Abstract

The widespread development of the internet network today has created new trends and lifestyles in society, indirectly triggering impulse buying behavior. Several factors influencing this behavior involve sales promotion, financial literacy, hedonic browsing, and utilitarian browsing. Shopee, as one of the leading e-commerce platforms in Indonesia, has captured the attention of Generation Z, achieving a market share of 69.9%. West Java leads in the number of users and e-commerce transactions nationally. The aim of this research is to assess the impact of sales promotion, financial literacy, hedonic browsing, and utilitarian browsing on the tendency of impulse buying among Generation Z Shopee users in West Java. Using a quantitative approach and collecting data through Likert scale questionnaires, a sample of 100 Generation Z respondents who are e-commerce users in West Java was taken. Analysis using SmartPLS software indicates that sales promotion and hedonic browsing have a significant impact on impulse buying, while financial literacy and utilitarian browsing do not significantly influence impulse buying behavior.

Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic has impacted many changes in various sectors of life, one of which is the education sector. There are many things that have changed significantly in the learning process in the world of education. Both in terms of learning activities, assessment processes and the development of learning media. One of them is the emergence of digital platforms that provide facilities to support the learning process. This digital platform is equipped with an Artificial Intelligence (AI) system in it. This research aims to help teachers improve their soft skills in creating interesting learning media videos with the help of an AI-based digital platform and determine its effect on increasing students' understanding of conservation. Based on the research results, it shows that the use of learning video media using AI can increase the value of student learning outcomes. This is shown by the results of statistical test calculations using a paired sample T test on the average value of the pre-test and post-test using AI learning videos which obtained a Sig value (0.001) 0.05, so that H0 is accepted and shows that there is a significant difference between the average values pre-test and post-test average. Meanwhile, the results of statistical tests in the control class without using AI learning videos obtained a Sig value (0.063) 0.05, so H0 was rejected and showed that there was no significant difference between the average pre-test and post-test scores. The use of learning video media can provide students with experience in being able to provide more concrete images related to conservation terms. That way, students can participate in learning activities optimally and be connected to the material presented by the teacher. The importance of this connection is so that students remain focused during learning activities.

The data analysis techniques used will be data presentation, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. Initially, the people of Hutaraja Village made a living as coffee farmers and rice farmers. It cannot be denied that since the emergence of the Tor Simago-Mago tourism site, many community members have benefited and taken advantage of it by selling goods, providing parking spaces, creating photo spots, rest areas, and so on. The position of the Tor Simago-Mago tourism in the IFE and EFE values is in Quadrant I or Strength Opportunity (SO). Therefore, the position of Tor Simago-Mago tourism is at the coordinate point (3.35; 3.02), which indicates the SO strategy, meaning that Tor Simago-Mago tourism must be bold in implementing a progressive strategy by utilizing its existing capacities and strengths to seize the opportunities it faces. One of the strategies for economic improvement that can be implemented is by empowering the existence of Tor Simago-Mago tourism, maintaining and preserving religious values in the management of Tor Simago-Mago tourism, enhancing facilities and infrastructure to provide more comfort for visitors, including places for worship, minimizing illegal levies that can disturb visitors, adding shelters for when it rains, and consistently providing good service to visitors so they are not deterred and can return at any time.
