Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship and influence between Social Media Advertising and Event Marketing on Brand Awareness and its impact on Tenue de Attire's Purchase Intention products. The population in this study were people who follow the official Tenue de Attire account on Instagram. This study uses Path Analysis to measure the relationship and the influence of independent variables with dependent variables. In this study, data was obtained by collecting questionnaires to the population through Direct Message. The results obtained in this study are, Social Media Advertising and Event Marketing have a significant influence on Brand Awareness and its impact on Tenue de Attire's Purchase Intention products.

Abstract

This research is motivated by problems in the Company related to leadership style that does not help employees to be motivated, maintain and increase motivation within themselves. The employee's work environment needs to have sufficient facilities to support daily work in order to improve performance, and a high workload that is sometimes beyond the ability of employees. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of leadership style, work environment and workload on the performance of employees of PT. NFI is part of the fillpack. This study uses quantitative research methods. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test and regression coefficient (hypothesis). The population of this research is the employees of PT. NFI part of the fillpack as many as 130 employees. This study uses a probability sampling method with a simple random sampling technique, meaning that all members of the population are assumed to have the same opportunity to be selected as the research sample. The results of the study which were processed using the SPSS version 22 for windows program in the t-test (partial) showed that leadership style significantly affected employee performance with a t-count value of 2.886 > t-table 1.989, the influence of the work environment significantly affected employee performance with a t-count value 2,276 > t table 1,989 and the workload also significantly affects employee performance with a t count value of 2,183 > t table 1,989. Thus the researcher can conclude that the variables of leadership style, work environment and workload can be considered and used as benchmarks in employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of mobile banking, internet banking and sms banking on the financial performance of Islamic banking in Indonesia. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The population in this study are all financial reports published by Islamic banks that have used mobile banking, internet banking and sms banking, namely BRI Syariah, BNI Syariah, Syariah Mandiri, BCA Syariah, Bukopin Syariah and BJB Syariah and have reported their financial statements with a period of 2015-2020. The results showed that mobile banking, internet banking and sms banking had a significant effect on the financial performance of Islamic banks in Indonesia

Abstract

Employees are an important asset for the company, because the productivity of the company is on them. Therefore the company must have its employees very well so that employees feel comfortable. The comfort factor for employees is something that must be considered by the company so that employees feel at home working at the company so that employees become loyal, so that their performance becomes better. In fact, if employees feel uncomfortable, it will cause work stress that can cause stress. This study aims to see the effect of stress on performance mediated by burnout. Respondents consisted of 81 employees of PD 2.2 Common Rail. Methods and data using a questionnaire. Data processing techniques using Smart PLS, the results of this study indicate that: first, job stress does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables. Second, performance has a positive and significant effect on Burnout. Third, Job Stress has a positive and significant effect on the Burnout variable. fourth, work stress and performance have a positive and significant effect on Burnout.

Abstract

The need for sharia insurance protection for Islamic banking financing products creates competition between Sharia Insurance Companies. Determining the marketing strategy demands the right tools, has limits and is measurable. One such tool is through the marketing mix. This study investigates the effect of product, price, promotion, people and process on the decision to use Sharia Financing Insurance products by Person in Charge (PIC) Sharia Banking. The study used a descriptive quantitative approach through multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t test and f test with SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that the entire marketing mix has a direct correlation and am significant influence on usage decisions. The most dominant process variable affects with a coefficient of 0.760. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.69, meaning that all of the derivative variables of the positioning strategy have a joint contribution of 69% to the use decision variable and 31% are influenced by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

Based on the results of initial research conducted on performance, it was found that there were problems in accordance with performance indicators, including: the quality of employees is still considered very low, the quantity of employees is still considered lacking in completing the work within the allotted time and also there is still a lack of commitment to work. This greatly hampers the performance of employees at CV Dua Putra Mandiri. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and discipline on employee performance at CV Dua Putra Mandiri. This research uses associative method with quantitative descriptive approach. The types of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data is obtained from the results of direct processing of the object. While secondary data is data that researchers get from books and other data sources related to the discussion of this research. The research was conducted to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of the independent variable (X) on the dependent variable (Y). The results of this study indicate that partially it can be concluded that motivation (X1) and discipline (X2) have a positive and significant influence on performance (Y). From the results of this study, it can be concluded that simultaneously motivation and discipline have a significant effect on performance.

Abstract

Seiring dengan berkembangnya industri bisnis saat ini mengakibatkan beberapa perusahaan berorientasi pada permintaan pelanggan. Seperti halnya pada industri bidang pelayanan jasa, khususnya perusahaan jasa kurir yang memiliki sejumlah pelanggan dari masyarakat umum dan pelanggan corporate dimana industri bisnis tersebut mampu memudahkan produsen dan konsumen bertransaksi, meminimalisir waktu, serta memperoleh peluang bisnis baru dari kebutuhan-kebutuhan pelanggan yang belum tercapai. Kualitas merupakan senjata perusahaan agar dapat memenangkan persaingan, namun hampir semua perusahaan terutama perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa berupaya menghasilkan kualitas yang sama. Untuk itu kualitas bukan satu-satunya jalan ampuh yang ditempuh perusahaan untuk dapat bersaing dengan kompetitornya. Menurut American Society for Quality Control, kualitas adalah keseluruhan ciri-ciri dan karakteristik-karakteristik dari suatu produk atau jasa dalam hal kemampuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan-kebutuhan yang telah ditentukan atau bersifat laten (Lupiyoadi, 2001). Pendekatan kuantitatif adalah pendekatan yang disajikan dalam bentuk angka-angka atau dengan mengunakan rumus-rumus statistik untuk mengatur variabel-variabel penelitian Sugiyono (2012:157-159). Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda yang merupakan metode untuk mencari hubungan atau pengaruh dari variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Berdasarkan temuan hasil penelitian dari tiga variabel yang meliputi variabel Pelayanan (X1) sebesar (0,291), Harga (X2) sebesar (0,286), dan Komunikasi (X3) sebesar (0,556). Diketahui bahwa variabel Pelayanan (X1), Harga (X2), dan Komunikasi (X3) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kepuasan konsumen adalah variabel Komunikasi (X3). Hasil penelitian ini yang menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel bebas memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian

Abstract

Human resource development is take carried out in the journey with the times. This development is carried out so that the company's goals can be accomplished and the company is able to stayed for a long time. The dirrection of this reserach was to determine the aspect of self-efficacy and work environment on employee job satisfaction. The population of this study are employees at a company in Sidoarjo. The sample with was 133 respondents with the census technique. Multiple linear regression is the data analysis used.. The results obtained are self-efficacy partially significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The work environment has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Self-efficacy and work environment have an effect on job satisfaction simultaneously

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of work environment and workload on job satisfaction through job stress at the North Sumatra Regional Police (Study at the Special Criminal Investigation Directorate) directly or indirectly. The approach used in this research is a causal approach. The population in this study were all North Sumatra Regional Police Officers at the Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation. The sample in this study used a saturated sample of 69 North Sumatra Police at the Special Criminal Investigation Directorate. Data collection techniques in this study used documentation, observation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study uses a quantitative approach using statistical analysis using the Auter Model Analysis test, Inner Model Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing. Data processing in this study uses the PLS (Partial Least Square) software program. The results of this study prove that work environment, workload and work stress have a significant effect on job satisfaction and indirectly work environment and workload have a significant effect on job satisfaction.
