Abstract

Pelatihan peningkatan kapasitas petani milenial dilaksanakan dalam bentuk Pendidikan dan latihan (diklat) yang terangkum dalam kegiatan diklat capacity building bagi petani milenial. Tujuannya adalah untuk (1) menyiapkan petani milenial yang mampu menjadi agen perubahan yang berdaya dan mampu memberdayakan potensi sumberdaya yang ada dimasyarakat; (2) meningkatkan kapasitas petani milenial secara individu dan organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan dan (3) terciptanya kelompok petani milenial yang sehat, tangguh dan mandiri. Diklat CB dilaksanakan melalui bimbingan teknis pada 7 (tujuh) kegiatan bimbingan melalui pendekatan partisipatif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan bahwa indikator kesatu dan kedua telah tercapai 100%, sedangkan indicator yang ketiga mencapai 79,06% dari target 80%. Berdasarkan hal tersebut masih perlu dilakukan monitoring serta evaluasi pada rencana tindak lanjut yang masih dilaksanakan oleh peserta diklat sehingga semua indicator dapat tercapai. Kata kunci: petani, milenial, pelatihan, kapasitas ABSTRACT Millennial farmer capacity building training is carried out in the form of education and training which is summarized in capacity building training activities for millennial farmers. The objectives are to (1) prepare millennial farmers who are able to become agents of change who are empowered and able to empower the potential of existing resources in the community; (2) increasing the capacity of millennial farmers individually and in organizations to achieve goals and (3) creating a healthy, resilient and independent group of millennial farmers. CB training is carried out through technical guidance on 7 (seven) guidance activities through a participatory approach. The results of the activity show that the first and second indicators have been achieved 100%, while the third indicator has reached 79.06% of the 80% target. Based on this, it is still necessary to monitor and evaluate the follow-up plan that is still being implemented by the training participants so that all indicators can be achievedup plan that is still being carried out by the training participants so that all indicators can be achieved in accordance with the target, which means that the objectives of the activity are achieved. Abstract

Kelurahan Kalampangan merupakan salah satu kelurahan terbesar di Kecamatan Sebangau, Kota Palangka Raya, Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Kelurahan Kalampangan mempunyai potensi perikanan tangkap yang cukup besar. Sayangnya, proses menangkap ikan tidak dilakukan setiap hari menyebabkan ikan yang sudah ditangkap jika tidak langsung dikonsumsi atau laku dijual akan dibuang begitu saja. Sampai saat ini masyarakat tidak memiliki keterampilan untuk mengolah ikan hasil tangkapan. Salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan agar ikan hasil tangkapan menjadi lebih lama disimpan adalah dengan pengawetan dengan teknologi pangan sederhana yaitu pengasapan menggunakan asap cair. Sejalan dengan asas kemanfaatan, bahan baku utama yang dapat digunakan untuk memproduksi asap cair adalah limbah cangkang sawit sisa produksi. Kehidupan masyarakat yang bersisian dengan perkebunan sawit akan sangat dimudahkan untuk mencari bahan baku utama asap cair tersebut. Pengabdian kepada maysrakat ini bertujuan untuk melatih masyarakat agar dapat memanfaatkan asap cair limbah cangkang sawit untuk pengasapan ikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemebrian materi disertai dengan praktek langsung. Pengabdian dilaksanakan di Aula KantorTarget sasaran kegiatan ini adalah masyarakat dan perangkat desa di wilayah Kelurahan dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 35 orang. Pemateri kegiatan merupakan dosen dan mahasiswa. Setelah pelaksanaan peserta diminta untuk mengisi kuesioner. Hasil kuesioner aspek pengetahuan menunjukan nilai rata-rata 78,2 dengan kategori “Baik”. Kalampangan has a fairly large capture fisheries potential. Unfortunately, the process of catching fish is not carried out every day, causing fish that have been caught if they are not immediately consumed or sold, will be thrown away. The community does not have the skills to process the caught fish. One way that can be used so that the fish caught can be stored longer is by preserving it with simple food technology, namely smoking using liquid smoke. In line with the principle of expediency, the main raw material that can be used to produce liquid smoke is palm kernel shell waste from production. The lives of people who are side by side with oil palm plantations will be greatly facilitated to find the main raw material for the liquid smoke. This community service aims to train the community to use the liquid smoke of palm shell waste for smoking fish. The method used is the provision of material accompanied by direct practice. The target of this activity is the community and village officials in the Kelurahan area with a total of 35 participants. The speakers of the activity are lecturers and students. After the implementation, participants were asked to fill out a questionnaire. The results of the knowledge aspect questionnaire showed an average value of 78.2 with the "Good" category. Abstract

Prevalensi anemia pada remaja putri di Indonesia masih tinggi. Salah satu penyebab dari permasalahan gizi tersebut adalah kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai anemia. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengurangi permasalahan anemia adalah dengan pemberian pendidikan gizi. Pelaksanaan pendidikan gizi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja putri mengenai anemia. Pendidikan gizi ini dilaksanakan di SMKN 45 Jakarta dengan subjek sebanyak 33 siswi remaja putri dari kelas 10 berumur 15-16 tahun. Metode yang digunakan dalam pendidikan gizi ini adalah metode pre-post test dengan pemaparan mengenai anemia zat gizi besi menggunakan media buku saku, powerpoint, diskusi dua arah, serta hasil dari pendidikan gizi tersebut diuji menggunakan perhitungan statistik. Hasil dari pendidikan gizi ini berdasarkan uji statistik Wilcoxon didapatkan nilai signifikan p = 0.001 (p<0.05) menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan pendidikan gizi pada siswi kelas 10 di SMKN 45 Jakarta. Upaya pemberian pendidikan gizi anemia dengan media buku saku terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan siswi kelas 10 remaja putri mengenai anemia gizi besi di SMKN 45 Jakarta. Kata kunci: Anemia, buku saku, pengetahuan gizi, remaja ABSTRACT The prevalence of anemia among adolescent girls in Indonesia is still high. One of the causes of these nutritional problems is the lack of knowledge about anemia. Efforts that can be made to reduce the problem of anemia are by providing nutrition education. The implementation of this nutrition education aims to improve the nutritional knowledge of adolescent girls about anemia. This nutrition education was held at SMKN 45 Jakarta with 33 female adolescent students from class 10 aged 15-16 years. The method used in this nutrition education is the pre-post test method with exposure to iron nutrition anemia using pocket book media, powerpoint, two-way discussion, and the results of nutrition education are tested using statistical calculations. The results of this nutrition education based on the Wilcoxon statistical test obtained a significant value of p = 0.001 (p <0.05) indicating a significant difference in the increase in knowledge before and after nutrition education for 10th grade students at SMKN 45 Jakarta. Efforts to provide anemia nutrition education with pocket book media have proven effective in increasing the knowledge of 10th grade adolescent female students regarding iron nutrition anemia at SMKN 45 Jakarta. Abstract

Organic waste of durian seeds that are often discharged in the Katingan River, causing pollution and disruption of the water ecosystem. Therefore, the need for the use of durian seeds into UMKM products that are useful and have a high value. In accordance with the purpose of this training is to foster the interest of housewives in processing durian seeds into durian seed milk food products that are useful and can improve the household income. The methods in this training are the observation stage, the material presentation stage, discussion and question and answer, the demonstration stage and the direct mentoring stage. The result of the durian seed milk training is that housewives have a high interest in processing durian seeds as waste, in accordance with the purpose of the training, which is to foster the interest of household in processing durian seeds into durian seed milk food products. Abstract

Paguyuban Surya Tani yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Gunungkidul merupakan kelompok binaan MPM PWM DIY. Paguyuban ini memproduksi dan mengelola berbagai jenis palawija yang kemudian dijual dalam bentuk aslinya, produk setengah jadi, dan produk olahan. Salah satu tanaman yang dikelola dan menjadi mata pencaharian yang mumpuni bagi masyarakat Gunungkidul adalah singkong. Singkong ini mereka olah menjadi tepung serbaguna yang Bernama tepung Mocaf. Pemasaran produk Mocaf dilakukan baik secara offline dan online oleh Paguyuban Surya Tani. Saat ini pemasaran produk Mocaf ini hanya terbatas pada pasar domestik saja, belum menjangkau pasar internasional. Padahal pasar internasional akan lebih banyak peminatnya terhadap produk Mocaf yang merupakan gluten free. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya dorongan supaya Paguyuban Surya Tani dapat melakukan pemasaran produk untuk dapat menjangkau pasar internasional. Kata kunci: pemasaran, pasar internasional, Mocaf ABSTRACT Paguyuban Surya Tani located in Gunungkidul Regency is a group assisted by MPM PWM DIY. This association produces and manages various types of palawija which are then sold in their original form, semi-finished products, and processed products. One of the plants that is managed and becomes a qualified livelihood for the people of Gunungkidul is cassava. They process cassava into a multi-purpose flour called Mocaf flour. Marketing of Mocaf products is carried out both offline and online by Paguyuban Surya Tani. Currently the marketing of Mocaf products is only limited to the domestic market, not yet reaching the international market. Even though the international market will be more interested in Mocaf products, which are gluten free. Therefore, there needs to be encouragement so that the Surya Tani Association can carry out product marketing to be able to reach international markets. Abstract

Pelatihan pembuatan bioetanol dari limbah kulit pisang dilakukan untuk membantu masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan limbah rumah tangga. Ini dilakukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat akan bahan bakar alternatif. Masyarakat di berbagai tempat mengolah pisang menjadi aneka jenis makanan. Namun kulit pisang mereka buang sebagai limbah. Kegiatan ini merupakan sosialisasi tentang energi terbarukan dan praktek pembuatan energi dari kulit pisang terhadap sejumlah anggota masyarakat Nagari Kambang Barat, Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan, Provinsi Sumatra Barat. Dari pelatihan ini, masyarakat Nagari Kambang Barat dapat memanfaatkan limbah kulit pisang untuk diolah menjadi bioetanol secara maksimal. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa mereka menganggap kegiatan ini bermanfaat dan menambah pengetahuan serta dapat mengubah pola pikir masyarakat mengenai limbah kulit pisang. Mereka bisa membuat bioetanol dari limbah kulit pisang yang ada di sekitar mereka. The comminity processed bananas into various types of food, but banana peels are thrown away without further processing. This community service activity aims to help people gain knowledge about alternative energy. This service is in the form of socializing renewable energy and then continuing with the practice of making energy from banana peels to a number of community members. The target to be achieved is that the people of Nagari Kambang Barat can make maximum use of banana peel waste. The results obtained indicate that the community considers this activity useful and increases their knowledge and can change people's mindset about banana peel waste. Abstract

Program Pemberdayaan Desa Tambong ini sangat mendukung program pemerintah daerah yaitu pemulihan perekonomian berbasis UMKM, pertanian, perikanan, dan pariwisata. Selain itu juga untuk mendorong peningkatan usaha pertanian dan perikanan, memberikan bantuan pupuk, bibit, pelatihan peningkatan kapasitas SDM petani, sektor lapang, hingga pengembangan start up usaha pertanian. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra saat ini adalah menumpuknya limbah pertanian padi yang berupa jerami padi serta kurangnya kesadaran para petani tentang sistem pertanian organic. Pemanfaatan limbah jerami padi menjadi kompos guna meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan produksi padi khususnya pada kelompok tani Randu Agung Dusun Krajan Desa Tambong Kecamatan Kabat Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Teknis pelaksanaan program ini adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan teknis tentang cara pembuatan kompos jerami padi dan mendampingi implementasinya setelah berakhirnya program ini. Abstract

Avertebrata air merupakan hewan yang tidak memiliki tulang belakang yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai kerajinan tangan dan makanan, agar tidak menjadi limbah. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi kepada guru di SMP Negeri 1 Dolok Pardamean Kabupaten Simalungun Provinsi Sumatera Utara tentang pemanfaatan hewan avertebrata air dari buku ajar. Pengabdian ini telah dilakukan di Dolok Pardamean, Kabupaten Simalungun dengan metode sosialisasi dan angket. Hasil pengabdian menunjukan bahwa banyak guru yang masih belum paham tentang pemanfaatan hewan avertebrata air. Dari pengabdian ini terlihat animo guru sangat tinggi, dan menjadi paham 100% dari hasil angket tentang pemanfaatan hewan avertebrata air setelah dilakukan sosialisasi. This service aims to provide information to teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Dolok Pardamean, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra Province about the use of aquatic invertebrates from textbooks. This service has been carried out in Dolok Pardamean, Simalungun Regency with the method of socialization and questionnaires. The results of the service show that many teachers still do not understand the use of aquatic invertebrates. From this service, it can be seen that the teacher's interest is very high, and they understand 100% of the results of the questionnaire on the use of aquatic invertebrates after socialization. Abstract

Persyaratan keamanan produk harus dipenuhi oleh pelaku usaha pangan (UMKM) di sepanjang rantai pasok agar masyarakat terjamin kesehatan dan keamanannya saat mengkonsumsi produk. Kehalallan suatu produk menjadi kebutuhan wajib bagi setiap konsumen muslim. Salah satu permasalahan yang membuat daya saing UMKM masih rendah terbatasnya kemampuan para pelaku usaha terdaftar dalam BPOM dan Halal pada kemasan produk. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan Standar Keamanan Produk komersil bersertifikasi BPOM dan Halal. Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan di Kampus C universitas Sumatera Selatan, Jakabaring, Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah pelatihan dalam Pendaftaran dalam mengurus izin edar BPOM dan pelatihan persyaratan untuk mendapatkan sertifikasi Halal pada produk para pelaku UMKM. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan pada saat pelatihan dihadiri 50 peserta yang terdiri dari Dosen Universitas Sumatera Selatan, anggota pohlaksar rule athallah dan mahasiswa Universitas Sumatera Selatan. The halalness of a product is a mandatory need for every Muslim consumer. One of the problems that makes the competitiveness of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises is still low, the limited ability of business actors to be registered in BPOM and Halal on product packaging. This community service activity purposed to improve the Safety Standards of commercial products certified by BPOM and Halal. The training activities were carried out at Campus C of the University of South Sumatra, Jakabaring, Banyuasin, South Sumatra. The activities carried out are training in registration in managing BPOM distribution permits and training on the requirements to obtain Halal certification on the products of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises actors. The activity carried out during the training was attended by 50 participants consisting of Lecturers at the University of South Sumatra, members of the pohlaksar rule athallah and students University of South Sumatra. Abstract

Pertumbuhan pemukiman menjadi penyebab utama perkembangan kota yang kurang sehat dan cenderung terjadi penyimpangan dalam penggunaan lahan. Konversi lahan pertanian menjadi ekosistem urban berupa perumahan, dan pemukiman berdampak pada daerah resapan air yang berkurang sehingga dapat menyababkan banjir dan erosi tanah. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menyelenggarakan reboisasi pada lahan hanian baru di wilayah Solo atau Surakarta. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Tegal Asri RT 03/ RW 17, Kelurahan Banjarsari, Kecamatan Banjarsari, Kota Surakarta dengan mitra Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Amara Gardenia, Kelurahan Banjarsari. Metode pengabdian masyarakat dibagi menjadi tiga kegiatan yaitu: 1) sosialisasi budidaya mangga, 2) simulasi penanaman, pemeliharaan tanaman dan pembagian benih mangga, 3) evaluasi penanaman benih sambung pucuk mangga. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini menambah pengetahuan masyarakat terkait pemanfaatan lahan untuk budidaya tanaman manga dan konversi lingkungan. Budidaya tanaman mangga telah dilakukan masyarakat dengan penanaman bibit dari sambung pucuk. Teknologi produksi tanaman mangga bertujuan untuk mendukung lingkungan serta timbulnya motivasi masyarakat khususnya dalam pengembangan Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi (IPTEK) khususnya bidang pertanian yang terbukti adanya peran aktif KWT selama pelaksanaan pengabdian. Kata kunci: budidaya, perkotaan, perbanyakan vegetative, sosialisasi ABSTRACT The growth of settlements is the main cause of unhealthy urban development and tends to occur in irregularities in land use. The conversion of agricultural land into urban ecosystems in the form of housing and settlements has an impact on reduced water catchment areas so that it can cause flooding and soil erosion. This service activity aims to organize reforestation on new hanian lands in the Solo or Surakarta area. The activity was carried out in Tegal Asri No.03/17, Banjarsari Village, Banjarsari District, Surakarta City with the partner of the Women Farmers Group (WFG) Amara Gardenia, Banjarsari Village. The community service method is divided into three activities, namely: 1) socialization of mango cultivation, 2) simulation of planting, plant maintenance and distribution of mango seeds, 3) evaluation of planting mango shoot grafting seeds. The results of this service activity increase public knowledge regarding land use for manganese cultivation and environmental conversion. Mango cultivation has been carried out by the community by planting seedlings from shoot grafting. Mango production technology aims to support the environment and the emergence of community motivation, especially in the development of Science and Technology in the agricultural sector which is proven by the active role of Women Farmers Group during the implementation of service.
