Abstract

Ramadan moments provide business opportunities in various fields in various sectors. One of them is in the fashion sector because Ramadan is closely related to Eid. Eid itself is often associated with new clothes. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa is one of the major department stores in Indonesia. Ramayana Department Store often steals attention through its iconic advertisements. One of the iconic Ramayana advertisements is the Ramadhan (2018) edition #KerenLahirBatin edition. This study examines the meaning of the Ramayana advertisement in the Ramadhan (2018). The method used in this research is content analysis method using Rolland Barthes' semiotic approach. The results of the analysis show two things, namely that there is an ideology of capitalism that operates in the Ramayana advertisement of the Ramadhan (2018) and the existence of a perpetuation of patriarchal discourse which views that men are superior while women are inferior, especially in the lower middle social class.

Abstract

The article “Film Narratology Ada Apa Dengan Cinta?” is a scientific publication based on research results entitled “Film Narrative What's Up With Love? from the Perspective of Structural Semiotics”. The narrative structure of the film What's Up With Love? (director: Rudi Soedjarwo, 2002) was investigated using the modified vertical narrative structural analysis method of Roland Barthes's formulation, and an analysis of its derivatives was made. The derivative vertical narrative structural analysis method is used to read the film's narratology Ada Apa Dengan Cinta?

Abstract

The historical development in the frame of Nusantara cultural art will not be separated from the role of the great empire that once triumphed in Indonesia. Majapahit as one of the great kingdoms that in history was able to unite the archipelago certainly had a hand in the development of nusantara cultural arts, for example is the Majapahit ornament. One of the ornaments that is considered monumental is the Majapahit solar, because most consider it as the symbol of the Majapahit State, some consider it a symbol of reminding life. Learning and living the form and meaning of ornaments, it requires a certain knowledge and skill and a long time, considering that ornaments have various aspects such as: types of motifs, patterns, representations, values or meanings behind the form, depiction techniques, and different applications. Surya Majapahit also has unique and diverse characteristics of each very complex visual presentation ranging from the shape of the image, the naming of the parts of the image, and its meaning. And one of the important elements is the learning of the meaning behind a form that is acceptable and correctly understood, that the presence of ornaments in every building, especially sacred buildings, certainly has words and teachings that are used as guidelines for the supporting community in its time.

Abstract

The research entitled “Rempah Nusantara dalam Seni Lukis pada Media Talenan dengan Teknik 3D” is applied research based on the development of painting which functions as a medium of information about the natural wealth of the archipelago. Aside from spices and medicineherbscesis  are also very suitable to be used as a source of ideas in the creation of works of art. Because spices have various and unique shapesattarstractive colors. Using applied research methods with various stags, including: observation of objects or observations, contemplation, experimentation, fo,rmation, work and presentation. This research is focused on creating innovative works of art with the theme of Indonesian spices on cutting boards techniques technique, so that the spices look as real as they are on a cutting board. The purpose of this research is to reintroduce native Indonesian spices to the wider community with the medium of painting, as well as to explore new possibilities in terms of developing techniques that are more innovative and have an economic impact.

Abstract

Seni Kriya mengalami perkembangan dan pergeseran , termasuk dalam aspek spasial.  Karya seni kriya yang dikenal dengan aspek fungsional untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan keseharian, dengan penempatan pada ruang domestik, kini telah merambah dengan bergeser ke ruang yang luas yaitu ruang publik, seperti yang terlihat dibeberapa titik di kota Yogyakarta. Hal ini tentu saja memberikan pengaruh pada dinamika kriya khususnya di Kota Yogyakarta. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah mengetahui estetika pada karya yang ditempatkan pada karya seni kriya di ruang publik di Yogyakarta, khususnya pada konteks intra estetik. Selain itu juga untuk mengetahui bagaimana karya tersebut berkontribusi pada sisi intra dan ekstra estetik kota Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Dimensi estetik seni kriya ruang publik baik di luar ruang dan dalam gedung layanan publik mampu memperkuat branding kota Yogyakarta sebagai kota pendidikan seni, destinasi wisata, seni  dan budaya. Karya seni kriya  publik dapat menjadi landmark temporer bagi kota. Persepsi publik sebagian besar memiliki respon positif tentang seni kriya ruang  publik, namun mereka lebih menyukai jenis karya seni yang menyertakan informasi, indah dan bersifat ekspresif daripada yang  sekedar memiliki aspek fungsional. Temuan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi perkembangan seni kriya ruang publik dan tata kota, khususnya dalam membangun seni kriya ruang publik di wilayah Yogyakarta, serta  berkontribusi dalam kolaborasi keilmuan seni, tata kota, dan ruang publik dalam perancangan perkotaan kontemporer, melalui karya seni sebagai topik penelitian yang pelu terus dikembangkan

Abstract

The aim of this article is to discuss the dynamics of Lurik Klaten from the early era to its present existence. This research is descriptive-qualitative research. Lurik Klaten is a type of traditional weaving that still exists today. The existence of Lurik Klaten is the result of a long process. Starting from the traditional weaving culture using looms called gendhong, Lurik Klaten switched to ATBM (Alat Tenun Bukan Mesin; non-machinery looms) to meet the needs for clothing at the beginning of Indonesia’s independence period. The prestige of Lurik in Pedan degraded during the New Order Era with the advent of modern textile machines. This condition continued until 2006 when the government established several policies as an effort to revive it and as a community empowerment for earthquake victims

Abstract

Activities implementation of work programs through community sevice during covid -19 Pandemic is a nem moment. The work program is cattied out through a series of stages that have been prepared with careful consideration. Consideration of the effectiveness and quality of the material transferred in a simple but adaptive map mapping to a pandemic situation. The various impacts of COVID -19 pandemic both in the social, economic and cultural sectors provide concern and caution. The presentation with the video tutorial format is considered appropriate and is realized through a series of stages from pre-production, production and post production online and intensive communication between students and mentoring lecturers. The service activity aims to provide science and technology transfer to reduce the impact of current pandemic, which is oriented to the problem of forming a mindsetfor improving habituation and lifestyle. Stimulating creativity and independence for the people of Wonorejo village, Gondangrejo, Karanganyar.To achieve these goals, flexible methods are used during the pandemic, online methods are used in managing work programs with an interior design approach and the culture of the local community. This methods is carried out considering the current situation and conditions during the COVID-19 pandemic. Limitations in time and quality emprowerment services are packaged with modules and tutorial information through social media. This method is able to cover science and technology studies collectively through online consulting and knowledge sharing services. Clinical methods of consultation and applied learning. The cultural approach is applied to get the habits and cultural background in living in the people of Wonorejo, Gondangrejo, Karanganyar. The results of service are in the form of a contribution in forming a positive mindsets (social constructive) in managing the habit and attitude and culture of healty living arranged according to interior desgn parameters, especially bathrooms.

Abstract

Interior Design Mental Healthcare Clinic in Yogyakarta is a facility designed as a mental health service, especially to overcome stress disorders, depression, schizophrenia, and addictive substance use disorders. This Mental Healthcare Clinic is in the form of an outpatient clinic that provides diagnosis, therapy, and prevention services for mental health disorders carried out by the disciplines of psychiatry, psychology, and social work. This design aims to design the interior of the Mental Healthcare Clinic as a facility for people with mental health disorders that is safe, comfortable and informative, and applies the theme of geometric fractal patterns in a contemporary style. The design method used includes the input, synthesis and output stages. Design results in the form of Interior Design for Mental Healthcare Clinic which has lobby facilities, multipurpose room, café, consul room, fitness therapy room, children's speech therapy room, child sensory integration therapy room, art therapy room, pharmacy, and management office

Abstract

The focus on the Indonesian film industry's progress is just a mare centered on financial assistance for film appreciation and preparation for film production. This research was carried out because of critical thinking about the Indonesian film industry, which is now the time for a more structured design phase. This is because competition for foreign films, such as Korean films, is still fierce. To stem the high interest in foreign products in the country, a filter such as a well-thought-out design is required to map the direction of Indonesian film. As a result, this study intends to produce an outcome mapping the master plan for accelerating the creative economy in the film industry based on historical klasters phases 1.0 to 4.0. The method employed is analytical descriptive, with a film literature study approach. The study's findings indicate that progress in the film industry can be made from the ground up, such as through collaboration between government agencies and education, which complement each other. Mapping based on phases 1.0 to 4.0 is also intended to serve as the foundation for the proposed mapping of the pattern of the Indonesian film industry. The strategy adapted from Korean Cultural Industry as well.

Abstract

Exhibition merupakan perancangan stand atau booth pameran. Pameran adalah salah satu strategi yang efektif bagi pengusaha untuk mempromosikan barang atau jasa. Faktor utama yang paling penting adalah bagaimana cara mendesain booth atau stand pameran sehingga banyak pengunjung yang berdatangan. Booth ini bertujuan sebagai tempat untuk peserta pameran menampilkan produk atau jasa yang ditawarkan kepada konsumen, dan dapat memberikan kesan yang bagus bagi pengunjung pameran. MHTC (Malaysia Healtycare Travel Council) adalah Lembaga pemerintah yang dipercayakan dengan tanggung jawab mengatur industri dan penyedia layanan memfasilitasi dan mengembangkan industri perjalanan perawatan kesehatan Malaysia.
