Registration of a will at the will registration center by an online notary in the city of Padang is a notary's obligation as regulated in article 16 paragraph 1 letter j UUJN, whether there is a will or not, a notary is still obliged to register the will within the first 5 (five) days of every week. the following month, as for notaries in the city of Padang who do not register a register of wills or a register of zero wills caused by the notary's negligence, this can cause losses to third parties or heirs, besides that the notary has also been deemed negligent in his obligations as regulated in the UUJN. This study proposes a formulation of the problem, namely: 1. What is the urgency of registering a will at the center of the testament register by a notary in the city of Padang? 2. How is the practice of registering a will at the center of the register of wills by a notary in the city of Padang? 3. How is the supervision of the notary's obligation to register a will at the testament register center in the city of Padang? This study uses a juridical-empirical approach.The research results show that: 1. The urgency of registering a will deed is apart from the notary's obligations in article 16 paragraph 1 letter j UUJN, registration of a will is very important because if the will deed is not registered, the notary in his SKW will not be able to calculate the distribution of the heirs, the notary will experience difficulties when making the APHW so that the recipient of the will will experience difficulties in obtaining inheritance rights, therefore the inheritance returns to ab intestate inheritance so that the recipient of the will in the SKW cannot be named 2. The process of implementing will registration according to several notaries in the city of Padang is in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, namely Ministry of Law and Human Rights Regulation No. 60 of 2016 concerning Procedures for Reporting Wills and Applications for Electronic Issuance of Will Certificates.The notary no longer sends a physical list manually as proof of a report regarding a will that has been made, the notary only needs to register to be able to enter the Director General of AHU's website and send a report regarding the will online 3. In carrying out supervision the MPD conducts an examination on the basis evaluation is then carried out coaching, during the examination if the person concerned (notary) still violates it then the MPD makes a recommendation to the MPW to be followed up on.

A will is a ideed that contains a person's statement about what he wants to happen after he dies, and which can be revoked by him. Notary as a public official is given by laws and regulations the authority to make all agreements and deeds as well as what is desired by those concerned. One of the powers of a notary is to make a deed relating to a will, this is in accordance with the provisions in Article 16 paragraph (1) letter j and k of the Notary Office Law. This study proposes the formulation of the problem, namely: 1 What is the authority of a notary regarding a will made before him in the city of Padang? 2. What are the notary's obligations regarding the will made before him in the city of Padang? 3. What is the form of the Notary's responsibility for the will made before him in the icity of Padang? This research uses a juridical-empirical approach. The results of the research that has been carried out are: 1. The notary's authority over a will made before him in the city of Padang, namely the authority granted by law to a notary is to make a deed related to a will as mandated in UUJN which is related to Article 16 paragraph (1) letter i which reads: "make a list of ideeds relating to the will according to the order in which the deed was drawn up every month". A will includes a deed drawn up before a notary. A will made directly before a notary is a public will or open will. In this case, the party who wants to make a will comes personally before the notary and states his will. Furthermore, the notary makes the will desired by the person facing it. 2. The notary's obligation to the testamentary deed drawn up before him in the city of Padang is to notify, report and register all wills he makes to the Central List of Probates (DPW) and the Probate Court (BHP) both open wills (openbaar itestament), written wills (olographis testament) as well as a closed or secret testament. 3. Responsibilities of the Notary regarding the will made before him in the City of Padang, include the following: a.) Moral responsibility. b.) Ethical responsibility. c.) Legal responsibility (formal and material).

The majority of residents of Jambur Padang Matinggi Village are brick-making businesses, which are one of the main building materials. Making bricks requires clay taken from hilly land by digging. Excessive digging of clay certainly has a detrimental impact on the environment, so the aim of this research is to determine the impact and damage to the environment caused by the brick business, and how to be responsible for it. environmental improvements due to land excavation. This type of research is empirical juridical with a living case studies approach and a conceptual approach. Data was collected using interviews, observation and document study methods. Then the data is processed and analyzed using qualitative methods. The results of this research show that land excavation in Jambur Padang Matinggi Village has caused environmental damage, such as damage to the quality and quantity of soil, the number of excavated holes, decreased water quality and air pollution, which can result in natural disasters, especially floods and landslides. Based on the MUI Fatwa, business actors are obliged to be responsible for carrying out environmental improvements at the site of excavated land.

Sexual deviance can be interpreted as everything related to sexual deviance, both in terms of orientation, interest, and surveillance to determine sexual attitudes. By not fulfilling the biological needs of female convicts, a lot of deviant sexual behavior occurs in the Class IIA Pekanbaru Women's Penitentiary. In order to fulfill their biological needs, prisoners are no longer ashamed to do things that are not common in prison. So it is necessary to make efforts to prevent deviant behavior in prisons. The formulation of the problem in this study is: 1. How is the implementation of coaching for convicts with deviant sexual behavior at the Class IIA Pekanbaru Women's Prison related to legal certainty? 2. What are the factors that cause deviant sexual behavior in Class IIA Women's Prison Pekanbaru? 3. What are the obstacles in fostering convicts with deviant sexual behavior at the Class IIA Pekanbaru women's prison? This research is a legal research that is descriptive in nature with an empirical juridical approach. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and literature studies to then be processed and analyzed descriptively. From the results of the research and discussion, the results show that: 1. The development program is religious development, personality development and independence development are coaching programs that prioritize primary prevention strategy models. 2. Factors of same-sex relations in Class IIA Pekanbaru Women's Prison; Weak knowledge of religion, because of consensual feelings, because of the trauma of being hurt by men, because of environmental factors, abnormal sexual orientation naturally. 3. Obstacles in coaching are; There are no regulations governing, a lack of human resources for prison officers, a lack of interest in prisoners in the coaching process, a lack of facilities and infrastructure for Class IIA Pekanbaru Women's Prison.

This study aims to find out how to prevent radicalism and terrorism through understanding multiculturalism education at Al-Hidayah Sei Mencirim Islamic Boarding School. As a theoretical basis in analyzing the problems in this qualitative research, theories about radicalism, terrorism and multicultural education are used, so that researchers are required to obtain data and information by conducting indepth interviews and observations. This research uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive. The informants in the study were Buya Ghazali who served as the leader of the Al-Hidayah Sei Mencirim Islamic Boarding School, Ummi Ksrtini Banurea and Ummi Putri who worked as teachers at the Al-Hidayah Sei Mencirim Islamic Boarding School. The data collection technique used by researchers is by conducting interviews, observation and documentation, using a phenomenological study approach, namely researchers trying to find meaning from the phenomenon of preventing radicalism and terrorism through understanding multiculturalism education at the Al-Hidayah Sei Mencirim Islamic Boarding School. School. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis, which summarizes all the data that has been collected from the interviews. The results of this study indicate that multiculturalism education can prevent the development of radicalism and terrorism. With multiculturalism education, the students of Al-Hidayah Mencirim Islamic Boarding School can understand the importance of tolerance and mutual respect for differences according to Islamic law.

This study aims to determine the application of the ne bis in idem principle in judge decisions that have permanent legal force in criminal cases. The research method used is a normative juridical approach with qualitative methods. The results of the study stated that the principle of nebis in idem in criminal cases aims to provide protection for the accused so that he does not get a decision for the same case repeatedly. It also aims to maintain respect for the human rights of perpetrators. This principle cannot be applied to decisions 1) Decisions declaring the indictment null and void. 2) Decision declaring the Claims Unacceptable. 3) Decision declaring the Court Not Competent. This principle can be applied if the criminal case has the following elements: 1) it has the same legal basis and reasons as the case that has been decided. 2) the parties involved in the case are the same party. Nevertheless, to implement and guarantee justice for every citizen. The state provides leeway for everyone to conduct a review. This is because judges are human beings who sometimes make mistakes.

Izin salah satu instrumen yang banyak digunakan dalam hukum administrasi, untuk mengemudikan tingkah laku para warga. Salah satu kegiatan yang banyak dilakukan oleh masyarakat untuk memperoleh penghasilan yaitu usaha peternakan ayam. Sebelum dilakukannya usaha peternakan ayam perlu memiliki Izin usaha peternakan ayam untuk kelayakan teknis dalam pembuatan izin usaha peternakan. Akan tetapi dalam kenyataannya di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan masih ditemukan pelaku usaha yang belum memiliki izin usaha peternakan.Sehingga diperlukannya pengawasan oleh Dinas terkait. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pengawasan izin usaha peternakan ayam di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan adalah dengan melakukan pembinaan dan pengawasan izin usaha peternakan dilakukan oleh Dinas Peternakan dan Kesehatan Hewan kabupaten Lampung Selatan yang membidangi fungsi petemakan dalam bentuk langsung atau tidak langsung sesuai dengan pedoman pengawasan peternakan, pembinaan dan pengawasan langsung berupa kegiatan bimbingan dan pengawasan yang dilakukan dilokasi kegiatan peternakan dan pembinaan dan pengawasan tidak langsung serta laporan kegiatan peternakan oleh pengusaha ternak.Faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan pengawasan izin usaha peternakan ayam di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan adalah pertama Faktor Komunikasi, kedua Faktor Sumber Daya, dan ketiga Faktor Lingkungan Kebijakan.

Hubungan antara manusia dan tanah sangatlah erat. Bukan hanya hubungan individual namun berkaitan dengan umum. Tanah mempunyai peranan yang luar biasa dan juga mempunyai nilai ekonomi. Selanjutnya proses peralihan hak atas tanah dapat dilakukan melalui suatu perjanjian yaitu perjanjian jual beli tanah. Kenyataannya, terkait tanah ulayat, banyak pihak yang melakukan perjanjian tersebut di bawah tangan mereka sendiri. Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas, maka rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) Bagaimanakah kepastian hukum bagi para pihak dalam jual beli tanah ulayat yang dikuasainya? 2). Apa akibat hukum yang timbul dari pembuatan perjanjian jual beli tanah milik pribadi? Metode pendekatan masalah yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif, sumber data dalam penelitian ini berasal dari penelitian kepustakaan, dan analisis serta pengolahan data yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif. Hasil Penelitian: 1) Pengalihan Tanah Ulayat melalui perjanjian jual beli dengan akta di bawah tangan hanya mengikat para pihak. 2) Akibat hukum yang timbul dari pembuatan perjanjian jual beli tanah ulayat di bawah tangan adalah peralihan hak atas tanah dari penjual kepada pembeli, namun apabila di kemudian hari terjadi perselisihan maka kekuatan pembuktian perjanjian perseorangan ini tidak sempurna.

Desentralisasi menjadi kebijakan yang berkembang di negara demokrasi. Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara demokrasi yang telah mengeluarkan kebijakan otonomi daerah yang kemudian berpengaruh juga pada proses pemerintahan di lingkup paling kecil yaitu pemerintahan desa. Desa Ngadas merupakan desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Poncokusumo Kabupaten Malang Jawa Tengah. Dalam penelitian ini berfokus pada pelaksanaan otonomi daerah, partisipasi masyarakat dan perumusan peraturan desa untuk mencapai good governance. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan proses pengambilan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan masyarakat Desa Ngadas lebih menekankan adat istiadat dan masih percaya dengan dukun adat, peran dukun adat sangat terlihat jelas dalam politik dalam pengukuhan jabatan kepala desa sekaligus kepala adat. Partisipasi masyarakat Ngadas masuk dalam kategori partisipasi aktif, masyarakat mendapatkan undangan atau informasi mengenai musyawarah melalui RT yang datang langsung ke rumah warga. Desa Ngadas mampu mencapai good governance dengan cara yang berbeda dibandingkan dengan desa lain, keunikan dalam desa ngadas menjadikan perpolitikan yang lebih sehat dengan menekankan pada hukum adat istiadat.

Consumer legal protection in Indonesia refers to legal efforts to protect consumers from various economic actions that harm them. This research uses normative legal research methods. The purpose of this study is to determine the law enforcement of legal protection of consumers for the purchase of rice products with fake brands. The results of this study indicate that riceoplosan is an effort to produce fake rice brands that endanger consumer health and is a criminal offense as stated in articles 254 to 259 of the Criminal Code. As an existence of legal protection by the state against this, business actors who counterfeit rice product brands can be subject to sanctions as in Article 62 of Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, namely a maximum penalty of 5 (five) years or a maximum fine of Rp.2,000,000,000.00 (two billion rupiah).
