Abstract

Determination of employees who are promoted to positions aims to provide motivation and positive influence on other employees to further improve the work ethic in the Lebong District Regent's office. Determining who will be famous for mutation/promotion has of course gone through various stages of the process from within the Committee Team as well as passing the evaluation stages from the Committee based on certain criteria that have been set. These criteria include class (I, II, III and IV), tenure (long, long and recent), last education (Diploma, S1 and S2), training (1-3, 3-5, > 5) achievement (low, medium, high, and very high) and time period (short, medium and long). Lebong Regency Government Offices who meet the highest criteria will be selected to get a promotion for their dedication. However, the problem is how to make the right and competent choice as an employee who has high dedication if in the assessment alone there are employees who have almost the same rating score, close to the same, or even the exact same. It will be difficult for the Committee to make a decision to determine which employees are promoted to positions. Therefore, a Decision Support System with the application of the MFEP (Multifactor Evaluation Process) method can assist in making decisions on complex issues by simplifying the process. This system can assist decision makers in determining promotions quickly and precisely.

Abstract

The high demand for chilies, especially in Gorontalo, is a driving force for chilli cultivating farmers. The price of chili which is uncertain every day can fluctuate. The Gorontalo City Food Service cannot make predictions to estimate prices in the following month. Prediction is defined as the use of statistical techniques in the form of a picture of the future based on the processing of historical figures. Due to the many algorithms that can be used in predictions, this study will compare forecasting algorithms namely Support Vector Machine (SVM), K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) and Neural Network (NN). Experiments that have been carried out, on chili price prediction with forecasting algorithms have been successfully carried out. The root mean square error (RMSE) result of the SVM algorithm is 0.233, the K-NN algorithm is 0.223 and the NN algorithm is 0.206. Of the three forecasting algorithms used, the best results are produced by the Neural Network algorithm with the smallest RMSE value of 0.206. So it can be concluded that the proposed model is close to perfection, because a comparison of the results of implementing chili price predictions for the next three months produces an accuracy value of 99.25% on average

Abstract

Abstract: This study describes the concept of Ta'dib Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas in Character Development of Students. This research is a qualitative research that uses a pedagogical approach. The results show that the concept of Ta'dib according to Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas, the concept of Ta'dib emphasizes the mastery of correct knowledge in a person in order to produce stable charity and good behavior based on faith. The concept of Ta'dib, first, as a moral competence (morals) that must be possessed by educators and students, second, the formation of personality so that the psychological characteristics of a person related to the tendency to relate socially with others, especially those related to; friendliness, self-control, implementation can be said to be successful because of the adab education that is applied in the lives of students, but it must also be admitted that during the epidemic, Ta'dib education experienced a few obstacles, such as education level, environment, culture, socio-economic level and online learning.Keywords: Ta'dib; Character; Covid-19 Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengambarkan pemikiran Tadib Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas dalam Pengembangan Karakter Peserta Didik. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan pedagogis. Konsep Tadib, pertama, sebagai kompetensi moral (akhlak) yang harus dimiliki oleh pendidik maupun peserta didik, kedua, pembentukan kepribadian agar karakteristik psikologis seseorang yang berkaitan dengan kecendrungan untuk berhubungan sosial dengan orang lain, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan; keramahan, pengendalian diri, implementasi bisa dikatakan berhasil karena pendidikan adab yang diterapkan dalam kehidupan peserta didik, namun harus diakui juga dimasa pademik pendidikan Tadib mengalami sedikit kendala, seperti tingkat pendidikan, Lingkungan, Budaya, Tingkat sosial ekonomi dan pembelajaran Daring. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep Tadib menurut Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas, konsepTadib titik tekan pada penguasaan ilmu yang benar dalam diri seseorang agar menghasilkan kemantapan amal dan tingkah laku yang baik yang berlandaskan keimanan.Kata kunci: Tadib; Karakter; Covid-19

Abstract

Abstract: The development of the world of education and learning in schools was triggered by the development of management and management of these schools. The better the management of the school, the better the development of education in the school concerned. The application of technology in school management and management is mandatory to bring schools to develop in a modern and transparent manner. One important part of the school that must be managed properly is the academic part of the school. All information about teacher data, students, materials and even class schedules should be well documented. This is where the role of technology can be utilized so that the management of academic data is not overlapping, messy, and difficult to manage. The purpose of this research is to develop a brain-for-Islamic school-specific academic system. Making a system that can accommodate and even manage all of the academic data is mandatory if the school wants to develop in a better direction. For this reason, researchers will develop a special academic system for the Brainfor Islamic School. In its development, researchers will use the agile development method as a method in developing the system in order to produce a good academic information system according to school needs.Keywords: academic information system; agile development; brainfor islamic school Abstrak: Perkembangan dunia pendidikan dan pembelajaran dalam sekolah dipicu oleh berkembangnya pengelolaan dan manajemen sekolah tersebut. Semakin baik pengelolaan sekolah maka semakin baik pula perkembangkan pendidikan di sekolah yang bersangkutan. Penerapan teknologi dalam pengelolaan dan manajemen sekolah menjadi hal yang wajib untuk membawa sekolah berkembang secara modern dan transparan. Salah satu bagian penting dalam sekolah yang harus di kelola dengan baik adalah bagian akademik sekolah. Semua informasi tentang data guru, siswa, materi dan bahkan jadwal pelajaran seharusnya terdokumentasi dengan baik. Disinilah peran teknologi dapat dimanfaatkan agar pengelolaan data akademik tersebut tidak tumpang tindih, berantakan, dan sulit dikelola. Tujua penelitin ini untuk mengembangakan sebuah sistem akademik khusus sekolah brainfor islamic school. Pembuatan sebuah sistem yang dapat menampung bahkan mengelola semua data akademik tersebut menjadi wajib jika ingin sekolah berkembang kearah yang lebih baik lagi. Untuk itu peneliti akan mengembangkan sebuah sistem akademik khusus bagi sekolah Brainfor Islamic School. Dalam pengembangnannya, peneliti akan menggunakan metode agile development sebagai metode dalam pengembangan sistem tersebut guna menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi akademik yang baik sesuai dengan kebutuhan sekolah.kata kunci: sistem informasi akademik; agile development; brainfor islamic school

Abstract

Economic activities are increasingly complex along with the development of people's economic needs in modern times. Currently, there are many non-bank Islamic Financial Institutions that can help meet the needs of the consumptive community, such as the needs of members in the health and education sectors using ijarah contracts. The implementation is that the Islamic Financial Institution provides funds to members for education and hospital expenses, after which the members pay the Islamic Financial Institution in installments with a predetermined ujrah. After the author observes the implementation of ijarah contracts that are applied in multi-service financing such as education and health costs, these practices are not in accordance with Islamic law, because the meaning of services in ijarah contracts practiced by financial institutions is that service products owned by financial institutions are not services that are performed. by other parties.

Abstract

Abstract: The research aims to identify the semiotics aspects in the Candidates Of North Sumatera Governor 2013 2018. The communications in the data convey peoples emotions, feelings, and messages through expressive actions. By analyzing the communication, the people are able to be easy to understand the communication by using the body moving in semiotics in daily communication and ease people to understand messages delivered primarily in front of the public and help the speakers deliver ideas or opinions to the audiences. The research was conducted through qualitative descriptive analysis. The research data was the public debate on TV One Channel of The Candidates Of North Sumatera Governor 2013 2018, and the source of data was www.youtube.com. The research data were five candidates of the governors in the general election 2013 in 240 minutes. Body movement expression can be found in all five candidates speeches with the highest number of gestures performed by Chairman Harahap. The research results were that Chairman Harahap has 21 gestures, Effendi Simbolon has 18 gestures, Gus Irawan Pasaribu has 16 gestures, Gatot Pujo Nugroho has 12 Amri Tambunan has only the body movement (semiotics).Keywords: semiotics; body movement; debating Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi aspek semiotika pada Calon Gubernur Sumatera Utara 2013 2018. Komunikasi dalam data tersebut menyampaikan emosi, perasaan, dan pesan masyarakat melalui tindakan ekspresif. Dengan menganalisis komunikasi, masyarakat dapat dengan mudah memahami komunikasi dengan menggunakan gerak tubuh secara semiotika dalam komunikasi sehari-hari dan memudahkan masyarakat untuk memahami pesan yang disampaikan terutama di depan umum dan membantu pembicara menyampaikan ide atau pendapat kepada audiens. Penelitian dilakukan melalui analisis deskriptif kualitatif . Data penelitian ini adalah debat publik di Channel TV One Calon Gubernur Sumut 2013 2018, dan sumber datanya adalah www.youtube.com. Data penelitian adalah lima calon gubernur pada pemilihan umum tahun 2013 dalam waktu 240 menit. Ekspresi gerakan tubuh, dapat ditemukan pada kelima pidato kandidat dengan jumlah gestur terbanyak dilakukan oleh Ketua Harahap. Hasil penelitian adalah Ketua Harahap memiliki 21 gestur, Effendi Simbolon memiliki 18 gestur, Gus Irawan Pasaribu memiliki 16 gestur, Gatot Pujo Nugroho memiliki 12 Amri Tambunan hanya memiliki gerak tubuh (semiotika).

Abstract

Abstract: Elderly assistance is an assistance program provided by the government through the Social Service for elderly people aged 60 years and over who are in the poor category. However, currently the elderly assistance program is still not optimal because there are obstacles encountered such as limited members and the absence of an electronic data input system so that data collection still uses manual recording on paper making the process of determining elderly assistance takes a long time. Therefore a decision support system was designed to determine the provision of social assistance in fulfilling the needs of abandoned elderly people in the city of Bengkulu using the Promethee method. This decision support system is designed using the PHP Programming Language and MySQL database. The system created can make it easy for the Social Service to determine elderly recipients of social assistance in the city of Bengkulu.Keywords: decision support system; promethee; bengkulu social service Abstrak: Bantuan lansia merupakan program bantuan yang di berikan pemerintah melalui Dinas Sosial untuk kaum lansia umur 60 tahun keatas yang masuk kategori tidak mampu. Namun saat ini program bantuan lansia masih belum maksimal karena ada kendala yang dihadapi seperti terbatasnya anggota dan belum adanya sistem input data elektronik sehingga pendataan masih menggunakan pencatatan manual di kertas membuat proses penentuan bantuan lansia membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Oleh karena itu dirancang sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan pemberian bantuan sosial dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan kepada lansia terlantar di kota Bengkulu menggunakan metode Promethee. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini dirancang menggunakan Bahasa Pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Sistem yang dibuat dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi Dinas Sosial untuk menentukan lansia penerima bantuan sosial di kota Bengkulu.Kata kunci: sistem pendukung keputusan; promethee; dinas sosial bengkulu

Abstract

PT. Telkomsel is one of the companies engaged in the telecommunications sector, for supervisors it is very difficult to determine each customer service candidate who is the best, resulting in jealousy between other candidates. PT. Telkomsel needs to determine a strategy to make it easier to process data for each input value, namely by Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). This method is one of the most frequently applied methods to find out the best values a company needs to maintain smoothness in selecting the best candidates. From the research it can be concluded that each variable can be determined by dividing the most prioritized value, namely 0.5 Skill Variables, 03 Knowledge Parameters, 02 Attitude Parameters and with customer service data of 25 employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan, pengetahuan investasi, dan persepsi risiko terhadap keputusan investasi mahasiswa akuntansi. Variabel dependen atau variabel terikat yang digunakan adalah keputusan investasi, sedangkan variabel independen atau variabel bebas adalah literasi keuangan, pengetahuan investasi, dan persepsi risiko. Sample yang di gunakan berjumlah 97 responden. Data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis yang di gunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keputusan investasi dipengaruhi oleh literasi keuangan dan persepsi risiko secara positif, namun pengetahuan investasi tidak mempengaruhi mahasiswa akuntansi dalam mengambil keputusan investasi.

Abstract

Abstract: XYZ Senior High School Batam is a private school that was established in 2009 and has implemented information sytems and information technology as part of the schools business process activities. The implement of IS/IT at XYZ Senior High School aims to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of various jobs or activities that will be carried out by the school. Therefore, IS/IT strategic planning are certainly needed to assist schools in providing information that can support these goals. In order for the IS/IT strategic planning that is made to be in accordance with the vision, mission, and goals of XYZ Senior High School, the IS/IT strategic planning in this study will use the Ward and Peppard model framework starting from the internal and external environmental analysis process, as well as the IS/IT external and internal environmental analysis. The analysis process is carried out using SWOT, Value Chain, Porter's Five Force, PEST, technology trend analysis, and McFarlan's Strategic Grid matrix. The results of this study are to produce recommendations for nine new information systems, namely SIGAWAI; SIMAKEU; STUDENTS; E-Learning; SICRM; SITS; SIAMIK; SIAB; SIRANA; and SIHUMAS aims to make school services and operations more effective and efficientKeywords: analysis;ward and peppard framework;SI/IT strategic planning. Abstrak: Sekolah Menengah Atas XYZ Batam merupakan sebuah sekolah swasta yang berdiri pada tahun 2009 dan telah menerapkan sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi sebagai salah satu bagian dari kegiatan proses bisnis sekolah. Penerapan SI/TI pada SMA XYZ bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi dari berbagai pekerjaan ataupun kegiatan yang akan dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah. Oleh sebab itu, perencanaan strategis SI/TI tentu sangat diperlukan untuk membantu pihak sekolah dalam menyediakan informasi yang dapat mendukung tujuan tersebut. Agar perencanaan strategis SI/TI yang dibuat dapat sesuai dengan visi, misi, dan tujuan dari SMA XYZ, maka perencanaan strategis SI/TI pada penelitian ini akan menggunakan kerangka model Ward and Peppard yang dimulai dari proses analisis lingkungan bisnis internal dan eksternal, serta analisis lingkungan SI/TI eksternal dan internal. Proses analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis SWOT, analisis Value Chain, analisis Five Force Porter, analisis PEST, analisis tren teknologi, dan matriks McFarlans Strategic Grid. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan rekomendasi sembilan sistem informasi baru yaitu SIGAWAI; SIMAKEU; SISWARU; E-Learning; SICRM; SITS; SIAMIK; SIAB; SIRANA; dan SIHUMAS bertujuan agar pelayanan dan operasional sekolah menjadi lebih efektif dan efisienKata kunci: analisis;metode ward and peppard;perencanaan strategis SI/TI.
