Abstract

BPPT's Boeing Jet.foil ziessel of Nyi Ageng Sernng (BJ-NAS) /ms recently been lmjng dawn in a riverbank of Indonesian Nmry territon1 in Belmmn, Medizn and not yet been in operation anynwre due toboth engine failure and hull leakage. 11re ziessel condition itself /ms been getting worse since the repairprocess has been facing difficulties in getting engine's spare parts. To cape with this problem, it hasbeen proposed 3 (Three) transfer technique alternatives to bring this vessel back to her home base inPT. PAL Surabm1a. 11wse alternatives are firstly, the ziessel would be laid doz1m on the barge and thenpulled btj tugboat, secondly, the ziessel would be mrried btJ LCT vessel and thirdl.y, the z~ssel wouldbe tied up in the port side of tugboat along the wm1 to Surabm;a. Hm1ing analysed tlwse 3 (three)alternatives both technical and economicnl feasibilities from uiewpoint of infrastructures, facilities,human resource, time, safety, cost and admntngeous criteria, it appears that the third alternativeseems to be the best to be implemented. Abstract

One impact of the Greater Jakarta development is the encourage people movement and demand for commuter rail. Jabodetabek Commuter train becomes very important role that primarily serves commuter towns or other location that draw large number of commuter who travel on a daily basis. However, unbalancing of capacity and demand of commuter rail will decline index performances. Tire goal of study identify commuter train service regarding implementation of single operation plan. qualitative and quantitative analysis methods are used in this study which identify factors that affect index performance based on the service quality. The analysis result is majority of respondents (69,2 % ) would use the transport services KRL if the single system operation is applied. Seen from the results of a survey that states continue to use the KRL as much as 69.20% on tire grounds tlrere was no other choice. In order to support the smooth operation of the single, an intensive socialization to the public is needs to be done by PT KCJ especially users KRL such as schedule changes, the tariffs, the frequency of KRL, and new routes KRL. Besides changes in the pattern of operation, operator should provide adequate infrastructure capacity so that it can provide comfort to the passengers which the spread of passengers at some stations.Keywords: commuter rail, services, rerouting.

Abstract

Nowadays, Bus Rapit Transit (BRT) is favourite mode of transportation in most countries in the world. One of the BRT implementation in indonesia is Trans Jogja at Yogyakarta. As the the entry place and the place for delivering or transfering the passenger, halte should has safety facilities as a safety guarantee for the passenger. In accordance with quantitative analysis by BRT standart requirement, there are 3 facilities from some minimal safety facilities requirements that already installed but not meet the determinant such as transfer access, shelter width, and ramp. Abstract

Organizing TIT AM or inter-modal integrated ticketing is a form of public transport service impravement in praviding service and convenience for the users in order to support the implementation of inter-modal transport effectively and efficiently. By using conjoint analysis method is expected to knaw the preferences of respondents in the implementation of TIT AM, while the descriptive analysis is used to evaluate the implementation TIT AM. The results shaw that not many people who knaw TITAM evident from the survey results there are 60% of respondents do not know TITAM. Hawever, the expected of respondents by TITAM implementation is to increase comfort and to reduce queues in the purchase of tickets to make shorter travel time. Through conjoint analysis method was concluded that the willingness of society to the implementation of TIT AM are buying tickets online and manual (in combination), and type of electronic tickets, as well as connecting mode of train, bus and ship the first choice of respondents who indicated the highest utility or satisfaction for service users. The walking facilities in Pasar Raya and Permindo corridor not using effectively. Uneffective is caution the facility condition still not representative of quantity or quality and supply of facilities unstandarize with pedestrian behavior. The objective research is analysis performance of the walking facilities on a long this corridor based characteristic pedestrian behavior, perception and preferences walkers for facilhj supply. The Aproach metlwde in this research is: Identify pedestrian behavior, perception and preferences walkers. Evaluation performaces walking facilities supply. Knowledge the demand side for quantity walking facilities by measurement pedestrian traffic flaws. Someone inffiuences of pedestrians behavior is follow; walking facility dimention must can be capacity walkers with together 2 to 3 persons or more, walkers do not like trade informal (PKL) on walking path (trotoar), walker will be change to roads, if walking path is inconnection, pedestrian not using zebra cross caution is the near path. Tize basic this variables and the supply facilities equal with satndarize, pedestrian areas must free of inconnecting and accessibility mobile in this area. Tiw big qonsequency in aplly this reseach of pedestrian facilities performance is take areas from people to increase dimention of trotoar for can be capasity of pedestrian traffic flows. Other analysis about increase capasity of pedestrian facility, special for supply unstandarized. Abstract

Traffic jams that frequently occur in the Jakarta city require more serious handling of the involved parties. Traffic management arrangements are needed to improoe traffic conditions which exist today. Pemuda Street is one of the main roads in the East Jakarta Rawamangun. Transportation problems that exist today in these streets is a traffic jam caused by high traffic volume. Intersection coordination setting is the one way to reduce the level of congestion that occurs, so that during the expected congestion that occurs on these roads can be tackled. From the analysis results the queue and delay is high enough for the three intersections on Pemuda Street. Tiierefore planning of the ne--w cycle time coordination of traffic lights the same for the intersection to reduce delays and queues that occur at the intersection.Keywords: congestion, intersection coordination, reduction
