Abstract

In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the challenge in education is the integration of technology to develop interdisciplinary skills. Education 4.0 focuses on digital innovation in learning, preparing students for a rapidly changing and interconnected future. In Indonesia, the independent curriculum in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) accommodates self-directed learning, tailoring teaching to the diverse needs of students. This study employs the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) to develop interactive multimedia teaching materials based on Discovery Learning for IPAS, aiming to enhance students' Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). The research involved observations in five elementary schools in South Pesisir District, namely SDN 03 Malepang, SDN 14 Laban, SDN 03 Kampung Tangah in Bayang Subdistrict, SDN 16 Pasar Sungai Tunu, and SDN 09 Labuhan Tanjak. The results show the validity of natural science material at 3.58, language at 3.69, media at 3.50, and social science material at 3.50, all highly valid. The evaluation indicates an average respondent rating of 3.69, signaling high practicality. This research underscores the importance of interactive multimedia in effective and relevant education in the digital era, enhancing student engagement and understanding, and preparing them for future challenges.

Abstract

The research was carried out due to several reasons, including the lack of differentiated learning according to the needs and competencies of each student. The aim of this research is to create differentiated learning to suit the abilities and competencies of each student by creating a cognitive diagnostic assessment assisted by quizizz in Pancasila education learning in class IV elementary school. This type of development research uses the ADDIE development model which consists of three stages in this research, namely Analysis, Design and Development. The data collection method used in this research is a validation questionnaire given to expert validators (material, language and assessment)to determine the validity of the cognitive diagnostic assessment product being developed. This research can produce valid cognitive diagnostic assessment products that are tested by expert validators. So it can be concluded that the cognitive diagnostic assessment assisted by quizizz in learning Pancasila education in grade IV elementary schools is valid and worthy of being tested in the field.

Abstract

The campus teaching program represents a governmental initiative aimed at facilitating activities under the Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) scheme. It targets students across various academic disciplines in higher education, enabling them to play a part in enhancing elementary education, particularly in regions classified as 3T (Disadvantaged, Outermost, and Frontier). In the implementation of learning in schools, there are many educational problems. To overcome various educational problems as well as support various student learning activities, students of teaching campus 5 provide an innovation that is primarily to facilitate students in daily learning. The aim of this research is for the innovations created by students to hopefully address and solve various prevalent educational challenges. This research utilizes a qualitative methodology, adopting a case study strategy, and collects data through techniques including interviews, observations, and analysis of documents. This research provides results in the form of innovations made by teaching campus 5 students in providing innovative learning media and learning resources to facilitate student learning activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to integrate and construct the design of multicultural education in basic education. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with a literature study approach. The data collection technique is done through the documentation method of journals, articles, and books related to multicultural education. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The result of this research is the interpretation of the theoretical basis of multicultural education design in basic education which includes various: (1) Definition of Multicultural Education; (2) Principles of Multicultural Education; (3) Multicultural Education Procedures; (4) Multicultural Education Approaches; (5) Multicultural Education Models; (6) Integration of Multicultural Education in the Curriculum through Religious Education, Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn), Social Sciences (IPS), School Programs, and Local Content.

Abstract

This study aimed to provide an overview regarding the evaluation of Kirkpatrick's model in Physical Education. A descriptive qualitative was conducted in this research. The sample was 17 students from fourth grade as the control class and 24 students from the fifth grade of Elementary School. The data in this study were collected using a questionnaire. Student responses to Kirkpatrick's assessment model and the scoring rubric used were very positive, as proved by the results of students' independent work. The students performed well in academic evaluations. In the assessment, assessors can prioritize the direction to be achieved, student targets, and measurement columns. Students enthusiastically express all the possibilities that exist within them. The success of each program implemented is very dependent on the responses and results of students who experience increased knowledge, skills, and attitudes of students in realizing the final task given by the teacher. It appears that the results for the control class were 94.12% of students able to take part in the PJOK learning process in the good category and in the impact class 91.67% of students were able to take part in the PJOK learning process in the good category. In conclusion, this study indicated that using the Kirkpatrick evaluation model in Physical Education subject during the learning process had been very and can explore all students’ competence.

Abstract

This research explains whether there is a relationship between students' emotional intelligence and social interaction in class V students. This research uses quantitative research with a descriptive approach and uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale type and has 5 alternative answers. At the start of the research, the questionnaire was tested by a team of experts (validators) to ensure that the questionnaire was suitable for use in research. Then the questionnaire sheet was tested on fifth grade students, then analyzed using validity and reliability tests. You can see whether the question items are valid or not, then analyzed for research using valid and reliable question items (validity test and reliability test). Then further research was carried out using data analysis tests using simple linear regression tests and hypothesis testing was carried out using the t test, f test and coefficient of determination. The results of the research can be concluded that the research data carried out is in accordance with the collection procedures carried out using the SPSS 22 program. This is proven by the results of data analysis tests using simple linear regression techniques so that the F_regression value = 15.352 > 4.14 with a significance of 0.000<0.05 is obtained. From these results, emotional intelligence has an effective contribution of 31.7% to social interaction. These data can be said to show that there is a relationship between emotional intelligence and social interaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada siswa yang mengalami kesulitan membaca permulaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan siswa membaca permulaan sebelum menggunakan language experience approach berbantuan media bigbook; kemampuan siswa untuk membaca permulaan setelah menggunakan language experience approach berbantuan media bigbook; dan pengaruh language experience approach berbantuan media bigbook terhadap kemampuan siswa dalam membaca permulaan. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas II SD di Purwakarta, dan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen yang tidak   sebanding dengan kelompok kontrol. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi-experimental non-equivalent control group design, dengan sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas II SD di Purwakarta. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan: 1) nilai rata-rata pada pretest kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol berkategori rendah, dan tidak tada perbedaan nilai rata-ratanya;2) setelah diterapkan language experience approach berbantuan media gambar berseri, terdapat perbedaan pada hasil posttest kelas eskperimen dan kelas kontrol. Kemudian terdapat peningkatan nilai posttest pada kelas eskperimen. Hal tersebut dilihat dari hasil analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial, namun nilai rata-rata masih berkategori rendah; 3) Terdapat pengaruh yang kuat terhadap kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa setelah menerapkan language experience approach berbantuan media bigbook.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Indonesian language learning outcomes using the Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning model on fifth-grade students of SDN Ciracas 06 Pagi semester 2 of the 2023/2024 academic year. The research method used is a quantitative research method with a quasi-experimental design research design using a non-equivalent posttest-only control group design. The determination of the control class and experimental class in the study was carried out by comparing their daily learning values. They are using multiple choice instruments with a total of 25 questions. Furthermore, the analysis of the required data tests was carried out namely, the normality test using the Liliefors test, while the homogeneity test used the Fisher test. In the hypothesis test used the t-test obtained t count 2.005 and t table 0.679 α = 0.05 then H0 is rejected which states that there is an effect on Indonesian language learning outcomes using the Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning model on fifth-grade students at Ciracas 06 Jakarta Elementary School.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find and analyze the influence of commitment and motivation on teacher performance through creativity in private elementary schools in Serang Regency. This type of research is quantitative descriptive using surveys. The number of samples in this study was 189 private elementary school teachers in Serang Regency, using the Proportional Random Sampling method. Data is processed using Smart PLS 3.2.9, the test results reveal that the commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. The commitment variable does not have a positive and significant effect on creativity. The motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. The motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on creativity. The creativity variable does not have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. The creativity variable does not mediate the effect of commitment on teacher performance. The creativity variable does not mediate the influence of motivation on teacher performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how many students at SDN Batu Ampar 09 Pagi can use the differentiation learning model as part of the independent curriculum to improve their grades. Quantitative methods based on quasi-experimental designs were used. The sampling method used was saturated sampling. If we look at the N-gain score, the researchers found that the experimental class that used the differentiated learning model outperformed the control class. The results of the classification of experimental class mathematics learning outcomes showed that five students got very good scores, eight students got medium scores and eight students got low scores. Meanwhile, one student in the control class got a very good score, eleven students got a medium score and nine students got a low score. Random assignment, that the probability of each research object is the same. There are several ways that researchers can control additional variables, including by conducting pre-tests and post-tests.
