Abstract

The focus of this research is on common rule violations committed by some educators in schools such as being late, leaving early, and attending to personal matters during work hours. The study aims to describe how the head of the Islamic Junior High School plays a crucial role in managing the discipline of teachers at State Islamic Junior High School 01 Kepahiang. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, documentation, and data validation through triangulation method. Data analysis is based on Miles and Huberman's opinion, involving data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research findings reveal that the head of State Islamic Junior High School 01 Kepahiang has seven important roles in enhancing the work discipline of educators. The head of the school acts as an educator by demonstrating personal discipline to set an example for subordinates. As a manager, the head of the school conducts regular evaluations and coordination to maintain discipline. As a leader, the head of the school guides and motivates all parties towards the school's goals. As a supervisor, the head of the school supervises and controls to improve discipline with a familial approach. As an innovator, the head of the school provides facilities that support teachers in their tasks. As an administrator, the head of the school regularly checks teachers' administration. Lastly, as a motivator, the head of the school rewards and penalizes teachers based on their level of discipline.

Abstract

The Ministry of Education, Culture, and Research and Technology issued a policy known as the Merdeka Learning curriculum, which aims to optimize the current education program. The commendation of this research is to evaluate the readiness of teachers to implement the Independent Learning Curriculum. This case study involves two teachers and a curriculum waka who implemented this curriculum in high school. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Then the data is evaluated through collection, and subtraction, delivery and conclusion. The results of this study show that teachers are quite ready to establish an independent learning curriculum in secondary schools. One of the obstacles for teachers in implementing this curriculum is the lack of understanding between teachers and parents about the independent learning curriculum. In addition, resources and facilities are inadequate.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comparison between Teachers who receive a Teacher's Professional Benefit (TPG) and teachers who are receiving a performance benefit (TuKin) against the spirit of work in MAN 01 Kepahiang. The research methods used are quantitative comparative studies with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, documentation, and quizzes. Teachers serve as the leading guardians in the education system and are an important and strategic component. Because they are directly involved in the teaching learning process and are a vital part of the educational system as a whole, teachers are vital for improving the quality of education. The granting of Teacher Profession Benefits (TPG) and Performance Benefit (TuKin) is expected to enable teachers to be more enthusiastic in carrying out their basic duties and functions, so as to get maximum results and improve the quality of education in Indonesia. The results of the study showed that from the results of hypothesis test / T test obtained average value of the work spirit of the teacher beneficiary of the profession benefit = 0.274 while Teacher Beneficiary performance benefit = 0,275 Average value of work spirit for both groups is very close to the difference of only 0.001 this suggests that in general the value of working spirit between the two groups is almost the same and has no significant difference. It shows that the allowance between the two groups of teachers has both had an impact on each other's work spirit in addition to other factors that can influence the work spirit.

Abstract

This research aims to describe in detail how to implement stress coping strategies in an effort to overcome bullying behavior at the Al-Hikmah Gedang Islamic boarding school for children in Ungaran. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis is carried out by giving meaning to the data that has been collected and from that meaning conclusions are drawn. The results of the research show that the implementation of stress coping strategies at the Al-Hikmah Gedanganak Islamic boarding school uses Emotional focused coping, including self-control, seeking social support, positive reinterpretation, acceptance and denial. Implementation activities for stress coping strategies begin with planning, implementation and evaluation using the CIPP evaluation model, namely Context, Input, Process, Product. Abstract

This article aims to determine the implementation of religious moderation in relations with fellow Muslims. The research used is a qualitative research method with a type of library data collection by reading books, journals or other sources that are believed to be true. Indonesia is a country consisting of many tribes, races and religions, of course this easily creates divisions. Many of the divisions themselves originate from liberal and extremist ideologies that have entered Indonesia. As a multicultural nation, Indonesia is very appropriate to practice moderation. A moderate, fair and balanced mental attitude is the main key in managing diversity. The results of this discussion show that the implementation of religious moderation in relations with fellow Muslims includes: 1) Brotherhood with fellow Muslims; 2) Say hello and pray for each other; 3) Advise others wisely; 4) Maintaining the honor of fellow Muslims; 5) Respect elders, love younger ones; 6) Mingling with members of the opposite sex who are not mahram; 7) Do not hurt Muslim feelings; 8) Help each other with the affairs of fellow Muslims.

Abstract

Quality is the level of conformity of a product, service or work result based on standards that have been created. Quality can also be measured based on the ability of a product or service to meet the needs and expectations of users or consumers. Schools as educational service providers must guarantee quality on an ongoing basis. This needs to be supported by the formation of a quality culture in schools. A school quality culture is an important foundation in efforts to continuously improve the quality of education. In the educational context, a culture of quality includes a commitment to high standards in the teaching and learning process, school management, and achieving optimal results for all students. The principal as the main leader in the school has a very strategic role in building and developing this quality culture. The purpose of this writing is to describe the role of the principal in developing a quality culture in the school. This research method is a qualitative research method, data mining is carried out by reviewing literature (scientific articles, books and other supporting sources). The results of this research illustrate that a culture of quality can be built by optimizing the role of the school principal to the maximum, such as the role of the school as a leader. Apart from that, it also makes supervision more effective in the performance of teaching and educational staff.

Abstract

Gerakan Koalisi Konco Pejuang Demokrasi (Koko Pede) menguat dalam mengupayakan calon alternatif menyusul gelagat petahana Arif Sugiyanto – Ristawati Purwaningsih kembali maju pilkada 2024. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap gerakan Koko Pede mengantisipasi calon tunggal pada pilkada Kebumen 2024 agar tidak seperti pilkada sebelumnya pada 2020 yang hanya diikuti Arif - Rista. Metode penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teori gerakan sosial baru dari Sidney Tarrow. Hasil penelitian mengungkap strategi Koko Pede yang tidak menjegal petahana untuk maju pilkada 2024 setelah kemunculan calon alternatif Lilis Nuryani – Zaeni Miftah. Sebab peluang untuk menjadi calon tunggal juga datang ke Lilis – Zaeni sebelum penetapan calon bupati – calon wakil bupati oleh Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU). Oleh karena itu, Koko Pede berperan signifikan dalam menjaga demokrasi berjalan sehat dan bermartabat dengan tidak adanya calon tunggal pada pilkada Kebumen 2024.

Abstract

Pondok pesantren merupakan lembaga pendidikan non formal yang mengajarkan kepada santri ilmu agama. Pondok pesantren yang dahulu dikenal sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang hanya mengajarkan agama sekarang sudah berafiliasi dan mulai mengajarkan ilmu terkait dengan life skill. Pembekalan dan pengajaran life skill diharapkan mampu memberikan bekal kehidupan santri dan siap membangun kemandirian. Pondok Pendawa termasuk salah satu pondok yang menerapkan manajemen penggabungan pembelajaran aspek ilmu dan life skill. Pondok pendawa menuntut santri tidak hanya pandai dalam ilmu agama, ibadah, umum, tapi juga cakap dalam life skill. Hemat kalimat semua kecapakan tersebut terangkum dalam 3 B. Penelitian ini menjadi penelitian yang penting, karena bisa menjadi salah satu alternatif rujukan pondok pesantren mahasiswa dalam pengelolaannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penelitia yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif. Penggalian data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang sudah diperoleh diolah dan disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa manajemen 3 B (Beribadah, Belajar dan Bekerja) sangat membekas dalam diri santri. Beberapa alumni mempunyai jiwa entrepreneur yang siap membangun usahanya sendiri seperti menjahit, budidaya sayur hidropoinik, jasa penyewaan tempat.

Abstract

Childfree is the decision not to have children, originally emerging in the West and spreading to Indonesia, sparking debates with religious principles. The Tafsir Al-Maraghȋ highlights the purpose of partnering in Islam, emphasizing the sustainability of humanity. Verses such as An-Nahl 16:72, Ar-Rum 30:21, and Asy-Syura 42:11 underscore the importance of children's roles in the family. Research, utilizing library research methods and a descriptive analytical approach, indicates that the childfree decision can be positive if based on considerations that bring benefits. However, without a strong foundation or neglecting the core values of marriage, it is deemed inconsistent with religious teachings emphasizing the purpose of marriage to preserve human existence and the inherent nature of humanity.
