However, the hopes of cooperative to become the locomotive of the Indonesian economy are still far from expectation. the purpose of this research to measure the level of productivity and efficiency of cooperatives by using Data Envelopment Analysis and Malmquist Index analysis tools. Input variables used are own capital, external capital, labor, and members, while the output variable is turnover and the surplus (SHU) cooperatives from 23 districts/cities in Aceh from 2014 to 2016. Test results show that cooperatives that have an index value-efficient only in seven districts / cities, while in terms of productive cooperatives in Aceh as many as 14 districts/cities in Aceh. It is expected that policymakers in fostering and empowering cooperatives in Aceh, both from the government and cooperative management and other stakeholders, can improve cooperative performance through cooperative education and training for cooperative human resources, provide a conducive business climate and provide capital loans with easy schemes for cooperative. The limitation of this study is that the types of cooperatives used are cooperatives as a whole not classifying cooperative types. Testing the level of efficiency and productivity of cooperatives with various types of cooperatives that exist is a special attraction The objective is in the third line, the method is in the fourth line, the results and discussion are in the sixth line, the conclusions and suggestions are on the eighth line and so on.

Abstract

Integrated health post (posbindu) is a place for the elderly to obtain various health services to improve their quality of life.  The satisfaction of the health care volunteers (cadres) has an important role in the success of the posbindu. The higher the cadre’s satisfaction, the higher the performance in managing the posbindu. According to Herzberg, two factors that contributed to the work satisfaction, namely motivator factor and hygiene factor. Identifying these factors is important, so that cadres can remain active and satisfy in doing their work in the posbindu. The purpose of this study was to explore the components of cadres’ satisfaction in providing health services in the posbindu based on Herzberg’s factors A qualitative phenomenological study was conducted on 12 active and 6 inactive cadres in 16 posbindu, Bandung City, West Java, Indonesia. A purposive sampling was performed to select the posbindu and the cadres. Data collection was carried out by an in-depth interview to explore the work satisfaction factors based on the concept of the Herzberg theory. Triangulation was based on the result of active and inactive cadres interviews, as well as observation of the activities during the posbindu. This study discovered practicing religious teachings and social relations as two new components that can influence satisfaction in the workplace.

As a adiluhung (valuable art), Wayang Golek performances can contribute to the strengthening of the character of the young generation in facing various challenges in the era of disruption. This is very important, considering that in the era of disruption such as the current challenge for the younger generation in facing the industrial era 4.0 is the loss of character as an Indonesian nation. This study aims to reveal the contribution of Wayang Golek performances values to the strengthening of the character of the younger generation in the era of disruption. The research approach used is qualitative with ethnographic methods, so that it can describe the character values contained in the Wayang Golek performances that are relevant to the character of the Indonesian nation. The results showed that the values of the Wayang Golek performances could contribute to the strengthening of the character of the younger generation. This is because the puppet show is aesthetically designed as an art performance that contains elements of the spectacle as well as guidance. This means, in addition to entertaining through humorous jokes, the Wayang Golek performance is able to give a moral message to the audience about the importance of religious values and nationalism in the face of changing times.

Traditional market is often one of the locations for economic turnover in an area. Various goods from villages, sub-districts, and other areas around the city are sent to be traded. In this market there is a large system that makes the market “live” in which there are interrelated actors. Some of the actors in the traditional market system such as the Beringharjo Market are women who work odd jobs. To see this phenomenon, this study used an ethnographic method to delve deeper into the phenomena that occur from the point of view of stakeholders in Beringharjo Market. The results of study showed that Beringharjo Market always changes from time to time, both physically and the actors who “live it”. Women who work in al kind of work become one of the actors who play an important role in the sustainability of dynamic market activities.
