Abstract

Islam has monotheistic values that are able to integrate and adapt in various civilizations and cultures. Islam is accepted by various nations and civilizations. Peusijuek, a ritual believed by the people of Aceh, is connected to religious beliefs because it contains monotheistic values that must be carried out. The Peusijuek tradition is part of Acehnese culture which has long been practiced by the Gintong Village Community, usually with the aim of safety, peace and happiness in life. As a cultural heritage, Peusijuek is rich in special values and meaning. This research aims to reveal how Peusijuek is believed and interpreted as a belief by the community. Even though it is religious, this does not entirely come from religious teachings. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of the research show that the Peusijuek tradition in Gintong Village contains monotheistic values which acknowledge the existence and oneness of Allah as creator, which then becomes part of the community's beliefs. The values of monotheism include monotheism uluhiyah, monotheism rububiyah, and monotheism Asma' wa sifat.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze government regulation number 12 of 2021 regarding PPJB requirements for implementation in property companies in Indonesia. This research method uses an empirical normative legal approach. The results of this research show that the implementation of Government Regulation number 12 of 2021 concerning PPJB system requirements is not very effective when applied to Indonesian Property Companies, especially if Property Companies or Development Actors use the Pre Project Selling concept, where in this concept, development actors can carry out sales or marketing before the property product is built or the licensing requirements have not been met, which results in Article 22 paragraph (5) regarding the PPJB system requirements not being able to comply with practices that occur in the property business world in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of adaptive governance in the management of Kintamani tourist attraction (DTW) in Bangli Regency. Tourism is an important sector that can boost the economy, where Bali has been recognized as one of the world's best tourist destinations. The main problems found were the lack of collaboration between village officials and the sub-district head, as well as challenges in accessibility and inadequate infrastructure. In addition, the lack of tourism training and education to the community as well as the unoptimal use of technology in tourism promotion are significant obstacles. This research used descriptive qualitative methods with interviews and field observations to collect data. Proposed solutions include increased collaboration between the district government and village-level agencies to bridge communication and tourism management. In addition, improving accessibility and road infrastructure needs to be prioritized to support sustainable tourism growth. Tourism training and education for the community as well as optimizing the use of technology, including reactivating the Sadia Bangli application, are also suggested to improve tourism promotion and management. The results show that the current collaboration has involved academics, the private sector, and non-profit organizations, but still needs to be improved, especially in fully involving village officials and communities. The government's flexibility in adjusting to changes is evident in the increase in business licenses and efforts to protect agricultural land. However, accessibility issues and road infrastructure still require special attention. On the learning aspect, although there has been training, it has not been sufficient and equitable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of fintech lending financing on commercial banks' distribution of consumer credit in Indonesia. We use panel data regression with random effects from 32 commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as of September 2023. The distribution of consumer credit from these banks accounts for more than 70% of Indonesia's total consumer credit distribution. The study's results indicate that fintech lending grows simultaneously with commercial banks' consumer credit, suggesting a complementary relationship. The result is supported by commercial banks' distribution of consumer credit through channeling schemes to fintech lending. However, the outstanding value of such channeling credit remains limited, hence it is yet to be significant. Based on bank ownership, fintech lending competes with private banks in KBMI 1 as they target the same segmentation. The study concludes that, generally, fintech lending does not disrupt the distribution of consumer credit by incumbents.
