rapuan, Mas Village, Ubud District, Gianyar Regency with an altitude of 400 meters above sea level. The experiment lasted for 4 months, from May to July 2022. This experiment used a Randomized Block Design (RAK) with 2 factors arranged in a factorial manner. The first factor is using MKP fertilizer with 4 levels, namely M0: 0 g l-1 water, M1: 2 g l-1 water, M2: 4 g l-1 water, M3: 6 g l-1 water and the second factor is using solid organic rabbit fertilizer consisting of 3 levels, namely P1: 10 tons ha-1, P2: 20 tons ha-1 and P3: 30 tons ha-1. Observations of plant height, number of leaves, number of flowers, and number of fruit will begin 3 weeks after planting, while the fresh weight and dry weight of fruit and stover will be measured at the end of harvest. The results of statistical analysis showed that the application of MKP fertilizer to cayenne pepper plants had a very significant effect on the variables of maximum leaf number, number, number of flowers, total fruit number and fruit fresh weight and had no significant effect on maximum plant height, fruit oven dry weight, fresh weight of stover and oven dry weight of the stove. The treatment of giving rabbit organic fertilizer showed a significant to very significant effect on all observed variables except for the maximum number of leaves and fruit oven dry weight which showed no significant effect. The interaction between the treatment of the effect of MKP fertilizer with organic rabbit fertilizer had a very significant effect on maximum plant height, significantly affected the maximum number of leaves, number of flowers, total fruit number, fruit fresh weight, fruit oven dry weight and oven dry weight of the stove.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled "The Effect of Applying Chicken Manure and KCl Fertilizer on the Growth and Yield of Shallot Plants (Allium ascalonicum, L.) "This study aims to determine the effect of doses of chicken manure and KCl fertilizer and their interactions on the growth and yield of onion plants. This research was conducted in the greenhouse of the Faculty of Agriculture, Warmadewa University, Jl Terompong Tanjung Bungkak, Denpasar with an altitude of 25 m above sea level. The research starts from March to June 2022. The design used in this study was a factorial randomized group design (RAK) consisting of 2 factors, namely: the first factor is the dose of chicken manure (A) which consists of 4 treatment levels, namely A 0 = 0 tons ha-1, A1 = 15 tons ha-1, A2 = 30 tons ha-1, A3 = 45 tons ha-1. While the second factor is the dose of KCl (K) fertilizer which consists of 4 levels of treatment, namely K 0 = 0 kg ha-1, K1 = 200 kg ha-1, K2 = 400 kg ha-1, K3 = 600 kg ha-1. The observed variables were maximum plant height, number of leaves, number of tubers per clump, fresh weight of tubers per clump, fresh weight of plots per clump, dry weight of tuber ovens per clump, dry weight of beaver ovens per clump, and harvest index. The results of this study showed that the treatment of chicken manure doses (A) and KCl (K) fertilizer doses and interactions (AxK) differed unreally (P≥0.05) against all variables observed plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), number of tubers per clump (tuber), fresh weight of tubers per clump (g), fresh weight of brangkasan per clump (g), dry weight of tuber ovens per clump (g), dry weight of the oven per clump (g), and harvest index (%). In the dose treatment of chicken manure (A1) has the highest value in the dry weight of the tuber oven, which is 5.03 grams. Keywords : Shallots, Chicken Manure, KCl

Abstract

Shallots are one of the commodities that are widely consumed by the public as a mixture of cooking spices. Shallots are also a medicinal ingredient to lower cholesterol levels, blood sugar, prevent blood clots, lower blood pressure and facilitate blood flow. In the world of agriculture,one effort to support the growth of shallots is by fertilizing, fertilization aims to add nutrients needed by plants, and can affect the physical properties, chemical properties, and biological properties of the soil . This study aims to determine the effect of planting distance and types of organic fertilizers on onion growth and production (Allium ascalonicum L.) This research is a field research conducted from March 2022 to June 2022 in Subak Rapuan, Mas Village, Ubud District, Gianyar Regency with a place height of 400 meters above sea level. This study is a factorial experiment using the Basic Design, namely the Group Randomized Design (RAK) which was tried to consist of two factors, namely the first factor is the planting distance (J) consisting of J1 (20 cm x 10 cm), J2 (20 cm x 15 cm) and J3 (20 cm x 20 cm). While the second factor is the type of organic fertilizer (P) which consists of rabbit manure 30 tons ha-1, chicken manure 30 tons ha-1 and cow manure 30 tons ha-1 . The results of this study showed that the interaction and treatment of spacing had an intangible effect on all observed variables. The treatment of organic fertilizer types has a marked to very noticeable effect on the treatment of plant height, number of leaves, number of tubers per clump, fresh weight of tubers and dry weight of tubers, while fresh weight of berangkasan, dry weight of the crop and harvest index have an unreal effect. The highest fresh weight and dry weight of tubers were obtained at a planting distance of 20 cm x 20 cm, namely 91.11 g and 20 cm x 15 cm, which was 20.42 g when compared to the lowest yield in the spacing treatment of 20 cm x 10 cm, an increase of 21.51% and 28.26%. The fresh weight of tubers and the highest dry weight of tubers tend to be obtained in the treatment of rabbit manure 30 tons ha-1, namely weighing 94.74 g and 23.00 g, when compared to the lowest yield in the treatment of chicken manure 30 tons ha-1, which weighs 67.51 g and 12.57 g, an increase of 40.33% and 82.97%.

Abstract

Green beans have advantages over other food crops in terms of agronomy and economy, such as: (1) shorter-lived between (55-65 days) can be harvested, (2) more drought-resistant with relatively small water requirements for green bean growth, namely 700-900 mm / year. In rainfalls that are lower than that, it can still grow because it is deeply rooted, (3) it can be planted on less fertile land and fertilize the soil because it is symbiose with rhizobium and produces as much biomass (11-12 t/h), (4) easy cultivation methods are sufficiently minimal tillage and seeds are sown, (5) pest attacks are less diseased and (6) the selling price is high and stable. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of planting distance and application of rabbit manure on the growth and yield of green bean plants (Vigna radiata L). The experimental design used was with a randomized design of the group and the analysis of the F test (analysis of variance) on the. This research was carried out in Subak Rapuan, Mas Village, Ubud District, Gianyar Regency with an altitude of 400 meters above sea level. The implementation of the study starts from March - June 2022. The highest fresh weight of seeds at the spacing treatment (J3) can be caused by wide planting distances and optimal fertilizer application. The wider planting distance provides space for access to sunlight, air temperature, and air humidity that can contribute to the growth and development of plants. The wider planting distance will reduce the competition higher so that with the J3 planting distance, it reduces the occurrence of nutrient competition so that the nutrients given through K3 fertilization will be used properly by plants. This shows that a dose of rabbit manure of 15 tons/ha-1 has the best effect on the growth of green beans so that it gives high yields compared to doses of 5 tons/ha-1 and 10 tons/ha-1. The fresh weight of seeds per plant is strongly supported by the presence of correlations in the number of pods (r = 0.889**) the length of the pods (r = 0.828*) and the number of seeds (r = 0.921**).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of giving concentrations of wood vinegar and arbuscular mycorrhizal biofertilizers on the growth and yield of soybean Edamame (Glycine max L. Merrill.). As well as to determine the interaction of giving a combination of wood vinegar and mycorrhizal biofertilizers on the growth and yield of Edamame soybean plants (Glycine max L. Merrill.). This research was conducted in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Warmadewa University, Jalan Terompong No.24, Sumerta Kelod, East Denpasar District, Denpasar City from May to August 2022. The research method used was a Randomized Block Design (RAK) with 2 factors arranged factorial . The first factor was the administration of wood vinegar (C), which consisted of 4 levels, namely C0 = Control (0% wood vinegar concentration), C1 = 2% wood vinegar concentration, C2 = 4% wood vinegar concentration, C3 = 6% wood vinegar concentration. the second factor used biological mycorrhiza (M) fertilizer which consisted of 5 treatment levels, namely M0 = Control (0 g.polybag-1), M1 = 5 g.plant-1, M2 = 10 g.plant-1, M3 = 15 g .plant-1, M4 = 20 g.plant-1 was repeated 3 times so that 60 polybags were needed. The results of statistical analysis showed that the dose of mycorrhizal biofertilizer had a significant effect (P <0.05) on the highest number of flowers per plant obtained in the M3 treatment (15 g.plant-1), namely 46.25 buds, an increase of 21.08% compared to mycorrhizal fertilizer treatment M0 (0 g.plant-1) namely 36.50 buds. The highest number of pods per plant was obtained in the M3 treatment (15 g.plant-1), namely 43.25 pods, an increase of 21.39% compared to the M0 mycorrhizal fertilizer treatment (0 g.plant-1), ie 34.00 pods. Abstract

Super free-range chicken is currently a very promising new business opportunity due to very high consumer demand. To support the demand for super free-range chicken meat, it is necessary to develop super free-range chicken farms in order to meet the increasing demand from year to year. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving rations containing taro tuber flour on the carcass percentage of super free range chickens aged 10 weeks. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 3 replications. Each replication consisted of 5 chickens so that the number of chickens used was 75. The treatments were R0 control rations without taro tuber flour, R1 rations containing 5% taro tuber, R2 rations containing 10% taro tuber, R3 rations containing 15% taro tuber and R4 rations containing 20% ​​taro tuber. The results showed that the ingredients of taro tuber flour in the ration had a significant effect (P<0.05) on the slaughter weight and carcass weight of super free-range chicken, but did not have a significant effect (P>0.05) on the percentage of carcass and non-carcass percentage. . Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the marketing strategy that has been implemented so far and the factors that have become obstacles to the Cianjur grilled fish restaurant, the Denpasar branch of the Makassar branch. Sampling in this study was carried out using informant techniques, namely managers who conceptually know and understand the ins and outs of the strategy used and how to market their products, the head of the finance department who handles incoming and outgoing finances, the head of HR (personnel) who knows the quality of work of both employees sales, delivery and cashiers, and took 10 consumers to find out their responses or responses to the Denpasar Branch of the Ikan Bakar Cianjur Restaurant. Data analysis used the SWOT analysis method which includes IFAS and EFAS analysis. The results of the IFAS analysis a value of 2.8 was obtained. This indicates that it has been able to take advantage of its strengths and has been able to overcome internal weaknesses. EFAS obtained a value of 2.7. This indicates that the Denpasar branch of the Cianjur grilled fish house restaurant with respect to the external environment is quite good. From the results of the IE matrix, the strategy applied is a strategy of concentration through horizontal/stability integration. And the strategy that needs to be recommended to the Denpasar Branch of Ikan Bakar Cianjur Restaurant is to use the existing opportunities and strengths, including maintaining a restaurant business culture that has an open and spacious place.
